Chilled meat is favored by consumers because of its fresh, low price and high nutritive value. However, it is susceptible for microbial contamination in slaughtering, processing, marketing and other links, as well as the change of its color, odor and other qualities, which results in short shelf life, even losing its edible value and other problems of chilled meat, restricting the further development of the fresh meat industry. Therefore, the preservative preservation technology is particularly important in China's meat food, and it has a wide range of application prospects in the development of meat food industry. This paper describes the main reasons for the corruption and deterioration of chilled meat, including microbial contamination, lipid oxidation and discoloration of myoglobin. Besides, it elaborates on chemical preservation technologies such as organic acids, microbial metabolites and physical preservation technologies such as packaging technology, irradiation technology, etc., and their anticorrosion mechanisms. In addition to enumerating the status quo of its application in the preservation of meat, analyzing the advantages of preservation technology and its limitations in the development, and making future research proposals for the development of meat food. In addition, it lists the current status of its application in meat preservation, analyzes the advantages of the preservation technology and its limitations in application, and makes prospects for future preservation technologies, with a view to providing a certain theoretical basis for the further in-depth research on the preservation technology for the preservation of the preservation of cold meat as well as the preservation of fresh meat.

Seabuckthorn fruit oil is rich for bioactive substances, mainly including unsaturated fatty acids, carotenoids, steroids and tocopherols, which has specific health functions and been widely used in medicine, food and cosmetics. This paper mainly introduces the five extraction processes of seabuckthorn fruit oil, which are organic solvent extraction, squeezing and centrifugation, enzymatic extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction, and ultrasonic assisted method. The oil yield, advantages and disadvantages of different extraction processes of seabuckthorn fruit oil are compared. The functional components, health function and the development and utilization in various fields of sea buckthorn fruit oil are summarized. The paper provides theoretical basis for the development of seabuckthorn fruit oil industry.

The transportation was simulated of aerosol particles released from point-source over the typical hilly terrain in a wind tunnel. The Particle Dynamic Analysis technique (PDA) was used to investigate the effects of wind speed (1 m/s, 2 m/s), particle size (0.1~2, 2~4, 4~6 μm), and terrain conditions (different height of peaks) on the migration behavior of particles in the range of roughness sub-layers. It was found that the longitudinal velocity and vertical velocity probability distribution of particles in the range of roughness sub-layer are in accordance with the Gaussian distribution. Smaller particles display larger correlation coefficients and so better Gaussian fittings. It is showed that increasing wind speed could make the longitudinal motion of particles more dispersed, and the vertical motion of particles is the joint action of wind speed and terrain. By comparing the mean longitudinal and vertical velocity of particles in the range of roughness sub-layer between smooth surface and hilly terrain, it was found that the mean longitudinal velocities of particles over peaks are smaller than those over smooth surface. It is indicated that the airflow can be hindered in the range of roughness sub-layer by the peaks. The above results provide data basis and support for the study of the migration behavior of aerosol particles in the range of roughness sub-layer.

To solve the problems of unloading rate caused by blind passenger search of taxis, the hotspot recommendation strategy of taxi passengers was proposed.The proposed strategy could optimize the process of matching passengers to the greatest extent to increase the efficiency of passenger search.Based on the historical trajectory data of taxis and the time series characteristics of hotspot passenger information, a segment prediction method was proposed based on recurrent neural network (SPBR) and a passenger recommendation model was proposed based on time-varying Markov decision process (TMDP).Experimental results show that the RMSE predicted by SPBR algorithm is 67.6%, 71.1% and 64.5% lower than the SVR, CART and BPNN algorithms.The expected return of taxis based on the TMDP algorithm is 35.9% higher than historical expectations.

In order to solve the practical problem of 24-hours dynamic reactive power optimization in power system dispatching, this paper divided generator's operation into three regions in PQ mathematical model, according to the limit output range of generator's operation. Moreover, the action times of discrete control equipment were taken as global inequality constraints, and a complete 24-hours non-linear mixed integer dynamic reactive power optimization mathematical model was established. The simulation results show that the mathematical model in this paper can adjust the output of generators according to the actual situation effectively when the generators are in phase-leading operation. In addition, increasing the number of control equipment's action can reduce the loss of active power in the whole network, but at the same time, the frequent operation will greatly increase the probability of failure of equipment. It is necessary for us to find the appropriate constraints of the action number within the range of reliable acceptance of network losses, so as to save the comprehensive cost of the actual power grid operation.

To avoid the frequent cross supply, excessive waiting time and difficult crane dispatching of molten steel among processes that resulted from the complex workshop layout of the steelmaking continuous casting process, a production scheduling model for the steelmaking-continuous casting process was established in this study with the objective of optimizing and minimizing the total waiting time of all furnaces in the plan. Moreover, an improved genetic algorithm was used to solve the model. In the operation process of the genetic algorithm, the “furnace-caster coordinating” strategy was introduced to improve the quality of the initial population. Furthermore, the crossover and mutation operations were determined based on the comparison of the operating cycles of steelmaking (refining) and continuous casting. The actual production plan under the main production mode of a large domestic steel plant was utilized as the simulation sample. Results show that the performance of the improved algorithm based on the “furnace-caster coordinating” strategy is significantly better than that of the basic genetic and heuristic algorithms. The output of Sample 1 of the main production model 4BOF−3CCM accounts for more than 80% in steel plants. After optimization, the waiting time of the production process is optimized, and the maximum waiting time between steelmaking and continuous casting processes is reduced from 77 to 54 min. The degree of matching of the refining furnace-continuous caster machine is significantly improved. Moreover, the proportion of molten steel poured from the No. 3 refining furnace on the No. 3 continuous caster machine is increased from 25% to 67%. The phenomenon of unclear matching among processes and facilities caused by random facility assignment for one or two furnaces is reduced. Furthermore, the phenomenon of excessive waiting time caused by unreasonable production path for one or two furnaces is reduced. An efficient solution for the study of complex production scheduling problems in steel plants is provided.

Objective To study the repair function and mechanism of TRPM7 interference vector in hypoxic myocardial cell line (H9C2). Methods The hypoxia/reoxygenation model of H9C2 cardiomyocytes was established and the TRPM7 interference expression vector was constructed to transfect H9C2 cells. The expression of HIF1-α and TRPM7 in H9C2 cells was detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot. [Ca2+]i and apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry. Results When H9C2 cells were transfected with TRPM7 interference vector, the expression of HIF1-α TTRPM7, the [Ca2+]i concentration and the apoptosis rate all decreased. Conclusions TRPM7 interference vector has significant repairing effect on hypoxia H9C2 cardiomyocytes, and the mechanism may be mediated PI3K/Akt pathway.

Production scheduling is one of the key technologies in steel manufacturing process. It plays a significant role in reducing the production cost and improving the production efficiency of iron and steel enterprises. In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent steel-manufacturing technology, production scheduling has attracted increasing attention and become a research hotspot in the field of iron and steel metallurgy. The process of production scheduling in the process of steelmaking‒continuous casting was summarized and discussed through reviews of previous researches, and the characteristics and application scopes of various methods were compared and classified. Typical cases of the computer-aided scheduling system in domestic and overseas steelmaking plants were discussed, and the characteristics of each system were studied and analyzed comparatively. On the basis of the previous studies, forward-looking strategies and a methodology of production scheduling were proposed for the future study of steelmaking‒continuous casting process. For static scheduling, a new concept “rules + algorithm” was proposed, and a scheduling model construction method based on the production mode optimization of a steel mill was developed for a domestic special-steelmaking plant as a case study. For dynamic scheduling, multi-process collaboration was suggested, and a collaborative control method based on multi-agent was proposed. This method was developed for multi-process control, quality control, and scheduling control of the steelmaking-continuous casting process. An optimized and effective method for modeling and solving is one of the important means to solve the production-scheduling problem, aiming at improving the levels of setting up production plan and the feasibility of production planning. Meanwhile proposed method for modeling and solving can strengthen the on-site real-time control in steel mills and is of great significance to realize stable, orderly, and continuous operation in steelmaking-continuous casting process.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of adjunctive lamotrigine in the treatment of patients with epilepsy and comorbid depressive symptoms. Methods Relevant clinical trials were searched via PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Data from January 1998 to June 2014 using the following retrieval words: lamotrigine, epilepsy and depressive both in Chinese and English. The Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions (Version 5.0.2) was used to evaluate the quality of randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Two reviewers independently evaluated the quality of included articles and abstracted the data. Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.1.1 software. Results According to the inclusion criteria, 3 prospective clinical trials with a total of 668 patients were finally selected. The Meta-analysis showed the Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ (BDI-Ⅱ) score (MD = - 8.400, 95%CI: - 10.890— - 5.920; P = 0.000), Cornell Dysthymia Rating Scale (CDRS) score (MD = - 8.240, 95% CI: - 11.180— - 5.290; P = 0.000) and Profile of Mood States (POMS) score (MD = - 24.210, 95%CI: - 30.740— - 17.680; P = 0.000) in lamotrigine group were significantly improved compared to those in control group. As for 6 mood states in POMS, the scores of tension-anxiety (MD = - 3.360, 95%CI: - 4.620— - 2.100; P = 0.000), depression-dejection (MD = - 5.490, 95%CI: - 7.420— - 3.560; P = 0.000), anger-hostility (MD = - 3.870, 95%CI: - 5.510— - 2.230; P = 0.000), fatigue-inertia (MD = - 4.480, 95%CI: - 5.630— - 3.320; P = 0.000), confusion-bewilderment (MD = - 2.720, 95%CI: - 3.730— - 1.720; P = 0.000) in lamotrigine group were all significantly lower than those in control group, while the score of vigor-activity (MD = 3.970, 95% CI: 2.870-5.070; P = 0.000) was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusions The effect of adjunctive lamotrigine in the treatment of patients with epilepsy and depression is favorable. A retrospective analysis was made on 5 cases who had the traumatic carotid artery injury with massive epistaxis (from September 2007 to June 2011). All of them were finally diagnosed by digital substraction angiography (DSA). Among them, 2 cases of traumatic pesudoaneurysm from internal maxillary artery were embolized with polyvinyl alcohol particles and gelatin sponge. One case was carotid-cavernous fistula (CCF) with traumatic pesudoaneurysm located in the sphenoid sinus. This patient's internal carotid artery (ICA) and fistula was blocked with balloon, and then ICA was clipped proximal to the posterior communicating artery. One case with injuried ICA was treated with blocking by balloon. The pesudoaneurysm located in ICA cavernous segment of one case was embolized with coil and liquid glue. No recurrence was found after successful surgeries. Patients with massive epistaxis or recurrent epistaxis after craniofacial trauma should undergo CT angiography (CTA) or DSA examination so as to get proper diagnosis and treatment as early as possible.

Primary pulmonary non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (PPNHL) is a kind of malignant lymphoma originated from lymphoid tissue of the lung. PPNHL is a rare type in extra nodal lymphoma. In this article, we reported one case of 57-year-old woman with PPNHL, whose clinical characteristics, radiological features, diagnosis and treatment was described and related literatures were reviewed.

Objective To evaluate the correlation between asymptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis and extracranial carotid atherosclerosis in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) and carotid ultrasonography were performed in 194 consecutive Type 2 DM patients who had no history of stroke to determine intracranial arterial stenosis and extracranial carotid atherosclerotic lesions. Extracranial carotid atherosclerotic lesions were divided into increased intima⁃media thickness (IMT), plaque and stenosis (≥ 50% stenosis or occlusion). The correlation between intracranial arterial stenosis and carotid atherosclerosis were assessed. Risk factors were also evaluated in the presence of intracranial arterial stenosis. Results Intracranial arterial stenosis (≥ 50% stenosis or occlusion) was found in 42 patients (21.65%). The middle cerebral artery (MCA) was involved in 30 patients (15.46%), which was the most affected intracranial artery. One hundred and twenty⁃three of 194 patients (63.40%) had extracranial carotid atherosclerosis. Age (t = ⁃ 3.054, P = 0.003), duration of DM (U = 2172.500, P = 0.002) and concomitant hypertension (χ2 = 9.986, P = 0.002) and carotid artery lesion (χ2 = 14.086, P = 0.000) in patients with intracranial arterial stenosis were significantly higher than those without intracranial arterial stenosis. The prevalence of intracranial arterial stenosis and middle cerebral artery (MCA) stenosis were correlated with the severity of carotid atherosclerosis (U = 1929.000, 1519.000, respectively; P = 0.000, for all). After adjustment for cerebrovascular risk factors, multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that concomitant hypertension (OR = 2.849, 95% CI: 1.247-6.508; P = 0.013) and carotid artery lesion (OR = 4.838, 95% CI: 1.778-13.167; P = 0.002） were significant independent risk factors associated with asymptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis in Type 2 DM patients. Conclusion Asymptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis is correlated with carotid atherosclerosis in Type 2 DM patients, and extracranial carotid atherosclerosis may be an independent predictive factor for asymptomatic intracranial arterial stenosis in Chinese patients with Type 2 DM. A new approach recently developed for detecting cytosine DNA methylation (mC) and analyzing the genome-scale DNA methylation profiling, is called BS-Seq which is based on bisulfite conversion of genomic DNA combined with next-generation sequencing. The method can not only provide an insight into the difference of genome-scale DNA methylation among different organisms, but also reveal the conservation of DNA methylation in all contexts and nucleotide preference for different genomic regions, including genes, exons, and repetitive DNA sequences. It will be helpful to under-stand the epigenetic impacts of cytosine DNA methylation on the regulation of gene expression and maintaining silence of repetitive sequences, such as transposable elements. In this paper, we introduce the preprocessing steps of DNA methylation data, by which cytosine (C) and guanine (G) in the reference sequence are transferred to thymine (T) and adenine (A), and cytosine in reads is transferred to thymine, respectively. We also comprehensively review the main content of the DNA methylation analysis on the genomic scale: (1) the cytosine methylation under the context of different sequences; (2) the distribution of genomic methylcytosine; (3) DNA methylation context and the preference for the nucleotides; (4) DNA- protein interaction sites of DNA methylation; (5) degree of methylation of cytosine in the different structural elements of genes. DNA methylation analysis technique provides a powerful tool for the epigenome study in human and other species, and genes and environment interaction, and founds the theoretical basis for further development of disease diagnostics and therapeutics in human.

Abscisic acid (ABA) plays a key role in many physiological processes of plants, and it was also applied to fields of medicinal plant biotechnology. The article presents a review of some recent application of ABA in enhancing the production of secondary metabolites of medicinal plants, improving the in vitro conservation in medicinal plant tissue culture system.
