In this study, the nutrient, amino acid and anthocyanin composition of three varieties (Rose Honey, Cloud Dance, and French Wild) of wine grape pomace from Yunnan were investigated. Subsequently, the in vitro antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities of the free, esterified and bound phenols extracted from each variety of wine grape pomace were evaluated in terms of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) cation radical scavenging activities, ferric reducing power, α-glucosidase and α-amylase inhibitory activities. Meanwhile, qualitative analysis of phenolic compounds was conducted using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the three varieties of grape pomace had similar nutrient composition, characterized by high dietary fiber content, low fat content, and abundant content and reasonable composition of essential amino acids. Overall, Rose Honey had the highest nutritional value. Furthermore, two types of anthocyanidins and 34 types of anthocyanins, primarily in the form of 3-O-glucoside, were identified in all the samples. Notably, Cloud Dance showed the highest number and amount of anthocyanidins, followed by Rose Honey. Additionally, among the three varieties of grape pomace, Rose Honey exhibited the highest total phenol content and the strongest antioxidant capacity and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity, but its α-amylase inhibitory activity was similar to that of French Wild. Regarding the different forms of phenols, the total content and in vitro antioxidant capacity of bound phenols were higher than those of free and esterified phenols, whereas the esterified phenols demonstrated higher α-amylase inhibitory activity. A total of 18 phenolic compounds were detected in the three varieties of grape pomace, with Rose Honey being found to contain a larger number of phenolic compounds (16) than the other two varieties. Moreover, the content of bound phenols was higher than those of free and esterified phenols. In conclusion, these three varieties of grape pomace possess good nutritional value and functional activities, which are suitable to be developed as functional food ingredients due to their high dietary fiber content and low fat content as well as antioxidant and hypoglycemic activity. Among these three varieties, Rose Honey has the greatest development potential. The findings of this study provide important reference for the high-value comprehensive utilization of Yunnan wine grape pomace and even for the development of the highland grape wine industry in Yunnan.

Background Glycemic control is usually poor in patients with endogenous-insulin-deficient diabetes, while low-carbon diets (LCD) are beneficial for glycemic control among patients with diabetes. However, few studies on LCD in patients with endogenous-insulin-deficient diabetes have been reported. Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of LCD for patients with endogenous-insulin-deficient diabetes. Methods A total of 80 patients with endogenous-insulin-deficient diabetes (fasting C-peptide≤0.5 ng/mL) who were hospitalized in Shanghai Eighth People's Hospital from August 2018 to August 2022 were selected as research subjects and divided into the control diet (CD) group with 55 cases and LCD group with 25 cases. The CD group and LCD group were matched by propensity score matching (PSM) in a 1∶1 ratio based on age and diabetes duration as matching indicators and caliper value as 0.3. The two groups of patients were compared in terms of glycemic control on the first day of hospitalization and at discharge, including average blood glucose, coefficient of variation (CV), percentages of time in range (TIR), time below range (TBR) and time above range (TAR); use of antidiabetic drugs, including the numbers and dosages of daily insulin injection and the types of oral antidiabetic agents; incidence of adverse events, including proportion of individuals who developed diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) or hypoglycemia. Understanding blood lipid changes in patients with AMI is of great significance for improving lipid-lowering treatments for these patients. Objective To explore the evolution of blood lipid levels in patients with AMI during hospitalization and post-discharge follow-up. Methods This study consecutively selected 457 cases of AMI who were hospitalized in Department of Cardiology, Peking University People's Hospital from January 1, 2015 to February 28, 2018. ObjectiveTo construct and verify the risk prediction model for intraoperative hypothermia in patients received radical surgery for gastrointestinal cancer. Methods A total of 276 patients receiving radical gastrointestinal cancer surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from November 2020 to June 2021 were selected by a convenient sampling as the model group. From July to September 2021, 138 patients undergoing radical surgery were served as validation group. The influencing factors of hypothermia were analyzed based on the data in model group, and the model was constructed using logistic regression， which was respectively verified by Hosmer-Lemeshow and AUC (area under the receiver operating characteristic curve) for the goodness of fit and prediction of the model. R software was used to establish the line column diagram of validation set for external validation. ResultsThe incidence rate of intraoperative hypothermia in model group was 47.1%. Age, BMI, operation time, bleeding volume, volume of colloid, surgical site and insulation method were ultimately included in the prediction model, and sensitivity, specificity and actual accuracy of the model were 0.754, 0.760 and 75.72%, respectively. In validation group, AUC was 0.820, and the accuracy rate was 74.64%. Conclusion In the patients undergoing radical gastrointestinal cancer surgery, the constructed model can effectively predict the risk of intraoperative hypothermia and provide a reference for the clinical screening of patients with high risk of hypothermia during operation.

Uranium is the heaviest naturally occurring radioactive element in nature, and it is widely distributed in the earth’s crust. With the improvement of the technical accuracy of mass spectrometry to measure uranium isotope ratios, it is gradually recognized that uranium isotopes in the natural environment also have fractionation effects. In this paper, the recent research results on uranium isotope fractionation is reviewed and the geochemical behavior of uranium in nature and the analytical methods of uranium isotopes is introduced. The natural uranium isotope fractionation is related to the nuclear volume effect, which leads to a greater tendency for heavy uranium isotopes to be enriched in the reductant equivalent, and the δ238U of U(Ⅵ) reduction to U(Ⅳ) reaches 1.0‰. The isotopic fractionation mechanism of uranium in redox exchange reactions is revealed by the sensitivity of uranium isotopes to the oxidation-reduction environment, and it is found that δ238U is significantly isotopically fractionated between deposits formed in different oxidation-reduction environments, and moreover, it is shown that the bioreduction-induced isotopic fractionation of uranium is greater. Therefore, uranium isotope fractionation has an important tracer role in the inversion of uranium ore formation environment and the study of radioactive environmental chemistry and environmental remediation in the in-situ leaching of uranium mining. Finally, how to better address the environmental remediation of groundwater in the in-situ leaching of uranium mining is suggested, thus promoting the research and application of uranium isotope systems in the field of earth sciences.

Image-text retrieval is a basic task in visual-language domain,which aims at mining the relationships between different modalities.However,most existing approaches rely heavily on associating specific regions of an image with each word in a sentence with similar semantics and underappreciate the significance of multi-granular information in images,resulting in irrelevant matches between the two modalities and semantically ambiguous embedding.Generally,an image contains object-level,action-le-vel,relationship-level or even scene-level information that is not explicitly labeled.Therefore,it is challenging to align complex visual information with ambiguous descriptions.To tackle this issue,this paper proposes a granularity aware and semantic aggregating(GASA) network to obtain multi-visual representations and narrow the cross-modal gap.Specifically,the granularity-aware feature selection module selects copious multi-granularity information of images and conducts a multi-scale fusion,guided by an adaptive gated fusion mechanism and a pyramid structure.The semantic aggregation module clusters the multi-granularity information from visual and textual clues in a shared space to obtain the residual representations.Experiments are conducted on two benchmark datasets,and the results show our model outperforms the state-of-the-arts by over 2% on R@1 of MSCOCO 1k.Besides,our model outperforms the state-of-the-art by 4.1% in terms of Flickr30k on R@Sum.

Background Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection induced precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa mostly in adulthood. However, it is debatable whether these pathological changes could also occur in children. Objective To investigate the relationship between H. pylori infection and precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa in children hospitalized due to upper gastrointestinal symptoms in central plain area of China. Methods A total of 1 015 children under the age of 18 years old were enrolled. These children attended the People's Hospital of Zhengzhou University for upper gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, vomiting, hiccups, and acid reflux from August 2018 to July 2021. All children underwent gastroscopy, from which gastric mucosal biopsy tissues were taken for rapid urease test and histopathological examination. The clinical and pathological data of the patients were collected retrospectively. The children were divided into infected and uninfected groups according to H. pylori infection status. The age, sex, endoscopic diagnosis, and H. pylori infection rate were compared between children in infected and uninfected groups. The incidence of precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa, inflammatory activity and the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration were compared between infected and uninfected groups, meanwhile these tests were also compared in children of different age groups. Strong connected components (SCCs) mining is one of the classic problems in graph theory.It has practical requirements to design a serial SCCs mining algorithm with high efficiency.GRSCC algorithm can use SUB-RSCC function to discover SCCs of simple digraphs.SUB-RSCC function is formed by two operators of rough set theory (RST),k-step upper approximation set and k-step R-related,which are the main contributors to time consumption.Then the invocation times of SUB-RSCC decide the efficiency of GRSCC algorithm.Based on the SCCs correlations among vertices,GRSCC algorithm introduces granulation strategy to reduce the invocation times of SUB-RSCC function,then improve the mining efficiency.Two new SCCs correlations are found by analysis of SCCs in the framework of RST,then a new vertex granulation strategy is designed to granulate the vertex set of target digraphs.In order to reduce the invocation times of SUB-RSCC function to a greater extent,a method called k-step search of vertex granule is proposed.Finally,combining with GRSCC algorithm,an algorithm called KGRSCC for mining SCCs based on k-step search of vertex granule and RST is proposed.Experimental results show that,compared with RSCC,GRSCC and Tarjan algorithms,the proposed KGRSCC algorithm has better performance.

The establishment of standardized, scientific and normalized animal biosafety level-2 (ABSL-2) laboratory is an important supporting of teaching and research in universities. Taking the ABSL-2 laboratory of Xiamen University laboratory animal center as an example, this paper elaborated the operation and management mode of the ABSL-2 laboratory from the aspects of the qualification for the record, biosafety management system documents, daily work management, pressure gradient control, the management of people, animals and materials, biological safety supervision and inspection, and waste disposal, and proposed countermeasures for the problems encountered in the management process.

BackgroundDue to the specific imaging structure of neutron imaging system, the geometric unsharpness is unavoidable in neutron photographic images after imaging.PurposeThis study aims to design a geometric unsharpness correction method for neutron photographic image based on improved Richardson–Lucy (RL) algorithm.MethodsFirst, according to the geometric unsharpness of the neutron photographic image, the mathematical model of the point spread function (PSF) was established. Then, the Laplace operator and median filter were used to remove the PSF related gamma spots noise (GSN) in the image, and the neutron photographic image was restored by RL algorithm. Finally, the restoration quality of neutron photographic images of the line-pair sample was evaluated using average gradient (AG) and spatial frequency (SF).ResultsThe results of the line-pair sample demonstrate that compared with four existing correction algorithms of geometric unsharpness, the proposed method improves AG and SF by 60.23% and 29.90%, respectively.ConclusionsThe proposed method of this study can effectively correct the geometric unsharpness caused by the amplification of gamma spots noise in the process of neutron photographic image restoration, providing an important technical support for performing high-resolution neutron radiography.

Objective To identify the hub genes associated with development of gastric cancer (GC) by integrated bioinformatics analysis, and investigate whether these genes can be used as latent biomarkers of predicting GC prognosis. Methods The gastric cancer of microarray data was downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database (GSE79973), and the transcriptome data and corresponding clinical data of GC patients were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Differential gene expression analysis and Weighted Gene Co-expression Network Analysis (WGCNA) were performed on the dataset using the Limma and WGCNA packages in the R software, respectively, in order to screen differentially co-expressed genes. Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis of differential co-expression genes were performed using the ClusterProfler package. The search tool for the retrieval of interacting genes (STRING) was carried out the protein-protein interaction (PPI) network of differential co-expression genes, and the software Cytoscape was used to visualize and screen out hub genes. The transcriptional expression of the hub gene was further verified by GEPIA2 database. Survival analysis was performed by using the survival package in R software to identify prognostic hub genes. Finally, RT-qPCR and immunohistochemical assay were used to verify the differential expression of hub genes related to prognosis. Results A total of 18 differential co-expression genes were screened out in this study, and PPI network analysis identified 10 key genes (TNFRSF11B, HOXC10, HOXA10, TEAD4, GKN2, GKN1, SALL4, SGK1, ANGPT2 and NKX6-2). The Results of survival analysis found that the high expression of HOXA10(P=0.014) and ANGPT2(P=0.002) may be related to the survival and prognosis of GC patients, and RT-qPCR and immunohistochemical assay further verified the high expression of these 2 molecules in GC tissues(P < 0.05). Conclusion HOXA10 and ANGPT2 are hub genes for prognosis of GC, and may be used as latent biomarkers of prediction.

With the frequent occurrence of extreme natural disasters, in order to make the supporting effect of distributed generation (DG) work, such as gas turbine and fuel cell, a microgrid formation strategy considering dynamic reconstruction under extreme natural disasters is proposed, which increases the value of controllable DG to support critical loads. Firstly, Wasserstein distance is used to calculate the similarity of load probability distribution. And each load is divided into different time scenarios. Then, the current state information of the line is read. And the constraints satisfying the formation problem of radial microgrid are established. Taking maximizing the load recovery value as the objective function, the method of mixed integer linear programming is used to solve the static optimal solution for the formation of microgrid. At last, combined with the state change of loads, the dynamic optimal solution is solved without the limit of reconstruction times to find out the moment of structure change. After that, the limit of the number of reconstruction times is taken into account, and the optimal plan is determined to maximize value of the load in the dynamic process. The results show that the dynamic reconfiguration based on Wasserstein distance improves the electric quantity value of the loads supported by distribution network in extreme environment.

Hierarchical zeolite was successfully synthesized with activated attapulgite by the template of TEAOH in one pot. The influence of the activated attapulgite on hierarchical pore structure and crystal morphology of products under the different Si/Al ratios was systematically investigated. The results show that there are obvious diversity of the crystal morphology while the different activated palygorskites as precursors; XRD reveal that ZSM-5, ZSM-12 and ZSM-11 molecular sieves are obtained under the same condition when the alkali-roasted and acid-microwaved attapulgite (HM-NC-ATP), acid-microwaved attapulgite (HM-ATP) and acid-hydrothermal attapulgite (HH-ATP) are the precursors, respectively, and the morphology and pore structure of the products are inconsistent at different Si/Al ratios. Moreover, the hierarchy factor (HF) has a good linear dependence on the Si/Al ratio when HM-NC-ATP and HH-ATP are as the precursor; Hierarchical factor of zeolites is 0.105, which are prepared with HM-ATP, exhibiting the mainly mesoporous structure, it shows that the precursor of HM-ATP is beneficial to the formation of mesoporous structure.

The key points of production and process optimization of high proportion regenerated collagen fiber blended yarn were discussed. The characteristics and advantages of regenerated collagen fiber were introduced. According to its special properties of low strength, high temperature resistance and high moisture recovery, the spinning process was adjusted and optimized, and equipment process was modified in the picking process. Temperature detection sensor was equipped on carding machine to avoid fiber damage caused by high temperature. The research and process optimization of flexible carding were strengthened, and the generation of short fibers was reduced as far as possible under the premise of ensuring adequate carding .In the drawing process, from the aspects of rubbered-covered roll and coating, the fiber entangling was reduced. Finally the siro condensed regenerated collagen fiber/Modal fiber 70/30 14.8 tex yarn was successfully developed, which further expanded the application field of regenerated collagen fiber yarn. Marine soft soils in the Shenzhen area show large foundation settlement and poor engineering properties after construction. To investigate the mechanism, we quantitatively analyzed the mineral composition and bound water characteristics by using X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric tests. The results show that the bound water content of the as-built clay is about 3%, while the bound water content of the fine-grained clay sample is about 3.5%; The temperature required to completely remove the bound water is higher when the bound water content is higher. It indicates that soft soils with high clay mineral content tend to have high bound water content, which also leads to poor engineering properties. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The accumulation of heavy metals in soil caused by Guizhou lead-zinc smelting area and its impact on the safety of agricultural products are prominent, which has become a restrictive factor for "reassuring people to eat" . The bioavailability of heavy metals in soil is an important index to reflect the heavy metals in sol plant system. In this paper, a pot experiment was conducted on plant kidney beans (eggplant fruits and vegetables), a local representative crop in Guizhou, to study the enrichment characteristics of edible heavy metals in crops and their relationship with sol physical and chemical properties. It was found that the concentration of Cd enriched in kidney bean pods was most correlated with the concentration of Cd extracted from in situ soil solution, and the correlation with total cadmium was the lowest. The crop beneficiation coefficients of total cadmium and available cadmium were compared, which provided a basis for the establishment of soil plant heavy metal prediction model. The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between carotid artery ultrasound screening of carotid artery vulnerable plaque and urinary microalbumin/creatinine (ACR) and urinary microalbumin (ALBU) in people at high risk of stroke. According to the carotid ultrasound examination, 307 selected patients with high risk of stroke were divided into: 112 cases without carotid plaque, 45 cases with stable carotid plaque and 150 cases with carotid artery vulnerable plaque. The study found that there were significant differences in the proportions of age ≥ 60 years old, the proportion of family history of stroke, and the comparison of carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT), ACR, and ALBU levels (P<0.05). IMT and ACR and ALBU are positively correlated (P<0.05). Age, family history of stroke, IMT, ACR, and ALBU are all influencing factors of carotid plaque in people at high risk of stroke (P<0.05). IMT, ACR, and ALBU are combined in the diagnosis of carotid plaque and the differential diagnosis of vulnerable plaque have high efficiency. These results can confirm that IMT is positively correlated with ACR and ALBU in high-risk populations of stroke. The process mineralogy of copper flotation tailings from a copper smelter in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, was studied by means of X-ray diffraction analysis, optical microscopy and MLA mineral automatic measurement technology. The dissemination characteristics and particle size of important mineral phases in tailings were systematically studied, and the comprehensive recovery scheme of the flotation tailings was analyzed. The results show that the content of iron and zinc in the flotation slag are 39.75% and 2.45%, respectively. The main mineral phases of the slag are magnetite, iron olivine and glass phase, and the particle size is relatively fine. The monomer dissociation degree is only 32.15%. It is very difficult to obtain high grade iron concentrate by magnetic selection process. The recommended process is iron separation with direct reduction and magnetic separation methods, the obtained magnetic separation tailings can be used as raw materials for cement. Adenomyosis (AM) is a common gynecological disease, in recent years, the incidence is rising. Studies on adenomyosis and infertility-related mechanisms has become a hot topic. Although there is no sufficient epidemiological data to prove that there is a genuine relationship between AM and infertility. However, with improved image and therapeutic levels in AM, indirect evidence shows AM with low fertility. There is no specific mechanism for the interpretation of adenomyosis cause of infertility, this article will combine basic pathological anatomy pathophysiology, and endometrial receptivity abnormalities, endocrine abnormalities and other aspects related to adenomyosis's research progress, to discuss the relationship between AM and infertility factors. Aiming at the problems of that cavitation of hydraulic valve will cause the noise, performance degradation and even lead to hydraulic valve failure, cavitation phenomenon appearing in the flow field between the flapper and nozzle of an electrohydraulic servo valve was studied, and the 3D flow field model was established by Pro/E software. Its grid was divided and boundary conditions were set by Gambit software prior to implementing the simulation. The mathematical models of the flow field were established, which combined standard turbulence model and gas-liquid mixture. The flow field distribution and cavitation characteristics in the different nozzle inlet velocity were analyzed by FLUENT software with finite element simulation method. Images of cavitation phenomenon in the flow field were observed and recorded through high-speed video cameras. The results indicate that at flow conditions with lower Reynolds numbers, cavitation begins to form at the nozzle outer wall and the flapper leading edge. Further increasing of Reynolds numbers, attached cavity on the flapper curved surface grows up gradually and with the jet flow velocity increasing, cloud-like cavitation is observed. Some numerical calculated results at different flow conditions are verified by the experimental data, which show the cavitation model in the flow field between the flapper and nozzle of an electrohydraulic servo valve and the numerical calculation method are reasonable. Aiming at further researches and applications of a new type microvalve which can be used in pneumatic pressure control for lab-on-a-chip applications, on the basis of descriptions of its structure and working principile, an analysis of its flow and pressure dynamic characteristics, a corresponding simulation model with the use of the software AMESim and dynamic simulation were carried out. As a comparison a same analysis of traditional solenoid valve was given, as well. The new type microvalve is made up of upper layer PDMS flat film, lower layer PDMS thick film with microchannels in microfluidic chip and electromagnetic actuator. The electromagnetic actuator was integrated into the PDMS microfluidic chip by bonding the glaas on the valve seat to the PDMS chip. Besides, the new PDMS microvalve's advantages such as lower cost, smaller size and easier integration with the microfluidic chip and so on than the traditional control method with pneumatic solenoid valves were described. The results indicate that it has good dynamic characteristics to drive and control the microfluidic chip with the new PDMS microvalve and provide a theoretical guidance for further researches and applications of this microvalve. To understand the characteristic of blood glucose change and confirm intervention points of type 2 diabetes, a quantitative method was proposed to analyze the effect of risk factors on blood glucose change based on BP neural network. Firstly ten risk factors were screened. Then the cohort was divided into nine groups by sex and age. Nine BP neural network models were trained respectively and quantitative values of the effect of different risk factors on blood glucose change could be obtained by sensitivity calculation. The experiment results indicate that the sensitivity of weight related to blood glucose change is 0. 244 9 which is the largest value. The sensitivity ratios of weight, blood lipid level and age are 25%, 35% and 17% in the total respectively. Moreover, the sensitivity sequences are different in different sex and age groups, which can supply judgment method for individual intervention. This method can promote to risk factors quantitative analysis of other diseases and use in the virtuous circle of factors intervention-judgment-factors intervention to improve the individual health. Generally speaking, Chinese residents' nutrient is widely imbalance& Ordinary people have difficulty in understanding and applying most individual diet assessment methods. To solve above problem, a computable and comprehensible method based on diet balance index (DBI) and nutrition curve is present to comprehensively assess individual diet quality. Combining the diet structure scoring method based on DBI and energy scoring method based on nutrition curve, this paper introduces energy weight coefficient to build individual diet assessment model. Experiments show that the accuracy rate using the model for diet assessment is 90%. Diabetes is on the rise worldwide. Diabetes and its associated complications endanger the life of a large number of populations. Therefore, it is critical to predict and prevent the high incidence rate of diabetes. This paper proposes a method of long-term prediction of type H diabetes incidence rate based on the Markov model. This method applies the naive Bayes arithmetic to calculate the probability vector of risk levels, and establishes the predicting model with selected property subsets of GLU, BMI, CHOL, TG, WAIST, SEX, DME and AGE. Compared with the predicted results obtained by using Archimedes model, the proposed method can predict long-term incidence rate of diabetes. The model recommended in this paper is proved to be simple and accurate for predicting the long-term incidence rate of type H diabetes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
