Zanthoxylum bungeanum, as a vital spice, the presence of its bitter components has a notable impact on the overall flavor of the food. To deeply explore the formation mechanism of the bitter components in Z. bungeanum and correlated influencing factors, this study used bitterness intensity as an indicator and employed sensory evaluation to optimize the processing conditions of Z. bungeanum during boiling and frying through single-factor optimization. Furthermore, organic solvent extraction, solid-phase extraction, and preparative high-performance liquid chromatography were used to isolate and concentrate the bitter fractions from Z. bungeanum water and oil. Subsequently, taste dilution analysis was employed to evaluate the contribution of these bitter fractions to the sensory characteristics of food. Additionally, high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was adopted to identify the bitter components in Z. bungeanum water and oil. The results indicated that during the boiling process, increasing the amount of Z. bungeanum and extending the boiling time intensified the bitterness, while the bitterness of Z. bungeanum during frying process increased with raised temperature, extended frying time, and increased amount of Z. bungeanum. The recommended conditions for consumption and processing of Z. bungeanum water and Z. bungeanum oil were as follows: Z. bungeanum water was recommended to be boiled at 100 ℃ for 5 min, and the dosage of Z. bungeanum could be controlled at less than 2 g to reduce the bitter flavor. Z. bungeanum oil was recommended to be fried at 105~120 ℃ for 10~30 min, and the amount of Z. bungeanum could be added moderately to keep the bitter flavor low. The main bitter substances in Z. bungeanum water might be quercetin-3-rhamnose gentiobioside, quercetin-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin-3-O-robinobioside, and nuciferine, while the primary bitter compounds in Z. bungeanum oil were hydroxy-α-sanshool and hydroxy-β-sanshool. This study provides data reference and theoretical basis for the processing, quality control, and bitterness reduction of Z. bungeanum.

Metabolic abnormalities in mammalian joint tissues are closely linked to various diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. The variations of small molecule metabolites within bone joint tissues can affect cell proliferation, drive the secretion of inflammatory mediators, mediate leukocyte infiltration, and consequently induce synovial inflammation and cartilage damage. Therefore, the development of novel mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) methods for visualizing metabolites in joint tissues is crucial for comprehensively understanding the metabolic characteristics of different microregions under both physiological and pathological conditions. In this study, an airflow-assisted desorption electrospray ionization (AFADESI)-MSI was used to establish an ambient MSI method for rat joint tissues. To ensure the effectiveness of the method, dynamic range, sensitivity, and imaging effect were selected as the primary evaluation criteria. The tissue preparation, section thickness, and spray solvent systems were systematically optimized. Compared to the AB glue transfer method, the tape adhesion method can obtain complete bone joint tissue sections and clearer images. A section thickness of 20 μm, as opposed to 15 μm, provides higher ion intensity in the m/z 600-900 range. Among the tested spray solvent systems, compared with methanol-water (8:2, V/V), acetonitrile-water (8:2, V/V), and the acetonitrile-isopropanol-water (6:2:2, V/V/V), the acetonitrile-isopropanol-water (4:4:2, V/V/V) prove to be the most effective, detecting the highest number of metabolites and lipids when employed as the spray solvent. The precision of this method was evaluated on six adjacent rat knee sections under positive and negative ion modes, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) for the ion intensity of representative metabolites being less than 20%. Subsequently, this method was utilized for spatially resolved metabolomics analysis of rat knee tissues. A total of 613 metabolites are annotated in the overall knee tissues. Based on the optical images, the rat knee tissues were segmented into three microregions for bone, marrow, and cartilage. 452, 418, and 451 metabolites in these microregions are identified, respectively. In bone, the pentose phosphate pathway, glyoxylate and dicarboxylate metabolism, and the TCA cycle are more prominent. In bone marrow, ascorbate and purine metabolism pathways are more significant. In cartilage, arginine and proline metabolism, as well as lysine degradation, are more pronounced. These findings highlight significant metabolic heterogeneity across different microregions of rat knee joint tissues. Overall, this study develops an AFADESI-MSI method for in-depth profiling of metabolites within rat joint tissues, providing a powerful tool for in situ visualization of metabolites in metabolic studies of joint tissues.

Taking the mining of II-3 coal seam in Gongniergaigou area of 231 mining area of Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine as the research background, based on the key strata theory of strata control, the similar physical simulation experiment is used to study the failure field, displacement field and mining-induced fissures evolution law of overburden strata in shallow coal seam mining. The results show that the periodic breaking distance of the main key strata decreases with the increase of the thickness of the load layer due to the influence of the valley terrain load distribution. The periodic breaking distance of the main key strata in model 1, model 2 and model 3 is 7-17 cm, 12-20 cm and 11-23 cm, respectively. The maximum vertical displacement of the main key strata in model 1, model 2 and model 3 is 22.77 mm, 24.42 mm and 20.98 mm, respectively. It is not easy to form a stable “masonry beam” bearing structure after the key strata of the missing structure is broken, which is the main reason why the maximum vertical displacement of the main key stratum of model 2 is greater than that of model 1 and model 3. With the advancement of the working face, the influence range of overburden migration gradually increases in the vertical and horizontal directions. The main key stratum is in the stage of periodic breaking, and the development and formation of mining-induced fissures enter the active period. The number and spacing of mining-induced fissures are related to the breaking law of the main key stratum. The mining-induced fissures have dynamic change characteristics. The mining-induced fissures at the bottom of the valley and the slope foot on both sides are easily affected by extrusion. The fissures width is small or even closed, and the fissure morphology in the flat surface area is relatively stable.

To solve problems of the low yields and dark color of Sargassum horneri polysaccharides which were produced according to the traditional extraction method under the high-temperature and alkalic condition, this study attempted to produce S. horneri polysaccharides at a lower alkaline treatment temperature of 60 ℃ and optimize the process parameters by the response surface methodology. The combined scores of alginate and fucoidan yields and whiteness index (WI) were used as assessment indices to identify the optimal process condition. To solve the current problems of fermented glutinous rice wine produced with traditional Jiuqu as a fermentation starter such as unstable quality, weak aroma and high alcohol content, this study selected non-Saccharomyces yeast strains with ester-producing and aroma-enhancing characteristics from traditional Jiuqu by analyzing the structure of its fungal community, and explored the effects of co-fermentation with each selected strain and Rhizopus arrhizus on the volatile flavor components of fermented glutinous rice wine. The results showed that Ascomycota and Mucoromycota were the dominant fungal phyla in Jiuqu and Rhizopus and Saccharomycopsis were the major fungal genera. Four non-Saccharomyces yeast strains, JLY1–JLY4, were obtained, and JLY1 and JLY2 were identified by sequencing as Saccharomycopsis fibuligera, while JLY3 and JLY4 as Torulaspora delbrueckii and Wickerhamomyces anomalus, respectively. Co-fermentation with JLY2 and Rhizopus arrhizus increased the number of volatile components from 46 to 62 compared with the control group, increasing the numbers of esters and alcohols and significantly increasing the relative contents of major flavor compounds such as isoamyl alcohol, phenylethanol, and phenylethyl acetate. Partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) was performed on 40 volatile flavor components shared by fermented glutinous rice wines, and 20 differential flavor substances were selected using the cut-off of variable importance for the projection (VIP) value ≥ 1, including 5 alcohols, 10 esters, 3 acids, 1 aldehyde or ketone, and 1 alkane. Differential substance analysis and sensory evaluation indicated that JLY1 and JLY2 were better than the other strains in terms of ester production and aroma enhancement, and synergistic fermentation significantly enhanced the contents of volatile flavor substances in fermented glutinous rice wine and consequently improved its quality.

Penaeus vannamei is an important shrimp species that is farmed globally, owing to its fast growth and good environmental adaptability. However, vibriosis outbreaks, such as acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease and translucent post-larva disease, have become a considerable constraint on the development of the shrimp aquaculture industry globally in recent years. Due to the negative consequences associated with the use of antibiotics to control bacterial diseases, alternative technologies, such as improving shrimp immunity, the nutrition level of shrimp diets, and the ecological environment of shrimp ponds by using probiotics, have been developed. Owing to the limitations related to the sourcing and cost of fish meal, a large amount of vegetable protein is often used as a fish meal substitute in shrimp artificial feed, which is not only difficult for the shrimp to digest and absorb but can also lead to nutritional antagonism. In order to improve the health status of aquaculture animals by providing high-quality feed, the development and optimization of fermented feed have received extensive attention. Probiotics in fermented feed can produce exogenous cellulase, protease, amylase, and other digestive enzymes in the digestive tract of farmed animals, which can improve the feed utilization rate, promote growth performance, and enhance the immunity of shrimp.In this study, in order to explore the application effects of shrimp feed fermented by different probiotic bacteria, probiotic strains, including Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Lactobacillus acidophilus, were used individually and in combination for the fermentation of commercial feed and fed to shrimp (P. vannamei) for 28 days. The survival, body length growth, specific growth, and feed conversion rates of the shrimp were analyzed, and the density of Vibrio in vitro and in vivo, as well as relevant immune indicators in the serum, were analyzed. Furthermore, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen concentrations in the water column were compared between the groups.The results demonstrated that the survival rates of shrimp in the fermented feed groups of B. subtilis, L. acidophilus, and complex bacteria were 8.54%, 8.54%, and 9.76%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The body length growth rates in the B. subtilis and L. acidophilus groups were significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), while the feed conversion rate in the L. acidophilus group was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the specific growth rate of shrimp between the experimental groups and the control group (P > 0.05). Fermented feed can affect the composition of bacteria in the hepatopancreas of shrimp. The density of Vibrio in the hepatopancreas of shrimp in each experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group on days 14 and 21 of the experiment (P < 0.05). The feeding of different fermented feed in the short term (within 14 days) had no significant effect on reducing the total density of Vibrio in the water. However, feeding B. subtilis and L. acidophilus fermented feed significantly reduced the Vibrio density in the water body on day 21 (P < 0.05). In addition, the serum total protein concentration in each experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The activities of serum peroxidase, superoxide dismutase, and phenoloxidase in the L. acidophilus fermented feed group increased significantly compared with those of the other experimental and control groups (P < 0.05). The activities of serum peroxidase and phenoloxidase in the serum of shrimp fed S. cerevisiae fermented feed were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Complex bacteria-fermented feed could significantly increase the activities of serum lysozyme, peroxidase, and phenoloxidase (P < 0.05). However, the activity of the detected immune-related enzymes in the B. subtilis group did not increase significantly compared with that of the control group (P > 0.05), except for the activity of total serum protein, which was higher than that of the control group. The results also revealed that the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in the water group of each experimental group at the end of the experiment was significantly lower compared to that of the control group. S. cerevisiae and L. acidophilus groups had the best effect in reducing the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in the water, respectively.In summary, shrimp feed fermented by B. subtilis, S. cerevisiae, and L. acidophilus singly or in combination could improve the survival rate, growth performance, and immunity of shrimp to a degree, and reduce the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in aquaculture water. Moreover, L. acidophilus shows great potential as a candidate probiotic for shrimp feed fermentation. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the development of shrimp fermentation feed, which can improve the feed utilization and survival rates of shrimp in aquaculture.

Objective To understand the clinical characteristics and microecological status of lower genital tract in females with genital herpes in gynecological clinic in order to standardize the treatment of genital herpes. Methods A total of 27 women diagnosed with genital herpes were enrolled from the gynecological clinic of Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University. The clinical data and vaginal microecology of participants were analyzed. Results All patients presented with various degree of external genital itching, pain, burning pain, sting pain, etc. Gynecological examination showed typical external genital herpes and/or irregular small ulcers. One case presented with cervical herpes-like changes. Abnormal vaginal microecology was observed in 88.89% of the patients (24/27), including 8 cases of decreased function of flora, 2 cases of bacterial vaginosis, 6 cases of vulvovaginal candidiasis, 7 cases of abnormal flora, and 1 case of mixed infections. The pH of vaginal secretions was higher, evidenced by 22 cases (22/27, 81.48%) with pH >4.5. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of female genital herpes vary and are often accompanied by vaginal dysbiosis. In clinic, it is recommended to conduct vaginal microbiota examination and personalize targeted treatment for all women with suspected genital herpes.

In order to gain insight into the hydrochemical characteristics and formation mechanism of high fluoride groundwater in Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of 48 samples including quaternary groundwater (QGW), sandstone groundwater (SGW), and mine water (MGW) using statistical analysis and hydrochemical methods. The findings demonstrate that the groundwater in Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine generally exhibits weak alkalinity, with predominant cations comprising of Ca2+ and Na+, and anions consisting of HCO3– and Cl–. The mean mass concentration of SO4 2–, Cl–, TDS, pH, and CO3 2– in groundwater follows the order of MGW>SGW>QGW, whereas HCO3– and F– exhibit the trend of SGW>MGW>QGW. Specifically, the average mass concentration of F– in QGW, SGW, and MGW is 0.76 mg/L, 4.55 mg/L, and 4.35 mg/L, respectively. Notably, most samples from SGW and MGW significantly exceed the permissible F−concentration threshold of 1.0 mg/L. The hydrochemical type of low fluoride (\begin{document}$\rho_{{\mathrm{F}}^{-}} $\end{document}1 mg/L) are mainly HCO3−Na (35.42%) and SO4·Cl−Na (45.83%). The dissolution of fluorinated minerals serves as the main source of F– in the high fluoride groundwater of Zhuanlongwan Coal Mine. Moreover, cation exchange, competitive adsorption, as well as the dissolution and precipitation of dolomite and calcite, are significant factors influencing the occurrence of high fluoride groundwater.

The studies on the batch experiments and transport of 90Sr and 241Am were respectively conducted under unsaturated flow conditions in silty clay column. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient r2 of adsorption and desorption isotherms for 90Sr and 241Am in silty clay medium is greater than 0.9, which indicates that the Freundlich isotherm adsorption model can better describe the adsorption and desorption process of different nuclides in silty clay. The adsorption capacity of strongly adsorbed nuclides 241Am is much greater than that of 90Sr. As for 90Sr, the first-order rate coefficient(named as β) between the dissolved phase and the adsorbed phase was considered in the non-equilibrium adsorption model by transport column. The calculated concentration distribution curve is good agreement with the measured values. The fitting results show that the distribution coefficient(named as Kd) and β of 90Sr in the fine sand aquifer are 3.6 mL/g and 0.55/h. Respectively, in terms of 241Am, the radionuclides concentration distribution curves in equilibrium adsorption model and non-equilibrium adsorption model are in good agreement with the measured values. It shows that the stronger adsorption capacity of the nuclides have the faster rate of the adsorption-desorption in the soil, meanwhile the shorter time for the system reaction equilibrium. At this time, the fitting results of the equilibrium adsorption mode and the non-equilibrium adsorption model are closer to each other. Meanwhile the calculated Kd value by equilibrium adsorption model is 3×103 mL/g.

In order to explore the effect of co-fermentation with Monascus and Aspergillus oryzae on the quality of soybean paste, the volatile flavor components in soybean pastes produced using pure and mixed cultures of A. oryzae (Piniang M003) and Monascus (PM001) were determined by headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) and comparatively analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA), and Illumina MiSeq sequencing technology was used to analyze the changes in the microbial community structure during the mixed culture fermentation process. Meanwhile, the correlation between the major microorganisms and the major flavor substances was analyzed. The results showed that the composition and content of flavor substances and the composition and relative abundance of microbial communities in the soybean paste produced by co-fermentation were significantly better than those in the soybean paste fermented with A. oryzae monoculture. The major flavor substances in soybean paste were significantly positively correlated with dominant genera such as Aspergillus, Bacillus, Monascus and Leuconostoc. The flavor quality of the soybean paste produced with a mixed culture of A. oryzae and Monascus in a ratio of 3:1 (m/m) was best. The results of the study showed that the mixed culture fermentation with Monascus and A. oryzae could significantly improve the flavor quality of soybean paste, which will be informative for the improvement of the flavor quality of soybean paste.

Five common watermelon varieties in the Beijing region, namely ‘L600’ ‘Guanghui L1000’ ‘Jingmei 2K’ ‘Chaoyue Mengxiang’ and ‘Xiaotianwang’ were investigated to compare quality indicators such as soluble solids, hardness, organic acids, soluble sugars, sweetness, and vitamin C. The aim was to provide a basis for the selection of high-quality watermelon varieties in Beijing. To select high-efficiency strains suitable for semi-dry black douchi fermentation, this study compared and analyzed the koji-making effects of six Aspergillus oryzae strains and one Lichtheimia corymbifera strain with large differences in enzyme-producing capacity. The results showed that A. oryzae HN3.042, DM1 and DM2 had a strong ability to metabolize amylase, and the fermented douchi had a lower L* value. A. oryzae 24M-1, 30M-1, and PNM003 had a strong ability to produce protease, aminopeptidase, and carboxypeptidase, resulting in greater utilization of protein substrates and higher contents of total acid and amino nitrogen in the fermented douchi. In terms of volatile flavor substances, the douchi fermented with stains HN3.042, DM1, and DM2 had a relatively higher content of 1-octen-3-ol, isovaleric acid, and 4-methylpentanoic acid. The douchi fermented with strains 24M-1, 30M-1, and PNM003 had a relatively higher content of trans-2-nonenal, 3-octanone, and isophorone, resulting in richer and better flavor quality. L. corymbifera QM3 had lower enzymatic activity when compared with A. oryzae, resulting in poorer physicochemical indicators, lower contents of free amino acids and volatile flavor substances and poorer quality in douchi. The study suggests that the quality of douchi is related to the enzyme-producing capacity of the koji mold. The predominance of amylase in the koji enzyme system is conducive to the formation of color and acidic flavor substances in douchi, while with the predominance of proteolytic enzymes is conducive to the formation of amino nitrogen and good flavor quality in douchi.

The low-rank coal pyrolysis technology with tar upgrading by catalyst is a clean and efficient coal conversion technology that ensures national energy security while also meeting the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals. The catalytic effects of metals, metal oxides, natural minerals, zeolites, and carbon-based catalysts on coal and pyrolysis volatiles are discussed due to the complexity in controlling tar quality and coke behavior. It also evaluates the effects of each type of catalysts on the distribution and composition of pyrolysis products, comparing their advantages and disadvantages. The differences in the physical and chemical properties of various catalysts, as well as their relationship with catalytic performance, are explored in detail, and the action mechanism of various catalysts is revealed by combining the bond breaking behavior of C—C, C—H, C=C, —OH, C=O, C—O and —COOH in coal and pyrolysis volatiles. Based on the studies above, aiming at the problems with low-tar yield and poor-tar quality during the catalytic process, it is proposed to use internal small molecule hydrogen donors and external solid/gaseous hydrogen donors activated by metal, particularly the transition metal modified catalysts, for in-situ hydrogen supply to heavy components cracking fragments in order to increase tar yield and improve tar quality during the catalytic process. Furthermore, to solve the problem of catalyst deactivation caused by coke, the chemical and physical characteristics and composition of coke, as well as the causes of coke formation, are examined in depth. Several effective strategies to coke inhibition are proposed, commencing with the design of the catalysts and the pyrolysis reaction system. Combining metal active sites with multi-level pores, bimetallic modification to control the ratio of Lewis and Brønsted acid sites, the synthesis of dual-functional catalysts with basic and acidic properties, and the introduction of hydrogen-rich small molecules such as H2O, CH4, C2H6, and CH3OH to control volatiles composition all contribute to effective coke suppression methods. The study can serve as a theoretical basis for the advancement of catalytic pyrolysis technology for low rank coal.

In uplink non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA)-based unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-assisted mobile edge computing (MEC) system, the successive interference cancellation (SIC) order of NOMA became a bottleneck limiting the transmission performance of task offload in uplink link.To reduce the energy consumption of the system, the SIC order was discussed and the optimal SIC order based on channel gain and task delay constraint was proposed.The optimization problem of minimizing the system energy consumption was proposed based on the optimal SIC order while satisfying the constraints of the given task delay of the device, the maximum transmit power constraint of the device, and the UAV trajectory.Since the problem was a complex non-convex problem, an alternating optimization method was adopted to solve the optimization problem to achieve power allocation and UAV trajectory optimization.A low-complexity algorithm based on matching theory was proposed to obtain the optimal device grouping in different time slots.Simulation results show that the optimal SIC order can realize smaller system energy consumption under the same task delay constraint compared with other SIC order, the proposed low-complexity device grouping algorithm can obtain the optimal device grouping.

Objective To explore the feasibility of using autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of deep second-degree burns complicated with wound infection. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the treatment process of a patient with deep second-degree burns and bacterial infection on the wound using autologous PRP. Clinical treatment highlights and outpatient follow-up were combined to discuss the feasibility and clinical effects of using autologous PRP in the treatment of burn wounds complicated with infection. Results The patient had a deep second-degree burn with a coagulase-negative Staphylococcus infection on the left lower limb. After one week of conventional wound dressing and antibiotic treatment, the patient's body temperature returned to normal. However, wound healing was slow and yellow secretion persisted. Subsequently, the burn wound was treated combined with topical autologous PRP. The wound pain score gradually decreased from 8 to 1. After 2 weeks, the bacterial culture of the wound secretion was negative, and the wound healed completely after 18 days. The wound scar score decreased from 5 to 2 at 1, 3 and 6 months after PRP treatment, and no obvious scar formation was observed. In the course of PRP treatment, there were no adverse reactions such as increased wound inflammation, abnormal blood routine and liver and kidney function test results. Conclusion For deep second-degree burn patients with localized wound bacterial infections who either refuse surgery or are not suitable for surgery, autologous PRP is a safer alternative that can effectively promote tissue regeneration and wound healing. The patient in this case achieved a curative effect in a short period of time.

Listeria monocytogenes is a foodborne human pathogen responsible for severe listeriosis and poses a great threat to human health. Hence, controlling the growth of L. monocytogenes plays an important role in the prevention of food contamination. Listeria innocua is often studied experimentally as a substitute strain for L. monocytogenes. In order to better maintain the sensory properties and nutrients of foods and extend their shelf life, this study explored the antimicrobial effect and possible mechanism of high pressure processing (HPP) combined with lauroyl arginate ethyl ester hydrochloride (LAE) on L. innocua. The feasibility of applying the combined treatment as a preservative was also investigated in ham. The results showed that 12 mg/L LAE treatment for 60 minutes had a potent antimicrobial effect on L. innocua, achieving a bacterial reduction of 3.12 (lg (CFU/mL)). Under the combined action of HPP and LAE, the surface morphology of bacterial cells became more wrinkled and sunken, and intracellular contents leaked out, suggesting a severe change in cell membrane permeability. The combined treatment of HPP at 350 MPa for 5 min with 12 mg/L LAE reduced L. innocua count by 4.87 (lg (CFU/mL)), which was 3.25 and 3.54 (lg (CFU/mL)) higher than that achieved using HPP and LAE treatments alone, respectively, suggesting a synergistic antimicrobial effect. Such synergistic antimicrobial effect was also observed on ham inoculated with L. innocua. This study could provide a theoretical reference for controlling the contamination of foodborne pathogens in ready-to-eat meat products.

Benefit maximization is the enduring objective of production and management for international oil companies. This objective can only be realized through oil and gas production; thus, enhancing production efficiency inevitably leads to maintaining and increasing the value of overseas assets. Given the current practices adopted by domestic companies to improve the quality and efficiency of overseas projects, it is imperative to establish a set of comprehensive benefit and output optimization methods that can withstand oil price shocks, adapt to overseas projects, and cater to various other requirements, thereby serving to improve the quality and efficiency of overseas projects. Taking into account the differences between overseas and domestic projects, this paper analyzes the characteristics and strategies for realizing benefits under different financial and tax regimes, such as mine tax contracts, output-sharing contracts, and service contracts. A framework for evaluating the benefits and outputs of overseas projects under different conditions (such as cost, output, and other floating indicators) is established based on research and analysis conducted at home and overseas. Overall marginal benefit, cash flow, and profit optimization objectives are used to guide benefit allocation to achieve asset appreciation and preservation. A multidimensional and multi-objective decision-making model and an algorithm for benefit maximization are developed by considering both profitability and risk. A Pareto solution set is provided for a comprehensive optimal decision-making interval of overseas oil and gas field project development by considering the constraints of investment, cost, and block in conjunction with multiple decision-making objectives such as production, profit, and risk. This model was applied to specific cases of overseas oil fields under certain decision objectives, and the Pareto optimal decisions were generated. An in-depth analysis and comparison of each solution in the solution set was conducted. Appropriate selection of different solutions is advocated for different decision preferences to ensure the objectivity and scientific nature of profit management decisions. Finally, considering the influence of uncertainty factors, the scenario-based uncertainty analysis of the project output, oil price, cost, and investment has proved effective and generally provides reliable support for decision making in the context of overseas oilfield efficiency and plans for production optimization and high-quality development. The benefit production model and solving algorithm for overseas oilfield projects developed in this paper can provide a theoretical basis and support for decision making by oil field companies to optimize the production benefits of overseas oil fields and improve profitability.

In recent years, contamination of mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOH) in milk powder, especially infant formula, has become a public concern, and related international regulation has gradually escalated. However, there is no standard method for the determination of MOH in milk powder. In this paper, the sample pretreatment method based on the EU limits and analytical requirements were improved and optimized, and the saponification method, hexane extraction, silica gel clean-up, epoxidation reaction method in order were used, and a highly sensitive method for the determination of mineral oils of saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) and mineral oils of aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH) in milk powder by on-line high performance liquid chromatography-gas chromatography (HPLC-GC) were established. Results showed that, the method achieved a limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.5 mg/kg and recoveries of 81.1%~112.0% (RSD=0.3%~3.8%), meeting the method requirements of the European Joint Research Center (JRC). The method was applied to analyze the international proficiency testing samples, and the results showed the detection results of MOSH and MOAH from C16 to C25 and C25 to C35 were close to the true values, and the absolute values of their z'-scores were less than 2. This indicated that the method passed the validation, and the method could be referred to as the standard for the determination of MOSH and MOAH in milk powder.

Under the background of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”, the grading and qualitative conversion of low-rank coal through pyrolysis as the core technology is of great significance to the green and low-carbon development of the coal processing industry. Aiming at the bottleneck problems of high temperature dust removal and quality control of dust-containing pyrolysis tar, the mechanism of coal pyrolysis and volatiles’ reaction is first analyzed, and the effect of dust-containing gaseous tar composition and volatiles’ reaction characteristics on the tar quality and carbon deposition behavior is discussed. Based on the mechanism of volatiles’ reaction, it is proposed to suppress the induction effect of oxygenated compounds on the formation of coke and to supply effective hydrogen to free radical fragments by optimally matching the coal characteristics and operating conditions. Ultimately, the tar quality is improved, and the coke deposition is reduced, thus, a feasible method to effectively relieve the separation pressure of oil and dust in subsequent gaseous tar is put forward. Based on the above method, the related research progress and technical application of dust removal technology and the in-situ upgrading of pyrolysis gaseous tar are analyzed in detail. It is pointed out that the use of granular bed dust removal technology can adjust the volatiles’ reaction path by changing the physical and chemical properties of the filter material and the spatial effect of the packed bed, so as to achieve the synergistic effect of the dust removal and in-situ upgrading of dust-containing gaseous tar. It is particularly important to develop multi-functional media materials suitable for the granular bed filtration and in-situ upgrading of gaseous tar under the premise of ensuring tar yield. As a granular bed filter material, the hierarchical porous carbon-based catalyst can realize the cracking of heavy components and the activation of hydrogen-rich components while filtering dust. In this case, the mass transfer resistance of heavy tar in the pore structure is reduced and the “synchronous hydrogen supply” through the combined effect of active sites and pore structure is also achieved, leading to an effective upgrading of tar quality and inhibiting of coke. The study provides a theoretical guidance for the development of large-scale pulverized coal pyrolysis and the efficient gas-solid separation technology of dust-containing gaseous tar.

Objective: To investigate the factors affecting the hygroscopicity of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide and to develop moisture-resistant intermediate tablets. Methods: The contents of polysaccharide, protein and fructose in Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide powder and the indicators characterizing the properties of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide powder, such as median diameter D50, distribution span, specific surface area, angle of repose, bulk density and tap density were used as the research objects to determine the most critical factors affecting the hygroscopicity of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide by stepwise regression method. The prepare tablet method was used to reduce the specific surface area based on the results of the stepwise regression method. In addition, the effects of tablet diameter, diluent and lubricant on the angle of repose, moisture absorption rate, hardness and fragility were investigated through single-factor experiments. On this basis, moisture-resistant intermediate tablets of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide were formulated using the Box-Behnken design-response surface method. The tablet's equilibrium moisture absorption rate and critical relative humidity were simultaneously determined and compared to Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide powder. Results: The results of stepwise regression indicated that the specific surface area, bulk density, and content of protein, fructose, and other impurities in Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide powder had significant effects on the powder's moisture absorption, with the specific surface area factor coefficient being the largest. The composition of the moisture-resistant intermediate tablets of Polygonatum odoratum was as follows: Lactose 17.00%, microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) 17.00% and magnesium stearate 0.80%. Compared to Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide powder, the equilibrium moisture absorption rate decreased from 22.25% to 11.03%, and the critical relative humidity increased from 48.40% to 75.00%. Conclusion: Specific surface area was the main factor of moisture absorption of Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide. Preparing Polygonatum odoratum polysaccharide powder into a moisture-resistant intermediate tablet could decrease its specific surface area, thereby reduce its hygroscopicity.

Background In recent years, with the development of mobile medicine and telemedicine technology, health management models such as Internet hospitals, online and offline cooperation have gradually become a development trend. However, the elderly have limitations in the use of "Internet+" technology, which affects the mobile health of the elderly, and develops a remote management model based on family members, helping improve the coverage and efficiency of health management for the elderly. Objective To construct an "Internet+" family nursing management model for the elderly, focusing on the contracting problem of the elderly in the context of contracted family doctor services. Methods From June 2020 to February 2021, the "Internet+" family nursing management model for the elderly was preliminarily formulated according to the policies related to the health management of the elderly, combined with domestic and foreign literature research and preliminary basic research. Applying the Delphi method, 15 experts were selected for two rounds of expert consultation, forming the final draft of the "Internet+" family nursing management model for the elderly. Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%, with the authority coefficients of 0.87 for both, and Kendall coordination coefficients of 0.253 and 0.226, respectively (P

In order to improve the processing quality of wheat, newly harvested wheat was treated with glow discharge cold plasma. The changes in the physicochemical properties of wheat flour and the rheological properties of wheat flour dough after the treatment were studied, and the molecular mass distribution and secondary structure of wheat flour proteins were furthermore analyzed. The results showed that the gluten index of wheat was significantly increased after cold plasma treatment with oxygen or argon as the gas source. Dough development time and stability time were improved, and the mixographic parameters midline integral at 8 min (MTxI) and midline width at 8 min (MTxW) were significantly increased (P < 0.05), while weakening slope (WS) was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The content of macromolecular polymeric storage protein fraction F1 was increased, and the ratio between macromolecular polymeric storage protein fraction F1 and small-molecule polymeric storage protein fraction F2 was significantly increased (P < 0.05). The protein secondary structure was transformed from β-sheet and β-turn to more ordered intermolecular β-sheet. In conclusion, glow discharge cold plasma treatment changed the molecular mass distribution and secondary structure of wheat storage proteins, significantly enhanced the elasticity and mixing tolerance of dough, and improved the tensile resistance of dough, thereby enhancing the processing quality of wheat to some extent.

In order to explore the storage property of Erythropalum scandens Blume, this study compared and analyzed the changes of physiological and metabolic indexes of reducing sugar, soluble sugar, glucose, fructose, vitamin C, protein, crude fiber, water content and enzyme activity of Guichi 1 and Guichi 2 at 4 ℃. The results showed that the changes of water content of Guichi 1 and Guichi 2 were less than 3%, the content of various sugars and vitamin C showed downtrend, the change of protein content was not obvious, and the crude vitamin content showed an increasing trend during storage at 4 ℃. The main differences between the two varieties were reflected in the appearance, carbohydrates, vitamin C and various enzyme activities. At low temperature, the leaves of Guichi 2 shrank faster and faded significantly, carbohydrates and vitamin C decreased faster, and the activities of peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase were lower than those of Guichi 1. Through comprehensive comparison, Guichi 1 was more resistant to storage than Guichi 2, and its nutrients, flavor, taste were also better than Guichi 2. The best shelf life of Guichi 1 was 10 days at 4 ℃ , and the best shelf life of Guichi 2 was 5 days at 4 ℃. This conclusion could provide a reference for the study of postharvest preservation of E. scandens.

To investigate the effect of K+ on the properties and mechanism of the composite gel system consisting of tamarind gum and κ-carrageenan, four methods including rheology, texture analysis, microstructure, and infrared spectroscopy were used to investigate the properties and structure of the composite gel with different K+ additions. The rheological results showed that the addition of K+ increased the modulus of the gel system and decreased the compliance and total deformation. When the addition of K+ increased to 15 mmol/L, the apparent viscosity reached its highest value of 2690 Pa·s. The results of texture analysis revealed that the strength and hardness of the gel system increased with the addition of K+, but its elasticity and cohesiveness decreased relatively. Infrared spectroscopy and microstructure demonstrated that K+ could promote the interaction between tamarind gum and κ-carrageenan, the gel pores tend to be dense and uniform, and the inter-pore walls were most regular and strong at the K+ addition of 15 mmol/L. The results showed that the addition of K+ could make the gel system exhibit better viscoelasticity and anti-deformation, and make the network structure more compact, which would provide a theoretical reference for the application of tamarind gum and κ-carrageenan in compounding.

The restoration and reconstruction of mangrove wetland ecosystem is one of the key research fields in ecological restoration in the coastal zone of South China. In order to reveal the physiological and ecological strategies to light conditions of mangrove species, the characteristics of leaf soluble protein contents and activities of antioxidant enzymes in seedlings of eight mangrove species (Sonneratia apetala, Kandelia obovata, Bruguiera gymnorhiza, Aegiceras corniculatum, Acanthus ilicifolius, Acrostichum aureum, Heritiera littoralis and Hibiscus tiliaceus) under different light intensity treatments (100%, 45%, 30%, and 10% of natural light intensity) were studied using shading control experiment. The results were as follows: (1) Low light intensities had little effect on the leaf soluble protein contents of Bruguiera gymnorhiza, Acanthus ilicifolius and Acrostichum aureum, whereas the other five species showed a decreasing trend of leaf soluble protein contents with the decline in light intensity. (2) The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX) in the leaves of Bruguiera gymnorhiza, Acanthus ilicifolius and Acrostichum aureum under 10% of natural light intensity treatment had no significant differences compared with the control, while the other five mangrove species showed a decreasing trend of all the five antioxidant enzyme activities. In conclusion, the results indicate that Bruguiera gymnorhiza, Acanthus ilicifolius and Acrostichum aureum are suitable to be planted under the forest with high canopy density, while Sonneratia apetala, Kandelia obovata, Aegiceras corniculatum, Heritiera littoralis, Hibiscus tiliaceus are suitable to be planted under the forest with lower canopy density or planted as middle and upper layer tree species in mangrove. The results of this study provide theoretical guidance for the optimal allocation of artificial mangrove communities.

Debris flow disasters occur frequently in Nyingchi City, Tibet. There is an urgent need to establish an early warning model to predict the possible areas of debris flow disasters in Nyingchi City and reduce the losses caused by those disasters. This paper presented an early warning model based on raster runoff simulation in Nyingchi City, which can simulate the water depth at each location in the watershed and improve the spatial pertinence of debris flow early warning. In this model, the disaster factors of debris flow are divided into background factor and excitation factor. The probability of debris flow disaster in Nyingchi City is obtained by logistic regression of many factors such as bare rock rate, vertical slope of riverbed and so on, which is used as the background factor. The raster runoff simulation model is introduced to simulate the predicted water depth at each position of the basin during the early warning period by importing the precipitation and snow water equivalent data. Using binary logistic regression method to calculate the weight of background factor and excitation factor, the final model is obtained. 18 historical disasters from 2011 to 2020 were used to verify the model. The disaster points falling into the early warning area accounted for 64.4%, which has certain guiding significance for the early warning of debris flow disaster in Nyingchi City.

In order to explore the quality changes of grass carp visceral fish oil under different storage temperatures, the grass carp visceral fish oil was extracted by enzymatic method. The visceral fish oil of grass carp was stored at cold storage (4 ℃), normal temperature (25 ℃) and 37 ℃ for 60 days at constant temperature, and its acid value and peroxide value were determined regularly. Fingerprint characteristic analysis, principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and load analysis and other electronic nose technologies regularly were used to analyze the changes of volatile components. The results showed that the changes of acid value, peroxide value and volatile odor components of grass carp viscera were not obvious during storage at low temperature (4 ℃); The acid value and peroxide value of grass carp visceral crude oil increased significantly at room temperature (25 ℃) and 37 ℃, and the volatile odor components changed significantly, especially at 37 ℃; Taking the acid value and peroxide value as the criteria for judging whether the fish oil was deteriorated, the shelf life was about 55 days at 4 ℃, 40 days at 25 ℃ and 30 days at 37 ℃; The volatile components of fish oil during storage were mainly nitrogen oxides, sulfides and aromatic components. This study provides a theoretical basis for the effective utilization of grass carp viscera.

By analyzing the damage mechanism of the cage, the paper classified the damage level and risk early warning level of the deep-water cage according to the three damage forms of deformation and fracture of the floating frame, broken anchor rope and off anchor, and excessive volume loss of the cage. For the six cage farming enterprises in Nanji Island, the damage levels of cages under different scenarios were calculated, the quantitative database was established, the input items of risk early warning system were simplified, the wave height threshold corresponding to the risk early warning levels was analyzed and determined, and the refined storm surge nearshore wave coupling numerical prediction model was used to make cage disaster risk early warning products, which were verified by typhoon 1808 "Maria" and typhoon 1909 "Lekima" . The predicted results were consistent with the actual damage, which could provide technical support and services for local cage aquaculture enterprises to deal with wave disasters in the future.

Through the analytic hierarchy process, this paper constructsed a comprehensive evaluation index system for marine disaster reduction capacity at county level, which was applicable to Zhejiang Province, and compared and analyzed the status quo and shortcomings of various disaster reduction capacities of 28 coastal counties (cities and districts) in Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the overall marine comprehensive disaster reduction capacity of Zhejiang Province was relatively high. All coastal counties (cities and districts) had reached above the middle level, and more than half of the coastal counties (cities and districts) had reached the strong level. Pingyang County had the strongest marine comprehensive disaster reduction capacity, while Haining City had the weakest. Based on some common problems existing in the disaster reduction capacity of coastal counties (cities and districts) in Zhejiang Province, the paper provided countermeasures and suggestions for improving the marine disaster reduction capacity.

Objective To investigate the expression of erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte B2 (EphB2) receptor at different phases of functional recovery after middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) in rats. Methods Sixty-four rats were divided into four groups:sham group and 2, 14 and 28 days after MCAO. The neurological and motor function was evaluated with a modified mNSS score at 2 d, 14 d or 28 d after surgery. The mRNA and protein in the hippocampus and cortex were measured by q-PCR and Western blot, respectively. Results Rats showed the highest mNSS score at 2 d after MCAO as compared with sham group (P＜0.001) and the score decreased with time.The protein level of EphB2 receptor in the hippocampus increased significantly at 2 d after MCAO (P＜0.05)compared with sham group, and then gradually decreased at 14 and 28 d after MCAO. The expression of EphB2 receptor showed correlation with mNSS scores. However, the expression of EphB2 receptors in the cortex and the EphB2 mRNA level in the hippocampus did not change significantly after MCAO. Conclusions The expression of EphB2 receptor in the hippocampus is up-regulated at early phase of MCAO and then decreased, which is closely correlated with functional score in rats.

The effect of growth promoting agents on the flavor of netted melon was evaluated. During the planting, Bacillus subtilis, Trichoderma harzianum and Streptomyces were applied to the roots for 4 times at a dosage of 0.1 g/m2 respectively. After harvest, volatile components of fruits were evaluated and compared with the untreated ones as the control based on the SPME-GC-MS and electric nose analysis. The results showed that the growth promoting agents affected the composition and concentration of volatile components in netted melon. A total of 54 volatile components were detected in Trichoderma harzianum group, whose content was 294.46 μg/kg being 22.66% higher than that of the control. A total of 13 aroma components was determined in Trichoderma harzianum group including trans-6-nonenal, cis-6-nonenol, octanal, trans-2-nonenal, trans,cis-2,6-nonenal, β-Violone, 3,6-nonyl-1-alcohol, nonanal, 1-octene-3-alcohol, heptanaldehyde, 2-methylbutyraldehyde, cis-3-hexenal and ethyl butyrate. The number and aroma activity value of the aroma components in the Trichoderma harzianum group was 33.33% and 82.53% higher than those of the control, respectively. Therefore, Trichoderma harzianum could improve the flavor richness and intensity of netted melon.

A rare case of psoriasiform graft-versus-host disease is reported. The patient suffered from acute B-cell leukemia for more than 1 year. Nine months after allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, the patient developed red papules and plaques, with Auspitz sign positive and silver-white scales on the head, face, limb and trunk. The histopathology showed both psoriatic and interfacial dermatitis. Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated infiltration of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Diagnosis was psoriasiform graft-versus-host disease. Lesions were improved by topical 0.1% tacrolimus ointment.

In order to promote the development of China′s fishing village tourism and the implementation of the "Rural Revitalization" strategy, the paper studied the impact mechanism of tourism experience on the image of fishing village, the role of tourists′ perceived value and tourists′ risk perception, based on the field survey data of Xunpu village in Quanzhou City, then put forward development suggestions. The results showed that tourism experience had a significant positive impact on the image of fishing village. Tourists′ perceived value played an intermediary role in the impact mechanism of tourism experience on the image of fishing village. Tourists′ risk perception played a regulatory role between tourism experience and tourists′ perceived value, as well as between tourism experience and fishing village image. When tourists′ risk perception was low, tourism experience was easier to improve the fishing village image by improving tourists′ perceived value. The development of fishing village tourism in Xunpu village should focus on improving tourism experience and tourists′ perceived value, reducing tourists′ risk perception, and building a fishing village tourism brand.

In recent years, with the widespread use of immunodepressant agents, Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PJP) has been significantly found in non-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) patients, such as those with malignancies, post-transplantation and autoimmune diseases. Although the risk factors and management of PJP have been extensively studied in the hematologic tumor and post-transplant populations, the research on real tumor cases is insufficient. Lung cancer has been the most common tumor with the highest number of incidence and death worldwide, and the prognosis of lung cancer patients infected with PJP is poor in clinical practice. By reviewing the previous studies, this paper summarized the epidemiology and clinical manifestations of PJP in lung cancer patients, the risk factors and possible mechanisms of PJP infection in lung cancer patients, diagnosis and prevention, and other research progresses to provide reference for clinical application.

Large-scale marine equipment will overheat if it works for a long time and a cooling system is necessary to be established to ensure that the equipment works in a safe range of temperature. To meet the cooling requirements of a large-scale marine equipment, a model of seawater cooling system is established in FloMaster, and simulations under dynamic conditions are conducted. According to the temperature of the coolant (glycol solution) in the front or back of the room of the heat exchanger, the pump speed or valve opening is changed to realize automatic control of seawater flow. Three control schemes are proposed, and the control effects are evaluated by the response characteristics and operating characteristics of the system under variable working conditions using the FloMaster-Simulink co-simulation method. The results show that when the pump speed is controlled by both the open loop and closed loop, the best control effect and lower energy consumption can be achieved.

Continuous glucose monitoring is important in the management of diabetes. According to statistics, diabetes is the third chronic non-infectious disease that seriously endangers people's health, followed by tumor as well as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In 2019, globally, there were a total of 460 million diabetics aged 20–79 years, which accounted for 9.1% of the total population in this cohort. Each figure is projected to increase to 592 million and by 10.1% respectively by 2035. Currently, the methods of blood glucose monitoring can be divided into invasive, minimally invasive, and noninvasive. The main methods for blood glucose monitoring include irregular sampling of fingertip blood or consecutive measurement of interstitial fluid glucose based on implantable sensors. However, these methods have some limitations, which include pain sensation, high cost, short service life, and susceptibility. Patients need to measure their blood glucose frequently. Invasive and minimally invasive monitoring will cause physical and psychological pain. Therefore, noninvasive monitoring is one of the most promising techniques for continuous monitoring of blood glucose, and it has a broad market prospect. In this study, the electrocardiogram (ECG signals) were used to achieve the noninvasive monitoring of blood glucose levels. First, 756160 ECG periodic signals of 12 volunteers for 60 d were obtained from the experiment. Second, the ECG signals were preprocessed using an infinite impulse response filter. Furthermore, a method combining convolutional neural networks and long short-term memory networks (CNN-LSTM) was proposed for blood glucose monitoring. In Addition, two modeling methods (individual modeling and group modeling) were investigated in this study. The results show that the precision of blood glucose monitoring under the condition of individual and group modeling is 80% and 88%, respectively. The F1-score of the group modeling can reach 0.95, 0.88, 0.91, 0.85, 0.92, 0.88, 0.86, 0.86, 0.87, and 0.86. Therefore, this study indicates that the proposed method based on ECG signals can provide powerful theoretical support and technical guidance for real-time and accurate blood glucose monitoring.

Objective To study the effect of probiotics on lipid metabolism disorder in obese mice induced by high-fat and high-sucrose diet. Methods C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control group, model group (high-fat and high-sucrose feed), probiotics group (2×109 CFU probiotics), inhibitor group (AMPK inhibitor dorsomerphin, 10 mg/kg) and probiotics+inhibitor group, with 10 mice in each group.Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue; Oil Red O staining was used to observe the accumulation of fat in liver tissue; Western blot was used to detect the expression of pathway proteins. Results Compared with control group, in model animals, lipid vacuoles were found in liver tissue, the nuclear staining was deepened, a large amount of fat accumulation and autophagy bodies were reduced, lipid metabolism indexes (TC, TAG,LDL) were raised. Expression of lipid metabolism protein SREBP-1c and mTOR phosphorylation were all increased(P＜0.05); Lipid metabolism indexes HDL, expression of autophagy related protein LC3 and Beclin1 and AMPK phosphorylation of model group were inhibited(P＜0.05). Compared with model group, the lipid vacuoles and fat accumulation in probiotics group were alleviated, and more autophagosomes were observed, TC, TAG, LDL, SREBP-1c expression and mTOR phosphorylation were decreased(P＜0.05), expression of HDL, LC3 and Beclin1 and AMPK phosphorylation of probiotics group were higher (P＜0.05); The number of lipid vacuoles increased and became larger, the accumulation of fat increased while the autophagy decreased, TC, TAG, LDL, SREBP-1c expression level and mTOR phosphorylation level were higher (P＜0.05), expression of HDL, LC3 and Beclin1 protein and AMPK phosphorylation of inhibitor group were inhibited(P＜0.05). The inhibitor group was compared with the model group, the probiotic+inhibitor group was compared with the probiotic group, the lipid vacuoles and fat accumulation in the liver tissue were higher, and the autophagy body counting was reduced, expression of TC, TAG, LDL, SREBP-1c and mTOR phosphorylation were higher (P＜0.05), expression of HDL, LC3 and Beclin1 protein and AMPK phosphorylation were decreased(P＜0.05). Conclusions Probiotics may activate AMPK pathway and then negatively regulate mTOR pathway, promote hepatocyte autophagy and improve lipid metabolism of obese mice induced by high-fat and high-sucrose diet.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG strain(LGG) on liver graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Methods Mice were randomly divided into three groups, including control, GVHD (the donor-derived bone marrow and spleen cell suspension were reinfused through the tail vein), and LGG groups (LGG gavage after modeling, 200 μL/mouse, twice a week for 5 weeks). The pathological changes of liver tissues were observed by HE staining, the liver function and the levels of plasma cytokines IL-6, IL-18 and TNF-α were detected by ELISA, and the changes of intestinal microbiota were detected by PCR. Results Compared with mice in the control group, mice in GVHD group showed shorter survival time, obvious liver function damage and pathological changes, increased level of plasma cytokines IL-6, IL-18 and TNF-α (P＜0.01) and decreased intestinal microbiota diversity(P＜0.05). LGG treatment significantly alleviated the pathological changes induced by GVHD in the liver (P＜0.05). Conclusions LGG can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in liver by regulating the intestinal microbiota, thereby alleviate GVHD in mice after HSCT, suggesting that LGG may be useful in the treatment of GVHD.

With the globalization of the integrated circuit industry, hardware Trojan is becoming the main threat to integrated circuits. At present, the side-channel analysis which can make a good trade-off between detection ability and cost, has attracted more attention from the academia. The side-channel analysis method based on electromagnetic radiation is one of the hotspots in hardware security field. The ability evaluation of electromagnetic radiation analysis method to detect hardware Trojan was focused, and the factor that limited their detection performance was explored. The experimental results on FPGA show that the electromagnetic radiation analysis method can effectively detect hardware Trojan whose electromagnetic radiation distribution is significantly different from surrounding circuits, but it cannot be applied to hardware Trojan with complex frequency distribution of electromagnetic radiation.

In view of the current development trend of building a unifi ed, integrated, and hybrid orbital space information network in various countries around the world, as well as the ineffi ciency and delay caused by the existing satellite systems relying on ground information processing, a space computing interconnection network architecture based on hybrid orbital networking was proposed, which unifi ed the existing separate satellite networks in a set of architecture, integrated the existing satellite networks through inter satellite links and on-satellite processing to realize the interconnection and effi cient processing of the entire space information network.It made the future space network not only a channel for information, but also a platform for information processing, improved the information processing capacity and operating effi ciency of the spatial information network, and meet the needs of a large number of node information interaction and processing between the world and the earth in the future.

Pyroptosis is a kind of programmed cell death mediated by the gasdermin protein, including the classical pathway that depends on caspase-1 and the non-classical pathway that depends on caspase-4, -5, and 11, accompanied by the release of a large number of inflammatory factors. Atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia, heart failure and other cardiovascular diseases are closely related to inflammatory response. Pyroptosis, as a highly pro-inflammatory cell death, is also widely involved in the occurrence and development of the cardiovascular diseases, and plays an important role in these diseases.

As a response to the challenge from the aging of female reproductive organs, how to delay the ovarian function decline and even reconstruct the ovarian function has become a research hotspot in the field of reproductive medicine.With the development of biomedical engineering, the emergence of artificial ovaries provides a new option for the reconstruction of ovarian function.

Objective To explore the relationship between MRI types and epilepsy control following tumor removal of dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor (DNT). Methods The clinical and follow ⁃ up data of DNT cases were retrospectively collected from January 2012 to July 2019, and the data were further analyzed with respect to prognostic factors. Results Epilepsy occurred in all cases. According to MRI⁃based classification, 8 patients belonged to type Ⅰ, 4 patients were type Ⅱ, and the other 2 patients were type Ⅲ. Tumor total removal was performed in all cases. Postoperative pathological HE staining confirmed each tumor simple contained specific neuronal components in all cases, and in 13 cases, synaptin (Syn), oligodendrocyte transcription factor 2 (Olig ⁃ 2) and neuronal nuclear antigen (NeuN) were positive in routine immunohistochemical staining. In the postoperative follow ⁃up period from 6-84 months, Engel Ⅰ outcome was achieved in all type Ⅰ cases and 2 type Ⅱ cases, Engel Ⅲ was in 2 type Ⅱ cases, Engel Ⅱ was in 2 type Ⅲ cases. Conclusions Postoperative seizure control in PNT may be closely associated with the MRI types, and type Ⅰ may have a better prognosis in seizure control following tumor removal than type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ. Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoantibody mediated autoimmune disease of the neuromuscular junction (NMJ), and anti⁃muscle⁃specific receptor tyrosine kinase (MuSK) antibody⁃related MG (MuSK⁃MG) covers 5%-8% of all MG patients. MuSK⁃MG is a life threatening condition, characterized with early bulbar, neck, and respiratory muscle weakness. MuSK-MG patients have poor response to standard therapies, known as drug⁃resistant patients. Rituximab (RTX) is a monoclonal antibody that targets the CD20 antigen on B cells. At present, most studies have described clinical improvement and immunosuppressant dose reduction following RTX treatment of refractory MG patients, especially for MuSK⁃MG patients. With the low sensitivity of beam field and noise-sensitive of high resolution spatial spectrum algorithm,the low location precision under the complex electromagnetic environment becomes a severe problem.The Capon and Root-MUSIC (CRMU) joint algorithm was proposed to research the one-dimensional location technology.The proposed algorithm could not only avoid the high operation caused by the peak search but also suppress the noise,which contributed to reduce the root mean square error (RMSE) of azimuth.Then,the simulation results demonstrate that the RMSE of the proposed algorithm is at least 0.2 degrees less than that of the Root-MUSIC algorithm.In addition,the location error of the proposed algorithm is less than 3% in the practical application of one-dimensional location of shortwave single station,which satisfies the demand that the location error should be below 5%.

Background and objective Phosphatidylinositide 3-kinases (PI3K) pathway is one of the most important pathway in cells, which plays an important role in proliferation, growth, differentiation and mobility of cells. The aberrant activation of PI3K pathway was exsited in 50%-70% cases of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). As the key point in PI3K pathway, expression of PI3K plays a critical role in activity of the pathway, which is closely related with the initiation and development of NSCLC, furthermore with the response of tumor to target treatment. Our study is to analyze the clinical significance and mechanism of PI3K p110β overexpression in NSCLC. Methods Expression of p110β and other proteins in PI3K pathway were detected by immunohistochemistry in 170 cases of NSCLC. Correlation between expression of p110β and clinicopathological characteristics of patients as well as expression of other proteins in PI3K pathway was analyzed. Results In 170 NSCLC, overexpression of p110β was found in 41.8% of cases. Correlation between overexpression of p110β and Ki 67 index was significant (P=0.040). No significant difference of p110 expression were observed among different cohorts of gender, age, smoking status, classification, grade and stage (P>0.05). Correlation between expression of p110β and other proteins in PI3K pathway was various, positively correlated with PTEN loss (P0.05). Conclusion Overexpression of p110β is frequently detected in NSCLC. It is closely related with PTEN loss NSCLC, which shows that it plays an important role in maintaining and developing of tumors driven by PTEN loss. It initiates the proliferation of tumor cells in NSCLC without phosphorylating Akt. PIK3CB mutation is not the major cause of overexpression of p110β. Dysregulation of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) doesn’t show potential of increasing p110β level in cancer tissue, furthermore the expression of p110β in tumors with EGFR mutation is lower than in tumors without EGFR mutation.

An energy-efficient optimization algorithm was proposed for the 3D MIMO-OFDMA communication system.The proposed algorithm based on vertical beamforming technology maximized energy efficiency by adjusting the resource allocation,power allocation and the downtitles of the beam.According to the theory of fractional optimization,the complex fractional optimization problem could be converted into a more tractable integral optimization problem.The lagrangian operator was introduced to obtain the optimal value of energy efficiency by iteration.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve higher energy efficiency with fewer iterations.

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of thrombectomy with Solitaire stent for treatment of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), and to identify the predictive factors for clinical outcome. Methods A total of 25 patients with acute middle cerebral artery (MCA)-M1 segment occlusion were treated by thrombectomy with Solitaire stent. Time from onset to femoral artery puncture, time from femoral artery puncture to recanalization, times of thrombectomy, thrombolytic therapy or not, balloon dilatation and/or stent implantation, intraarterial thrombolysis or not, tirofiban treatment after therapy or not were recorded. Vascular recanalization immediately after procedure was evaluated by Thrombolysis in Cerebral Infarction (TICI). National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was used to evaluate neurological function of patients 24 h after operation, and the clinical outcomes were assessed by modified Rankin Scale (mRS) at 90 d after treatment. The occurrence rate of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage within 24 h after operation and mortality within 90 d after treatment were recorded. Results Median time from onset to femoral artery puncture was 5.00 (4.00, 6.30) h; median time from femoral artery puncture to recanalization was 2.00 (2.00, 2.50) h; times of thrombectomy was 2 (2, 2); 7 patients (28%) received intravenous thrombolysis before thrombectomy; 6 patients (24%) underwent balloon dilatation only; 3 patients (12%) underwent stent implantation only; 4 patients (16%) underwent balloon dilatation and stent implantation; 4 patients (16%) received intraarterial thrombolysis after thrombectomy; 11 (44%) received tirofiban therapy after operation. There were 20 patients (80% ) of recanalization with TICI 2b-3 grade. The NIHSS score at 24 h after operation was significantly decreased than before procedure [8 (4, 12) score vs. 14 (11, 17) score; Z = -3.532, P = 0.000]. Symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage occurred in 3 patients (12%). At 90 d after treatment, 15 patients (60%) had favorable prognosis (mRS ≤ 2 score). Two patients (8%) died. Univariate and multivariate forward Logistic regression analysis showed the TICI 2b-3 grade was independent factor for favorable prognosis (OR = 0.316, 95% CI: 0.102-0.982; P = 0.046). Conclusions Thrombectomy with Solitaire stent is safe and effective for treating acute MCAO. With the increase of TICI grade, the prognosis is better. DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1672-6731.2017.11.004

In VANET,the Sybil attack simultaneously using multiple forged identities can easily cause the injustice of resource usage and make networks in a mess by distributing false messages.To solve this problem,an event-driven lightweight algorithm was proposed,which could identify vehicles false position quickly.When one vehicle appeared inside another's safety zone,a geometrical cross-recognition algorithm to calculate the overlap between vehicles to detect false position claiming was presented.At the same time,according to the neighbors within the confirming vehicle's radio range,position deviation matrix was established further to identify the Sybil node of two overlap vehicles.The performance analysis and simulation results show that the lightweight algorithm driven by safety zone demonstrates fast identification and high detection rate,especially when GPS error is very low.The imported safety zone can also balance the communication load impacting by heavy vehicular density.And the communication processing delay is lower than other approaches.
