Aiming at the problem of real-time and accurate monitoring and early warning of rock burst and the lack of mutual feedback between predication results and prevention measures, a real-time transmission system for various monitoring data of rock burst based on Socket and WebServices technologies was designed, and a confusion matrix method was used to construct the dynamic adjustment model of early warning index weight of multi-parameter, and then an intelligent early warning model of rock burst danger in platform is established. In order to further realize the mutual feedback effect of early warning results and prevention measures, with the support of SuperMap GIS cloud service technology, display methods of various prevention measures and early warning results have been defined and designed on the WEB side, thereby forming a mutual feedback system for the design and implementation of prevention measures. The application results in a mine show that the platform can be used for real-time and accurate warning of rock burst and can guide the effective implementation of rock burst prevention and pressure-relief measures on site in time.

Abstract: According to the one-step forming demand on engineering construction applications, the sand-in-water multi-color coatings is usually used via a one-step spraying process which often brings about the sagging problem. In order to solve this problem, coating manufacturers generally control the viscosity of coatings. However, this single treatment method might causes some new problems such as storage stability, color point and discharge during construction. In this article, the dosage of emulsion and thickening agent is adjusted while the mass ratio of other components is not changed to investigate the effects of the thixotropy, viscosity and intercoat on the sagging performance of coatings. Thus, the optimized parameters such emulsion dosage, coatings viscosity are obtained to solve the sagging property of coatings. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to realize the monitoring of deformation in the urban area of Hohhot city, this paper uses the permanent scatterer synthetic aperture radar interferometry (PS-InSAR) technique to perform temporal interferometric processing on 25 scenes of Sentinel-1A data from March 2017 to April 2021 in the urban area of Hohhot city to extract the surface subsidence information in the urban area and analyze the causes of subsidence in the main subsidence centers. The results show that there are five obvious centres of subsidence in the urban area of Hohhot, and that the overall average annual surface subsidence rate is 3.65 mm/a, with an average cumulative subsidence of 15.50 mm. The subsidence is mainly due to over-exploitation of groundwater. Given that the free Sentinel-1A data has the advantages of short time baseline and sufficient number of images, it is conducive to InSAR time series analysis, which can meet similar urban surface deformation monitoring work and serve urban safety. Temperature and thermal stress analyses of receiver can provide theoretical guidance to the suppressing of thermal stress. Coupled-field element method is adopted to conduct temperature and thermal stress field analyses of tube receiver under non-uniform and intermittent concentrated solar irradiation. During the temperature analyses of tube receiver, angle relationships between incident direction of solar rays and surface elements of tube receiver are calculated, and the relationships multiplied by magnitude of concentrated solar irradiation are used as the secondary boundary condition of temperature analyses. The secondary derivative of temperature field along length direction of tube receiver is also investigated to clarify the thermal stress distribution along length direction. The numerical results indicate that axial stress and tangential stress have much higher influence on thermal stress field than radial stress, and the inflexion of secondary derivative of temperature distribution will induce an inflexion of thermal stress distribution. Proteomics is a fast-growing discipline that aims at systematic identification, quantification of proteins and their post-translational modifications in cells. Mass spectrometry-based shotgun proteomics technology is currently one of the mainstream methods for proteomics research. With this method, proteins need to be digested to peptides by site-specific proteases before they can be detected with mass spectrometry. Therefore, site-specific proteases played key roles in this process and so far, a variety of specific proteases have been developed and used in proteomics study. Particularly, the identification, characterization and development of proteases that cleave at the N-termini of corresponding amino acid residues, which are just mirrors to those of typical C-termini proteases, provide novel tools for proteomics analysis. In this review, we summarized the proprieties of LysargiNase, a most recently identified mirror trypsin, and its applications in proteomics research to promote its more widespread usage.

Using magnetic silica (Fe 2 O 3 @SiO 2 ) as the matrix material, a magnetic reversed-phase restricted access material was prepared via surface-initiation atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP) on the surface of modified Fe 2 O 3 @SiO 2 . Stearyl methacrylate (SMA) was grafted on the inner surface of the modified Fe 2 O 3 @SiO 2 , and glycidylmethacrylate (GMA) was grafted on the outer surface of the modified Fe 2 O 3 @SiO 2 . The magnetic reversed-phase restricted access material was prepared via acid hydrolysis. This material was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and elemental analysis. The exclusion ability of the opened magnetic reversed-phase restricted access material to bovine serum albumin (BSA) was 90.4%. The maximum adsorbed amounts of sulfisoxazole (SIZ), sulfadimethoxine (SDM), trimethoprim (TMP) and sulfamerazine (SMR) were 2.76, 2.24, 1.51 and 1.34 mg/g, respectively. This material was applied to extract and enrich SIZ, SMR and SDM in milk and bovine serum samples. The spiked recoveries of SIZ, SMR and SDM were 88.7%-90.8%, and the relative standard deviations were 3.3%-5.3%. Thus, the magnetic phase restricted access material can simplify the pretreatment of biological matrix samples, and can be applied to the analysis and detection of blood samples or food samples.

Objective: To study the feasibility and the generalizability of the Remote fitting models of hearing AIDS from primary hospitals., Method: we comparative analyzed the speech recognition scores and satisfaction of 45 cases with traditional hearing AID fitting and with a hearing aid remote test respectively., Result: 45 cases were analyzed in each group, including traditional hearing AID fitting model and remote test, and 35 recovered in traditional fitting model group, and the recovery rate was 77.8%; Remote fitting model rehabilitation 42 cases, recovery rate was 93.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). In 6 weekend wear hearing AIDS, traditional fitting model of speech recognition rate increased by 19.40% on average, the average distance fitting model speech recognition rate increases by 27.47%, the average distance fitting model than traditional fitting the speech recognition rate increased significantly more (8.07%). Effect of hearing aid international questionnaire results suggest: 45 cases using traditional model fitting hearing AIDS patients, 33 cases (73.3%) satisfaction, 12 cases (26.7%) patients after use. Remote and 45 cases of using hearing AIDS fitting model, satisfied with 40 cases (88.9%), 5 cases (11.1%) patients after use., Conclusion: the curative effect and the satisfaction of remote fitting models of hearing AIDS on hearing impairment are better than that in patients with traditional fitting models. Therefore it is more worthy of clinical application especially in basic level hospitals.

Objective: To identify the epitope of von Willebrand factor (vWF) recognized by monoclonal antibody SZ-125 (mAb SZ-125) using immune-affinity matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) assay in combination with peptide synthesis and amino acid site-mutagenesis technology., Methods: Recombinant vWF A3 domain (rVWF A3) was directly affinity bound to SZ-125 antibody beads and proselytized by trypsin. The digested peptide fragments were then measured using MALDI-TOF-MS. The detected peptide sequence by MALDI-TOF-MS was synthesized and several amino-acids in it were mutated to test its affinity with mAb SZ-125., Results: The epitope of rVWF A3 recognized by SZ-125 was identified to be the peptide fragment(1001);EGGPSQIGDALGFAVR(1016);. Synthesized peptide NH2;-EGGPSQIGDALGFAVR-COOH could bind to mAb SZ125., Results: of site-directed mutagenesis revealed that amino acids E1001, F1013, V1015 and R1016 played critical roles in the binding between mAb SZ-125 and rVWF A3., Conclusion: The epitope of rVWF A3 recognized by mAb SZ-125 has been accurately confirmed using immune-affinity mass spectrometry in combination with peptide synthesis and site-directed mutagenesis of special amino acids.

The new monodisperse thermo-sensitive stationary phase was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization method at room temperature using alpha-bromo-isobutyryl bromide as an initiator, and the organic metal compound formed in the CuCl/CuCl2/Bpy system as a catalyst. The stationary phase was characterized by means of elementary analysis and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and evaluated in detail to determine its separability, thermosensitivity, stability and reproducibility. The grafting yield of the N-isopropylacrylamide monomer on the surface of poly (glycidyl methacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate) (P(GMA/EDMA)) beads is 10.4%, and the stationary phase can effectively separate 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde, o-cresol and 4-n-butylaniline by changing temperature. The results showed that the synthesized stationary phase has satisfactory chromatographic properties, thermo-sensitive properties and reproducibility.
