BiFe1-xZnxO3 (BFZO) (x = 0, 2%, 4%, 6%) thin films were successfully prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by sol-gel method. The effect of Zn doping on the structure, surface morphology, leakage current density, ferroelectric and ferromagnetic properties of BiFeO3 (BFO) thin films were investigated systematically. XRD patterns show that all samples match well with the perovskite structure without impurity phase. SEM images show that BFZO thin films with x = 4% exhibit uniform fine grains and higher density, which is instrumental for the improvement of leakage current density. The leakage current density curve shows that BiFe0.96Zn0.04O3 thin films have the lowest leakage current density (J = 1. 56 x 10-6 A/cm²) under the electric field strength of 300 kV/ cm, which is three orders of magnitude lower than that of pure BFO thin films. Furthermore, BiFe0.96Zn0.04O3 thin film exhibits the largest remnant polarization (2Pr = 20. 91 μC/cm²) at room temperature, which is more than four times as large as that of pure BFO (2Pr = 4. 96 μC/cm²). Additionally, compared with BFO thin film, Zn doping also enhances the ferromagnetic properties of BFO thin films, and as Zn doping concentration increases, the saturation magnetization of BFZO thin films is significantly enhanced, which provides potential applications in information storage. In order to improve the comprehensive analysis and application capabilities of tobacco silk processing, production quality and other data, a set of electric energy data collection and analysis system for high data throughput in the silk workshop was designed. The system realized the aggregation and interaction of heterogeneous data based on the protocol gateway and Cassandra data warehouse. It implemented task creation, management and abnormal analysis through adopting Spring Batch processing technology and a stream and aspect-oriented task management. The task real-time scheduling was implemented with Quarzt and the peak elimination of the collection was achieved with RabbitMQ message middleware. The message could be efficiently shown to users by MQTT protocol and Vue front-end technology. Finally, the system could realize the whole process function from data scheduling, storage, analysis to presentation. The test results showed that the system had small access delay, strong carrying capacity and stability, and could meet the power data analysis needs of tobacco companies' silk workshops. Objective To observe the effect of kidney-tonifying Chinese herb containing serum combined with BMP-2 on the morphology and proliferation of human umbilical cord blood mesenchymal stem cells (UCB-MSCs). Methods The morphology change of primary, passaged, and intervened UCB-MSCs was observed using an inverted microscope. The third passage of UCB- MSCs was randomly divided into 8 groups culturing in different concentrations of kidney-tonifying Chinese herb containing serum and BMP-2. The cell proliferation was detected using MTT method at 1-, 3-, and 5-day after the intervention. Results The number of primary UCB-MSCs increased and the shape enlarged gradually along with the culturing time. After 2 weeks, most of the UCB-MSCs were characterized by spiral shape growth. In 3 days after passage, 70% -80% of the cells fused in the culture, which met the growth characteristics of the stem cells. The cell proliferation in 5% and 10% combining groups and BMP-2 group increased after 3-and 5-day intervention (P < 0. 05). The effect in 5% combining group was superior to that in BMP-2 group (P = 0. 041). The proliferation peak appeared on the third day after the intervention. The UCB-MSCs became cubical or polygonal shape in 3 days after the conditioned culture, especially in 5% Chinese herb containing serum combined with BMP-2 group and BMP-2 group. Conclusion Kidney-tonifying Chinese herb containing serum combined with BMP-2 can synergistically promote the proliferation of UCB-MSCs. The stimulation is time and concentration dependent.
