Several (Cu-Ni-Fe)-xNiFe2O4(x=50,60,70,80,mass fraction/%) composite inert anodes with different contents of alloy phase were prepared using Cu, Ni, Fe and high-temperature synthetic NiFe2O4 by cold-pressing sintering method. The effect of Fe on the composition and microstructure of the (Cu-Ni-Fe)-xNiFe2O4 composite inert anodes during sintering and electrolysis process was studied. It is found that the redox reaction between Ni/Fe and NiFe2O4 phase occurs, leading to the dissociation and regeneration of NiFe2O4. In addition, the film-forming process and corrosion behavior of the (Cu-Ni-Fe)-xNiFe2O4 anodes were studied through low-temperature aluminium electrolysis test. The results indicate that the cell voltage is stable during electrolysis and the impurities in the produced aluminium are less than 0.7% (mass fraction), which indicates that (Cu-Ni-Fe)-xNiFe2O4 composite inert anode is one of the most promising inert anode materials, and the poor thermal stability of the ceramic anode is expected to be solved.

The paper introduced power supply solution and equipments of high cutting coal mining face of Shenhua Wuhai Coal Group Co., Ltd., studied feasibility of application of soft starter in scraper conveyor, and analyzed electrical shock to mobile substation produced by starting of load of mining area. Using Matlab/Simulink software to create a mining area power supply system model and analyze start performance of soft starter, adopting current-limiting start mode at light load and frequency conversion start mode at overload, the simulation results show that the soft starter can effectively reduce electrical shock of starting of electrical equipments.

Objective To explore the feasibility and accuracy of cisternal intracranial pressure (ICPc) monitoring after craniotomy in traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods Four TBI patients underwent evacuation of hematoma were enrolled from May 2019 to July 2020. Ventriculostomy and cisternotomy were performed besides evacuation, and intracranial pressure (ICP) were monitored via the methods of extraventricular drainage (EVD) and cisternal drainage (CD) simultaneously for 7 d after craniotomy. The correlation and consistency between ICPc and ventricular ICP (ICPv) were observed. Results The mean values of ICPv were (14.72 ± 5.98), (11.10 ± 4.49), (27.29 ± 6.06) and (12.63 ± 5.36) mm Hg, respectively. The mean values of ICPc were (14.32 ± 5.44), (11.20 ± 4.36), (25.46 ± 5.00) and (12.46 ± 5.21) mm Hg, respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.977 (P = 0.000), 0.961 (P = 0.000), 0.892 (P = 0.000) and 0.970 (P = 0.000), respectively. Using Bland - Altman consistency evaluation, the mean ICP difference between ICPv and ICPc was (0.21 ± 1.36) mm Hg, 95%LoA was - 2.440-2.870 (P = 0.003). Conclusions ICPc and ICPv have good linear correlation and consistency. ICP monitoring through the method of cisternotomy and drainage can be applied to the clinical management of patients with TBI, and is likely to become an alternative method for ICPv. Aiming at the problem of industrial steam turbine governor valve fault, leading to the turbine shutdown, the structural characteristics, the industrial steam turbine governor valve were analyzed and researched, the fault mechanism and the working environment were researched of the break and wear of the valve cone bolt, resulting the governor valve malfunction, the measures were presented to decrease the length of the valve cone bolt, increase the diameter of the bolt and improve the assembly technology of the valve, the model was established by the 3D software and the stress was analyzed by ANSYS software of improvement and improved vavle cone bolt. The results indicate that the plan decrease the alternating stress of the valve cone bolt, enhance the strength of the valve cone bolt, and improve the case of the relative displacement for the threads because of the uneven thermal expansion. Then combined with the practical fault case in NingXia petrochemical units and applied to the units, the experimental results show that the plan solves the valve cone bolt falfunction. Through the study on drawing behavior and habit of designers, the paper gave a sketch understanding method which combined stroke semantic feature and geometric feature. The paper's purpose was to build a hand-drawn interface system for concept design personnel in the creative development research. According to conceptual sketching process, the paper extracted strokes types, and analyzed the semantic features. By the concept definition of "bending threshold" and "pressure strength threshold", it used threshold detection to determine the strokes types, which could be used into rough stages. The results made different stages, different types of stroke function effectively classified and auxiliary recognized. The designers could choose the way between drafting interface and understanding interface by man-machine interactive function in the sketching process. The test result shows that this kind of method not only can get a hand-drawn effect, but also shall not prevent the designer's creative thinking process and can meet the personalized drawing habit. A hydroponic experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of 24-epibrassinolide (EBR) on the leaf mitochondria and chloroplast ultrastructure and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings under hypoxia stress. Under the stress, the apparent quantum yield (AQY) and carboxylation efficiency (CE) decreased significantly, while the light compensation point (LCP), dark breathing rate (Rd), and CO2 compensation point (CCP) had a significant increase. The application of EBR increased the CE significantly by 29.4%, and decreased the LCP and Rd significantly by 15.0% and 14.4%, respectively. The light response curve (Pn-PPFD) and CO2 response curve (Pn-Ci) indicated that under hypoxia stress, the increment of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) -decreased, while EBR addition enhanced the increment of the Pn. Hypoxia stress damaged the mitochondria and chloroplast ultrastructure, while EBR could alleviate the damages in chloroplast and mitochondria under hypoxia stress, and keep the leaves in a higher photosynthetic performance. Researchers amplify the 38,000 protein gene of SS2 serotype 2 strain from Sichuan in China using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and clone the PCR products into plasmid vector. Results show the practical application of the recombinant protein in gene cloning and expression.

Occurrence forms of Pb in Yima (YM) coal, their thermal stability and transformation behaviors during coal pyrolysis were investigated. Chemical leaching method was used to characterize the forms of Pb in the raw coal and the chars. It was found that about 33% Pb in YM coal was bound to carbonates, sulfides, sulfates, phosphates and oxides, 29% to aluminosilicates, 27% to disulfide species, and 8% to organic species. It was also found that the organic bound Pb was the most releasable while the aluminosilicates bound Pb was the least releasable. The effect of minerals of different sort on Pb release was also studied. The result showed that carbonates, sulfides, sulfates, phosphates and oxides, aluminosilicates and disulfides in YM coal could restrain Pb release during coal pyrolysis. The transformation of different forms of Pb mainly occurred at above 500 degrees C with other forms of Pb transformed to the aluminosilicates form and volatile phase.

A novel method for the determination of trace amounts of mercury in sediments by sequential injection cold vapor atomic fluorescence spectrometry coupled with microwave assisted digestion was developed in this paper. Satisfactory results were found when the digestion was carried out at 140 degrees C for 5 min by using 10% HCl-50% HNO3- 40% H2O or 30% HCl-20% HNO3- 50% H2O media. The linear range was 0.02-30 ng x mL(-1) with detection limit of 0.5 ng x g(-1). Relative standard deviation for the complete procedure of the analysis of 10 digested sediment samples was 3.7%. Recoveries of the spiked samples were between (91.2 +/- 4.3)% and (96.5 +/- 4.6)%. The analytical results for three certified reference materials GSD-2, GSD-9 and GSD-10 were consistent with the certified values. The method has been successfully applied to six natural sediment samples. The results indicated that the method was rapid, highly sensitive and precision, and suitable for the determination of trace amounts of mercury in sediment samples.

Objective: From May 2009-January 2010, a total of 3768 biosamples were tested for influenza A (H1N1) infection at Zhengzhou center for disease control and prevention, China. 1452 cases were laboratory confirmed H1N1 infection and 2316 were considered suspected victims. To evaluate the current protocol of influenza A (H1N1) based on the epidemic situations of Zhengzhou, relationships among features were explored and whether additional clinical characteristics should be part of H1N1 diagnosis protocols were determined., Methods: Both clinical and epidemiologic findings as well as statistical analyses were described in this article. Test for independence between features related to the disease diagnosis has been proposed. Furthermore, logistic regression was carried out to measure the association among features and latent class analysis was performed to identify additional crucial features in laboratory confirmed H1N1 by building various latent models with different combinatorial features., Results: The mean generation time for H1N1 was estimated as 3.59 +/- 1.41 days (range = 2.01-7.26). The estimated infection rate was 0.258 +/- 0.088 3, and reproduction number was 1.94 (95% CI = 1.12-3.18). Our results revealed that the six features, including molecular detections using three separate primer/probe sets, gender, age and temperature, are all associated with clinical diagnosis of H1N1, and that three separate primer/probe sets for laboratory confirmed H1N1, age and temperature are associated with each other., Conclusion: Additional clinical features applied into the H1N1 diagnosis with current three primers/probe sets can increase the diagnostic efficiency.

The nucleotide sequences of P gene from a field strain of peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) ("China/Tib/Gej/07-30") was firstly determined. The P gene is 1,655 nucleotides long with two overlapping open reading frames (ORFs). The first ORF is 1530 nucleotides long and would produce P protein of 509 amino acid residues. The second ORF is 534 nucleotides long and would produce C protein of 177 amino acid residues. The first ORF produces a second mRNA transcript of 897 nucleotides long with an extra G nucleotide at position 751. Translation from this mRNA would produce V protein of 298 amino acid residues. The nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequence were compared with the homologous region of other PPRV isolates. At the amino acid level, the "China/Tib/Gej/07-30" shares homology of 86.10%-97.3%, 84.3%-94.9%, and 82.9%-96.3% for P, C, and V proteins respectively. Several sequence motifs in the P genes were identified on the basis of conservation in the PPRVs and the morbilliviruses.

The nucleotide sequences of M and F genes from a field strain of peste des petits ruminants virus (PPRV) ("China/Tib/Gej/07-30") was firstly determined. The M gene was 1 483 nucleotides in length with a single open reading frame (ORF), encoding a protein of 335 amino acids. The F gene was 2411 nucleotides in length, encoding a protein of 546 amino acids. The resulting nucleotide sequence and the deduced amino acid sequences were compared with the homologous regions of other PPRV isolates. The nucleotide sequences of M and F genes of the "China/Tib/Gej/07-30" was 92.4%-97.7% and 85.5%-96.1% identical to other PPRV isolates, respectively, while a homology of 97.0%-98.2% and 94.3%-98.2% could be observed at the amino acids level respectively. Several sequence motifs in the M and F genes had been identified on the basis of conservation in the PPRVs and the morbilliviruses. The 3' untranslated region of M gene was 443 nucleotides in length with 82.4%-93.5% identical to other PPRV isolates. The 5' untranslated region of F gene was 634 nucleotides in length with 76.2%-91.7% identical to other PPRV isolates.

The adsorption and removal behaviors of gas-phase Hg(0) over V2O5/AC and AC were studied under a simulated flue gas (containing N2, SO2, O2) in a fixed-bed reactor. The influences of the V2O5, loading, SO2 concentration and adsorption temperature on Hg0 adsorption were investigated. The speciation of mercury adsorbed was determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was found that the V2O5/AC catalyst has a much higher capability than AC for Hg(0) adsorption and removal, mainly because of the catalytic oxidation activity of V2O5. The Hg(0) adsorption capability depends on the V2O5 content of the V2O5/AC catalyst. The amounts of mercury adsorbed increase from 75.9 microg x g(-1) to 89.6 microg x g(-1) (in the absence of O2) and from 115.9 microg x g(-1) to 185.5 microg x g(-1) (in the presence of O2) as the V2O5 loading increases from 0.5% to 1.0%, which are much higher than those over AC under the same conditions (9.6 microg x g(-1) and 23.3 microg x g(-1)). SO2 in the flue gas enhances Hg(0) adsorption over the V2O5/AC catalyst, which is due to the reaction of SO2 and Hg(0) on V2O3/AC. But as the SO2 concentration increases from 500 x 10(-6) to 2000 x 10(-6), the amount of mercury adsorbed has only a slight increase. The optimal temperature for Hg(0) adsorption over the V2O5/AC catalyst is around 150 degrees C, at which the amounts of mercury adsorbed are up to 98.5 microg x g(-1) (in the absence of O2) and 187.7 microg x g(-1) (in the presence of O2). The XPS results indicate the formation of Hg(0) and HgSO4 on the surface of the V2O5/AC catalyst, which confirms the role of V2O5 and SO2.

Objective: To compare the efficacy of bicyclol tablets on patients infected with hepatitis B virus between genotype B and C., Methods: 70 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B were selected. The patients divide into two groups: HBV genotypes B (26 cases) and HBV genotypes C (other 44 cases). All patients received bicyclol tablets orally 150 mg daily (50mg, tid, po) for 24 weeks. The efficacy were observed after 12 weeks and 24 weeks., Results: After treatment for 24 weeks, the serum aminotransferase were decreased obviously, and HBV DNA levels turn to be negative with 19.2 percent (genotype B group) and 15.9 percent (genotype C group), respectively. The difference was not statistically significant between HBV genotype B and C., Conclusion: Bicyclol not only has hepatoprotective activity but also inhibited virus replication in patients infected with HBV. The difference of the response to bicyclol therapy between HBV genotypes B and C was not statistically significant.

Sequence analysis of a new norovirus (NV) isolated from Lanzou city of China was performed based on partial sequence of RNA dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) and complete capsid protein (VP1) gene. The isolated strain CHN02/LZ35666 shared high sequence homology with GII-4 NVs. Nucleotide homologies of RdRp region and encoded capsid protein region were 90.4% -- 98.6% and 89.8% -- 95.7% , respectively, while amino acid homology of capsid protein region was 94.4% -- 97.4%. The analysis of GDD motif in RdRp region indicated this GDD motif of Lanzhou strain differed from those of the GII-4 predominant epidemic strains. Lanzhou strain formed an independent branch in GII-4 cluster in the phylogenetic tree based on nucleotide sequence of RdRp region and amino acid sequence of capsid protein. Sequence alignment revealed a mutation at the fourth key site of the receptor-binding interface in the strains isolated after 2002 compared with those of previous strains suggesting a possible change of binding pattern to HBGAs receptors.

Background: To study the arboviruses carried by mosquitoes collected in Hebei Province., Methods: Samples were collected from mosquito active sites and stored in liquid nitrogen till use. Pools of 20 to 30 mosquitoes were ground after sterilization, centrifugal supernant was inoculated onto C6/36 cell, cytopathic effect was observed for three sequential passages. Positive isolates were identified by IFA and RT-PCR., Results: Totally 1310 mosquitoes were collected from two villages of She county, Hebei province. They were divided into 46 pools and ground respectively. Thirteen positive isolates were obtained. Two isolates reacted with alphaviral antibodies and were amplified by alphaviral primers, nucleotide sequence showed the highest homology (98%) to Getah virus (AY702913.1), so the two isolates were identified as Getah virus., Conclusion: Getah virus was isolated from mosquitoes in Hebei Province. This is the first report of isolating Getah virus from inland of China.

Objective: To analyse sonographical features of epididymis tuberculosis with caseous necrosis and improve the accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis., Methods: Ultrasonic features of 12 cases with epididymis tuberculosis with caseous necrosis, confirmed by surgical pathology, was retrospectively analysed: size, location, echogenicity, degree of blood flow in the lesion., Results: In all 12 patients, the number of purified protein derivative test (PPD) presenting the positive reached to 67%, while cases with the pulmonary tuberculosis was 42%. The epididymal tuberculosis with caseous necrosis could present images of the whole or focal epididymal enlargement and abnormal shape. The lesions internal echoes were irregular, inhomogeneous increased isoechoic echogenicity or hypoechoic, including bad-defined, irregular, homogeneous hypoechoic or anechoic. In lesional location, 4 out of 12 patients (33%) possessed richly color blood flow in Color Doppler Power Imaging(CDPI). The testicular enlargement with increased internal echoes and the testicular hydroceles were partly (58%, 7/12) observed by ultrasound. There was no varicocele, scrotal wall thickening and inguinal lymph node enlargement., Conclusion: The High Frequency Color Doppler images is helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of epididymis tuberculosis with caseous necrosis.

Four male sterile wheat with Aeglops kotschyi, Ae. variabilis, Ae. ventricosa and Ae. bicornis cytoplasm, were crossed with some wheat materials, and from the crosses a series of maintenance lines were selected. The APAGE(acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) analysis indicated that most maintenance lines possessed the gliadin marker Gld1B3 of 1BL/1RS translocation chromosome. The root tip chromosomes of this maintenance lines had two satellite chromosomes, but other maintenance lines without Gld1B3 marker had the same four satellite chromosomes as other common wheat. Three male sterile wheats with Aeglops kotschyi, Ae. variabilis, Ae. ventricosa cytoplasm had the same fertility, but the male sterile wheat with Ae. bicornis cytoplasm could produce male sterile. Meantime, the paper discussed application of APAGE technology in breeding of non-1BL/1RS male sterile wheat.
