The coprevalence of chronic heart failure (CHF) and depression is 10%-79%, the pathogenesis of these two diseases is related to the activation of immune inflammatory system, insulin resistance and intestinal flora imbalance, and relevant regulation is bidirectional and complex. There is a lack of efficient drugs for both CHF and depression recommended by available diagnosis and treatment guidelines and present clinical practice. But it has recently been reported that some drugs (sacubitril/valsartan, new antidepressants, shensongyangxin and qiliqiangxin capsules, regulators of the intestinal flora) may be partially effective for CHF with depression.We reviewed the mechanism of coexistence and pharmaceutical treatment of CHF and depression, providing new ideas and evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CHF and depression.

In order to study the missile separation safety under the condition of full envelope launch, a new type of double parallelogram ejection configuration is adopted in this paper. The combined flexible multi-body launching dynamics simulation method based on ABAQUS and ADAMS is used to obtain the missile separation velocity, angular velocity, overload, dynamic load of key components and lateral deformation of missile carrier system. The simulation results show that the lateral overload has a significant impact on the separation safety of missile carrier and the structural compatibility of weapon and carrier. On this basis, a method to optimize the lateral deformation of missile carrier system is proposed.

A waterborne rust conversion primer suitable for industrial corrosion protection is prepared by using acrylic emulsion, styrene acrylic emulsion and polyvinylidene chloride emulsion were used as the main film-forming materials respectively, polyphenol compound plant tannin system as the main rust transfer agent in addition to phosphate ester inhibitor, penetrant and rust preventive pigment, etc. The influencing factors of components in the formula are analyzed and discussed. The adhesion, water resistance, salt spray resistance and outdoor weather resistance of the film are tested. The experimental results show that the prepared waterborne rust conversion primer can transform rust into a stable complex which has good sealing ability and can effectively prevent the rust from spreading further. Objective: To investigate the expression patterns of ZEB2 and C-myc in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) and the associations between their expressions and the pathological features of EOC., Methods: The expressions of ZEB2 and C-myc proteins were detected immunohistochemically in 191 cervical cancer tissues and 13 normal ovarian tissues. The relationship between ZEB2 and C-myc protein expressions and the clinicopathological features of EOC was evaluated., Results: ZEB2 positive expression ratea in EOC tissues and normal ovarian tissues were 49.2% (94/191) and 30.8% (4/13), respectively (P=0.007), and C-myc positive expression rates in the two tissues were 53.9% (103/191) and 15.4% (2/13), respectively (P=0.001). A high expression of ZEB2 was positively correlated with the pathological type of the tumor (P=0.003), FIGO stage (P=0.028), T stage (P=0.002), and N stage (P=0.04), and a high expression of C-myc was positively correlated with FIGO stage (P=0.035), histological grade (P=0.039), and T stage (P=0.002). C-myc and ZEB2 expressions were positively correlated in EOC (P<0.001), and their co-expression in EOC was significantly correlated with T stage (R=0.358, P<0.001) and FIGO stage (P=0.008)., Conclusion: ZEB2 and C-myc can promote the progression, invasion and metastasis of EOC, and their combined detection may assist in early diagnosis of EOC.

Objective: To observe the effect of Xuesaitong Injection on the treatment of chronic respiratory failure., Methods: 86 cases were classified into two groups randomly. The control group was given routine therapy with western medicine. Based on the regime, the test group received Xuesaitong injection, i.v., once a day. Therapeutic course was 14 days in every patient., Results: The overall effective rate (81.3%) of test group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The indexes of the test group related to blood gas analysis and blood rheology were significantly improved in comparison with the control group., Conclusion: Xuesaitong Injection has an apparent effect on chronic respiratory failure.
