The article investigates the effect of diurnal rhythm on fluid regulation hormone and plasma volume response to exercise. The study indicates that fluid regulation hormones exhibited pronounced circadian rhythm before exercise, and the circadian difference remained during exercise. Dehydration induced by exercise was greater in the morning than in the afternoon.
