Using the large-scale constant stiffness pile-soil interface direct shear test system, the direct shear test of cohesive soil-concrete pile-soil interface was carried out by applying different normal stresses under different interface roughness levels. The interface shear strength and its parameters (interface adhesion, interface friction angle), interface shear failure displacement and interface shear stiffness are analyzed. The results show that the interface shear strength, interface friction angle, interface shear stiffness coefficient and interface residual shear stress all increase with the increase of the surface roughness of concrete, with the maximum increase of 35.80%. However, the interface adhesion first decreases and then increases with the increase of roughness, with an increase of 23.70%. Therefore, the mechanical properties of the pile-soil interface are affected by the roughness, and the test results can provide reference for the engineering practice of static pressure piles.
