By changing the content of hybrid nano fillers, epoxy resin composites with different content of nano Hers (0, 0.1 wt%, 0.2 wt %, 0.5 wt %, 1.0 wt %, 2.0 wt %, 4.0 wt % and 7.0 wt %) are prepared. The thermal and electrical properties are characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and conductivity meter. The results show that the cross-section morphology of epoxy resin composite is basically the same as that of pure epoxy resin, showing irregular state and rough crack characteristics. When the content of hybrid nano fillers increases gradually, the structure of graphene changes from two-dimensional to three-dimensional, the thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of the composites also increase, and the thermal stability of the composites is obviously enhanced. When the content of hybrid nano filler is 7 wt%, the thermal conductivity of the composite is 0.33 W/(m · K), which is 65.0% higher than that of pure epoxy resin. The epoxy resin composites with different content of hybrid nano tilers show insulation properties at different frequencies, and the composites have dielectric properties. When the hybrid nano tilers are uniformly dispersed, the corresponding composites would show conventional dielectric constant. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To study the consistency between the electronic sphygmomanometer and mercury sphygmomanometer on blood pressure measuring in children and adolescents., Methods: 201 children and adolescents were from 6neighborhood of Hunan Province. Dr Mike BPA100 Plus electronic sphygmomanometer was used for three times to test the difference. The blood pressure value of mercury sphygmomanometer was gold standard. The difference of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of two devices was tested using paired t test, Bland-Altman analysis, and interclass correlation coefficient., Results: Paired t test showed the statistical difference on the systolic pressure( t = 24. 71, 0. 0001) and diastolic pressure( t = 23. 81, < 0. 0001) of two devices. Both the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of electronic sphygmomanometer was higher than that of mercury sphygmomanometer. Bland-Altman analysis showed mercury sphygmomanometer couldn 't be simply replaced by electronic sphygmomanometer. The result of interclass correlation coefficient presented a poor consistency between two devices., Conclusion: In order to get scientific conclusion, the comparable study between two blood pressure measuring devices should be conductedbefore a large-scale survey on child and adolescent.

The real-time and wireless mobile has become the trend of electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring system for atrial fibrillation (AF). At present, the ECG with multi-leads (12 leads) is needed by most of AF signal extraction algorithms in order to extract effective AF waves. However, it is not very convenient for patients' movements in a multi-lead ECG monitoring system. Although the traditional template matching method is for single-lead ECG extraction, it is less robust than blind source extraction algorithm, and is affected severely by noise. In view of this,we put forth a new real-time algorithm for extracting AF from the singlelead ECG, using non-stationary heartbeat series during AF to extend dimension (segmentation), and then applying a blind source extraction algorithm to extract the effective AF signal. Experiment results showed that this method could be used to extract AF signal effectively from a single-lead ECG data. Therefore, it is suitable to apply this method to Wireless Monitoring System using single-lead ECG.
