BackgroundThe mental health level of the prison police is relatively low， so finding innovative ways to improve the mental health of them is of great significance for the safety of prison supervision and the implementation of peaceful China initiative.ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between perceived social support， perceived stress and psychological resilience with mental health of prison police， and to provide references for improving their mental health.MethodsIn March 2022， 424 policemen working in a male prison in a western province were selected by cluster sampling method， and investigated with the Perceived Social Support Scale （PSSS）， Chinese Perceived Stress Scale （CPSS）， Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale （CD-RISC） and General Health Questionnaire 20 （GHQ-20）， then Process 4.2 was used employed to verify the mediating role of perceived stress as well as the moderating role of psychological resilience in the relationship between perceived social support and mental health.Results①Male subjects scored higher on GHQ-20 than female subjects （t=2.095， P

为实现对植物油的快速检测，借助衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱分析技术并结合深度学习算法对植物油开展光谱模式识别工作。实验获取8种植物油样本的光谱数据，采用标准正态变换和一阶导数预处理方法消除背景干扰，同时采用竞争性自适应重加权算法模型对各样本特征光谱数据进行提取，分别建立长短记忆神经网络（LSTM）、基于Levenberg-Marquardt算法改进的BP神经网络对提取特征波长后的植物油种类进行预测识别与比较，并采用后者进行了实际样品的识别检测。结果表明，通过提取特征波长，可有效提高LSTM模型的识别准确率，其最优准确率从提取特征波长前的30%~40%提高到80%~90%,模型运行时间从提取特征波长前的111 min 25 s缩短至 1 min 45 s。相较于LSTM模型,基于Levenberg-Marquardt算法改进的BP神经网络的分类识别准确率更高，达到99.852%，用于实际样品的识别，识别准确率达到100%。实验结果可为植物油的无损快速检验提供一定的参考与借鉴。 In order to realize the fast identification of vegetable oil, attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy technology and depth learning algorithm were used to carry out spectral pattern recognition of vegetable oil. The spectral data of 8 kinds of vegetable oil samples were obtained in the experiment. The standard normal variate and the first derivative preprocessing method were used to eliminate the background interference. At the same time, competitive adaptive reweighted sampling model was constructed to extract the features spectral data of each sample. Long short-term memory neural network(LSTM) and BP neural network improved by Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm were established to predict and compare the types of vegetable oil after extracting feature wavelength respectively, and the latter was used for identification of actual samples. The results showed that the recognition accuracy of the LSTM model could be effectively improved by extracting the feature wavelengths, and the best recognition rate increased from 30%-40% before extracting the feature wavelengths to 80%-90%, and the model running time was shortened from 111 min 25 s before extracting the feature wavelengths to 1 min 45 s. Compared with the LSTM model, BP neural network improved by Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm had a higher classification recognition accuracy of 99.852%, and the recognition accuracy was 100% when used for the recognition of actural samples. The experimental results can provide some reference for nondestructive rapid testing of vegetable oils.

[Objective] The parametric rolling is a special instability phenomenon of ship in the wave. The current research proves that the change of the stability parameter when the wave passes through the hull is the reason for the rolling motion of the hull,but the mechanical mechanism is unclear.[Methods] Firstly,based on the equations of heave and pitch coupled motion in inertial coordinates and the equations of roll motion in hull coordinates,a hybrid dynamic model of heave pitch and roll was established; secondly,the proposed method of oscillating strip method was used to calculate the motion of ship parametric rolling numerically,and a criterion for parameter roll was proposed based on the principle of energy.[Results] The research results show that the mechanical mechanism for the occurrence of parametric rolling of a ship is that the energy absorbed by the recovery moment coefficient during the increase of the roll angle is less than the energy released by the recovery moment during the decrease of the roll angle;the criterion is that the phase angle of the first-order harmonic component of the recovery torque coefficient lies within[0, π].[Conclusions] Defining the mechanical mechanism of parametric roll is helpful to understand the physical nature of the parametric roll instability mode. The proposed parametric roll criterion is of reference significance for the development of the second generation intact stability criterion of the ship.

Exploring the tradeoff and synergy relationship among ecosystem services in the Yellow River Delta High-Efficiency Eco-Economic Zone is of great practical significance for regional ecosystem service function zoning and high-quality development. Using the InVEST model, spatial auto-correlation and trade-off synergism (ESTD) model, we analyzed the spatial and temporal variations of five ecosystem services ( habitat quality, carbon storage, soil conservation, water conservation, and water purification), as well as their trade-off and synergistic relationships at the township scale from 2000 to 2020. The results showed that habitat quality, carbon storage, and nitrogen and phosphorus output decreased as a whole from 2000 to 2020, and soil conservation and water purification increased. Habitat quality showed a distribution pattern of high in the north and low in the south, and carbon storage, nitrogen and phosphorus output, soil conservation and water purification showed a pattern of low in the north and high in the south. During the study period, synergistic relationships among the five ecosystem services were pre-dominant in both time cross-section and time period, but there were still differences, with synergistic relationships mainly between carbon storage and other services in time cross-section, and between habitat quality and other services in time period. Our results can provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the enhancement of ecosystem services and the zoning of ecosystem functions, as well as basic support for the optimization of spatial patterns of national territory. [Objectives] The strip method is widely used in the sea-keeping design of ships, but the hydrodynamics are only evaluated for the mean-hull position,so heaving,pitching and rolling motions are not essentially coupled. [Methods] For the effective coupling of hull heaving,pitching and rolling motions,based on the extensive pitch angle and increased draught,and the analytical expression of the instantaneous wave surface equation under the hull coordinate system,the calculation formula of pressure distribution under the wave surface is amended under the condition that the pressure at the wave surface is zero(Smith effect). Based on the wave surface equation and pressure distribution correction formula,the calculation method for obtaining the hydrostatic force on hull sections under an instantaneous wave surface and Froude-Krylov wave excitation force is given. Inertial hydrodynamic force and damping force are calculated by empirical formulations. As such,the heaving,pitching and rolling coupling dynamic equations are derived via the time variants of the coefficients,and calculation software is developed on the basis of surface area computing technology of AutoCAD.[Results] The simulation results show very clear characters with the linear method on small wave height,the rolling amplitude frequency response very evidently shows non-linear effects for heavy seas,and the rolling-yawing can also be seen in the wave direction in the resonance region.[Conclusions] This approach can be useful for predicting sea-keeping performance in heavy seas,and the developed software may be used for evaluating sea-keeping hull forms.

The massive accumulation of molybdenum tailings and molybdenum waste rock not only occupies a large area of land, but also is the main and continuous pollution source of soil, water and atmosphere in the mining area. In this study, the coarse and fine aggregates were obtained from machine-made sand of molybdenum ore waste rock and molybdenum tailings, supplemented by other fillers and additives to develop thermal insulation real stone paint. The optimum ratio of real stone paint composition and preparation process was determined by single factor and orthogonal test. The test results showed that the coating had low thermal conductivity [0.0597 W/(m*K)], high bond strength(731.92 kPa), uniform coating structure and excellent overall performance. Fiber reinforced low -temperature foam glass ceramic composites were prepared by Na2O-B2O3 -Al2O3 -SiO2 -H2O hydrated glass sol with the addition of crystalline mineral powder fly ash and glass fiber. The two-step heat treatment process includes foaming at low temperature and getting rid of the hydroxyl at high temperature. The results show that after the introduction of glass fiber the volume shrinkage of the material decreases by 16.4% and the compressive strength increases by 5% -38% compared with that without the introduction of glass fiber. The larger the diameter of glass fiber the smaller the volume shrinkage and the better the reinforcement effect the material. Finally the composite building thermal insulation materials were prepared with density 174-207 kg/m³ compressive strength 0.39-0.45 MPa thermal conductivity 0.061 W/m•Kand softening coefficient 0.87-0.89. Background: Lung cancer has the highest mortality in China. Different treatments are of great significance to the prognosis of patients. By comparing stage Ia non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients' survival rates for ablation and for sub-lobectomy, we studied the difference in the effects of the two treatments on patient prognosis., Methods: Using the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database, we screened eligible patients with stage Ia NSCLC from January 2004 to December 2015. Then, 228 patients treated with ablation and 228 patients treated with sub-lobotomy were then selected based on propensity score matching. After stratification, matching, and adjustment the Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed to compare the overall survival rates of patients treated with the two procedures., Results: The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that there is a significant difference between the ablation group and the sub-lobectomy group (P<0.05). In the univarlable analysis, the hazard ratio (HR) of sub-lobotomy group was 0.571 (95%CI: 0.455-0.717) compared with the ablation group. Patients treated with sub-lobectomy had a 0.571 times greater risk of adverse outcomes than those treated with ablation. In the multivariable analysis, the HR for sub-lobectomy group was 0.605 (95%CI: 0.477-0.766) compared with the ablation group. Patients treated with sub-lobectomy had a 0.605 time greater risk of adverse outcomes than those treated with ablation. The results suggested that the overall survival rate of patients with stage Ia NSCLC treated with sub-lobotomy was higher than that of patients treated with ablation., Conclusions: This study suggests that there is a significant difference in overall survival of stage Ia NSCLC patients treated with ablation and with sub-lobotomy. Patients treated with sub-lobotomy for stage Ia NSCLC had higher overall survival than those treated with ablation.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the timing of initiation of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) and the prognosis of patients with sepsis associated-acute kidney injury (SA-AKI)., Methods: The clinical data of SA-AKI patients undergoing CRRT in intensive care unit (ICU) of Ningbo First Hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the guidelines for Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO), patients with AKI who started CRRT in stage 1 or 2 were included in the early treatment group, and those started CRRT in stage 3 were included in the late treatment group. The general clinical data, length of ICU stay, total length of hospital stay, 28-day and 90-day mortality, CRRT duration, 28-day and 90-day renal replacement therapy (RRT) disengagement rate, 28-day and 90-day RRT dependence rate in the survival patients were compared between the two groups. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was performed to assess the 90-day cumulative survival rate of patients with SA-AKI between two groups., Results: A total of 244 SA-AKI patients were enrolled in this study, including 71 patients in the early treatment group and 173 patients in the late treatment group. There were no significant differences in age, gender composition, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II (APACHE II), proportion of surgical patients, infection site and anticoagulation program between the two groups. The CRRT duration in the early group was significantly shorter than that in the late group [hours: 26.0 (12.0, 49.0) vs. 41.0 (20.8, 87.0), P < 0.01], but there were no significant differences in the length of ICU stay [days: 9.0 (4.0, 15.0) vs. 10.0 (4.5, 18.0)], total length of hospital stay [days: 17.0 (10.0, 30.0) vs. 18.0 (10.0, 32.0)], 28-day mortality (45.1% vs. 48.0%), 90-day mortality (46.4% vs. 51.4%), 28-day RRT disengagement rate (49.3% vs. 45.1%) and 90-day RRT disengagement rate (52.1% vs. 47.4%) between the early treatment group and late treatment group (all P > 0.05). There were also no significant differences in 28-day RRT dependence rate [10.3% (4/39) vs. 13.3% (12/90)] and 90-day RRT dependence rate [2.6% (1/38) vs. 2.4% (2/84)] between early treatment group and late treatment group (both P > 0.05). Kaplan-Meier survival analysis suggested that there was no significant difference in the 90-day cumulative survival rate between two groups (Log-Rank test: χ 2 = 0.791, P = 0.374)., Conclusions: Early initiation of CRRT treatment in SA-AKI patients can reduce the duration of CRRT, but has no effect on length of ICU stay, total length of hospital stay, renal function recovery and mortality. At present, the optimal timing for initiation of CRRT in patients with SA-AKI remains unknown.

Nipah virus (NiV) is the pathogen of an emerging zoonotic disease that is highly lethal and infectious. NiV seriously impacts human lives and the property in the epidemic areas and poses a great threat to the global public health security. This paper provides a brief introduction to the morphological structure, and physiological function of the attachment protein G and the fusion protein F, which are both crucial glycoproteins located on the surface of the virus envelope. Moreover, recent advances in domestic and international research are reviewed. We will consider tissue tropism to elaborate the interactive mechanism between the attachment protein and its protein receptors ephrin-B2/B3,as well as the interactions between the two glycoproteins in detail. Avenues of future research are also discussed.

Enterovirus A71 (EV-A71) causes hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) and various neurological complications, including aseptic meningitis and neurogenic pulmonary edema in young children. HFMD caused by EV-A71 have broken out several times in the Asia-Pacific region since 2007. And it has been a serious threat to public health. There is no effective vaccine or antiviral drug. The pathogenesis of EV-A71 infection is unknown, and EV-A71 3C protein plays an irreplaceable role in replication and anti - innate immunity. Further research on EV-A71 3C protein is conducive to understand the pathogenesis of EV-A71 infection and antiviral drug.

Objective: To learn the prevalence of infection of human and animals severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus (SFTSV) in Yantai, Shandong province, and to analyze the pathogenic features of SFTSV as well as its relationship between human and animal hosts., Methods: From April to November in 2011, 3 576 serum samples were collected from domesticated animals, including sheep, cattle, pigs, dogs, chickens, in Laizhou and Penglai areas where fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome frequently occurred among local residents. Total SFTSV antibodies and virus-specific nucleic acids of the serum were tested by ELISA and Real time RT-PCR, respectively. SFTSV infection on each animal was observed in different months. 2 590 human serum samples were also collected in Laizhou and Penglai areas, with IgG antibodies tested by ELISA. Virus was isolated with Vero cells from the serum which SFTSV viral nucleic acids were positive. S fragments were amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced, with homology analysis conducted on these sequences., Results: The overall positive rate of serum samples from animals on the total SFTSV antibodies was 40.24% (1 439/3 576) while the positive rate for specific nucleic acids was 4.56% (163/3 576). The positive rates for SFTSV antibodies were 62.78%, 52.97%, 45.56%, 28.73%, 1.45% and the positive rates for specific nucleic acids were 5.72%, 4.63%, 3.02%, 5.25% and 3.73%, in sheep, cattle, chickens, dogs, pigs, respectively. The antigens/antibodies for SFTSV in animals changed seasonally. The overall positive rate for SFTSV IgG antibody from 2 590 human samples was 5.41%. Thirteen virus strains were isolated from these serum samples (10 strains from human and 3 strains from animals). The nucleotide homology of 13S fragments' sequences ranged from 95.23% to 100.00% and the nucleotide homology with the isolates from other provinces were between 94.72% and 99.13%. The homology was considered to be high., Conclusion: High prevalence of SFTSV infections occurred both in human and domestic animals in Yantai city. The nucleotide sequences of SFTSV were highly homologous among human and domestic animals. The findings suggested that domesticated animals might serve as SFTSV proliferation and the hosts for transmission thus should be attached great importance.

Objective: To investigate the results and application value of crotch-shaped vein grafts in repairing., Methods: From June 1998 to October 2003, 35 cases of vessel defects with defects of the vessels with a large diameter were repaired with crotch-shaped vein graft (29 males and 6 females, aged 18 to 45 years with an average of 25.7 years). The locations of defects were femoral artery in 25 cases, popliteal artery in 2 cases, femoral vein in 7 cases, and subclavian vein in 1 case. The interval between injury and operation was 1-8.5 hours (4.1 hours on average). The blood flows of trouble and healthy vascular were determined with Doppler detector and compared preoperatively and postoperatively., Results: All the anastomotic stomas were patent in 35 cases. Thirty-one cases were followed up 6 weeks to 24 months (9.5 months on average), the patent rate was 100%, no case occurred vasospasm or thromboembolism; 2 cases occurred stomal leak and became hematoma, 3 cases occurred muscular necrosis, and the 5 cases achieved primary healing after secondary operation. The Doppler results showed that there was statistically significant difference in the blood flow between postoperation and pre-operation (P < 0.01), but no statistically significant difference when compared the trouble vascular after operation with healthy vascular (P > 0.05)., Conclusion: The method of crotch-shaped vein grafts is safe and effective in repairing defects of vessels with a large diameter, which is easy to draw materials and handy to operate. It has a promising value in clinical application.

Objective: To study the anti-HSV effect of the extract from the leaves of Ficos carica., Methods: The effective ingredient was extracted from the leaves of Ficus carica, and the anti-virus effect was observed on Hep-2, BHK21 and PRK cells., Results: The water extract from the leaves of Ficus carica possessed distinct anti-HSV-1 effect. The MTC was 0.5 mg/ml, TDO was 15 mg/ml, and TI was 30.0. It possessed low toxicity and directly killing-virus effect on HSV-1., Conclusions: The leaves of Ficus carica possess anti-HSV-1 effect, and their application on the area of medicine, food and drugs has expansive foreground.

Background: To investigate the relationship between immune status and rubella virus (RV) infection of central nervous system (CNS)., Methods: BALB/c mice were given dexamethaxone and cytoxan before RV JR23 strain infection. Immune functions and RV invasion to CNS were assayed at 21 days postinfection via abdominal cavity and their relationship was analyzed., Results: T cell functions of cytoxan group were obviously worse than those of other groups (P <0.05) by MTT method. Infection rates of dexamethaxone and cytoxan and the group without any intervention were 60%, 90% and 50% (P >0.05), respectively. Cellular immune functions of the mice with CNS infection were obviously worse than those of the mice without CNS infection (P <0.001). Specific antibodies (Ab) were assayed in all groups with ELISA and the results showed that there were no significant differences among groups (P >0.05), neither between the groups with and without CNS infections., Conclusions: RV infection of CNS may relate to cellular immune status before specific antibody was produced in the body.
