1. Comparative Analysis of Working Range for Three-section Boom Backhoe Excavator.
- Abstract
The kinematic model of the working device of three-section boom excavator is established by using D-H method, the hydraulic cylinder of upper arm is segmented, and the envelope diagram of the three-section boom excavator is drawn with MATLAB by using superposition method. The simulation results show that the error between the simulation value and the sample value is within a reasonable range. The values of the main operating parameters and the corresponding change law when the hydraulic cylinder of upper boom is the shortest and the longest are analyzed, and the mathematical relationship between the length of the hydraulic cylinder of upper arm and the main operating parameters is fitted. The research results show that the main operating parameters above the horizontal plane increase with the increase of the length of the hydraulic cylinder of upper boom, while the main operating parameters below the horizontal plane decrease with the increase of the length of the hydraulic cylinder of upper boom.
