Objective Metro shield tunnel construction may cause surrounding land subsidence, affecting the surrounding environment. Traditional land subsidence prediction models are difficult to comprehensively consider the influencing factors of land subsidence. Therefore, in order to improve the prediction accuracy of land subsidence, the CNN(convolutional neural network)-LSTM(long-short-term memory) joint neural network is used to predict the land subsidence caused by shield tunnel construction. Method With the monitored land subsidence data of a metro section as the research object, CNN is used to connect the influencing parameters (including compressive modulus, cohesion, internal friction angle, Poisson′s ratio, soil thickness, tunnel buried depth, and construction parameters) and monitored land subsidence data. The LSTM neural network is used to analyze the land subsidence, and a land subsidence prediction model based on the CNN-LSTM joint neural network is established. Simultaneous consideration of the multiple factor influence on land subsidence prediction is explored. Result & Conclusion Using CNN has a good effect on extracting the parameter features related to land subsidence. The prediction accuracy of the established CNN-LSTM model is 3% higher than that of the LSTM model alone, and 9% higher than that of the traditional BP (back propagation) neural network model. The prediction accuracy of the established CNN-LSTM model reaches 93% when predicting the short time land subsidence in single measuring point, and the predicted value is in good agreement with the monitored value.

Objective To evaluate the potential biological functions of non-viral neutralizing antibodies associated with linear epitopes of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. Methods The linear epitope S2-78 with the highest response frequency and longest antibody retention time in COVID-19 patients was selected according to previous reports. After immunizing mice with keyhole limpet hemocyain conjugated S2-78 polypeptide(KLH-S2-78), the serum anti-S2-78 IgG antibody level, mouse behavioral phenotype and the density of microglia in the brain were detected. Results KLH-S2-78 immunized mice developed high titers of anti-S2-78 IgG antibodies(the highest titer was 25 600, A450=0.305 5), a psychomotor-like behavioral phenotype with defective sensorimotor gating, impaired olfactory function, and impaired spontaneity. The density of microglia significantly increased in the cortex and hippocampus(P＜0 .05), suggesting a state of central inflammatory stress. Conclusions Anti-S2-78 IgG antibody may cause neuroinflammatory damages in the brain tissue by stimulating the host inflammatory response.

This study aimed to identify subtypes of genomic variants associated with the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) by conducting systematic literature search in electronic databases up to May 31, 2021. The main outcomes including overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), objective response rate (ORR), and durable clinical benefit (DCB) were correlated with tumor genomic features. A total of 1546 lung cancer patients with available genomic variation data were included from 14 studies. The Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog G12C ( KRAS G12C ) mutation combined with tumor protein P53 ( TP53 ) mutation revealed the promising efficacy of ICI therapy in these patients. Furthermore, patients with epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR ) classical activating mutations (including EGFR L858R and EGFR Δ19 ) exhibited worse outcomes to ICIs in OS (adjusted hazard ratio (HR), 1.40; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.01‍‒‍1.95; P =0.0411) and PFS (adjusted HR, 1.98; 95% CI, 1.49‍‒‍2.63; P <0.0001), while classical activating mutations with EGFR T790M showed no difference compared to classical activating mutations without EGFR T790M in OS (adjusted HR, 0.96; 95% CI, 0.48‍‒‍1.94; P =0.9157) or PFS (adjusted HR, 0.72; 95% CI, 0.39‍‒‍1.35; P =0.3050). Of note, for patients harboring the Usher syndrome type-2A( USH2A ) missense mutation, correspondingly better outcomes were observed in OS (adjusted HR, 0.52; 95% CI, 0.32‍‒‍0.82; P =0.0077), PFS (adjusted HR, 0.51; 95% CI, 0.38‍‒‍0.69; P <0.0001), DCB (adjusted odds ratio (OR), 4.74; 95% CI, 2.75‍‒‍8.17; P <0.0001), and ORR (adjusted OR, 3.45; 95% CI, 1.88‍‒‍6.33; P <0.0001). Our findings indicated that, USH2A missense mutations and the KRAS G12C mutation combined with TP53 mutation were associated with better efficacy and survival outcomes, but EGFR classical mutations irrespective of combination with EGFR T790M showed the opposite role in the ICI therapy among lung cancer patients. Our findings might guide the selection of precise targets for effective immunotherapy in the clinic.

Lung cancer is the most common cancer and the leading cause of cancer death in the world, among which non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for about 85% of the total lung cancer. With the widespread of computed tomography (CT) and other imaging screening methods, the pathological types of lung cancer have changed from central squamous cell carcinoma to the early-stage lung adenocarcinoma, which is manifested as isolated pulmonary nodules and ground glass nodules on CT. Early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer is of crucial clinical significance, and the continuous development and improvement of minimally invasive interventional techniques provide more options for lung cancer treatment, such as stereotactic radiation, percutaneous ablation, and bronchial intervention. This paper will make a review on the principle, advantages, disadvantages and prospects of minimally invasive interventional therapy commonly used in clinical practice.

Background: Thoracoscopic safe and effective hemostasis is an important condition for rapid rehabilitation of thoracic surgery. Placing hemostatic materials during surgery is a commonly used method in lung cancer laparoscopic surgery. Among them, resorbable oxidized cellulose is a commonly used hemostatic material. This research aims to observe the hemostatic effect of resorbable oxidized cellulose in lung cancer surgery., Methods: A retrospective analysis of 42 patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer undergoing radical surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from July 1, 2018 to December 1, 2018, and intraoperative use of regenerative oxidized cellulose to stop bleeding The clinical and pathological data were selected and the perioperative indicators were selected as the outcome events for statistical analysis., Results: The mean operative time was (120.5±57.3) min. The mean intraoperative blood loss was (26.8±21.6) mL. The average postoperative drainage volume was (513.6±359.5) mL. The average postoperative chest tube indwelling time was (2.6±1.2) d., Conclusions: The use of absorbable regenerated oxidized cellulose in the radical operation of thoracoscopic lung cancer has a good hemostasis effect, and is suitable for hemostasis of wounds after lymph node dissection.

Bronchoscope is the core part of the interventional diagnosis and treatment technology for lung diseases, which has experienced more than 100 years of development history. It has gradually formed a diagnosis and treatment model of pulmonary diseases with cooperation of multi-clinical disciplines, deep integration of interventional minimally invasive techniques, and cross-integration of diversified diagnosis and treatment concepts. This article aimed to review the current status and development of interventional diagnosis and treatment techniques for lung diseases, and introduces the characteristics of the interventional treatment of our center.
