- Abstract
In order to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) solar cells, the selective emitter structure was prepared by boron diffusion and laser doping. The effects of sheet resistance of boron diffusion, power output ratio of laser and oxidation time on the passivation of the emitter were studied. The experimental results show that when the sheet resistance is 140 Ω/❏, the oxidation temperature is 1 020 °C, and the oxidation time is 30 min, the sheet resistance of light doping region (p+) reaches 320 Ω/❏, the corresponding implied open circuit voltage reaches 729 mV, and the dark saturation current density is 12 fA/ cm². The sheet resistance of heavily doping region (p++) reaches 113 Ω/❏, the corresponding implied open circuit voltage reaches 710 mV, and the dark saturation current density is 26 fA/ cm². Based on the selective emitter process, the highest conversion efficiency of 24. 75% was obtained with an open circuit voltage of 720 mV, and a short-circuit current improvement of 30 mA, leading to an absolute efficiency gain of 0. 26 percent point for the champion conversion efficiency. The stacked passivation films for emitter of TOPCon solar cells were investigated in the paper. The passivation performance of three different stacked films (SiO2 / SiNx, Al2O3 (1.5 nm) / SiNx, SiO2 / Al2O3 (1.5 nm) / SiNx ) were compared. The results show that the Al2O3(1.5 nm)/ SiNx films exhibit better passivation performance than that of the SiO2 / SiNx films, and the SiO2 / Al2O3 (1.5 nm) / SiNx films perform the best, with an implied open circuit voltage of 705 mV. Based on the Al2 O3 / SiNx stacked passivation films, the effect of Al2O3 thickness (1.5 nm, 3 nm and 5 nm) on the passivation performance and photoelectric conversion efficiency of cells were investigated. When the thickness of Al2O3 increases from 1.5 nm to 3 nm, the passivation performance is significantly improved, the mean value of the implied open circuit voltage increases by 20 mV to 707 mV, and the conversion efficiency of the corresponding cells increases by 0.23 percentage point, which is comparable to that of the SiO2 / Al2O3 (1.5 nm) / SiNx stacked films cells. However, when the thickness of Al2O3 continues to increase to 5 nm, the mean value of the implied open circuit voltage remains unchanged. Therefore, Al2O3 (3 nm) / SiNx stacked films can be used to replace the SiO2 / Al2O3 (1.5 nm) / SiNx stacked films, which not only simplifies the process flow of the solar cells, but also reduces the production cost. - Abstract
Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) is a kind of cell-free DNA derived from tumors, which carries comprehensive tumor genetic information; Recent studies have found that ctDNA detection can play a role in the early diagnosis, targeted therapy, and prediction of recurrence in tumors. Human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated gynecological malignancies include most cervical cancer, some vulvar cancer, and vaginal cancer. High-risk HPV long-term infection and integration with cell genome are important causes of these cancers. Studies found that the use of ctDNA detection technology to dynamically monitor changes in HPV-ctDNA can provide valuable information for the clinical management and prognosis of these cancers. Thus, HPV-ctDNA is expected to become an biomarker for HPV-associated tumors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Against the dynamic complexity of the collaborative procurement influence factor in cluster supply chain, this paper adopted the method of computational experiments to simulate the formation process of collaborative procurement. It analyzed the study and interaction rules of main body in the system, quantitatively studied the influence of market demand and enterprise density and enterprise self-interest factors on the collaborative procurement of enterprises. Experimental results show that the will of enterprise who wants to choose the collaborative procurement strategy will reduce gradually as the market demand increasing; When the system reaches to steady state, the frequency of enterprises to change the collaborative procurement strategy is very low; The will of enterprise who wants to choose the collaborative procurement strategy will increase as the market demand fluctuations enhancing. And the stronger the fluctuation degree, the earlier the enterprises choose the collaborative procurement strategy. The increasing of purchasing enterprises density will result in the increasing of the number of purchasing enterprises who choose the collaborative procurement strategy. With the self-interest of purchasing enterprises increasing, more and more purchasing enterprises give up the purchasing strategy. The experimental results has a certain significance for reference in managing cluster supply chain. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Against the over-constrained problem for procurer in the process of choosing supplier in cluster supply chain, this paper put forward a kind of supplier evaluation and selection model based on constraint hierarchies and fuzzy preferences. According to the necessity degree of supplier constraints for service requesters, the model divided constraints into mandatory constraint layer and non-mandatory constraint layer based on the theory of constraint hierarchies (CHs). At the same time, the model adopted the quantitative method of fuzzy preferences to ascertain the fuzzy preferences of supplier for procurer, thus simplified the process of supplier selection. In addition, the model improved the global evaluation operators of CHs and constructed a comprehensive supplier evaluation and function based on the evaluation functions of mandatory constraint layer and non-mandatory constraint layer. This comprehensive evaluation function improves the rate of the supplier selection. The effectiveness of this model is verified by an example. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Objective·To construct a prognosis-associated microRNA (miRNA) prediction model in gastric cancer patients based on bioinformatics analysis and evaluate its application value. Methods·The clinicopathological data of gastric cancer patients were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). There were 258 males and 139 females with a median age of 67 years. Three hundred and fifty-six of the 397 patients had complete clinicopathological data. The 397 patients were allocated into training cohort consisting of 278 patients and validation cohort consisting of 119 patients using the random sampling method, with a ratio of 7:3. A miRNA sequencing dataset GSE93415 containing 20 pairs of gastric cancer and corresponding adjacent normal tissue was downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus database. The candidate miRNAs were selected from differentially expressed miRNAs in gastric cancer and adjacent tissue. A prognosis associated miRNA prediction model was constructed upon survival-associated miRNAs which were selected from candidate miRNAs through LASSO-Cox regression analysis. The performance of prognosis-associated miRNA prediction model was validated in the training cohort and validation cohort. The reliability of the model was evaluated by using Log-Rank test, and the accuracy of the model was evaluated by using the area under curve (AUC) of the receiver operating characteristic curves. Gene expression profiles and algorithms in the pRRophetic package were utilized to predict patients' sensitivity to chemotherapy drugs. Calibration curves were used to verify the accuracy of the nomogram. Consistency index (C-index) was used to check the consistency of the nomogram and other factors. Decision curve analysis (DCA) was employed to predict the contribution of candidate factors to clinical decision making. Results· 1 There was no significant difference in the baseline and overall survival between the training cohort and validation cohort (P>0.05). 2 There were 111 differentially expressed miRNAs calculated from GSE93415 dataset, of which 20 were up-regulated in tumor tissue while 91 were down-regulated. Fifty-nine miRNAs were selected as candidate miRNAs after filtration. 3 Among the 59 candidate miRNAs, 5 survival-associated miRNAs were selected, including let-7i-5p, let-7f-5p, miR-708-5p, miR-135b-5p and miR-100- 5p. The differential expression patterns of gastric cancer to adjacent tissue were all down-regulation, with the fold change of 2.55, 2.78, 2.17, 3.08 and 3.26. Risk score = ( -0.049xlet-7i-5p expression level -0.033 2xlet-7f-5p expression level +0.202 9xmiR-708-5p expression level -0.088 9xmiR-135b-5p expression level +0.016 3xmiR-100-5p expression level). 4 In the training cohort and the validation cohort, the overall survival rate of patients in the highrisk group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . The AUC of the prognosis-associated miRNA model for 1-, 3- and 5-year survival prediction was 0.640, 0.763 and 0.853, and was 0.631, 0.735 and 0.750 in validation cohort. 5 Results of univariate analysis showed that age, tumor pathological stage, T stage, N stage, M stage and prognosis-associated miRNA model score were related factors for prognosis of gastric cancer patients (HR=1.017, 1.633, 1.353, 1.346, 2.652, 15.874; 95%CI 1.002-1.033, 1.333-2.001, 1.109-1.650, 1.169-1.548, 1.553-4.529, 5.729-43.985; P< 0.05). Results of multivariate analysis showed that age, M stage and prognosis-associated miRNA model score were independent risk factors for prognosis of gastric cancer patients (HR=1.03, 2.27, 18.72; 95%CI 1.01-1.05, 1.09-4.70, 5.96-58.77; P<0.05). 6The AUC of the prognosis-associated miRNA model for 5-year survival prediction was 0.818 in 356 gastric cancer patients with complete clinicopathological data, higher than that of age, gender, tumor pathological stage, T stage, N stage, M stage and merged clinical factors. 7 The results of Calibration curves, C-index, and DCA all indicated that patients with gastric cancer may get more net benefits from the prognostic nomogram than age, gender and tumor pathological stage. Conclusion·A prognosisassociated miRNA prediction model that can be used to predict the survival of gastric cancer patients is constructed based on 5 miRNAs, which has a certain predictive ability to distinguish the survival status and prognosis of gastric cancer patients and can provide reference for clinical treatment. The product of sugar-base ratio and potassium content in tobacco samples was used as the property value, and the normal distribution test of sample property value in cigarette making process and the calculation of tobacco mixing uniformity were conducted. Through the analysis of control chart, process capability index and tobacco mixing ability, the quality stability and variation law of tobacco in each process were explored. The results showed that the mixing uniformity of tobacco in loose moisture regain process was 67. 04%, the coefficient of variation was 32. 96%, and the mixing uniformity was poor. Premixing contributed the most to the improvement of tobacco mixing uniformity, with the variance reduction index of 17. 59 after first-order feeding premixing, and the tobacco mixing uniformity reached 94. 30%. The processing quality stability of tobacco materials in loose moisture regain and primary feeding premixing process was poor. The mixing uniformity of tobacco materials in the subsequent four processes was more than 95%, and the process capability index CP value was close to 2. 0. The processing quality stability was better. According to the results, the mixing uniformity and quality stability of the material could be improved by increasing the number of cigarette cutters and increasing the premixed cabinet in the cigarette making process. - Abstract
In conventional image encryption algorithms, pixel permutation and diffusion are always two loosely coupled isolated stages and the encryption strategy is usually irrelevant to plaintext image, which brings security risks. To address these problems, this paper proposed a bit-level image encryption algorithm based on Josephus traversing and generalized Henon chao-tic map, where Henon map variables combined with the secure hash algorithm 1(SHA-1) digest of plaintext image as the key to drive Henon map producing modified Josephus traversing map's start point, number space and number direction variables. It used the generated Josephus traversing map variables to permutated plaintext image's pixel bits where mapped different plaintext image and key to different bit permutation stage. To improve security, the proposed method added pixel bits diffusion stage. Experiments show the proposed algorithm can effectively resist the selective plaintext attack, it has a large key generating space and a good encryption performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
After printing and sintering of the N type TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivating Contacts) solar cells, the efficiency was improved significantly by light injection, which mainly manifested in the improvement of Voc and FF. The mechanism is to improve the passivation performance through adjusting the Fermi energy level by temperature and light intensity and controlling the total amount and valence state of H. The quality of the passivation film, the doping concentration of silicon substrate and the temperature during the light injection annealing process have great influence on the efficiency of the light injection annealing process. The experiments show that the lower the conversion efficiency of the battery is, the higher the efficiency is after light injection. The higher the conversion efficiency is, the smaller the defect will be, and the efficiency has almost no gain after the light injection annealing process. In addition, concentric circles can be eliminated obviously after light injection annealing process. This paper mainly studies the effects of temperature, light intensity, substrate resistivity, front surface metal contact area and poly-Si thickness on the efficiency of light injection annealing process. - Abstract
Tests on a total of 15 welded stainless steel I-section stub columns under axial compression were conducted, including austenitic grade S30408 and duplex grade S22253. The local buckling behavior and load-carrying capacity of the test specimens were studied, and the cross-sectional stress-strain curves were obtained. It is revealed that the load- carrying capacity of test specimens with stocky sections is higher than the corresponding cross-sectional yield capacity, revealing significant nonlinear and strain hardening characteristics. Meanwhile, due to local plate buckling, the ultimate load-carrying capacity of test specimens with slender sections can not reach the cross-sectional yield capacity, with strength reduction being required. The obtained test strengths and other existing test data were used to evaluate the current design methods, including the effective width method in EN 1993-1-4 and SEI/ASCE 8-02 and the direct strength method ( DSM). The load-carrying capacities from EN 1993-1-4 and DSM are generally conservative for the test specimens, while the SEI/ASCE 8-02 provisions provide overestimated strength predictions for the slender sections, revealing relatively higher scatter.
