Zinc-ion capacitor is a hybrid supercapacitor consisting of a battery-type negative electrode and a capacitor-type positive electrode， which has the advantages of high energy density， high power density， high safety， and low cost. Its energy density is still limited by the energy storage capacity of the positive electrode material. Therefore， how to design the positive electrode material with high specific capacitance is the key issue to improve the energy density of zinc-ion capacitors. Firstly， the development history， device structure and principles of zinc-ion capacitors were briefly summarized. Moreover， the reasons that limit the application of zinc-ion capacitors were analyzed. Secondly， the device performances， advantages， and shortcomings of typical carbon-based materials and pseudocapacitive materials as positive electrode materials were systematically summarized. Subsequently， the representative research work was chosen to summarize the design strategies and research progress of the positive electrode materials， including nanostructure design， composite material construction， and heteroatom doping. Finally， the development prospects of the positive electrode materials were discussed. It is pointed out that specific research directions are presented， including in-depth research and discovery of new electrochemical mechanisms， the development of new high-performance positive electrode materials，the exploration of effective modification strategies of carbon materials， and the development of functional （such as flexible） electrode materials. These perspectives can provide important ideas for the preparation of positive electrode materials with excellent electrochemical performance.

The arched rock bolt support plate is one of the key components in the rock bolting system, and its structural size and strength directly affect the rock bolting effect. In this paper, using the method of combining indoor experiments and numerical simulation, the diffusion evolution law of anchoring force in the interior of rock mass at different loading stages of arched rock bolt support plate is studied and analyzed, and secondly, the sensitivity of the diffusion evolution of anchoring force diffusion to the arch height and radius of arched rock bolt support plate is analyzed by using orthogonal experiment theory. The study found that: the anchoring force is transmitted to the rock mass through the tray, and the diffusion forms a “stress bubble” type secondary stress field; if the anchoring force is less than the bearing strength of the rock bolt support plate, the secondary stress field range increases with the increase of the anchoring force, and vice versa; factors such as the arch radius and arch height of the arched rock bolt support plate have a significant impact on the secondary stress field range, but the primary and secondary order of sensitivity is the arch radius > the arch height.

In order to comprehensively evaluate the construction waste coarse fly ash filling materials and reflect the environmental impact of construction waste coarse fly ash filling materials, the material-element analysis method is used to evaluate the environmental friendliness of construction waste coarse fly ash. Through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system for environmental friendliness and the determination of the level of environmental friendliness, it is necessary to explore whether the filling materials can make the maximum use of fly ash and construction waste on the basis of satisfying their filling properties. The results show that the construction waste coarse fly ash filling material can not only meet the needs of underground filling, but also is environmentally friendly, with high practical value and development prospects.

Objective: To investigate the effect of the combination of atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation and left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) on cardiac function and the success rate of AF ablation., Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 56 patients with AF undergoing a one-stop procedure for AF ablation and LAAC in our hospital between May, 2015 and May, 2019. Propensity score matching (PSM) at the ratio of 1:1 was used to select 56 control patients undergoing AF ablation at high risk of stroke, for matching with the hybrid procedure group. The perioperative complications, thromboembolic events, recurrence of atrial arrhythmia and cardiac function were compared between the groups., Results: The two groups of patients were comparable for age, gender, BMI, duration and type of AF, concomitant diseases, CHA2DS2-VASc and HAS-BLED scores ( P > 0.05). The incidence of complications did not differ significantly between the hybrid procedure group and AF ablation group (17.9% vs 12.5%, P =0.430). Compared with the control patients with AF ablation alone, the patients undergoing the hybrid procedure had a lowered incidence of thromboembolic events, but the difference was not statistically significant (1.8% vs 3.6%, P =1.000). The hybrid procedure did not improve the success rate of AF ablation (OR: 1.338, 95% CI : 0.451-3.973, P = 0.600) but significantly improved the cardiac function parameters including NT-pro BNP (945.3±1401.6 pg/mL vs 1520.7±2089.1 pg/mL, P =0.010), LVEF[(60.8±7.0)% vs (58.6±7.8)%, P =0.044], and left atrial diameter (43.9±7.5 mm vs 45.6±6.3 mm, P =0.076); but the improvement of cardiac function was more obvious in the control patients undergoing AF ablation alone ( P < 0.039)., Conclusions: The combination of AF ablation and LAAC is safe but does not improve the success rate of AF ablation. The one-stop procedure can improve cardiac function of the patients, but AF ablation alone can achieve better improvement of cardiac function.

Objective: To investigate the effects of over-expression of 23 kDa augmenter of liver regeneration (ALR) on cell proliferation and apoptosis in the normal human hepatic cell line LO2., Methods: The recombinant plasmid expressing 23 kDa ALR (pcDNA6/23 kDa ALR) was constructed and transfected into LO2 cells with MegaTran 1.0 transfection reagent. The expressions of ALR mRNA and protein in LO2 cells were detected by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blotting, respectively; MTS assay was used to detect the cell proliferation of LO2 cells; cell cycle and apoptosis of LO2 cells were measured by flow cytometry., Results: The recombinant expression plasmid pcDNA6/23 kDa ALR was constructed successfully, and the expression of the target protein 23 kDa ALR increased significantly in the transfected cells. Compared with pcDNA6-myc/HisA group, the transient transfection of pcDNA6/23 kDa ALR into LO2 cells promoted cell proliferation and inhibited cell apoptosis induced by H2O2, however, no significant differences were detected in G0 phase and S phase., Conclusion: The over-expression of 23 kDa ALR in LO2 cells promoted the cell proliferation and enhanced cell resistance to H2O2.
