Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Zeste White 10 interactor（ZWINT）and Cyclin-dependent kinase 2（CDK2）and clinicopathological features in breast cancer，and evaluate their pathological diagnostic values in breast cancer. Methods GEPIA database was utilized to analyze the difference in the expression of ZWINT between breast cancer and normal breast tissues and assess the correlation between ZWINT and CDK2 expression in breast cancer. Kaplan-Meier Plotter database was employed to predict the relationship between ZWINT expression and clinical prognosis of breast cancer patients. Paraffin-embedded pathological specimens of 84 cases of breast cancer and paired paracancerous tissues and fresh specimens of 20 cases of breast cancer and paired paracancerous tissues were collected. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction（RT-qPCR）and immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 mRNA and protein in breast cancer and paracancerous normal breast tissues，to analyze the relationship between ZWINT and CDK2 expression levels and clinicopathological features of breast cancer. Association analysis was used to analyze the correlation between ZWINT and CDK2. Receiver operating characteristic（ROC）curve was delineated to evaluate the values of ZWINT and CDK2 in the pathological diagnosis of breast cancer. Results The results of database analysis showed that ZWINT was highly expressed in breast cancer tissues and there was a positive correlation between the expression of ZWINT and CDK2 in breast cancer（rs = 0.600，P < 0.001）. The expression of ZWINT was closely correlated with clinical prognosis of breast cancer patients（all P < 0.05）. The test results of 84 cases showed that the expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 mRNA and protein in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in para-carcinoma tissues（both P < 0.05），and high expression was closely correlated with tumor size，tumor stage and lymph node metastasis（all P < 0.05）. Association analysis revealed that the degree of association of Φ and Cramer V coefficient test under symmetric measurements was the same as 0.322（P = 0.003），while the column linkage number was 0.306（P = 0.003）. The expression levels of ZWINT and CDK2 proteins were closely correlated. The areas under the ROC curve of ZWINT and CDK2 were 0.886 and 0.818，which yielded high diagnostic values for breast cancer. Conclusions ZWINT and CDK2 expression levels are closely correlated the occurrence，development and prognosis of breast cancer. Detection of ZWINT and CDK2 contributes to pathological diagnosis of breast cancer.

Increased secretion of exosomes in precancerous lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma can directly promote the disease from inflammatory response to cancer through intercellular communication. Exosomes participate in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular precancerous lesions by affecting angiogenesis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition and immunoregulation,so exomes may become a new therapeutic target for hepatocellular precancerous lesions and provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinomas.

Objective To establish a nomogram predicting model for assessing the risk factors of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) related upper extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in elderly patients, and to evaluate the discrimination and consistency of the model. Methods The clinical data of 362 elderly patients with PICC in researched hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed by self-design questionnaire. The incidence of catheter-related upper extremity DVT was calculated. Research subjects were divided into DVT group and non DVT group. The risk factors related to upper extremity DVT occurrence were screened by Logistic regression model, and the risk factors were included in R software to construct the risk factors of upper extremity DVT. The discrimination and consistency of the prediction model were evaluated by ROC curve and goodness-of-fit test. Results The incidence of upper extremity DVT in elderly patients over 80s with PICC was 20. 44% (74/362). The results of Logistic regression model showed that the age, malignant tumor, D-D level before catheterization and operation history during catheterization were independent risk factors for upper extremity DVT in elderly patients with PICC (P

Quantitative structure - activity relationship studies the relationship between molecular structure and antibacterial activity, which can provide a theoretical basis for predicting the molecular structure of new compounds, synthesizing and designing new isothiazolinone compounds. Taking 10 substituted - 2 - phenylisothiazolinone compounds as research objects, and based on the quantitative structure - activity relationship (QSAR) research method, the activity parameter database was established. The 6 - 311G(d,p) base set in B3LYP calculation method of quantum chemistry density functional theory was used to optimize the structure of the as - mentioned 10 substituted - 2 - phenylisothiazolinone compounds to obtain the corresponding molecular structure parameters. The multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis was used to screen out the main structural parameters affecting the antibacterial activity of the target compounds, and a quantitative structure - activity relationship model was established. The results of correlation regression analysis showed that the main structural factors affecting the antibacterial activity of substituted - 2 - phenylisothiazolinone compounds were the bond order of the S-N bond (BS-N), the energy difference between the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital and the highest occupied molecular orbital (EL-H ), and the octanol - water partition coefficient (lgP). The QSAR model 2 of the obtained compounds had a good prediction effect. Besides, reducing the BS-N and EL-H of the molecule or increasing the lgP was beneficial to enhance the antibacterial activity of the substituted - 2 - phenylisothiazolinone compounds. The QSAR model 2 had a good predictive ability and presented a high reference value for the design and synthesis of new isothiazolinone compounds.

As the most common autoimmune thyroid disease, Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) is also the primary cause of hypothyroidism, leading to increased risk of mental diseases, and even myxedema and coma. However, there are few studies on clinical treatments for HT. Thyroid autoantibodies produced in serum due to autoimmune disorders, may be significantly involved in the diagnosis and prognosis of HT. Evidence has suggested that the controlling for the intake of nutrient elements (such as appropriate selenium supplementation and iodine intake) may improve thyroid function by notably reducing the thyroid autoantibody titer, indicating the treatment may be positive in treating HT. But the correlations of various nutritional factors with HT treatment are still controversial. We reviewed recent developments in the treatment of HT, then summarized the influence of controlling for the intake of various nutritional factors (such as selenium, iodine, iron and vitamin D) on the treatment of HT, and concluded that the controlling may help to reduce thyroid autoantibody titers, and improve the therapeutic effect, and may be a reference for clinical treatment of HT.

Objective: This study aimed to establish a new method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in honey by UPLC-MS/MS. Methods: The honey was dissolved in water, and the liquid-liquid extraction pretreatment technology was adopted. The extraction was achieved using ammonia-acetonitrile, with the addition of sodium sulfate to induce a salting out effect. Chromatographic separation was achieved on Inspire HILIC column in the mobile phase composition of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate buffer. Mass Spectrometry was carried out under the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode with positive electrospray ionization (ESI+) and external standard method for quantitative analysis. Results: The linear relationship between matrine and oxymatrine was observed in the range of 1~100 ng/mL, with correlation coefficients higher than 0.998. The detection limit and quantitative limit of matrine and oxymatrine in honeywere 0.1 μg/kg and 0.3 μg/kg, respectively. The average recoveries of matrine and oxymatrine were 90.9%~95.1% and 80.9%~84.3%, respectively, at the spiked levels of 1, 10 and 100 μg/kg, with the relative standard deviations (RSDS)＜ 10% (n=6). The validated method was then successfully applied to the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in 45 commercially available honey, and the results showed that the detection probability and content of matrine and oxymatrine in acacia honey were relatively high. Conclusion: The established method is accurate, rapid, and sensitive, Moreover, a simultaneous preparation of multiple sample extracts is available, and it can used for the routine determination of matrine and oxymatrine in honey.

Objective To investigate the dysregulated genes, pathways and networks involved in type 2 diabetes-derived brain dysfunctions via performing whole transcriptome sequencing on the cerebral cortex of db/db and wild-type (WT) mice. Methods Male db/db and WT mice were divided into two groups (n=9). The body weight and blood glucose were measured at week 8 and 24. The 24-week-old animals were sacrificed for cerebral cortex collection. RNA-sequencing and analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEGs), GO functional enrichment, KEGG pathway enrichment and PPI network were performed. Results A total of 306 differential transcripts, including 178 up-regulated and 128 down-regulated ones were identified in the db/db mice as compared to WT ones. Among all differentially expressed genes, 43 genes (such as Clcnka and Trim17) were found to be up-regulated and 59 genes (such as Arih1 and Nectin-3) were down-regulated. The protein-protein interaction network was constructed with thirteen nodes as hub genes. All the nodes were down-regulated genes and majorly belonged to mitochondrially encoded families. The GO functional enrichment showed changes in various categories as compared to WT. KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that target genes were mainly enriched in metabolic pathways, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, and the involved DEGs mainly regulate oxidative phosphorylation process. Conclusions The relationship between type 2 diabetes and central nervous system impairments, and the potentially related genes, pathways and networks are identified.

In order to fully consider the random variation of sieving process parameters,this paper constructs the reliability-based optimization model for reconstituted tobacco process parameters,which taking the percentage of fibers below 12 mesh as the optimization objective,water flow rate and pulp concentration as the design parameters, and the percentage of fibers over 50 mesh as the probabilistic constraint. Firstly, the current process parameters are used as inheritance points for Latin hypercube sampling and screening experiments. Based on this, an initial Kriging model is constructed to fit the implicit relationship between water flow velocity, smoke slurry solid content, and the proportion of fiber mass below 12 mesh and above 50 mesh. And local adaptive sampling (LAS) was carried out to update the Kriging model to ensure the approximate accuracy of key positions at optimization iteration. Finally,Monte Carlo simulation (MCS)-Sequential quadratic programming (SQP) was used to solve the optimization model of screening process parameters. The results indicated that the optimized water flow rate and pulp concentration were 6.31 L/ min and 0.53%, respectively. Under this process parameter, the proportion of fiber below 12 mesh was 13.72%, which was 7.19% higher than before optimization. The proportion of fibers over 50 mesh was 17.65%, which was a decrease of 4.13% compared to before optimization. The paper studied influence of DC bus voltage and line reactors on reactive compensation effect of active power filter based on analysis of its topology, and proposed improved selection strategy of reactor based on average voltage. The experimental results show that grid current distortion is small, and system dynamic performance is good under the condition of DC bus voltage of 720 V and APF side reactor of 1.5 mH.

With the popularity of mobile social networking platforms, individuals can rapidly receive, disseminate and communicate information through mobile devices. However, the widespread dissemination of misinformation on these platforms exacerbates the frequency and extent of crisis propagation. Based on the maximization of the influence of positive information sources, a co-performance of strong-ties and weak-ties social platform (CSWSP) dissemination model was constructed, and the use of influential individuals in social networks to improve the dissemination efficiency of positive information was explored. Through systematic simulation experiments, it was found that the influence of information on individuals and the efficiency of information dissemination in the weak-ties social layer play a crucial role in the process of online crisis co-performance. The paper introduced mechanism of spraying for dustfall and analyzed important influence factors on effect of spraying for dustfall. It designed an intelligent control system of spraying for dustfall in coal mine tunnel. The control system uses dust concentration sensor to detect dust concentration and adopts single-chip microcomputer to compare set standard values of dust concentration with online monitoring values of dust concentration, so as to control spraying for dustfall. If the dust concentration is out of limits, the single-chip microcomputer sends spraying instruction; if the dust concentration is below the standard values, the single-chip microcomputer sends instruction of stopping spraying. The test results show that the system realizes function of automatic control of spraying for dustfall with convenient to debug and good effect of spraying for dustfall.

The effects of irrigation on winter wheat yield and water use efficiency (WUE) were mostly explored based on site-based experiments in North China Plain (NCP) region. However, due to the influences of contrasting environmental factors (e.g. climate and soil properties), these results cannot be accurately cross-compared among different studies, resulting in the difficulty to get the generalizable pattern at regional scale. Here meta-analysis was conducted to comprehensively evaluate the effects of irrigation on winter wheat yield and WUE in NCP region, with the observation data of 1876 pairs from 186 field experimental papers totally. The differences of the irrigation effects in different regions, precipitation year types, soil texture, and nitrogen (N) application levels were explored, and the corresponding optimal irrigation amounts for reaching high yield and WUE were ascertained. Results showed that compared with non-irrigation during the winter wheat growing period, irrigation increased the yield of winter wheat in NCP by 32.0%-38.3%, and reduced the WUE by 27.1%-30.1%. The yield increment due to irrigation in the northwest of NCP (39.6%-53.5%) with total precipitation during the winter wheat growing period below 150mm was higher than that in the southeast of NCP (24.3%-27.1%) with total precipitation during the winter wheat growing period higher than 150mm, while the decrease of WUE due to irrigation in northwest of NCP (32.4%-37.5%) was higher than that in the southeast of NCP (22.0%-24.3%). The optimum irrigation amount for high yield and WUE of winter wheat was 150-180mm in the northwest and 120-150mm in the southeast. Specifically, for different precipitation year types, the optimum irrigation amounts were 120-150mm with 2 times during jointing and flowering stages for dry year, during jointing and heading stages for normal year, and during jointing and booting stages for wet year. For different soil texture, irrigation under loamy soil had the highest increases in yield, while clay soil had the lowest decreases in WUE; the optimum irrigation amounts of winter wheat with four different soil texture of sandy soil, loam, clay loam and clay were 60-90mm, 120-150mm, 180-210mm, and 150-180mm, respectively. For different N application levels, N application of 120-240kg.ha-1 led to the highest yield and WUE under the irrigation amounts of 80-140mm, of which the higher yield was obtained under irrigation amounts of 110-140mm, and the higher WUE was obtained under the irrigation amounts of 80-110mm. Collectively, the NCP region can achieve the goals of high yield and WUE when irrigation amount was 120-150mm with 2 times but at different stages during different precipitation year types (i.e. dry year, normal year and wet year). Meanwhile, the combination of loam conditions with the N application of 120-240kg.ha-1 can synergistically improve the yield and water use efficiency of winter wheat. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To solve the effect problem of sentiment classification due to the insufficient use of emotional semantic features and unpromising dimension reduction effects, a novel high-precision sentiment classification method was proposed in this paper for online comments by extending semantic similar emotional words and employing the statistical features between words. Firstly, a neural network skip-gram model was employed to generate word embedding and extend the semantic similar words to emotional feature by the measure of embedding word similarity. Then the feature dimension was reduced by employing the statistical features between words. At last, sentiment classification of online comments was carried out by the Adaboost classification model which was constructed by weighting multiple weak classifiers. Experiment results on hotel reviews and mobile comments show that, the accuracy of sentiment classification with new method can reach 90. 96% and 93. 67% respectively. Expanding semantic similarity emotion words is helpful to enrich the semantic features of emotion. Employing statistical features between words has better feature reduction effect. Fusarium wilt is one of the important factors threatening the production of island cotton (Gossypium barbadense L.). Understand the molecular mechanism of Fusarium wilt resistance will facilitate cotton breeding against Fusarium wilt and therefore alleviate the problem in cotton production. On the basis of RNA-seq results in previous studies, differentially expressed genes (DEG) were further analyzed in this study. After inoculating the pathogenic fungus for 0-40 hours, the DEGs expression levels of seven varieties in different wilt resistance were studied using qRT-PCR method. The correlation between gene expression level and disease index was analyzed. The flavonoid biosynthetic pathway genes were found to be related to Fusarium wilt resistance. The qRT-PCR result indicated the significantly higher expression levels of flavonoid metabolic pathway genes in resistant genotypes than those susceptible genotypes. The expression levels of TT7, CHI, and DFR, the key genes in flavonoid metabolic pathways, were significantly higher in resistant genotypes than in susceptible genotypes (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) at several time points after inoculation. Particularly, the expression levels of CHI and DFR were negatively correlated with disease index. Therefore, we conclude that the flavonoid metabolic pathway related genes might be involved in the resistance to Fusarium wilt in cotton, among which CHI, TT7, and DFR are the key genes. Surveying data for wind lodging disaster happening in Nanyang of Henan Province in August 1, 2013, were used to analyze the effects of strong wind lodging at pre- and post-tasseling stages on growth and yield of summer maize, and to determine the differences in lodging resistance among varieties and the suitable sowing time for summer maize. The survey included two varieties of summer maize, Xundan 20 and Zhengdan 958, with five and three sowing dates, respectively. The lodging was divided into four types, i.e., root slope (RS), root lodging (RL), stem bending (SB) and stem broken (SBK). The results showed that wind lodging occurring at pre- and post-tasseling stages resulted in high lodging percentages for both varieties and all sowing dates. The lodging percentage of Xundan 20 variety ranged between 86.0% and 98.5% for five sowing dates. For Zhengdan 958 variety, it ranged between 60.0% and 76.4% for three sowing dates. After tasseling, the earlier the sowing date, the lower the lodging rate occurred. The main lodging types happening around the tasseling stage were RL with the lodging rate of 53.0%–84.3% for sowing dates II-V of Xundan 20. The main lodging type for sowing date I was SB with the lodging rate of 37.5%. Lodging reduced the aboveground dry matter with the greatest reduction rate occurring in SB, followed by RS and RL. Lodging increased the allocation of dry matter to leaves and stems, but decreased the allocation to spikes. RL and SB shortened the length and diameter of spike, and reduced the grain number per spike. The lodging occurring after the tasseling stage also reduced 100-grain mass. RS had no significant effects on spike characters and yield components. The lodging had serious effects on the yield of summer maize. The yield loss was highest for SB with the reduction percentages of 74.2% and 68.7% for Xundan 20 and Zhengdan 958, respectively. SB occurring before the tasseling stage would lead to a complete crop failure. RL decreased the average yield by 46.3% and 46.5% for Xundan 20 and Zhengdan 958, respectively. RS decreased the averaged yield by 8.4% and 13.2% for Xundan 20 and Zhengdan 958, respectively. The mean yields of Xundan 20 and Zhengdan 958 were 4959.9 and 6026.1 kg·hm-2 after the wind lodging, respectively. The later the sowing date, the higher the yield loss rate was observed for Xundan 20, however, there were no significant difference in yield loss among different sowing dates of Zhengdan 958. [Objective]The effects of smash-ridging cultivation on soil properties, yield and quality of the sixth season of rice were studied to provide references for further application of smash-ridging cultivation. [Method]The depth, soil hulk density, contents of soil organic matters, total or available N, P, K of plow layer were measured at the rice harvest stage during the sixth season of smash-ridging cultivation, when rice yield and quality were also detected. Finally, the effects of smash-ridging cultivation on soil properties and rice yield and quality at the sixth season were analyzed by comparing with the control. [Result]In smash-ridging cultivation treatment, the plow layer was increased to 20-22 cm, and maintained at 22 cm till the sixth season, which was 7 cm deeper than that of the control. Smash-ridging cultivation also reduced soil bulk density by 10.56%, increased the contents of available N, P K by 48.46%, 23.85%, and 32.89%, the contents of the total N, P, K by 25.03%, 31.12%, and 25.59%, the organic matter content by 21.46%, the rice yield at the sixth season by 22.65%, 1832.7 kg/ha more than the yield of control. The rice yield during the sixth seasons showed an increase of 897.75 kg/ha, at a ratio of 11.10% per season on average, while the net economic benefit was increased by 21.82%. In addition, smash-ridging cultivation also improved the rice quality, for instance it increased the head milled rice rate by 4.35%, protein content by 13.58%, reduced the chalky rice rate by 25% and chalkiness degree by 43.75%. [Conclusion] Smash-ridging cultivation is beneficial for the sustainable improvement of the depth, soil physicochemical properties of plow layer and rice yield and quality in the sixth season. The article focuses on a study related to the differential display gene expression of multiple drug-resistant strain of chicken Eimeria tenella protozoan parasite from Shijiazhuang in China. It discusses the use of differential display technique integrated with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for gene expression, analysis of PCR products on denaturing polyacrylamide gels by silver-straining, and the detection of a clone of the strain by dot-blot nucleic acid hybridization method.

It is of significance to understand the controlling effects of urban forest on atmospheric fine particulate matter PM2.5 pollution. This paper monitored the variations of atmospheric PM2.5 concentrations in three typical urban recreational forests (Cinnamomum camphora, Pinus elliotii, and Quercus variabilis ) in the Hui Mountain of Wuxi City during the day time (5:00 am-19:00 pm) in autumn and winter, 2011 and in spring and summer, 2012. The meteorological factors were observed simultaneously. The average annual PM2.5 concentration in the three recreational forests was lower than that above the nearby roads, and this concentration in C. camphora and P. elliotii forests was lower than that in Q. variabilis forest. The average annual PM2.5 concentration in the forests and above the nearby roads was lower than the background value in the downtown area of the City. The PM2.5 concentration in the three recreational forests was the lowest in summer, followed by in autumn, and the highest in spring. In addition, the PM2.5 concentration was the lowest in P. elliotii forest in spring, summer, and winter, and in C. camphora forest in autumn, but relatively higher in Q. variabilis forest in all seasons. The diurnal variation of the PM2.5 concentration in the three forests in four seasons all showed nearly "one peak and one vale", with the peak and vale appeared at 7:00-9:00 and 15:00-19:00, respectively. The PM2.5 concentration was significantly correlated with the air moisture and temperature in four seasons, and significantly correlated with the light intensity in winter. Generally speaking, Chinese residents' nutrient is widely imbalance& Ordinary people have difficulty in understanding and applying most individual diet assessment methods. To solve above problem, a computable and comprehensible method based on diet balance index (DBI) and nutrition curve is present to comprehensively assess individual diet quality. Combining the diet structure scoring method based on DBI and energy scoring method based on nutrition curve, this paper introduces energy weight coefficient to build individual diet assessment model. Experiments show that the accuracy rate using the model for diet assessment is 90%. Combined with early warning model of high-risk groups of chronic diseases, the scores of energy and diet structure index could constitute a close-loop mechanism and provide effective diet intervention method for disease early detection, intervention and recovery. The classical Markowitz's mean-variance model in modern investment science uses variance as risk measure while it ignores the asynunetry of the return distribution. Semivariance method only pays attention to the measurement of risk part. It ignores the profit over expectation (the excess profit). This paper identifies the shortcoming of variance and semivariance methods and introduces a new risk measure model for investment RR-EP model. This model can not only measure the relative risk of investment but also give enough consideration to the profits over expectation. As to continuous random variables, the paper gives some properties of RR-EP model and the consistency between RR-EP model and traditional risk measure model. With the purpose of promoting scientific and technological innovation. America has passed a variety of bills including laws of elevating the national innovation ability, laws of regulating the governmental R&D investment, laws of sponsoring SMEs' innovative activities, laws of encouraging innovative subjects' initiatives and laws of cultivating and introducing technological innovation talents. PURPOSE: To evaluate the postoperative quality of life (QOL) of patients with oral cancer and to explore possible factors impacting the QOL of 1-year disease-free survivors. METHODS: The QOL of 55 consecutive patients was assessed preoperatively and 12 months after surgery by two questionnaires: SF -36 and UW -QOL. All data were analyzed by SPSS12.0 software package. RESULTS: ① The postoperative QOL of patients with recurrence was significantly lower than that of patients without recurrence. ②The scores of some disease-specific problems and social functioning could not approach the pretreatment level at 12-month for disease-free survivors. ③The factors influencing QOL of disease-free survivors 12 months postoperatively included the level of education, marital status, comorbidity, the extent of defect, and radiotherapy. Patients with primary/high education, or with the maximal diameter of defect <6cm, or with spouse, or without comorbidity, or without radiotherapy postoperatively showed better QOL 12 months after operation. ④There was no difference of composite scores among various forms of neck dissection. However, the scores of shoulder of patients with preservation of accessory nerve were higher than that of patients with resection of accessory nerve. CONCLUSION: Preservation of accessory nerve for patients undergoing neck dissection could enhance their shoulder function. Diminishing recurrence rate, reinforcing the prevention and control of chronic diseases, improving radiotherapy, strengthening social supports and providing necessary instructions for rehabilitation could improve postoperative QOL of patients with oral cancer. Diabetes is on the rise worldwide. Diabetes and its associated complications endanger the life of a large number of populations. Therefore, it is critical to predict and prevent the high incidence rate of diabetes. This paper proposes a method of long-term prediction of type H diabetes incidence rate based on the Markov model. This method applies the naive Bayes arithmetic to calculate the probability vector of risk levels, and establishes the predicting model with selected property subsets of GLU, BMI, CHOL, TG, WAIST, SEX, DME and AGE. Compared with the predicted results obtained by using Archimedes model, the proposed method can predict long-term incidence rate of diabetes. Allelopathic effects of C. alternifolius (Cyperus alternifolius), M. aquaticum (Myriophyllum aquaticum), C. alternifolius and M. aquaticum were investigated in coexistance experiments, and the algae biomass, chlorophyll a, community change and organic matters of the coexistance samples were monitored and analyzed. Cell numbers and Chl - a were significantly inhibited by C. alternifolius and M. aquaticum. The peak biomass of algae is 2.4 x 107/L, while that of the control, C. alternifolius, M. aquaticum is 4.48,1.15, 2.03 x 108/L respectively. The organic matters analysis show that only 75 kinds of organic matter exist in the C. alternifolius and M. aquaticum coexistance samples while 131 kinds of organic matter exist in the control sample. Acetone cyanohydrin, Triethyl phosphate, Camphene and 4 - methyl -4 - Phenol were new produced matters by C. alternifolius and M. aquaticum which maybe the potential allelopathic matters. Based on the data on the consumption and incomes of both urban and rural residents in China 1985--2008, the co-integration test and error correction model were introduced into the empirical analysis of the consumption of either the urban or rural residents, which deviated from their incomes for long in respect to the adjustability for the deviation. The results showed that the response rate of urban residents to the long-term deviation is slower than rural residents, though the adjustability of the former is higher than the latter. Further, the adjustability of those social strata whose incomes are different and deviating from their consumption was measured, thus finding that the potential adjustability of both the urban and rural middle-income social strata is higher than other social strata in view of long-term trend. The focal point of the income distribution as a national policy is therefore to step up the effort to develop China' s middle class, with the urban middle-income social stratum and rural middle/high-income social stratum taken in as targets. Moreover, the demonstration effect of urban residents' consumption rural residents should be in reasonable use so as to enable the consumption to play a guiding role in urban-rural integration. Using the NURBS-based boundary element method, motions and wave loads of ship on waves are calculated. An efficient NURBS approach based on boundary element program is developed firstly and the accuracy of the collocation point method and the Galerkin method are compared. The results show that the Galerkin method is more accurate than the collocation point method. The NURBS-based boundary element method and the Green-function of three-dimensional translating and pulsing source are used in the calculation of motions and wave-induced bending moments on a container ship with forward speed. The article presents a study which aims to identify the effects of traditional Chinese medicine and Qiudi on Eimeria tenella infected chickens. The inoculated chickens were given water with Qiudi. Results indicated an increase in serum thymidine phosphorylase of inoculated chickens that took traditional Chinese medicine and Qiudi compared to the inoculated chickens that did not receive any of the medications.

In order to investigate laminar pulsating flow characteristics in tubes, a two- dimensional unsteady axisymmetric model was established, and the pulsating fluid with constant wall temperature and periodical variation velocity as the entrance boundary condition of the tube was simulated. The influence of velocity amplitude and frequency on laminar flow was analyzed and the effects of velocity amplitude and frequency on pressure, temperature and wall surface friction coefficient were concluded. Numerical simulation results show that the values of pressure, temperature and wall surface friction coefficient for pulsating flow fluctuate around those of the stable-state flow at the same Reynolds number Re. Phase difference exists between pressure and velocity. The pressure amplitude and the wall surface friction coefficient amplitude are both in direct proportion to velocity amplitude and frequency. The temperature amplitude is in direct proportion to velocity amplitude but inversely proportional to frequency. When the velocity amplitude and frequency are large enough, back flow occurs near the inner surface, and the duration for the back flow increases along with the growing of frequency and amplitude.
