In order to improve the tracking accuracy of maneuvering targets and obtain more accurate real-time position and velocity information of the targets, an improved interactive multi-model tracking algorithm is proposed. Based on the traditional interactive multi-model, this algorithm introduces adjustment parameters associated with target features. The target feature data is used to provide a limited domain for the initial data, and then the adjustment parameters are added to the filter, so as to complete the optimization of the tracking accuracy by the iteration of the target state gain matrix and the covariance matrix. Experimental simulation analyzes three common states of maneuvering targets and compares them with traditional interactive multi-model tracking algorithms. The experimental results show that, when the deflection angles of the adjustment parameters of the algorithm are 4°, 2° and 1°, the mean root mean square errors are 15.91 m, 11.79 m and 11.39 m respectively, which are significantly better than the traditional algorithm's mean value of 21.39 m. Objective To investigate the expression changes of microRNA-204 (miR-204)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)in the ovarian cancer tissues and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Eighty-nine cases of ovarian cancer tissues and 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues confirmed by histopathological examination were selected. The ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues were removed. The expression levels of miR-204 and BDNF were detected by RT-qPCR. The expression difference of miR-204 and BDNF between ovarian cancer and normal ovarian tissues were compared. The relationships of the expression of miR-204 and BDNF in the ovarian cancer tissues with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis were analyzed. Results The relative expression of miR-204 in the ovarian cancer tissues was lower than that in the normal ovarian tissues, and the relative expression of BDNF was higher than that in the normal ovarian tissues (t = 38.904, 11.799, both P < 0. 01). Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the relative expression of miR-204 and BDNF in the ovarian cancer tissues (r = -0.603, P < 0.01) . The relative expression of miR-204 and BDNF in the ovarian cancer tissues was related to the degree of tissue differentiation and TNM stage (both P < 0. 05), but not to age, pathological type, lymph node or peritoneal metastasis, serum CA125 level or ascites volume (all P > 0. 05) . According to the mean value of miR-204 and BDNF relative expression in the ovarian cancer tissues, the patients were divided into 44 cases with high expression of miR-204, 45 cases with low expression, 43 cases with high expression of BDNF, and 46 cases with low expression. The 3-year overall survival rate of patients with low expression of miR-204 was lower than that of patients with high expression of miR-204 (χ² = 3.901, P < 0.05), and the 3-year overall survival rate of patients with high expression of BDNF was lower than that of patients with low expression of BDNF (χ² = 4.690, P < 0.05). Conclusion The low expression of miR-204 and the high expression of BDNF in the ovarian cancer tissues are related to the clinical stage, the degree of tissue differentiation and the prognosis of patients, which may be biomarkers for molecular diagnosis, targeted treatment and prognosis evaluation of ovarian cancer. To explore the feasibility of developing fishery aquaculture in low salt water, this study compared and analyzed the desalination effect of Sinonovacula contricta under different domestication methods. In this experiment, three groups with different low-salt domestication methods were set up (group Da: isokinetic domestication group with salinity decreased by 3 per 48 h; Group Db: isokinetic domestication group with salinity decreased by 1.5 per 24 h; group Dc: segmented domestication group with salinity decreased by 3 per 48 h before 10 and salinity decreased by 1 per 24 h after 10) and undomesticated group (Ud : salinity 5), water salinity decreased from 20 to 5, and the desalination period was 10 d. The survival, oxygen consumption rate, ammonia nitrogen excretion rate, feeding rate and antioxidant enzyme activity of clams in each experimental group were measured. The results showed that the survival rate of S. contricta in all domesticated groups was significantly higher than that of undomesticated group (43%), and the survival rate of group Dc (86%) was the highest. The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia nitrogen excretion rate in group Dc were significantly lower than those in group Da and group Db. The feeding experiments showed the feeding rate of group Dc was significantly higher than group A and group B. S. constricta in group Dc showed the least fluctuation of activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT). In brief, the segmented desalination mode with a lower desalination rate and gradually decreasing the desalination rate with the decrease of salinity had significant advantages, which provided a reference for the desalination culture of S. contricta in low-saline water. The development of the powder metallurgy (PM) superalloy applied in turbine discs of high thrust-weight ratio aeroengines was reviewed. Based on the Cosserat continuum theory, the elastoplastic damage model for the PM superalloy was developed in which the microscopic properties were modeled with the characteristic lengths of the material. Furthermore, the mesh dependency of the localized bands in the analysis of softening problems was eliminated in the present model. For the softening problems, massive iterations were usually needed with the classical elastoplastic methods and may not converge in some cases. Based on the parametric variational principle, the original nonlinear problem was transferred to a complementary problem, then the efficiency and convergence of the solution were greatly improved. Through active sense, intelligent analysis and feedback control, Internet of Things enforces the identification, monitoring and management of objects, which is successfully applied in many areas. However, there exists some issues in the development, such as decentralization, disorder, lack of system programming, duplicate construction, etc. We review the history of Internet of Things, analyze its technology architecture and related work. Then, the framework of IRC4IOT(Intelligent Resource Center for Internet of Things)is proposed to provide fundamental support for enabling the resources sharing, improving the resources utilization, and solving redundant construction through the convergence, integration, analysis and rebuilding of resources. The key technologies of how to join sensor devices into resource center and how to integrate and manage the resources are discussed. In order to facilitate on demand resource sharing and cross-organizational collaboration in E-Government systems, the paper proposes a cloud-service based framework (EGovCloud), which utilizes the virtual resource repository to realize resource physically distributed storage and logically centralized management. E-Government metadata specifications are constructed as a unified semantic infrastructure and therefore support cross-organizational heterogeneous resource sharing and management. The energy function of active contour model is not convex, so the solution of a minimization problem is prone to fall into a local minimum. Dealing with the problem, this paper proposed a novel convex active contour model for interactive color image segmentation. It defined a new energy function including not only image edge and color information, but also a spatial information term which was adaptively fused with the color information. It defined the spatial information term by fuzzy connectedness and introduced to get more accurate segmentation results. In the energy numerical minimization process, it used split Bregman method to obtain a global solution. The protective performance of foam aluminum-Al composite structures with different densities and thicknesses are investigated with conventional and improved split Hopkinson pressure bars ( SHPB). The experimental results demonstrate that, when foam Aluminum is used as interlayer, the primary stress wave is divided into several stress waves. The time of stress wave arriving at a back plate is postponed, and the wave intensity decreases. The impact of stress wave decreases more clearly with the increase in thickness of interlayer. When foam aluminum-Al composite structure is used as faceplate, the pulse width broadens, the rising edge is improved, and the wave intensity reduces. At the same time, the foam aluminum-Al composite structures can absorb a large part of impact energy, which can be served as stress wave protective material. With the increase in thickness and relative density of the foam aluminum, the wave shaping effect is more significant. The wave intensity reduces, the rising slop becomes flat, however the stress wave pulse changes little. The influence of A1 plate thickness on composite structure can be ignored. The effects of relative density of magnesium alloy foams on their dynamic mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristics are investigated. Split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) is used to evaluate the dynamic compressive behaviors of magnesium alloy foams with different densities. The experimental results show that, with the increase in relative density, the yield stress and platform stress increase significantly while the densification strain decreases. Based on the experimental results, the fitting equations of yield stress and relative density are obtained. The energy absorption properties of metal foams are characterized by energy absorption per unit volume, energy absorption efficiency and ideal energy absorption efficiency. The higher the relative density of magnesium alloy foams is within a certain range, the higher the energy absorption capacity per unit volume is. The energy absorption efficiency decreases slightly, but it is steady at about 0.3, while the stress corresponding to the highest absorption efficiency increases. Objective To study the effect of implanted stent or selected operation in patients with acute occlusion of right coronary artery during the emergency coronary arteriongraphy. Methods Forty-three patients with acute occlusion of right coronary artery who underwent the emergency coronary arteriongraphy were divided into two groups: the implanted stent group (n = 23) during the emergency coronary arteriongraphy and the selected operation group (n = 20) during the emergency coronary arteriongraphy. Then we observed the general data, the coronary artery pathological changes, preoperative and postoperative thrombus, the blood flow, remained stenosis and the prognosis. Results The implanted stent group was similar to the control group in general condition, but implanted stent group was significantly different from the control group in the near, intermediate and distal coronary artery pathological changes (P < 0.05). The control group was significantly different from the implanted stent group in the thrombus and slowly blood flow (P < 0.05). After three months, we reviewed coronary arteriongraphy and selected operation. The implanted stent group was significantly different from the control in the remained stenosis and slowly blood flow (P < 0.05). But the implanted stent group was similar to the control group in the thrombus and new proceeding cardiovascular events. Conclusion When thrombus appears in acute occlusion of right coronary artery, we can implant stent during the emergency coronary arteriongraphy if the thrombus is little, or we can select operation after PTCA on the contrary. In order to study the range profiles of laser fuze installed on intelligent mine, the dynamics, kinematics and analytic geometry are applied in scanning movement modeling of intelligent mine submunition. The mathematics models of ground, barriers, armored targets, and rendezvous of scanning line and target are established by using an analytic geometry method. At the same time, the computer numerical simulation of range profiles of laser fuze scanning the stationary and moving armored targets are carried out under the influence of different barriers. The results show that laser fuze could detect target repetitiously, the frequency and time of detecting target depend on the relative position of the mine submunition and target, and the range profiles of laser fuze has uniqueness for the target with unique figuration. The numerical method for the steady Navier-Stokes equations is studied to solve the inner flow field of the nozzle. The N-S computing technique with the slip-boundary theory is developed for the near-continuum slip flow near the nozzle exit. The DSMC method for the flow of axial symmetry is studied to simulate the core plume, the DSMC scheme for the simulation of three-dimensional far-field plume flow is developed, and the DSMC method is studied for multi-species mixture plume. Then, the multiregion decomposing and coupling technique is developed to solve the inside and outside flow of the thruster including the near-field, far-field, backflow and gas-surface infected regions. As a result, the numerical simulation method has been presented to compute the gas-fired mixture plume from the attitude-control thruster of the satellite and the impinging contamination on the surface of the solar array panel and satellite. To study the contamination effects produced by the five-species mixture plume from two representative attitude-control thrusters installed in different locations of the satellite in orbit, the present method is adopted to simulate the nozzle inflow, tremendous plume flowfield of five-species mixture including the impinging contamination of the particles from the gas-fired plume. The flowfield properties of the gas-fired plume from the attitude-control thrusters are obtained, the related computed results are compared and analyzed with the experimental measurement and other theoretical calculation, which validates the reliability of the present numerical method. Li-doped (Ba0.85Ca0.15) (Ti0.9Zr0.1) O3 (BCTZL-x) lead-free piezoceramics have been prepared by the conventional ceramic process. The influence of a Li+-containing additive on the crystal phase, microstructure and electric properties of (Ba0.85Ca0.15) (Ti0.9Zr0.1) O3 ceramics were systematically investigated through all kinds of measurement, such as X-ray diffraction(XRD) and SEM. The X-ray results show that the BCTZL-x ceramics sintered at 1 400 °C/2 h had pure ABO3 perovskite structure. The BCTZL-x ceramics went through the phase transition from O phase to T phase with Li+ doping increasing. The ceramics became dense when x≥0.3. This paper introduced the design and implementation of a multi-function vehicle bus controller with completely China-owned intellectual property. It also covered the development of the corresponding monitoring and testing equipment. The core functionality was implemented on both FPGA based firmware and ARM based software. It developed the whole system with a design-for-reliability methodology. In addition to various self-monitoring and auto-recovery design features, the whole system had been statically checked and field tested with state-of-the-art hardware and software verification techniques. Moreover, it also adopted a modular design styles so that the hardware and software modules could be integrated into a whole spectrum of products with varying admiration and communication capabilities. Thanks to the modular design style, it also introduced a realtime MVB traffic monitoring device and an automatic product tester. A new experimental equipment MCQ-II for supercritical CO2-ECBM recovery test with large size specimen was designed. The equipment can measure the specimen swelling during the supercritical CO2-ECBM recovery test. With the equipment, series of experiments for supercritical CO2 seepage and CH4 recovery with supercritical CO2 displacement were carried out. It is found that, under the conditions of 50 °C and constant volumetric stress, supercritical CO2 permeability is positively related to the infiltrating pressure, while it is negatively related to the confined volumetric stress. It turns out that supercritical CO2 permeability in the coal is higher than CO2 in general condition. The rise of volumetric stress and pore pressure will increase the supercritical CO2 adsorption. Under 48 MPa and 60 MPa volumetric stress, 10. 82 to 17. 52 and 16. 12 to 20. 40 units of carbon dioxide can be stored in per unit of coal, respectively. During the process of CH4 adsorption, CO2 adsorption and CH4 displacement by CO2, coal swelling volumetric percentage is recorded. In the experiment of CH4 displacement by supercritical CO2, more CH4 and CO2 were injected to specimen No. 1 (weakly caking coal) than specimen No. 2 (coking coal),but the replacement ratio of carbon dioxide to methane and the CO2 storage rate are almost equal, 4.01/4.16, 20.05%/20.09% Respectively. Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of bosentan and sildenafil in the treatment of the severe pulmonary artery hypertension with congenital heart disease. Methods All patients with severe pulmonary hypertension as well as congenital heart disease in our hospital from January 2009 to February 2012 were selected as the object, and ten patients were enrolled, of which, 3 cases were male, 7 cases were female, the average age was 43.04±19.74 years old. They were all treated with bosentan and sildenafil for 6 months. The main end points were WHO classifications of pulmonary hypertension, and the second end points were hemodynamic indexes such as pulmonary artery pressure. Results After treatment for 6 months, there were significant improvements in the main end points including WHO classifications of pulmonary hypertension; there improvements of the second end points such as pulmonary artery pressure and cardiac output; and then there were notable improvement of physical properties for instance red blood cell and uric acid; difference of which had statistical significance. But there were no significant changes in aminotransferase and three tricuspid regurgitation velocity of other physical properties than those of before treatment. No severe side effects and complications were observed. Conclusion The results reveald the efficacy and safety of oral administration of combining bosentan and sildenafil in the severe pulmonary artery hypertension with congenital heart disease. Objective: To investigate the physical and mental development of children of assisted reproductive techniques(ART) at 1-3 years, in the limited samples and the limited age range. Methods: A total of 266 ART children, including 106 twins, at 1-3 years were follow-up visited from February 2008 to February 2011. The control group comprised 129 children, including 84 twins, who were naturally bred. The neonatal outcomes, physical and mental development were evaluated. Results: Parent age in the ART children group was elder than that in control group. There were no significant differences in BMI, MDI and PDI between two groups of ART children and control, and between two twins' groups. A multivariate regression analysis indicated that the conception mode did not affect MDI and PDI. The comprehensive comparative study of expansion rate of B2F tobacco, the structure and the quality of expanded tobacco from three areas including Xiang county in He'nan, Zunyi in Guizhou and Chuxiong in Yunnan was carried out. The results showed that steam expansion technique was particularly suitable for the treatment of upper leaves, improving the filling ability of upper leaves and getting rid of odor and irritation, so that the excellent quality characteristics of upper leaves fully reflected. The process of steam expansion technique, it could increase the mature aroma of tobacco smoke, reduce local hybrid gas and lift flue gas concentrations. It had good compatibility with conventional treatment process of tobacco. The results showed that the tobacco from Chuxiong area was more suitable for steam expansion tobacco technology. Objective To study the relationship of arrhythmias and heart electrical parameters changes after transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect (VSD). Method 50 patients had been successfully finished the transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect, and then we observed relationship of arrhythmias and heart electrical parameters changes. Results (1) Compared with the situation of VSD occluder preoperative and postoperative, during follow-up there were 20 arrhythmia cases, including bundle branch block 16 cases, including the complete left bundle branch block 2 cases, complete right bundle branch block 4 cases, a transient third-degree trioventricular conduction block 1 case, most return to normal in the follow-up. 2 Intracavitary electrogram showed before and after transcatheter closure: A-V conduction parameters A-H, H-V value of (75.10 ± 14.34) ms vs (80.67 ±23.03) ms and (47.9 ± 12.61) ms vs (50.07 ± 15.23) ms, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusions (1) Some patients with new ECG changes after transcatheter closure of VSD, manifested as an increase in bundle branch block in a week, but most return to normal, the prognosis is good. (2) Intraoperative A-H, H-V extension is not related with with postoperative slow arrhythmia; (3) Arrhythmia is a common complication after VSD transcatheter closure, to strictly selected indications, and to avoid too large diameter are the effective measures to reduce the arrhythmias after transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect (VSD). Objective To discusses the efficacy and safety of patent ductus arteriosus sealing for low body weight children. Methods From January 2008 to June 2012 in our hospital, 32 cases (male 14 and female 18) of PDA babies < 8 kg weight were given transcatheter closure treatment. The enrolled PDA babies aged 6 month-18 months, average (11 ± 5.5 months), weighted (7.2 ± 0.6) kg, aortic imaging showed the narrowest diameter of PDA was 1 ~ 8 mm (4.6 ± 1.7) mm, descending aorta imaging was performed immediately and 30 min after transcatheter closure treatment. Echocardiography and X-ray radiography examination were performed 1d, 1, 3, 6 months after treatment. Results 30 cases got successful patent ductus arteriosus sealing, all the successful patients were treated with domestic closer, and 1 case was complicated with the descending aorta stenosis and ventricular septal defect, and was transferred to surgerical treatment. 1 case of PDA gave up patent ductus arteriosus sealing as descending aorta stenosis caused by the closer. 2 cases were found a trace-residual shunt immediately after patent ductus arteriosus sealing. No serious complications were found in all patients during the follow-up period. Conclusions Application of domestic closer in treatment of PDA infants < 8 kg is a safe, effective and simple intervention treatment method with little trauma and fast recovery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
