Crop yield forecasting plays a decisive role in the development of national economy planned by the government. It is of great significance to rationally plan planting strategies and reduce the waste of water and fertilizer. There are many factors affecting crop yield, and accurate prediction of crop growth means a lot. Climate is an important factor affecting crop yield. Based on climatic factors, this paper proposes a time series prediction method based on the long short-term memory(LSTM) for crop yield prediction. The method combines historical yields with climatic factors to forecast the crop yield of the next period by years. Experimental results show that compared with LSTM and support vector machine methods, the proposed method achieves higher accuracy in crop yield prediction.

In order to grasp the latest trends of medical textiles and discuss the future development direction, the fiber materials and forming technology of medical textiles in our country were introduced. The emerging technologies and important breakthroughs in the field of medical textiles in the past ten years were summarized.Focus on the design,composition and application of in vivo and in vitro medical textiles with medical protection,treatment, monitoring,health care,tissue repair,etc..The present situation and key problems of industrialization were analyzed. It is considered that the existing medical textiles in our country have the characteristics of diversification,but the basic research,technology development and commercial production of high-quality,intelligent and eco-friendly medical textiles are still in the initial stage.It is necessary to strengthen independent innovation,deepen in-depth cooperation in multiple fields,accelerate the integration of intelligent manufacturing technologies,improve the construction of industry norms and systems,develop science and technology enabling industry chains,and develop future medical textiles with advantages of light comfort,digitalization,intelligence,biofriendliness and biodegradation. Based on the technical research task of "one survey for multiple purposes" in the national pilot project of integrated survey and monitoring of natural resources, this study aims to connect multiple special surveys of natural resources and multisectoral purposes through one integrated survey. First, this study analyzed the existing land classification and the Guidelines for the Classification of Land and Sea Use for Land and Space Survey, Planning, and Use Control (trial) . Then, it formulated the criteria for the classification of "one survey for multiple purposes" for the integrated survey and monitoring of natural resources by subdividing some land categories according to the Land Use Classification. Moreover, the verification results show that the criteria for the classification enable the mutual conversion of classifications, such as land and sea use classification and land survey classification, and can connect to special surveys by rapidly providing special resource survey layers. In recent judicial practice, such circumstances as avoiding special intellectual property institutions and protecting intellectual products by means of anti-unfair competition law have been occurring more and more prominently. While the complementary protection for intellectual products provided by anti-unfair competition law may generate extra creation incentives, its involvement in protecting intellectual products redundantly may squeeze breath space for special intellectual property institutions, damage its own intrinsic structure, boost the formation of risk-aversion mentality of intellectual products' users and enable rights' enhancement in special intellectual property institutions through intricate feedback mechanisms. Protecting intellectual products should be conducted in the trinity framework consisting of subject matter, legitimate interests scope and exclusion domain, i.e., intellectual products as subject matter should have discernible feature to a large extent; legitimate interests capable of being protected should be limited to the scope of relevant market and we may consider combining customer crowds being served with those customer crowds foreseeable at the creation of intellectual products in delineating relevant market; those intellectual products excluded intentionally by special intellectual property institutions may not be protected by anti-unfair competition law any more. The current ear is a time of agriculture civilization, industrial civilization and information intelligence in parallel. In this time traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is much valued but it is still in an opportunity period of transformation from a vulnerable science. TCM development should comply with development direction of big science, and keep pace with the times based on image thinking and original creativity. Aiming at 2 important issues in medical development-medical moral education and clinical research, the authors propose that the characteristics of high concept age should be grasped, medical ethics should be remodeling according to benevolence and virtue concepts, humanistic care should be blended in medicine, innovative academic team should be built, and harmonious academic atmosphere should be constructed. Medical research should be based on clinical practice, and clinical practice should be guided by original derivation and development of sciences. The talents of general medicine should be cultivated through early and frequent clinical practice. Basic and clinical researches should be guided by TCM original thinking. It is historical inevitability to integrate TCM and Western medicine. The update of disciplinary framework should be mobilized by curative effect of TCM pattern differentiation and treatment, and medical system will be completed with philosophic wisdom of Chinese ethnic peoples. Objective To explore the influence of aspirin in the generation and differentiation of osteoclasts and its molecular mechanism. Methods RAW264. 7 cells were cultured with 100 ng/ml RANKL treatment and additioned with aspirin solution (0, 0. 25, 0. 5, 1.0, 1.5 mmol/L) of 5 days. TRAP staining was used to observe the generation of osteoclasts at different time points. Expressions of osteoclast marker mRNAs, including CTSK, MMP-9, and CTR, were detected with real-time PCR. NF-B and MAPKS protein expressions were detected using Western blotting. Nuclear translocation of NF--B p65 was analyzed using immunofluorescence technique. Results Aspirin suppressed RANKL-induced osteoclast formation. With the increase of aspirin concentration, the expressions of marker genes including TRAP, CTSK, MMP9, and CTR mRNA decreased, and the expressions of phosphorylated P65, P50, IκB-a, P38, C-NK, and ERK protein reduced. However, aspirin showed no effect on non- phosphorylated proteins and inhibited P65 dislocation. Conclusion Aspirin inhibits the osteoclastogenesis of RAW264. 7 cells by inhibiting the activation of NF-B and MAPK signaling pathways, indicating that aspirin has the potential of preventing and treating osteoporosis. This article presents a numerical study to investigate aerodynamic heating environments of a hypersonic plate/rudder configuration. In particular, the effects of the deflection angle δr, gap displacement h, and boundary layer flow pattern on aerodynamic heating environment of the rudder shaft as well as its interaction region were analyzed in detail. The analysis show that the heating environment in the gap is negligible at 0° deflection angle due to the subsonic flow. However, the rudder deflection results in high speed and high pressure flow inside the gap, the thermal loads of the rudder shaft, and its interaction region almost linearly increase with increasing δr between 5° and 15°. The heating flux of the rudder shaft and its interaction region increase firstly and then decrease gradually with the increasing h. The heat flux of h = 7 mm is nearly two times of that of h = 5 mm. In addition, the flow pattern of the boundary layer exerts a significant influence on the heat flux in the gap. In full laminar case, the thermal loads of the rudder shaft and its interaction region are three to five times of those within the full turbulent case under the condition of δr = 15°. This is because the thinner boundary layer of laminar flow results in high speed flow in the gap. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: Phosphorous (P) is one of the essential elements for tree growth in forests. It is beneficial to characterize oxalate secretion by ectomycorrhizal fungi in response to P supply for understanding the mechanism of P mobilization in soils., Method: In the present experiment, the influence of P supplies and inhibitors of Ca2+ signal/anion channel on oxalate efflux in ectomycorrhizal fungi was studied in the pure liquid culture with various P concentrations., Results: Ectomycorrhizal fungi released a large amount of H+ and organic acids such as oxalate, acetate, malate, citrate and succinate, which are important for mobilization of insoluble P in the soils. Oxalate accounted for 15. 14% to 36. 01% of the total organic acids released by the fungi and was accelerated in culture solution under the condition of low P supply, but inhibited under normal and high P., Conclusion: Ectomycorrhizal fungi released a large amount of H+ and organic acids, particularly oxalate, which might be beneficial to inorganic P mobilization in the soils and improvement of P nutrition for their host plants.

Drug targets discovery is one of the most important elements in new drug development, and a variety of methods have been developed recently from this point of view. This paper proposed a network-based local and global consistency for cardiovascular genes identification. Results were evaluated through the widely used database HPRD and DrugBank. Results showed that our algorithm can give reasonable candidate targets set. The method in this paper could be an impressive solution for targets searching.

To find out which biomaterial had the best biocompatibility, we compared the acute phase reaction of common biomaterials preparing for vascular grafts with the material of polyurethane modified by silk fibroin (SF-PU(1:1)). After transplanted the materials of dacron, polyterafluoroethylene (e-PTFE), polyurethane (PU), SF-PU(1:1) in rat muscle for one week, we studied the influence of different biomaterials on the histocompatibility by using rat acute toxicity test, test of local reaction in muscle, tissue section staining, WBC and PLT count. As a result, dacron had the worst histocompatibility. The other biomaterials had slight local inflammatory reaction. The WBC and PLT was nearly the same with the blank except dacron. e-PTFE, pure PU and SF-PU(1:1) had the better histocompatibility than traditional dacron. Especially SF-PU(1:1) had the best histocompatibility. Because of the better physical properties and histocompatibility of SF-PU( 1:1), the prospect of preparing small-diameter vascular grafts with SF-PU was cheerful.

Objective: To observe the effect of the main constituents and its combination from Chuanxiong Fangfeng Baizhi prescription on isolated rabbit basilar artery., Method: The isolated rabbit basilar artery rings were treated with 5 mmol x L(-1) KCl and 5-HT 2.4 x 10(-8) mol x L(-1), and by measuring the tension of basilar artery rings, the effect of the main constituents and its combination from Chunxiong Fangfeng Baizhi Prescription on vascular activity was observed., Result: Under pre-contractions of KCl 45 mmol x L(-1), ligustilide, ferulic acid, imperatorin and two constituent's combination have the vasodilatation effect on rabbit basilar artery rings white prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-O-beta-D-glucosyl-5-o-methylvisamminol have no same action. The EC50 sequence is P2 < imperatorin < ligustilide < P1 (P < 0.05). And the same vasodilatation effect on rabbit isolated basilar artery rings evoked by 5-HT 2.4 x 10(-8) mol x L(-1) was found for two constituents' combination., Conclusion: Except prim-o-glucosylcimifugin and 4'-O-beta-D-glucosyl-5-o-methylvisamminol, all samples have the vasodilatation effect on rabbit isolated basilar artery rings evoked by KCl and 5-HT, the vasodilatation effect of constituent's combination were better than any single constituent.

The alpha-hemolysin protein of Staphylococcus aureus, which was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) with recombinant pET32a(+)-alpha-HL plasmid, was purified with gel filtration chromatography (GFC) and Ni-NTA spin columns. The quality and biological characteristic were compared. First, the purified products were analyzed with SDS-PAGE, and the expected protein band was with a molecular mass of 53 kD. Second, protein concentration was determined by the method of Bradford, and the median hemolytic dose potency (HD50) was finally analyzed with rabbit erythrocyte. The protein purified with GFC was 0.337 mg/mL, its hemolysis activity was 1519 HU/mg, and hemolysin yield was 14.04%. Meanwhile, the protein purified with the Ni-NTA Spin Columns was 0.35 mg/mL, its hemolysis activity was 1463 HU/mg, and hemolysin yield was 17.5%, respectively. The results showed that there is no significant difference in the quality, hemolysis activity and yield of the recombinant proteins purified with Ni-NTA spin columns and GFC.
