ObjectiveTo understand the use of antibiotics in inpatients and the incidence and trend of hospital infections， to explore the implementation effect of comprehensive management measures， and to provide reference for hospitals to use antibiotics reasonably.MethodsBased on the hospital infection monitoring and management system， a retrospective analysis and comparison were conducted on the use of antibiotics， submission of microbial test samples， and incidence of hospital infections among inpatients in a tertiary hospital from 2012 to 2021.ResultsFrom 2012 to 2021， the use of antibiotics showed a downward trend， from 50.82% in 2012 to 41.29% in 2021. At the same time， the use rate of restricted and special antibiotics had also decreased， and the use rate of restricted and special antibiotics in patients without hospital infection was significantly lower than that in patients with hospital infection， and the microbial testing rate was also on the rise. The annual incidence rate of hospital infection was 0.69%‒1.92%， and the annual case-time prevalence rate was 0.79%‒2.17%. The annual average rate of the above two in 10 years was 1.18% and 1.34%， respectively. The results of the exponential smoothing model also showed that the utilization rate of antibiotics was decreasing and the incidence of nosocomial infection was stable.ConclusionLarge general hospitals took comprehensive management measures to strengthen the management of rational use of antibiotics， which led to a decline in the use rate of antibacterial drugs for inpatients and an increase in the rate of microbial examination. At the same time， the overall incidence of hospital infection was relatively stable， suggesting that the comprehensive management measures of antibacterial drugs in hospitals had achieved certain results. The current measures need to be optimized in the future to continuously improve the management level of rational use of antibacterial drugs.

ObjectiveTo investigate a suspected outbreak of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii （CRAB） nosocomial infection in an intensive care unit （ICU） and provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of multi-drug resistant nosocomial infection.MethodsClinical and epidemiological data of 4 patients with CRAB infection were retrospectively investigated in the ICU of Renji Hospital in November 2021. Environmental hygiene monitoring and multilocus sequence typing （MLST） were conducted and intervention measures were taken.ResultsA total of 4 cases with CRAB infection were identified， among which 1 case was determined to be community-acquired and 3 cases were hospital-acquired. The isolated strains shared the same drug resistance， and were all classified into ST368 type. In the surface and hand samples （n=40）， 2 CRAB strains were detected in the air filter beside the bed of the first case， with a detection rate of 5%. After adopting comprehensive prevention and control strategies， including environmental cleaning and disinfection， hand hygiene， staff management and training， and supervision， no similar case with CRAB infection was found.ConclusionThis suspected outbreak of CRAB nosocomial infection may be induced by inadequate environmental cleaning and disinfection， and inadequate implementation of hand hygiene. Timely identification， investigation， and targeted measures remain crucial to effective control of possible nosocomial infection.

For reduce the carbon emissions of grain transportation, improve ment the efficiency of grain transportation and ensurance the safety of grain transportation, this paper constructed a location-routing optimization model of grain transshipment hub driven by low carbon according to the perspective of quantitative analysis. An improved genetic algorithm was designed to solve the model, which could improve and optimize the layout of China's existing grain transportation network. Finally, some provincial capital cities on the key line of grain logistics were selected for analysis and verification. The results showed that The model and algorithm of hub node sitting-route optimization in hub-spoke multimodal transport network could reduce the total grain transportation cost by 13.87%. Carbon emissions were reduced by 11.70%, and the average transfer saturation of hubs was increased by 9.66%. This method was suitable for the actual grain transportation process, and can realize the low-carbon and efficient transportation of grain, which could provide reference for the location and path planning of Chinese grain transport hub under low-carbon drive.

In recent years， with the continuous progress of DNA extraction and detection technology， cell-free DNA（cfDNA）has been widely used in the life science field， and its potential application value in forensic identification is becoming more and more obvious. This paper reviews the concept， formation mechanism， and classification of cfDNA，etc.， and describes the latest research progress of cfDNA in personal identification of crime scene touch DNA samples and non-invasive prenatal paternity testing （NIPPT）. Meanwhile， this paper summarizes the potential application of cfDNA in injury inference， and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of common cfDNA analysis methods and techniques， and its application prospects， to provide a new idea for the wide application of cfDNA in the field of forensic science.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the measles surveillance system （MSS） in Jiading District， Shanghai from 2020 to 2022， and to provide evidence for the elimination of measles.MethodsDescriptive methods were used to analyze the MSS data and confirmed measles cases from 2020 to 2022 and to evaluate MSS performance indicators.ResultsA total of 120 suspected cases were reported through the MSS from 2020 to 2022， of which 12 were classified as measles， 9 as rubella， and 99 as non-measles /rubella. The incidence of reported non-measles /rubella was 1.44 per 100 000 population in 2020， 2.01 per 100 000 population in 2021， and 1.99 per 100 000 population in 2022. The rates of complete investigation within 48 hours， blood samples and etiology collection， timely delivery， and timely reporting were all 100%. Among the 12 confirmed measles cases from 2020 to 2022， seven routine immunization subjects completed the required doses of measles vaccines， while two out five adult cases had a history of measles vaccine-related immunization. The confirmed cases comprised six with fever accompanied by rash， five with rash alone， and one with fever alone.ConclusionThe MSS results in Jiading District， Shanghai are overall satisfactory. However， there is a need to improve sensitivity， especially in detecting and reporting cases with atypical symptoms. It is imperative to maintain high vaccination coverage for age-appropriate children， promote supplementary immunization activities， and elevate the overall immunity of the entire population.

Functional movement disorder (FMD) is a common subtype of functional neurological disorder (FND). Currently, multi⁃disciplinary team (MDT) is recommended for FMD. In addition to drug and psychological treatment, rehabilitation treatment is also of great value. Rehabilitation treatment improve the motor control function of patients through the comprehensive application of physical therapy, non ⁃ invasive nerve stimulation therapy and occupational therapy, enhance the activities of daily living (ADL). This article reviews the progress of rehabilitation treatment for FMD, so as to provide theoretical basis for accurate rehabilitation treatment for FMD.

Objective: To develop fermented baked goods containing coconut powder. Methods: The texture and fermentation rheological properties of coconut flour-wheat flour dough were measured by full texture compression test of TA.XT Plus C physical property tester and F4 Chopin fermentation rheometer. Results: The addition of coconut flour significantly improved dough hardness, chewiness and gumminess. However, the effects on springiness and adhesiveness were different. The dough with 3% coconut flour showed a decrease in dough fermentation performance, such as being harder, delayed fermentation, and small in volume, while the dough with 1% and 5% coconut flour showed a high degree of collapse, air leakage and other phenomena of insufficient stable air holding capacity. In addition, when 1% of coconut powder was added, the gluten network structure of the dough was obviously broken, showing irregular sheets. When the coconut flour was further added （3%）, the gluten network structure of the dough gradually thinned out. When the addition of coconut powder was increased to 5%, the broken structure of gluten was obvious improved. Conclusion: The addition of coconut flour changed the texture properties of dough and decreased its fermentation rheological properties. And the low content of coconut powder damaged the gluten network structure, while the high content of coconut powder could improve the gluten network structure and enhance the continuity of dough.

Objective: The flow channel distribution of polylactic acid in four screw extruder with different screw arrangement was studied. Methods: The three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks was used to establish the screw model and the corresponding fluid region model under the arrangement of one-word screw, four-square screw and encircle screw. Numerical simulation was carried out by the simulation software Polyflow. Results: The screw arrangement of monotype and surround type had better pressure building ability and distribution mixing ability than the square arrangement, and the square arrangement had weaker transport ability of polylactic acid. Conclusion: The four-screw extruder with one-line screw arrangement has a good effect on the processing of PLA.

为了对中包装的大豆油棕榈油煎炸专用调和油配方的开发和煎炸稳定性相关理化指标的选择提供参考，分别以一级大豆油、分提18 ℃棕榈油（一次精炼）及同批次的二次精炼18 ℃棕榈油为煎炸油，模拟薯条在180 ℃下高温煎炸32 h，对3种油品在煎炸过程中的酸值、过氧化值、p-茴香胺值、脂肪酸组成、极性组分含量、生育酚含量等理化指标进行了检测，并对18 ℃棕榈油中的风险因子，如PAH4、苯并（a）芘、3-氯丙醇酯（3-MCPDE）、反式脂肪酸含量进行了分析。结果表明：3种油品的酸值、过氧化值在煎炸过程中变化不明显，而p-茴香胺值、脂肪酸组成、极性组分含量在煎炸过程中变化比较明显；3种油品的生育酚氧化速度总体偏差不大；分提18 ℃棕榈油、二次精炼18 ℃棕榈油中的苯并（a）芘、反式脂肪酸含量均随煎炸时间延长呈缓慢升高的趋势；二次精炼18 ℃棕榈油的3-MCPDE在未煎炸时远高于分提18 ℃棕榈油的，3-MCPDE在煎炸初期降解剧烈，最终达到平衡；分提18 ℃棕榈油与二次精炼18 ℃棕榈油在煎炸稳定性方面没有明显区别，二次精炼不仅损失了部分有益的微量营养成分（如生育酚），还伴生出新的风险因子，如增加了3-MCPDE、反式脂肪酸。综上，酸值、过氧化值不能作为评价煎炸稳定性的敏感指标，而p-茴香胺值、脂肪酸组成、极性组分含量可作为敏感指标联合应用于评价煎炸油煎炸稳定性，另外，应倡导适度加工，以降低精炼过程营养成分的损失，同时避免风险因子的生成。 In order to provide a reference for the development of the formulation of a medium-packed special blend oil soybean oil and palm oil for frying and the selection of physicochemical indexes related to the stability of frying, soybean oil, fractionated 18 ℃ palm oil (primary refining) and secondary refined 18 ℃ palm oil from the same batch were used as frying oils to simulate the frying conditions of French fries at a high temperature of 180 ℃ for 32 h, and the physicochemical indexes of the three oils during frying such as acid value, peroxide value, p-anisidine value, fatty acid composition, polar fraction content and tocopherol content were investigated. In addition, risk factors such as PAH4, benzo(a)pyrene, 3-chloropropanol ester (3-MCPDE) and trans fatty acids in the 18 ℃ palm oil were also analyzed. The results showed that the acid value and peroxide value of the three oils did not change significantly during frying, while p-anisidine value, fatty acid composition and polar fraction content changed significantly, and the oxidation rate of tocopherols did not deviate significantly overall. The benzo(a)pyrene and trans fatty acids contents in the fractionated 18 ℃ palm oil and the secondary refined 18 ℃ palm oil showed a slow increase trend. The 3-MCPDE content of the secondary refined 18 ℃ palm oil was much higher than that of the fractionated 18 ℃ palm oil at the time of unfrying, and the 3-MCPDE degraded dramatically at the beginning of frying and eventually reached equilibrium. There was no significant difference in frying stability between fractionated 18 ℃ palm oil and secondary refined 18 ℃ palm oil, and secondary refining not only could lose some beneficial micronutrients (e.g. tocopherols), but also could generate new risk factors, such as an increase in 3-MCPDE and trans fatty acids. In conclusion, the acid value and peroxide value can not be used as sensitive indicators for frying stability of frying oils, while p-anisidine value, fatty acid composition and polar fraction content can be used as sensitive indicators for frying stability of frying oils. In addition, moderate processing should be advocated to reduce the loss of nutrients during refining and to avoid the generation of risk factors.

Objective: To investigate the effect of the screw configuration on the polylactic acid flow field on the structural parameters of the screw on the end face of the screw in the meshing counter rotating twin screw extruder. Methods: The theoretical model of the heterodirectional double-ended threaded element was established by Solidworks software and the geometry of the threaded element after adjusting the structural parameters in two different ways. The established three-dimensional model was imported into Gambit software for meshing, and then Polyflow software was applied to the flow field simulation calculation. Finally, the flow field distribution results were extracted by Fieldview software, and the effects of the adjustment of the structural parameters on the end surface of the threaded element during correction were compared and analyzed on the shear rate field, viscosity field and speed field. Results: The structural parameters of the threaded element during correction will affect the polylactic acid flow field after being adjusted in two ways. The two adjustment methods of structural parameters have reduced the shear rate gradient in the runner to varying degrees, and the first method has also caused the viscosity of the polymer lactic acid in the runner to be reduced. Conclusion: From the perspective of the influence on the shear rate field, viscosity field and speed field, the threaded element adjusted by mode one is more conducive to extrusion, while the solid configuration of the threaded element adjusted by mode two is closer to the theoretical configuration of the threaded component.

Objective: Explore the effects of different combinations of forward screw elements in the melt conveying section on the melt conveying characteristics of reverse screw elements. Methods: Two different models were constructed by changing the lead, using SolidWorks software to establish a three-dimensional model, and using Polyflow software to numerically simulate the extrusion process of the two models in the melt conveying section. The effects of the screw groove width and screw edge thickness of the screw elements on the flow field under different lead lengths and the changes in the flow field at different rotational speeds were analyzed, and the effects of rotational speed on the material mixing were verified through experiments. Results: The constructed model can allow the melt to pass through the reverse threaded element. At the same screw speed, the pressure building capacity and conveying capacity of model one constructed from large lead screw elements were stronger than that of model two constructed from small lead screw elements. Model one was superior to Model two in terms of decentralized mixing ability, and weaker than Model two in terms of distributed mixing ability. Under the same pressure difference at both ends, increasing the rotational speed could improve the dispersion and mixing effects of materials. Conclusion: Using model one in the improved processing of polylactic acid and increasing the rotational speed of the screw can further crush the material and improve the quality of the extrusion.

Hydroxyurea(HU) is a reducing and complexing agent that can be used in the PUREX process. Zr is an important fission product in the spent fuel and main element of concern in the nuclear fuel reprocessing. The decontamination of zirconium in the route of plutonium and uranium can be lowered by the complexation of hydroxyurea in the PUREX process. The complexation of Zr(Ⅳ) with hydroxyurea in the nitric acid system was investigated in this work. Under the condition of 0.3 mol/L HNO3, the complex ratio of Zr(Ⅳ) with HU is 1∶8 obtained by Job’s method. Combining with the half-integer method, the apparent stability constants of Zr(Ⅳ) with hydroxyurea are calculated as following: lg K1≈1.59, lg K2≈1.75, lg K3≈1.88, lg K4≈1.98, lg K5≈2.09, lg K6≈2.27, lg K7≈2.51, lg K8≈3.01. Under 1.0 mol/L HNO3, the complex ratio of Zr(Ⅳ) with hydroxyurea is 1∶4, and the apparent stability constants of Zr(Ⅳ) with hydroxyurea are lg K1≈2.33, lg K2≈2.51, lg K3≈2.78, lg K4≈3.31. Under 3.0 mol/L HNO3, the complex ratio of Zr(Ⅳ) with hydroxyurea is 1∶2, and the apparent stability constants of Zr(Ⅳ) with hydroxyurea are lg K1≈2.69 and lg K2≈2.79.

In this paper, the half-reaction time of the reaction between hydrazine and its derivatives with nitrous acid is measured using spectrophotometry and stopped-flow injection device. Using Gaussian09 and HyperChem, hydrazine and its derivatives have been structurally optimized and some quantization parameters are calculated. Combining the half-reaction time and the quantization parameters, and using statistical regression analysis, QSAR model of the reaction between hydrazine and its derivatives with nitrous acid is established. The results show that total energy of molecules is the most important influencing factor in the reaction, and the half-reaction time increases with total energy of the molecule except for allyl hydrazine, the reaction rate decreases with the increase of total energy of the molecule.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Erythronium sibiricum bulb polysaccharides on asthma and its mechanism based on oxidative stress.MethodsFifty female BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the negative control group， asthma model group， dexamethasone group， low and high-dose Erythronium sibiricum bulb polysaccharides groups. Except the negative control group， the asthma model was established by sensitizing with chicken egg albumin （OVA）. The number and classification of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF） were determined by a whole blood analyzer. Hematoxylin-eosin （HE）， Periodate acid-Schiff （PAS） and Masson staining were used to observe the lung pathology of asthmatic mice. The contents of malondialdehyde （MDA） and the activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） in serum were detected by colorimetry. Determination of protein expression and mRNA abundance of nuclear factor erythroid2-related factor 2（Nrf2）， HemeoxygenasE1 （HO-1） and Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in the lung were detected by immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescence determination polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）.ResultsCompared with the negative control group， the numbers of total inflammatory cells， neutrophils， monocytes and eosinophils in the BALF of the model group were significantly increased （P

A kind of nitrile rubber (NBR) with high bound acrylonitrile content was prepared by low-temperature emulsion-polymerization and the sequence structure of the polymer was characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and the effects of different coagulants on the coagulation behavior and physico-mechanical properties of the polymer were studied. The results showed that the BAA sequence structure appeared in NBR with high bound acrylonitrile content, and the content of BAA, BAB, and ABA sequence structures increased gradually and that of BBB and BBA sequence structures decreased gradually with the increase in bound acrylonitrile content; the coagulation efficiency of CaCl2 and Al2(SO4)3 was much higher than those of NaCl and H2SO4, and the coagulation efficiency of the first two both reached about 98%; Al2(SO4)3 could improve the hardness, tensile strength, modulus, and elongation at break of NBR, and the elongation at break of NBR prepared from Al2(SO4)3 was 566%.

Objective: To establish a method for the preparation of acetamiprid matrix reference material in cowpeas. Methods: Planted fresh blank cowpea which meets the requirements of reference material development was selected as the research object to obtain dry powder after crushed, freeze-dried, added, mixed, twice freeze-dried, crushed, screened, mixed, packaged and Co60 irradiation sterilized. The dry powder sample was determined by Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry （LC-MS/MS） and calibrated for quantitative determination by matrix standard solution. After homogeneity and stability studies, coordinated value was determined by 9 laboratories and the uncertainty was evaluated. Results: The prepared sample of cowpea freeze-dried powder had good homogeneity and stability, for which it was convenient to storage transport and preserve in stable status during the testing time. The property value and expanded uncertainty of acetamiprid was （0.283 7±0.008 5） mg/kg （k=2）, certified by 9 independent laboratories. Conclusion: The matrix reference material prepared by this method has good homogeneity, stability and accuracy in request of the national metrology technical specification, which can be used in the quality control in process of testing, calibration of analytical instruments and development and verification of testing method, etc.

Single-cell sequencing is a technique that analyzes DNA and RNA sequences on the cellular level with next generation sequencing. The ultra high resolution of single-cell sequencing provides new perspectives and opens new frontiers for our understanding of many areas of life sciences, including forensic genome. This paper summarizes the recent advancements in single-cell sequencing and the prospect of its forensic application.

By adding strong oxidizing ferrihydrite (amorphous) and weakly oxidizing but conductive magnetite (crystalline) to the anaerobic digestion system of waste cellar mud, the changes of Fe (II), organic matter and microbial community structure were investigated, and the effects of different types of Fe (III) minerals on anaerobic digestion of cellar sludge were explored. The results showed that the iron reducing bacteria were enriched in the ferrihydrite group, and the Fe(II) content increased rapidly to 900 mg/L on the twelfth day, indicating that the dissimilatory iron reduction of the ferrihydrite occurred. The chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal amounts in the ferrihydrite and magnetite groups were 16.1% and 4.9% higher than that in the control group respectively, indicating that the ferrihydrite and magnetite both promoted the removal of organic matter. The magnetite group enriched Geobacter and Methanosarcina, which promoted direct interspecific electron transport(DIET), increasing methane production by 23.4%, while the dissimilatory iron reduction of ferrihydrite inhibited methanogenesis and reduced methane production by 32.2%. The study aimed to investigate the impact of postbiotics on the pet health. Twelve Beagle dogs were selected, and following the principles of consistent weight and gender, they were randomly divided into two groups (Group A and Group B), each replicate consisting of six dogs, with one dog in each replicate. A crossover trial design was employed to compare the differences in serum biochemical indexes and fecal microbiota between adult healthy Beagle dogs during the consumption of a diet supplemented with 200 g/d postbiotics and a control diet. The results showed that the average fecal score for Beagle dogs consuming the base diet was 2.97, while for those consuming the diet supplemented with postbiotics, the average fecal score was 2.54. Compared to the base diet, Beagle dogs consuming the postbiotic-supplemented diet exhibited a 51.16% decrease in serum triglyceride levels (P<0.05), a 29.92% decrease in cholesterol levels (P<0.05), and an 11.43% decrease in the serum uric acid levels (P<0.05). In comparison to the base diet, dogs fed the postbiotic-supplemented diet showed a 7.85%, 23.97%, and 29.54% decrease in the serum immunoglobulin G (IgG), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and interleukin-1 (IL-1) levels, respectively (P<0.05). The supplementation of postbiotics increased the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Bacillus in the feces, while reducing the relative abundance of harmful bacteria like Fusobacterium and Anaerobiospirillum. The FLANN（ Fast library for approximate nearest neighbors） algorithm is used to match the detected SURF（ Speeded up robust features） descriptors. The obtained key points are iteratively sorted,and the RANSAC（ Random sample consensus） algorithm is used to extract the matching points for two times. The gray difference algorithm is used to extract the defective region after the matrix transformation registration,using the Otsu threshold method to segment the image and the characteristics of defect area domain are analyzed,which uses the Otsu threshold method to segment the image. The results show that the method is superior to the traditional detection algorithm in detecting speed and range. So it has positive research significance and value in on-line inspection of small module plastic gear industry.

The study was to investigate the effect of different levels of Artemisia argyi powder on the laying performance, egg quality and reproductive hormones of Jinghong No.1 laying hens. A total of 1 000 healthy Jinghong No.1 laying hens aged 54 weeks were randomly divided into five groups, with 10 replicates in each group and 20 laying hens in each replicate. Laying hens in the control group were fed with a basal diet, and the Artemisia argyi powder groups were supplemented with 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% Artemisia argyi powder, respectively. The pre-test period was 1 w, and the formal test period was 8 w. The results showed that the laying rate, average egg weight and average daily egg weight of laying hens in the 1.5% group and 2.0% group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the feed to egg ratio was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The shell strength and Haugh unit of eggs in the 1.5% group and 2.0% group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The yolk color of eggs in the 1.0% group, 1.5% group, and 2.0% group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of estradiol and progesterone in the 1.5% group and 2.0% group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and T4 in the 1.0% group, 1.5% group and 2.0% group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase in the 1.0% group, 1.5% group and 2.0% group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the serum content of malondialdehyde in the 1.5% group and 2.0% group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that feeding appropriate amount of Artemisia argyi powder can significantly improve the laying performance and egg quality of Jinghong No. 1 laying hens and regulate the levels of reproductive hormones, and the appropriate addition level of Artemisia argyi powder is 1.5%~2.0%. The core-shell carbon microspheres(CMSs)/polyethylene terephthalate(PET) capsule (PCMSs) by in situ polymerization was selected as flame retardant. The flame-retardant PCMSs/PET functional fiber was prepared by melt spinning method. The structure and properties of PET fiber with different mass fractions of flame retardant were characterized by SEM, sound velocimeter, tensile tester and limit oxygen index apparatus. The results show that PCMSs has a good compatibility and dispersion within PET matrix, and the excellent moisture absorption and flame retardant properties of functional PET fiber with smooth surface is obtained when the mass fraction of PCMSs is 0.6%, but the mechanical property of PCMSs/PET fiber with 0.6% PCMSs is a little lower than the PCMSs/PET fiber with 0.2% PCMSs.

The study was to enrich the control measures of Elizabethkingia miricola EMI and screen the strains with antagonistic effect on Elizabethkingia. The EMI antagonism was isolated by dilution coating method. Morphological observation, physiological and biochemical characteristics analysis and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis were used to determine the classification status of the isolated strain LM-7. To study the optimal bacteriostatic conditions and active substances of antagonistic strain LM-7 against EMI. The results showed that LM-7 belonged to Streptomyces antibioticus which had the best antibacterial effect on EMI in PDA medium, the ratio of circle and diameter was 11.13. LM-7 contained polyketide synthase genes PKS-I and PKS-II and non-ribosomal peptide synthase genes NRPS, the antibacterial active components were related to non-ribosomal peptides and polyketide secondary metabolites, and its antibacterial activity mainly existed in the exocytic secretion of cells. The study indicates that strain LM-7 can be used as a candidate strain for EMI control, and its fermentation broth has the potential to study and develop novel structurally active compounds. For problems of incorrect ranging caused by interference and high cost of existing collision avoidance system of mine locomotive, a collision avoidance and ranging system of mine locomotive based on laser ranging was designed by use of STC90C516RD+ single chip microcomputer and TDC-GP1 timing chip with high precision. Ranging principle of the system and design schemes of software and hardware were introduced. Ranging test was done for the system in range of 20-100 m with the max original ranging error of 0.22 m. After being linearly fitted and corrected in Matlab by use of the least square method, ranging errors were less than 0.03 m and satisfied ranging requirement at locomotive running.

To investigate the basis for the relative expression level of genes between the phenotypic changes of autopolyploid and the changes of genetic material during chromosome doubling, the differentially expressed genes between autopolyploids and dip- loids were screened by transcriptome sequencing of G. herbaceum. In this study, the diploid G. herbaceum (CK) and autopolyploid progenies were used as materials, autotriploid (T) and autotetraploid (M) plants were identified by flow cytometry. After the physiological indexes of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), proline, and soluble protein contents of autotetraploids and diploids were compared, and transcriptome sequencing were analyzed. The contents of SOD, POD, CAT, proline, and soluble protein in the leaves of autotetraploids were significantly higher than those of diploids. DESeq difference analysis showed that there were 4166 (2832 up-regulated and 1334 down-regulated), 4037 (1766 up-regulated and 2271 down-regulated), and 4184 (2679 up-regulated and 1505 down-regulated) DEGs, in CK vs T, T vs M, and CK vs M, respectively, and 205 DEGs were common expressed among three groups of pairwise comparison of different ploidy plants. GO function re- vealed that DEGs had significant differences in intrinsic component of membrane, integral component of membrane, catalytic activity. KEGG enrichment indicated that DEGs was more active than other pathways in flavonoid biosynthesis, phenylpropane biosynthesis, and photosynthesis-antenna protein. Through enrichment analysis, the DEGs related to ploidy in CK vs T and CK vs M were screened, and the results demonstrated that polyploidy were detected mostly up-regulated, in response to stimulus (62.46% and 54.84%), stress (57.42% and 53.85%), cell (70.16% and 66.22%), metabolism (72.73% and 66.14%), biologically active substances and resistance (60.33% and 63.37%), photosynthesis (58.06% and 63.16%), which may be the key factor leading to polyploid advantage. A total of 27 resistance-related genes (19 up-regulated and 8 down-regulated) and 11 photosynthetic-related genes (9 up-regulated and 2 down-regulated) were obtained by Nr annotation CK vs M. Cluster analysis of 27 DEGs related to photosynthesis in different ploidy of G. herbaceum showed that the relative expression of 18 genes (66.67%) had the highest expression abundance in autotetraploids. We performed Nr annotation and expression analysis on 205 DEGs common expressed among three groups, indicating that 30 genes were up-regulated, and the relative expression was the highest in autotetraploids. While 7 genes were down-regulated, and the expression was the lowest in autotetraploids. The 37 genes may be influenced by DNA gene-dose or related to plant ploidy level. The results showed that polyploid plants are superior to diploid plants in terms of resistance, growth vigor, metabolism, and photosynthesis rate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To understand the human Trichuris trichiura (TTr) infection Yunnan Province, and we provide a scientific basis for the formulation of the strategy and measures for the prevention and control of Trichobiasis in Yunnan. Methods Total 20 survey sites were selected from 10 counties by using a satisfied sampling method. The modified Kato-Katz thick smear method were used for detection of TTr eggs, the results were observed through microcopy and infection rate was calculated. SPSS 16.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 5 067 people were investigated, 429 human TTr were detected, the infection rate of TTr was 8.47%. Among the TTr infections, most of them were mild infection (88.58%, 380/429), with medium infection (10.72%, 46/429) and severe infection (0.70%, 3/429). The infection rate of the Eastern Tibet and Western Sichuan Eco-region was 23.13% (294/1 271). The prevalence rate of TTr in Gongshan was 37.14% (283/762). Children with younger age had the highest prevalence of TTr infections (15.68%, 103/657) than other age group. The prevalence of TTr with preschool education level (17.70%, 77/435) and students (10.68%, 66/618) was higher than other occupations. The infection rate of illiterate group (13.29%, 179/1 347) was higher than that of other literate groups. In terms of ethical nationality, Dulong people had the highest prevalence of TTr infections was 68.66% (184/268), the prevalence rate of Lisu people was 22.31% (58/260). There was significant differences in the prevalence of TTr infections among people with different age, occupations, education levels and ethical nationalities (P<0.05). Conclusion The survey results showed that the prevalence of Trichuris trichiura infections is still high in some minority areas and the infection rate of trichuriasis is regionalized in Yunnan Province. The biostratigraphic characteristics ofJiufengshan Formation in Heibaoshan-Handaqi Basin of Heilongjiang Province are systematically summarized and compared to determine the climatic environment and age of its formation. The plants and their sporopollen fossils reflect the typical subtropical humid climate and age of Early Cretaceous. The diagenetic age of 119±0.89 Ma is obtained by the LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb isotopic dating of rhyolitic tuff in the lower part of Jiufengshan Formation. Combined with the paleontology and isotopic age, it is determined that Jiufengshan Formation was formed in the middle-late Aptian ofEarly Cretaceous, which provides accurate chronological basis for the correlation of Late Mesozoic regional strata, coal-forming ages and coal-bearing basins in Northeast China. In the traditional target tracking algorithm, when the target is disturbed by various factors such as occlusion and light intensity changes, the correlation template updates incorrectly and the error accumulates frame by frame, eventually causing the target tracking failure. Therefore, this paper proposes a robust object tracking algorithm based on VGG network. Firstly, the VGG network is used to extract the average feature map of the local context area image to establish a correction filter template in the first frame of the input image. Secondly, the VGG network is used to extract the average feature map and the affine transformation average feature map of the local context area image in the subsequent frame of the input image. Thirdly, combining the kernel correction filter tracking algorithm, the target position and the final target position are adaptively determined. Finally, the aigorithm adaptively updates the final average feature map and the final correlation filter template in the current frame of the Input image. Experimental results show that the proposed aigorithm sill has high target tracking accuracy and robustness when the target is disturbed by various factors such as occlusion and light intensity changes. [Objectives] To investigate the expression profile of the saliva protein BphMIF1 gene of the brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens, an important insect pest of rice, in response to the feeding activity of this species. [Methods] BphMIF1 was cloned by RT-PCR and sequenced for bioinformatic analysis. The expression levels of BphMIF1 in nymphs (1st-5th instars), adults and different adult body parts, were analyzed with real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR), and the prokaryotic expression of BphMIF1 was also quantified. [Results] The BphMIF1 gene was cloned and found to encode 119 amino acids. qPCR results showed that BphMIF1 was rapidly up-regulated in 4th instar nymphs. BphMIF1 was expressed in the head, thorax and abdomen of adults, but was most highly expressed in the abdomen. Prokaryotic expression analysis showed that the BphMIF1 gene was expressed at an induced concentration of 0.5 mmol/L IPTG for 4 h. [Conclusion] The BphMIF1 gene is differentially expressed in different age groups and body parts of N. lugens. Objective To investigate and summarize the microsurgical technique for hypervascular neoplasms in the jugular foramen area after preoperative embolization therapy, so as to improve the surgical effect. Methods A total of 17 patients with hypervascular neoplasms in the jugular foramen area after preoperative embolization therapy undergone microsurgical operations from June 2016 to June 2019 were analyzed. The suboccipital retrosigmoid aproach (n = 4), infratemporal fossa approach (n = 3), transmastoid infralabyrinthine approach (n = 3), subtemporal transpetrosal approach (n = 3), combined subtemporal and retrosigmoid approach (n = 2), and far lateral approach (n = 2) were performed according to Samii classification. Results The total resection was achieved in 10 patients, subtotal resection in 4 patients and partial resection in 3 patients. Intraoperative blood loss ranged from 100 ml to 2300 ml, with an average blood loss of 1042 ml. Postoperative clinical symptoms improved in 9 cases. The new-developed and/or worsen lower cranial nerves dysfunction were observed in 5 cases. The new-developed and/or worsen facial paralysis were seen in 6 cases, hearing loss emerged in one case and incision exudation in 2 cases. No intracranial hematoma and death cases were found. Seventeen patients were followed up from 6 months to 3.50 years varied persisted hoarseness or dysphagia were seen in 5 cases. Three cases of recurrence and no death case were observed. Conclusions Intraoperative bleeding can be effectively controlled after preoperative embolization therapy of hypervascular neoplasms in the jugular foramen area. According to the classification of tumors, the surgical approaches are selected individually under the multi-disciplinary cooperation. Rice is the most important food crop in China and is of great significance for China's food security. This paper reviews the main achievements in rice pest management since the beginning of the 21st Century, from determining the population dynamics of major rice pests in China and the main factors influencing population growth and the development of non-chemical control technologies and emergency control technologies for rice pests over the past 20 years. Future prospects for rice pest management, such as improving prediction and forecasting, accelerating the cultivation and application of resistant varieties, strengthening the development, integration and innovation of green pest management technologies, improving the ability and service level of professional service organizations and strengthening policy support, are also discussed. Objective To investigate the wiilingness of nursing students in higher vocational colleges to engage in elderly care, and analyze related influencing factors. Methods A combination of random sampling and stratified sampling was used to select 282 nursing students of three-year higher vocational nursing and five-year consistent nursing in a higher vocational college in Jiangsu Province as the research object, and the nursing students were employed in the elderly care work. A survey with general information questionnaire and self-made Job Intention questionnaire was conducted. Results A total of 242 nursing students were wiiling to consider working in aged care after graduation. The only-child nursing students, students with place of birth in the rural areas, a three-year higher vocational education, in second-grade, with the experience of caring for the elderly, with the experience of geeting along with the elderly, and with close relationship with the elderly relatives were more wiiling to engage in elderly care works (P < 0.05). The reasons for not being wiiling to engage in elderly care work were, in turn, difficult communication for the elderly, unsanitary care for the elderly, high labor intensity, low wages, low social status, lack of understanding of aged care, and unhappines with the elderly. Conclusion The vast majority of nursing students are wiiling to consider the work of old-age care. The nursing students need to be properly guided during their school years, strengthen the aged care and traditional culture education, and reserve talents for the elderly care. [Objectives] To study the effect of different diets on the digestive efficiency, nutritional content, larval development and digestive enzyme activity of Cnaphalocrocis medialis. [Methods] The digestive efficiency, nutritional content, developmental duration and digestive enzyme activity of C. medialis larvae reared on either an artificial diet, rice leaves or maize leaves, was measured and compared. [Results] C. medialis was able to complete its life cycle on all three diets but had different developmental durations and pupal weights on each diet. C. medialis reared on rice leaves had the shortest developmental duration and the heaviest pupae. There was, however, no significant difference in the fecundity, oviposition period or adult longevity, of C. medialis reared on different diets. C. medialis reared on rice leaves were significantly more efficient at converting digested food (ECD) than those reared on maize leaves or the artificial diet. The approximate digestibility (AD) of larvae reared on the artificial diet was 52.32%, significantly higher than that of larvae reared on rice or maize leaves. C. medialis larvae reared on the artificial diet had higher soluble protein and sugar content than that of those reared on rice or maize, but lower fat content. Protease, amylase and lipase activity in the midguts of larvae fed on the artificial diet was significantly higher than that of larvae fed on rice or maize. [Conclusion] Diet affected the development and nutritional composition of C. medialis. Basic region / leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors is a multi-functional protein family in eukaryotes, which is involved in various biological processes including seed maturation, light signaling regulation and stress response. According to sequence similarity and conserved motifs, the AtbZIPs are classified into 10 groups (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and S). In this study, CsbZIP4 of C-group bZIP transcription factors was using as an objective, the expression patterns of CsbZIP4 in response to abiotic stress in tea plants were investigated, and the salinity tolerance caused by CsbZIP4 overexpression in Arabidopsis was analyzed. The CsbZIP4 from tea plant leaves was up-regulated under 4°C, exogenous ABA, salinity and dehydration stresses, especially the induction of salinity and dehydration stresses led to up-regulation of 2.9-fold and 2.2-fold, respectively. In roots, CsbZIP4 was down-regulated in response to cold, salinity and dehydration stresses, especially down-regulated by 2-fold under salinity stress. Under fluorescence microscope, it was indicated that CsbZIP4 was located in nucleus. Constitutive overexpression of CsbZIP4 in transgenic Arabidopsis lowered the plants' sensitivity to exogenous ABA and salinity at germination stage. Moreover, CsbZIP4 overexpression lines exhibited higher salinity tolerance under 300 mmol L-1 NaCl conditions and higher SPAD values. AtSOS1, which is a salinity responsive gene, was strongly induced in overexpression lines. In conclusion, CsbZIP4 positively regulates salt stress response in Arabidopsis, and might be closely related to the tolerance to salinity stress in tea plant. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this work, an economic model predictive control (EMPC) and corresponding switching strategy for nonlinear switching systems are presented to handle the unreachable problem between mode transitions. An open-loop optimal transition for systems to prepare for upcoming switching is proposed. The corresponding calculation is done in the RTO layer, and optimal mid points and trajectories are updated in due time. Systems states are driven to the mid points respectively in the preparation phase and transition to the succeeding mode is accomplished in the switching phase by a switching scheme. Both optimal steady-states and mid points' asymptotic stability in the related mode are insured by a dissipativity based EMPC with auxiliary controlling index, and simultaneously a computational upper bound is established for best improving the transition economic performance. According to the geometrical nonlinear theory for shallow shells, the displacement-type geometrical nonlinear governing equations for shallow spherical shells under uniform pressure in uniform temperature field were derived. With the shooting method, the numerical results of axisymmetric bending and buckling of the shallow spherical shell in the clamped boundary condition were obtained. The effects of various shell geometrical parameters on the equilibrium paths and the critical loads were discussed. The critical shell geometrical parameter was defined. And it is found that both the upper and lower critical loads increase with the geometrical parameter in the range beyond its critical value. The effects of different values of the uniform temperature field on the upper and lower critical loads, the critical geometrical parameter, and the equilibrium configurations were investigated under a given geometrical parameter. Rise of the uniform temperature brings obvious increase of the upper critical load and slight decrease of the lower critical load. Quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check code (QC-LDPC) has advantage of reducing public key size in constructing cryptography, due to its parity-check matrix can build by block cycling. However, it cannot resist the low-weight code searching attack. This paper proposed a new public-key cryptography based on quasi-cyclic medium-density parity-check code (QC-MDPC), and a special bit flipping decode algorithm. Compared with the classical Goppa code-based PKC,this scheme achieves 93 times reduction of public key size in the same security level, lower complexity in both of encryption and decryption and high security, since it resists the dual code attack and information set decoding attack. In order to solve the problem of ciphertext operation in the cloud, this paper presented a new fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on LWE problem. It applied a novel ciphertext flattening technique in this scheme to control the noise efficiently instead of relinearization technique which was applied by other traditional LWE-based fully homomorphic encryption schemes. Without introducing new assumptions whose security had not been confirmed, it constructed a KDM secure bootstrappable encryption scheme, which leaded to a breakthough in the security of FHE-CF. Because of its KDM security, a cyclic keychain could be designed properly to transform a leveled fully homomorphic encryption scheme into a fully homomorphic encryption scheme. This paper has also been proved the FHE-CF scheme's IND-CPA security under the random oracle model.
