Objective In order to improve train operational efficiency, it is necessary to monitor metro traction power consumption and establish a relevant energy consumption model for prediction analysis of metro traction power consumption. Method The basic principles of grey prediction model and BP (backpropagation) neural network are introduced. Taking the traction daily electricity consumption data for a typical metro station in Tianjin in June 2021 as example, the grey correlation analysis method is used to select the influencing factors with high correlation to the daily traction power consumption of metro. Based on the GM (1,1) grey prediction model, the short-term traction daily power consumption is predicted. The selected influencing factors with high correlation, the short-term traction daily power consumption predicted by GM (1,1) grey model, and the adjacent historical traction daily power consumption data are used as input for training in BP neural network model to establish the GM-BP grey neural network model. The required short-term metro traction daily power consumption prediction data is generated. Result & Conclusion Compared with conventional GM (1,1) grey prediction model and BP neural network model, the prediction error of short-term traction daily power consumption predicted by the GM-BP grey neural network model shows significant improvement, and can be used as effective metro traction power consumption data for short-term prediction data analysis.

Objective In the ultra-close layered tunnel construction, the preceding excavated tunnel can cause unpredictable damage to the surrounding rock, which will affect the smooth construction of the following tunnel and increase the difficulties of engineering construction. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of the preceding tunnel on the following ones in the layered tunnel construction. Method Based on a tunnel project in Chongqing, a numerical simulation method is used to compare and analyze the stress distribution patterns and deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock caused by the preceding excavation of the lower layer tunnel. According to the stress characteristics and the deformation law of the upper layer tunnel under different working conditions, the relationship between the deformation control effect of the anchor rod reinforcement measures and the weakening effect of the surrounding rock caused by the lower layer tunnel excavation is analyzed. Result & Conclusion The preceding excavation of the lower layer tunnel causes the vault area settlement with a maximum of 4.1mm and the arch bottom area bulging with a maximum of 6.9 mm. According to the variation intensity of the stress distribution and the equivalent plastic strain range of the surrounding rock, the loosening area of the lower layer tunnel surrounding rock is equivalent to a circular range, and the average thickness of the loosening circle is 2.5m. The excavation unloading of the upper layer tunnel will cause the lower layer tunnel upfloating. After the anchor rod reinforcement measures are taken for the surrounding rock in the lower layer tunnel loosening circle,the strength coefficient of the corresponding surrounding rock is reduced to 0.70~0.75.

ObjectiveThe accurate estimation of terraced field areas is crucial for addressing issues such as slope erosion control, water retention, soil conservation, and increasing food production. The use of high-resolution remote sensing imagery for terraced field information extraction holds significant importance in these aspects. However, as imaging sensor technologies continue to advance, traditional methods focusing on shallow features may no longer be sufficient for precise and efficient extraction in complex terrains and environments. Deep learning techniques offer a promising solution for accurately extracting terraced field areas from high-resolution remote sensing imagery. By utilizing these advanced algorithms, detailed terraced field characteristics with higher levels of automation can be better identified and analyzed. The aim of this research is to explore a proper deep learning algorithm for accurate terraced field area extraction in high-resolution remote sensing imagery.MethodsFirstly, a terraced dataset was created using high-resolution remote sensing images captured by the Gaofen-6 satellite during fallow periods. The dataset construction process involved data preprocessing, sample annotation, sample cropping, and dataset partitioning with training set augmentation. To ensure a comprehensive representation of terraced field morphologies, 14 typical regions were selected as training areas based on the topographical distribution characteristics of Yuanyang county. To address misclassifications near image edges caused by limited contextual information, a sliding window approach with a size of 256 pixels and a stride of 192 pixels in each direction was utilized to vary the positions of terraced fields in the images. Additionally, geometric augmentation techniques were applied to both images and labels to enhance data diversity, resulting in a high-resolution terraced remote sensing dataset. Secondly, an improved DeepLab v3+ model was proposed. In the encoder section, a lightweight MobileNet v2 was utilized instead of Xception as the backbone network for the semantic segmentation model. Two shallow features from the 4th and 7th layers of the MobileNet v2 network were extracted to capture relevant information. To address the need for local details and global context simultaneously, the multi-scale feature fusion (MSFF) module was employed to replace the atrous spatial pyramid pooling (ASPP) module. The MSFF module utilized a series of dilated convolutions with increasing dilation rates to handle information loss. Furthermore, a coordinate attention mechanism was applied to both shallow and deep features to enhance the network's understanding of targets. This design aimed to lightweight the DeepLab v3+ model while maintaining segmentation accuracy, thus improving its efficiency for practical applications.Results and DiscussionsThe research findings reveal the following key points: (1) The model trained using a combination of near-infrared, red, and green (NirRG) bands demonstrated the optimal overall performance, achieving precision, recall, F1-Score, and intersection over union (IoU) values of 90.11%, 90.22%, 90.17% and 82.10%, respectively. The classification results indicated higher accuracy and fewer discrepancies, with an error in reference area of only 12 hm2. (2) Spatial distribution patterns of terraced fields in Yuanyang county were identified through the deep learning model. The majority of terraced fields were found within the slope range of 8º to 25º, covering 84.97% of the total terraced area. Additionally, there was a noticeable concentration of terraced fields within the altitude range of 1 000 m to 2 000 m, accounting for 95.02% of the total terraced area. (3) A comparison with the original DeepLab v3+ network showed that the improved DeepLab v3+ model exhibited enhancements in terms of precision, recall, F1-Score, and IoU by 4.62%, 2.61%, 3.81% and 2.81%, respectively. Furthermore, the improved DeepLab v3+ outperformed UNet and the original DeepLab v3+ in terms of parameter count and floating-point operations. Its parameter count was only 28.6% of UNet and 19.5% of the original DeepLab v3+, while the floating-point operations were only 1/5 of UNet and DeepLab v3+. This not only improved computational efficiency but also made the enhanced model more suitable for resource-limited or computationally less powerful environments. The lightweighting of the DeepLab v3+ network led to improvements in accuracy and speed. However, the slection of the NirGB band combination during fallow periods significantly impacted the model's generalization ability.ConclusionsThe research findings highlights the significant contribution of the near-infrared (NIR) band in enhancing the model's ability to learn terraced field features. Comparing different band combinations, it was evident that the NirRG combination resulted in the highest overall recognition performance and precision metrics for terraced fields. In contrast to PSPNet, UNet, and the original DeepLab v3+, the proposed model showcased superior accuracy and performance on the terraced field dataset. Noteworthy improvements were observed in the total parameter count, floating-point operations, and the Epoch that led to optimal model performance, outperforming UNet and DeepLab v3+. This study underscores the heightened accuracy of deep learning in identifying terraced fields from high-resolution remote sensing imagery, providing valuable insights for enhanced monitoring and management of terraced landscapes.

BackgroundNon-suicidal self-injury （NSSI） behavior is highly prevalent in middle school students， which poses a significant risk to the physical and mental health of middle school students， so finding ways to improve the NSSI behavior among middle school students is of great significance for promoting their healthy growth.ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between psychological quality and NSSI behavior among middle school students in western Anhui， and to examine the pathway of coping style in the above relationship.MethodsFrom November to December 2020， 22 872 middle school students in western Anhui were selected using stratified cluster random sampling method， and were subjected to complete the assessment of Adolescent Non-suicidal Self-injury Assessment Questionnaire （ANSAQ）， Adolescent's Psychological Suzhi Scale-Simplified Version （APSS-SV） and Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students （CSSMSS）. Spearman correlation analysis was adopted to examine the correlation among scores of scales and the frequency of NSSI behavior in middle school students. Amos 23.0 was utilized to test the pathway of coping style in the relationship between psychological quality and NSSI behavior.ResultsA total of 21 718 （94.95%） middle school students completed the effective questionnaire survey. NSSI behavior was detected in 7 798 middle school students （35.91%）. ANSAQ total score and CSSMSS positive coping style score of middle school students were negatively correlated with the frequency of NSSI behavior （r=-0.219， -0.179， P

Objective To analyze the risk factors for dismal prognosis in patients with cryptococcal meningitis and construct a prediction scoring system Nomogram model. Methods A total of 100 patients with cryptococcal meningitis who treated with anticryptococcal therapy admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January 2010 to August 2022 were selected. The patients were divided into favorable prognosis group (n = 19) and dismal prognosis group (n = 81) according to the results of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) cryptococcal culture during hospitalization and clinical symptoms and signs at the time of discharge. Risk factors were screened by using univariate and multivariate stepwise Logistic regression analyses. A Nomogram model was constructed based on the risk factors, the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and calibration curves of the model were plotted, and Hosmer - Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test was performed. Results The proportion of patients in the dismal prognosis group with Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS 2002) score (Z = - 3.898, P = 0.000), CSF pressure > 250 mm H2O (χ2 = 9.512，P = 0.002) and duration of antifungal treatment < 14 d (χ2 = 17.847，P = 0.000) on admission were higher than those in the favorable prognosis group, and the blood routine red blood cell count (t = - 2.802, P = 0.006) and lymphocyte count (Z = - 2.878, P = 0.004), plasma albumin (t = - 4.332, P = 0.000), and the proportion of amphotericin B application (χ2 = 4.597, P = 0.032) were lower than those in the favorable prognosis group. Logistic regression analysis showed the admission high NRS 2002 score (OR = 3.258, 95%CI: 1.337-7.940; P = 0.009), CBF pressure > 250 mm H2O (OR = 0.108, 95%CI: 0.018-0.659; P = 0.016), and the duration of antifungal treatment < 14 d (OR = 0.092, 95%CI: 0.011-0.742; P = 0.025) were risk factors for dismal prognosis of cryptococcal meningitis. A Nomogram model was constructed based on the above 3 risk factors, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.927 (95%CI: 0.873-0.980, P = 0.000), which predicted a cut - off value of 53.50 points for dismal prognosis in cryptococcal meningitis; the calibration curve (with good consistency), and the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test (χ2 = 2.694, P = 0.912) indicated that the model had good discrimination, calibration and stability. Conclusions Patients with cryptococcal meningitis with a high NRS 2002 score, CSF pressure > 250 mm H2O, and antifungal treatment < 14 d had a dismal prognosis, and the Nomogram model constructed accordingly has a high predictive value of dismal prognostic risk.

ObjectiveWheat lodging is one of the key isuess threatening stable and high yields. Lodging detection technology based on deep learning generally limited to identifying lodging at a single growth stage of wheat, while lodging may occur at various stages of the growth cycle. Moreover, the morphological characteristics of lodging vary significantly as the growth period progresses, posing a challenge to the feature capturing ability of deep learning models. The aim is exploring a deep learning-based method for detecting wheat lodging boundaries across multiple growth stages to achieve automatic and accurate monitoring of wheat lodging.MethodsA model called Lodging2Former was proposed, which integrates the innovative hierarchical interactive feature pyramid network (HI-FPN ) on top of the advanced segmentation model Mask2Former. The key focus of this network design lies in enhancing the fusion and interaction between feature maps at adjacent hierarchical levels, enabling the model to effectively integrate feature information at different scales. Building upon this, even in complex field backgrounds, the Lodging2Former model significantly enhances the recognition and capturing capabilities of wheat lodging features at multiple growth stages.Results and DiscussionsThe Lodging2Former model demonstrated superiority in mean average precision (mAP) compared to several mainstream algorithms such as mask region-based convolutional neural network (Mask R-CNN), segmenting objects by locations (SOLOv2), and Mask2Former. When applied to the scenario of detecting lodging in mixed growth stage wheat, the model achieved mAP values of 79.5%, 40.2%, and 43.4% at thresholds of 0.5, 0.75, and 0.5 to 0.95, respectively. Compared to Mask2Former, the performance of the improved model was enhanced by 1.3% to 4.3%. Compared to SOLOv2, a growth of 9.9% to 30.7% in mAP was achieved; and compared to the classic Mask R-CNN, a significant improvement of 24.2% to 26.4% was obtained. Furthermore, regardless of the IoU threshold standard, the Lodging2Former exhibited the best detection performance, demonstrating good robustness and adaptability in the face of potential influencing factors such as field environment changes.ConclusionsThe experimental results indicated that the proposed HI-FPN network could effectively utilize contextual semantics and detailed information in images. By extracting rich multi-scale features, it enabled the Lodging2Former model to more accurately detect lodging areas of wheat across different growth stages, confirming the potential and value of HI-FPN in detecting lodging in multi-growth-stage wheat.

In response to the challenge of sample data imbalance in fault diagnosis methods for photovoltaic power plants based on machine learning， the paper proposes a fault diagnosis method leveraging an enhanced BP-Bagging algorithm. Firstly， a mapping relationship between photovoltaic data and fault types is established using a BP neural network to achieve fault diagnosis in photovoltaic systems. Subsequently， the Bagging algorithm is enhanced by utilizing random under-sampling （RUS） to address the issue of class imbalance in samples. Furthermore， to tackle the problem of overfitting in the BP network， the paper introduces a fault diagnosis model for photovoltaic power plants based on the enhanced BP-Bagging. This involves parallel training of multiple BP networks and determining fault diagnosis results through a voting method. Finally， the paper conducts comparative experiments with different algorithms， calculates evaluation metrics related to model accuracy， and validates that the proposed method demonstrates high overall performance. To a certain extent， it effectively mitigates the challenge of sample class imbalance in fault diagnosis of photovoltaic power plants， thereby improving the accuracy of fault diagnosis in such systems.

Using polypropylene (PP) as a matrix and carbon nanotube (CNTs) as a modified material to prepare CNTs/PP composites, the effects of solid-phase drawing and CNTs on properties of PP-based composites after solid-phase drawing were analyzed. Crystallization, mechanical and electromagnetic shielding properties of the composites were studied by wide angle X-ray diffraction, 2D wide angle X-ray diffraction, small angle X-ray scattering, differential scanning calorimetry, polarizing microscope, scanning electron microscope, universal test machine, and vector analyzer. The results show that the solid-phase drawing and CNTs increase the tensile strength of the composite and reduce its elongation at break; the addition of CNTs plays a clear heterogeneous nucleation, refines the grain and improve the crystallinity, and the crystal formation of the CNTs/PP composite before and after the solid-phase drawing does not change, but the α-crystal for PP is improved significantly. The crystallinity of the composites is slightly decreased with increasing solid-phase drawing rate. The solid-phase drawing treatment and CNTs can improve the electromagnetic shielding performance, but make the electromagnetic shielding performances reduce after high drawing rate treatment.

Objective To determine the effects and underlying mechanism of pterostilbene (PTE) on memory dysfunction in mice exposed to chronic unpredictable military stress (CUMS). Methods Thirty-six healthy 7 to 8 week-old C57BL/6J male mice were randomly divided into control group (CON), CUMS group (for 30 d) and PTE intervention group (100 mg/kg PTE, gastric infusion). Body weight and food intake of each mouse were recorded during the intervention. After the intervention, serum corticosterone concentrations were detected by ELISA, spatial memory function of mouse was detected by Morris water maze assay, ultrastructural changes of mice hippocampal neurons were observed by transmission electron microscopy, mitochondrial respiratory function of mouse hippocampus was detected by Seahorse XF HS Mini analyzer, the relative copy number of mtDNA and the expression of Pgc-1α and Tfam at mRNA level in the hippocampus were detected by RT-qPCR, and the protein level of PGC-1α was measured with Western blotting. Results Compared with the CON group, the CUMS group had significantly decreased body weight and food intake (P < 0.05), increased serum content of corticosterone (P < 0.000 1), while PTE intervention reversed above changes (P < 0.05 and P < 0.000 1, respectively). Morris water maze assay showed that the CUMS group were worse in the memory accuracy of the platform, while the PTE group had better performance. After exposure to CUMS, more lipofuscin, swollen mitochondria and disappearance of cristae were observed with transmission electron microscopy, but comparatively mild damages were found in the PTE group. Moreover, mitochondrial basal respiration (P < 0.05), maximal respiration (P < 0.001) and spare respiratory capacity (P < 0.01) in isolated hippocampal neurons were decreased after exposed to CUMS, whereas the maximal respiration (P < 0.05), ATP-linked respiration (P < 0.05) and respiratory control rate (P < 0.05) were significantly improved in the PTE group. Furthermore, the copy number of mtDNA (P < 0.01), and the expression of Pgc-1α (P < 0.000 1) and Tfam (P < 0.01) at mRNA level in the hippocampus of the CUMS group were decreased; while those phenomena were significantly elevated in the CUMS group (P < 0.05). Western blotting indicated the expression of PGC-1α was lower in the hippocampus of the CUMS group than the CON group (P < 0.01), whereas that was significantly higher in the PTE group than the CUMS group (P < 0.05). Conclusion PTE could improve the memory function of CUMS-exposed mice, which might be related with its enhancing PGC-1α expression and thus mitigating the CUMS-induced structural and functional damages in the hippocampal mitochondria.

Aiming at the problem of mounting adaptability evaluation of shipboard gun weapon system, a mounting adaptability evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process is put forward. The mounting adaptability of guns, tracking sensors and fire control equipment are chosen as fuzzy variables to evaluate the mounting adaptability of shipboard gun weapon system in the model. And the evaluation ruler of them is given. And the calculation method of mounting adaptability based on analytic hierarchy process is put forward. The example analysis shows the model can realize the quantitative evaluation for the adaptability of shipboard gun weapon system. The model has good operability and provides a powerful support for type selection decision-making.

ZnO is currently the main coating material for piezoelectric bolt sensors, which exhibits excellent acoustic-electric signal conversion because of its unique piezoelectric effect, but its high-temperature structure and performance stability have been less studied. In this paper, ZnO piezoelectric coating that could generate ultrasonic longitudinal waves was prepared on （100）Si and industrial titanium bolts by RF magnetron sputtering, and annealed at different temperatures and different time durations to investigate the effects of high-temperature annealing treatment on the structure and properties of the coating. The results of scanning electron microscopy show that the annealing treatment below 600 °C does not affect the microscopic morphology of the coating surface, and the cross-sectional morphology of the coating shows a columnar crystal structure, and the columnar crystals tend to merge with the temperature increased. The results of atomic force microscopy show that the surface roughness of the coating varies by ±4 nm, and the X-ray diffraction results show that different annealing temperatures do not affect the crystal structure of the coating significantly. The acoustic signals of the bolt samples after annealing treatment at different temperatures and durations are examined, and the results show that the coating surface is intact after annealing treatment at 500 °C and below, and the bolt coating is completely peeled off after annealing treatment at 600 °C. The ultrasonic signals characterize that the structure of coating is stable after annealing at 500 °C or below; at 300 °C, after a long annealing treatment, none of the excitable ultrasonic properties of the bolt samples are destroyed, indicating that the ZnO coating can serve in the temperature range of 300 ℃ for a long time.

The antimicrobial substances produced by Bacillus velezensis 1-3, a strain with antibacterial activity isolated from oral samples, were separated and purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, gel filtration chromatography and thin-layer chromatography and were analyzed by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). These substances were identified as surfactin consisting of three cyclic lipopeptides with 14–16 carbon atoms, whose molecular masses were 1 030.642, 1 044.660 and 1 058.677 Da, respectively. Surfactin could function as a surfactant and exhibited good antimicrobial activity against common pathogenic bacteria in the food, medical and livestock industries. Meanwhile, the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of surfactin against Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 19115 was 4 μg/mL. Surfactin did not show hemolytic activity against mouse red blood cells within the effective antibacterial concentration range. It could endure temperatures at 20–100 ℃ and withstand a wide pH range of 2.0–10.0. Hence, surfactin produced by B. velezensis 1-3 has great potential for applications in the food, medical, and livestock fields .

In order to study the strength performance of the airship envelope and the influence of overpressure bearing on its residual strength, the sample forms and experiments plans for the uniaxial and biaxial tensile of the envelope material were designed, and the tearing situation of the airship was analyzed with the help of a high-speed camera. Based on the experimental data, fitted the uniaxial tensile strength curve when the airship bears air pressure, and the longitudinal and latitudinal strength envelope line of the material when it was biaxially stretched. The experimental results demonstrate that there is a negative correlation between the residual strength of the envelope and the airship bearing air pressure when uniaxially stretched, the bearing strength of the envelope is comprehensively affected by the longitudinal and latitudinal strengths when biaxially stretched. This experiment also analyzes the failure situation of the airship envelope, which can provide an experimental guidance for its strength prediction.

An accuracy synthesis approach for a 2UPS & UPR & UP parallel robot is proposed. Based on the nominal kinematic equations, an error mapping model of the robot is established using the perturbation method, and the compensable and uncompensable geometric error sources are sorted out. The standard deviation relationship between the uncompensable error sources and the terminal attitude errors is established to reveal the standard deviation distribution of the terminal attitude error in the workspace. A sensitivity analysis of the uncompensable error sources is carried out to determine the influence of each uncompensable geometric error source on the terminal accuracy. According to the 3σ principle, the sensitivity index is taken as the allocation coefficient, and the values of the uncompensable error sources under the given terminal accuracy are obtained through the accuracy synthesis. The proposed approach can provide a theoretical basis for the manufacturing of the robot, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation.

In order to further improve the coating microstructure and properties，a new surface micro-crystallization technique，high temperature assisted ultrasonic deep rolling (HT+UDR)， was used to treat the cermet coating， which could soften the cermet coating by high temperature treatment， thus reducing the strength and hardness of the coating，and large plastic deformation would occur on the coating surface during ultrasonic deep rolling. In this paper， SEM， EDS， hardness test and XRD were used to investigate the effect of different pressing amounts (0.20 mm，0.25 mm，0.30 mm) in high temperature assisted ultrasonic deep rolling on the microstructure，structure and properties of ceramic coating on 45 steel substrate. Results showed that after HT+UDR+0.25 mm treatment， the longitudinal cracks in the coating were closed or transformed into transverse cracks under the action of plastic flow， and the porosity was small. After work hardening and grain refinement， the surface hardness was further increased to 650.2 HV. The residual tensile stress on the coating surface was changed into residual compressive stress，with the maximum value of -337.9 Mpa. However， cracks appeared on the surface layer of the coating after HT+UDR+0.30 mm treatment， and the dynamic recrystallization behavior of the surface was intensified. The decrease of dislocation density led to the release of residual stress， which was 8.67%lower than that of HT+UDR+0.25 mm treatment.

In order to obtain the location and size information of the wear area of face gears, a method of gear surface wear inspection based on reverse engineering is proposed. According to the measurement principle, the conversion matrix of the measuring coordinates is deduced; by measuring the tooth profile deviation and with the error compensation algorithm, the compensation point of the measuring point is obtained and the control equation of NURBS surface fitting is presented; a test bench is built, and an example operation is carried out to compare and analyze the standard tooth surface and the worn surface. The data in the unworn area is well matched, and the data points in the worn area are clear and free of noise. Therefore the use of reverse engineering technology in the face gear wear detection method is correct and feasible, and it provides a prerequisite for the future of green remanufacturing.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of postoperative meningioma recurrence. Methods A total of 176 patients with meningioma treated in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University from May 2010 to January 2011 were included. The general information, imaging findings, extent of tumor resection and postoperative pathological results were analyzed. Kaplan⁃Meier survival curve comparison and Log⁃rank test were used to compare the related influencing factors of meningioma recurrence. Multifactor Cox's proportional hazards regression model was used for survival analysis. Results The median progression free survival (PFS) of patients with preoperative Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS)＜70 was lower than that with KPS≥70 [(8.04±1.98) years vs. (8.08±1.18) years; χ2=5.370, P=0.020]. The median PFS of patients with peritumoral edema grade 2-3 was lower than that with peritumoral edema grade 0-1 [(8.05±1.79) years vs. (8.06±1.09) years; χ2=9.805, P=0.002]. The median PFS of patients with dural mater invasion was lower than that without dural mater invasion [(7.97±1.70) years vs. (8.06±1.09) years; χ2=12.357, P=0.000]. The median PFS of patients with WHO grade 2-3 was lower than that with WHO grade 1 [(5.14±2.07) years vs. (8.12±0.87) years; χ2=113.774, P=0.000]. Multivariate Cox's proportional hazards regression model showed that WHO grade 2-3 could increase the risk of postoperative meningioma recurrence (RR=15.693, 95%CI: 5.905-41.707; P=0.000). Conclusions The preoperative KPS score, peritumoral edema, dura mater invasion and WHO grade may affect the recurrence of meningioma, and WHO grade 2-3 can increase the risk of meningioma recurrence.

Objective To evaluate brain plasticity by resting⁃state fMRI (rs⁃fMRI), and to explore the potential neuroendocrine mechanism of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in improving post⁃stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) in patients with low thyroid hormone (TH) level. Methods A total of 28 patients with PSCI with low TH level who received rehabilitation treatment in Shijiazhuang People's Hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into rTMS group (n=15) and control group (n=13). Cognitive function was assessed by Montreal Cognitive Scale (MoCA) before and 4 weeks after rTMS, and serum levels of tri⁃iodothyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were measured by double antibody sandwich method. rs⁃fMRI was used to calculate the fractional amplitude of low⁃frequency fluctuation (fALFF) and observe the activated brain regions after stimulation. Pearson correlation analysis was used to obtain the distribution of synchronous changes of activated brain areas based on whole⁃brain functional connection strength of hypothalamus and serum TH level in 2 groups. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, compared with control group, MoCA score (F=1163.054, P=0.000), and serum T3 (F=1111.685, P=0.000), T4 (F=847.333, P=0.000), TSH (F=251.316, P=0.000) in rTMS group was increased. In rTMS group, fALFF value increased mainly in posterior cerebellar lobe (t=4.699, P＜0.05), middle frontal gyrus (t=4.356, P＜0.05) and superior frontal gyrus (t=5.675, P＜0.05), while fALFF value decreased in superior temporal gyrus (t=⁃7.874, P＜0.05) and middle temporal gyrus (t=⁃5.776, P＜0.05). The enhanced functional connectivity of the whole brain with bilateral hypothalamus as the region of interest (ROI) and the simultaneous increase of serum T3 and TSH levels were mainly concentrated in the cerebellum, frontal lobe and parahippocampal gyrus. Conclusions rTMS can indirectly affect hypothalamic function through cerebral cortex, increase serum TH level and improve cognitive function in PSCI patients.

In order to further strengthen the operation protection measures of the optical cable and realize real-time monitoring of the hidden danger of external force damage in the optical cable line area, this paper uses the principle of Rayleigh backscattering and coherent detection to design and construct an optical cable external damage event monitoring based on distributed optical fiber vibration sensing early warning system. Using Phase Sensitive Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (Φ-OTDR) technology, the optical fiber vibration signal is collected in real time. The key characteristics of vibration sensing are extracted, and the type of hidden danger is sent to the operation and maintenance staff to locate and warn the hidden danger of external force damage in real time. Field verification results show that the system can simultaneously detect and locate multiple vibration sources along the sensing fiber, and can identify various types of disturbance signals. The monitoring and early warning system has a complete system and a simple structure. The recognition rate of various construction signals is as high as 95%. It realizes double early warning of the type of external breakage and precise location, which can effectively prevent and stop external damage events and improve the work efficiency of anti-external breakage of optical cables.

This research studied the effect of cordyceps militaris noodles on alleviating physical fatigue and concentration of serum lipids in mouse. The mouse were divided into feed group, blank noodle group, low dose of C.militaris noodles group and high dose of C.militaris noodles group, and the animal model of swimming fatigue was established. The exhausted swimming time of mouse in each group was recorded, and the related indexes of alleviating physical fatigue and affecting lipid concentration in mouse were measured. The results show that there was no significant difference in body weight of mouse in each group. An accurate estimation model of winding hot spot temperature is the key to assess the thermal state and insulation life of oil-immersed transformers. Based on the hot spot temperature and load current monitored by the substation,the genetic programming algorithm is applied to train the basic structure of the hot spot temperature estimation model. Then,the parameter identification of the hot spot temperature estimation model is performed by the normalized least square mean (NLMS) algorithm. Finally,an explicit prediction model of the hot spot temperature is established for oil-immersed transformers. The explicit winding hot spot temperature estimation model can effectively reflect the relationship between the load factor and the winding hot spot temperature. Moreover,the goodness of fit of the model under the test set is 0.998 8,and the maximum absolute error is only 1.36 ℃,which verify the correctness and effectiveness of the model. Furthermore,the strong generalization performance of the proposed model is proved by estimating the winding hot spot temperature for oil-immersed transformers with the same capacity and model in the same area.

Objective To preliminarily investigate the safety and effectiveness of robot-assisted kidney transplantation (RAKT) in the perioperative period. Methods Clinical data of 14 patients undergoing renal transplantation in our department from June 2018 to March 2022 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. They were 8 males and 6 females, and at an age of 22 to 45 years. There were 4 patients receiving robotic-assisted laparoscopic living-donor kidney transplantation (RAKT group), and 10 cases receiving open kidney transplantation (OKT group) with deceased donor kidney. Arterio-venous anastomoses (AVAs) time, length of post-operative stay, pre- and post-operative serum creatinine levels, intraoperative blood loss, and incidence of post-operative complications were retrospectively analyzed between the patients of the 2 groups. Results The surgeries went well in the 14 patients. The amount of intraoperative blood loss was 162.5±47.8 mL in the RAKT group and 245.1±68.5 mL in the OKT group(P < 0.05). The arterial anastomosis time was 32.5±6.5 min in the RAKT group and 24.3±5.3 min in the OKT group. The venous anastomosis time was 16.5±3.8 min in the RAKT group and 14.6±1.5 min in the OKT group. The blood creatinine level was 98.1±33.2 μmol/L in the RAKT group and 142.8±42.1 μmol/L in the OKT group in 7 d after surgery. The retention time of drainage tube was 10.0±1.2 d in the OKT group and 6.5±0.5 d in the RAKT group(P < 0.01). The length of stay after surgery was 13.0±2.5 d in the RAKT group and 16.3±2.1 d in the OKT group(P=0.01). Conclusion RAKT is safer than OKT in the perioperative period and causes fewer postoperative complications.

In order to explore the low-temperature oxidation characteristics and evolution law of oxidized coal, this paper adopted a temperature-programmed experiment system. Firstly, the low-temperature oxidation temperature-programmed experiment was carried out on the oxidized coal formed by N2 anaerobic cooling after the coal samples were pre-oxidized to 60 ℃, 90 ℃, 120 ℃, 150 ℃, 180 ℃ and 210 ℃ respectively. At the same time, in order to further reveal the characteristics of low-temperature oxidation behavior of oxidized coal formed under different fire extinguishing conditions, the low-temperature oxidation temperature programmed test was carried out on the oxidized coal formed after fire extinguishing with three different volume fractions of N2 when the coal sample was pre-oxidized to 120 ℃. This reveals the changes of oxygen consumption rate, production rate of signature gases (CO, CO2) and heat release intensity of these two kinds of oxidized coals during low temperature oxidation process. The results show that the oxygen consumption rate, signature gas generation rate and heat release intensity of oxidized coal are all lower than those of raw coal. Furthermore, the spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters of coal samples pre-oxidized to 90 ℃ are closer to that of raw coal, indicating that coals pre-oxidized to critical temperature are more likely to reignite. When pre-oxidized to 120 ℃, the higher the volume fraction of N2, the closer the spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters of this oxidized coal are to the original coal, indicating that the coal with higher volume fraction of N2 has stronger recrudescence ability. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent the recurrence of coal when mining the coal body in the near coal seam group, the recrudescence working face and the unsealing fire area.

Factory-like rearing of silkworm (Bombyx mori) using artificial diet for all instars is a brand-new rearing mode of silkworm. Accurate feeding is one of the core technologies to save cost and increase efficiency in factory silkworm rearing. Automatic identification and counting of silkworm play a key role to realize accurate feeding. In this study, a machine vision system was used to obtain digital images of silkworms during main instars, and an improved Mask R-CNN model was proposed to detect the silkworms and residual artificial diet. The original Mask R-CNN was improved using the noise data of annotations by adding a pixel reweighting strategy and a bounding box fine-tuning strategy to the model frame. A more robust model was trained to improve the detection and segmentation abilities of silkworm and residual feed. Three different data augmentation methods were used to expand the training dataset. The influences of silkworm instars, data augmentation, and the overlap between silkworms on the model performance were evaluated. Then the improved Mask R-CNN was used to detect silkworms and residual feed. The AP50 (Average Precision at IoU=0.5) of the model for silkworm detection and segmentation were 0.790 and 0.795, respectively, and the detection accuracy was 96.83%. The detection and segmentation AP50 of residual feed were 0.641 and 0.653, respectively, and the detection accuracy was 87.71%. The model was deployed on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier development board with an average detection time of 1.32 s and a maximum detection time of 2.05 s for a image. The computational speed of the improved Mask R-CNN can meet the requirement of real-time detection of the moving unit of the silkworm box on the production line. The model trained by the fifth instar data showed a better performance on test data than the fourth instar model. The brightness enhancement method had the greatest contribution to the model performance as compared to the other data augmentation methods. The overlap between silkworms also negatively affected the performance of the model. This study can provide a core algorithm for the research and development of the accurate feeding information system and feeding device for factory silkworm rearing, which can improve the utilization rate of artificial diet and improve the production and management level of factory silkworm rearing.

Different from the traditional noise control approaches based on sound energy reduction, this study focuses on the annoyance suppression of motor vehicle noise based on audio injection. Firstly, eight motor vehicle noises were selected as the target sounds and three different controllable sounds were used to overlap with different signal-to-noise ratios. Then absolute threshold and combined sound annoyance subjective evaluation experiment were carried out to obtain absolute threshold range and the existence zone of "destructive effect" for combined noise annoyance. Next the influencing factors of the destructive effect are analyzed. The results of the study found that the identifiability of the target sound and the controllable sound is important to the selection of the controllable sound. For most target sounds with high identifiability, the controllable sound with high identifiability and high SNR should be selected. For most target sounds with low identifiability, the controllable sound with low identifiability and low SNR should be selected. Moreover, after the addition of optimal controllable sound, the descend value of the annoyance degree of the target sound with high identifiability is lower than that of the target sound with low identifiability. The results will also provide guidance for the research on audio injection effects, physical mechanisms, the controllable sound selection and optimization design.

Objective The clinical characteristics and imaging information of insular glioma patients were collected to predict mutation status of isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1). Methods A total of 596 patients with gliomas confirmed by postoperative pathology in The First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from January 2011 to June 2021 were enrolled, including 72 insular gliomas, 213 frontal gliomas, 165 temporal gliomas, 76 parietal gliomas, 28 and 29 midline gliomas. All patients were examined by MRI, fifteen glioma⁃related features were selected from the visually accessible rembrandt images (VASARI), including enhancement quality, enhancement proportion, non⁃enhancement proportion, necrosis proportion, edema proportion, cyst, thickness of enhanced margin, definition of the enhanced margin, hemorrhage, diffusion, deep white matter involvement, deep ventricle involvement, midline cross, T2⁃FLAIR mismatch, maximum diameter of tumor. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to screen the predictive factors related to IDH1⁃mutant in insular glioma. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was plotted and area under the curve (AUC), sensitivity and specificity were calculated to evaluate the predictive power of MRI features for IDH1⁃mutant glioma. Results IDH1 mutation rate was higher in insular and frontal gliomas (P＜0.01, for all). WHO grade Ⅱ had the highest IDH1 mutation rate (P=0.008, 0.000), and grade Ⅳ had the lowest mutation rate (P=0.000). The IDH1 mutation rate in low⁃expression Ki⁃67 gliomas was higher than that in high⁃expression gliomas (P=0.000). Logistic regression analysis showed that weak enhancement (OR=35.671, 95%CI: 2.805-453.600; P=0.006), non⁃enhancement (OR=75.453, 95%CI: 2.881-1872.759; P=0.009), unlimited diffusion (OR=10.573, 95%CI: 1.043-107.175; P=0.046), no deep ventricle involvement (OR=187.601, 95%CI: 2.269-15507.607; P=0.020), T2⁃FLAIR mismatch (OR=47.536, 95%CI: 2.838-796.097; P=0.007) were independent predictive factors for IDH1 mutation in insular glioma. The AUC of enhancement degree, diffusion, deep ventricle involvement and T2⁃FLAIR mismatch for the diagnosis of IDH1⁃mutant glioma were 0.846 (95%CI: 0.748-0.944, P=0.000), 0.730 (95%CI: 0.609-0.850, P=0.001), 0.708 (95%CI: 0.584-0.833, P=0.003) and 0.745 (95%CI: 0.627-0.864, P=0.000). The combination of the 4 groups had the highest diagnostic efficacy, and the AUC was 0.961 (95%CI: 0.923-0.999, P=0.000). Conclusions Low grade insular glioma has a high IDH1 mutation rate. MRI features of weak enhancement and non⁃enhancement, unlimited diffusion, non deep ventricle involvement and T2⁃FLAIR mismatch contribute to noninvasive prediction of IDH1⁃mutant insular glioma.

In order to improve the prediction accuracy of photovoltaic output power， this paper proposes a prediction method using AFSA （artificial fish swarm algorithm） to optimize BP （back-propagation） neural network. Based on the cleaned data， the paper takes highly correlative meteorological data as input， and photovoltaic output power data as output. It uses the global optimization capabilities and inherent parallel computing capabilities of AFSA to optimize the weights and thresholds of the BP neural network. The photovoltaic output power prediction model based on the AFSA-BP neural network is obtained after training. The simulation analysis of a photovoltaic power station shows that compared with using BP neural networks, genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network， and PSO-BP network， the prediction results of this method are more accurate, the degree of fitting to the original data curve is better， the corresponding error evaluation index is lower, and the training is less time-consuming; the method can rapidly and accurately predict the photovoltaic output power.

7% yttria stabilized zirconia (7YSZ) thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) prepared by air plasma spray were laser-remelted, and subsequently pre-heated and Al2O3 sol-gel repaired for restraining the crack growth in the remelted coatings. The as-prepared coatings were exposed to high temperature molten CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 (CMAS) to explore their corrosion resistance. The results show that both the laser remelted and the pre-heated, the laser-remelted coatings are densified by CMAS attack. In addition, the thickness of the densified layers is on the same order of that of the non-remelted coatings. Despite of this, the densified layer in the laser remelted coating repaired by Al2O3 sol-gel is much thinner than the other coatings. This indicates that Al2O3 sol-gel repairing coupling with laser-remelted method can effectively improve the CMAS resistance of 7YSZ TBCs due to the refractory anorthite generated during corrosion process. This refractory compound produced between CMAS and Al2O3 sol-gel is capable to decrease the mobility and corrosivity of the CMAS.

In the process of drilling construction, due to the influence of drill pipe weight, geological conditions and drilling technology, the actual drilling trajectory deviation is larger than the design trajectory. The deviation of drilling trajectory leads to the appearance of blank zone in the area covered by gas drainage boreholes, which affects the gas drainage effect. In order to master the distribution of the blank zone of gas pre drainage boreholes, the trajectory of gas pre drainage boreholes is measured by using the borehole trajectory measurement system. After the data processing of the trajectory measurement system, the 3D display of boreholes can be realized, and the offset of boreholes in different directions can be observed from different perspectives of 3D space, which provides data support for the hole filling of the blank zone of boreholes. According to 3d data and 3D results to show the distribution of blank drilling zone, targeted hole filling is carried out to improve the accuracy of gas elimination and ensure the safety of mine production.

Cervical cancer is a type of malignancy that severely threatens women's health. For invasive cervical cancer, standardized preoperative staging and assessment are essential before the start of treatment. With regard toearly cervical cancer, surgery is the major treatment, with considerations for the latest updates in relevant guidelines, and the determination of extent of resection as well as the selection of proper surgical approach. For advanced or relapsed cervical cancer, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main treatments. However, there are many challenges and controversies regarding the treatment and clinical research of cervical cancer. We mainly discussed the present status and challenges of cervical cancer diagnosis and treatment based on clinical guidelines and practices, aiming at bettering the real-world practice with the support of clinical guidelines.

Contact characteristic is an important index to characterize the transmission performance of gears. To clarify the contact characteristic of a nutation transmission with double circular-arc spiral bevel gears, this paper carried out a loaded tooth contact analysis by using the finite element method. Firstly, based on the meshing theory, the tooth surface equation of the double circular-arc spiral bevel gear was derived based on which a three-dimensional CAD model of the meshing gear pair was generated. Secondly, a finite element model of the gear pair was developed in Ansys Workbench to simulate contact status of the meshing double circular-arc spiral bevel gear pair. Finally, the influence of load and installation error on the transmission performance of the gear pair was investigated. The results show that a double-point contact occurs on concave and convex tooth surfaces of the double circular-arc spiral bevel gear, and the stress maximum occurs at the toe of bevel gear. With the increase of load, the contact ratio of the meshing gear increases, while the load distribution coefficient decreases, which improves the smoothness of gear transmission. The installation error affects the contact state of the gear pair in that a negative offset error and a positive nutation angle error may degrade the bearing capacity and the transmission stability of the gears. Thus, they should be reasonably controlled in practical applications.

Corn grits were treated with 0.2% sulphurous acid solution. The purpose of this treatment is to protect pure bacteria (yeast, Lactobacillus) from fermentation. Based on the single factor test, the fermentation technique of instant corn noodle was optimized by orthogonal design. The optimum technological parameters were obtained as follows: 0.2% yeast, plus 0.1% lactobacillus bulgaricus, with fermentation time 78 hours, fermentation particle size 8 mm, and fermentation temperature 30 ℃. The product of fermentation was optimized as follows: 3.5% pregelatinized starch with 0.30% sodium hexametaphosphate, 1.0% xanthan gum, and 3% sunflower seed edible oil. The fermentation had the best comprehensive effect on the instant corn noodle with the broken strip rate of 4.5% and cooking loss rate of 4.5%. Through the mechanical hot extrusion of fermented dough, the broken rate of vermicelli was the lowest, which was 4.3%, and the sensory quality score reached 96.6%. The room temperature storage period of vacuum packaging is 14 days, and the cold storage period is 60 days.

Nickel-based single crystal superalloys are widely used for hot components of advanced turbine engines due to their excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperature. Ru is the symbol element of the fourth and fifth generation nickel-based superalloys. During the past decades, many efforts have been made to provide insight into the role of Ru addition in superalloys. In this paper, the research progress in the effect of Ru on the solidification characteristics, as-cast microstructures, precipitation of topologically close-packed (TCP) phases, and creep properties of nickel-based single crystal superalloy was reviewed. The effect of Ru on the solidification characteristics such as solidification path, solidification transition temperature, micro-segregation, and the solidification microstructures such as eutectic, carbide were analyzed systematically. And the reasons why the addition of Ru can inhibit the precipitation of TCP phase and improve the creep property of superalloy were emphatically studied. The composition design and optimization of Ru-containing superalloy are more challenging due to the complexity of the multi-component interaction on microstructure and properties. It was suggested that the future research on Ru-containing superalloys could be explored from the following aspects: the cause of the precipitation of the new Ru-rich phases and the method of inhibiting its precipitation, the effect of Ru addition on solidification defects, the mechanism of the interaction between Ru and other elements on the "reverse partitioning effect" and the precipitation of TCP phases. It could provide significant guidance for the composition optimization and performance improvement of the new Ru-containing nickel-based single crystal superalloys.

Steel tube confined reinforced concrete columns have the advantages of high bearing capacity, good ductility and convenient construction, which meet the requirements of "building industrialization", so they are widely used in high-rise buildings. Based on the plastic-damage constitutive model of concrete and elastic-plastic mixed strengthen constitutive model of steel, finite element software ABAQUS was used to build an elaborate 3D finite element solid model and perform pseudo-static analysis of square steel tube confined RC(STRC) columns. The model considered the confinement effect of the steel tube exerting on the core concrete, as well as reasonable boundary conditions and loading modes. Good agreement was achieved between the finite element analysis results and the existing quasi static experimental results regarding to the failure modes, load-displacement hysteretic curves and load-displacement skeleton curves. Based on the validated model, 136 full scale model examples were established and extensive parametric analysis was conducted. The results show that the confinement of external steel tube can reduce the peak compressive strain and increase the peak compressive stress of concrete, thus delaying the failure of RC column and improving its bearing capacity and ductility effectively. Besides, the failure displacement angle and ultimate bearing capacity increase when the thickness of steel tube increases. Finally, the seismic design method including reasonable thickness and hoop index of the steel tube were proposed for 5 material strength matching and different axial compression ratios. A method to judge the plastic hinge based on concrete strain and steel tube strain was proposed, as well as a practical calculation formula of plastic hinge length. This study can provide basis and support for the seismic design of frame columns.

Noise control technology based on sound energy reduction uses sound pressure level as an evaluation index, and the addition control technology proposed in recent years uses annoyance as an evaluation index. However, no method has been proposed to link the change in sound pressure level with the change in annoyance. In this paper, three types of transformer substation noise are selected as the target sounds, natural sounds and synthetic sounds are selected as the controllable sound, and the pure tone annoyance and combined noise annoyance evaluation experiments are carried out using the standard sample method, and the curve of the decrease value of annoyance and the equivalent sound pressure level change value is obtained. And the effect of audio injection annoyance control is quantitatively analyzed, aiming to build a bridge between addition control and subtraction control. The research results show the effect of controllable sound on the annoyance of substation noise. This study provides new ideas for quantitative analysis of noise control effects and substation noise control.

To explore reasons and solutions for the rancidity of peanut nougat in storage, this paper investigates the oxidation stability of shelled peanuts and unshelled peanut stored in different temperatures and the quality of nougats prepared by adding peanuts treated in different ways. The results show that when raw peanuts are stored at temperatures of 25 ℃, 37 ℃ and 60 ℃, the oxidation rate of shelled raw peanuts is slower than that of unshelled raw peanuts. The peroxide value of shelled peanuts does not change significantly and is stable below 2 mmol/kg, while the peroxide value of roasted cooked peanuts changes faster when stored at 60 ℃, and the change of the shelled peanuts is slower than that of the unshelled peanuts. The oxidation rate of baked shelled peanuts is slower than that of unshelled, which could potentially prolong the shelf life of peanut nougats made of them.

Objective To evaluate the value of CABYR protein and its complex with FSCB in maintaining sperm fertilization ability and investigate the possible mechanism of physiological function of the coruplex by observing the natural fertility of Fscb/Cabyr double gene knockout and Cabyr single gene knockout male mice. Methods Fscb/Cabyr (--/--) double gene knockout male mice, Fscb/Cabyr (++/--) single gene knockout male mice and wild background male mice were mated with wild-type female mice respectively, and the pregnancy and litter production of female mice in each group were observed. The sperm of male mice with different genotypes were labeled with Fluo-4 AM calcium fluorescent probe in vitro and observed under fluorescence microscope, and the level of calcium ion in the sperm were detected by ELISA; The expression of CATSPER channel proteins in sperm of mice with different genotypes was measured by Western blotting. Results All the male mice with Fscb/Cabyr (--/--) double gene knockout and Fscb/Cabyr (++/--) single gene knockout lost their reproductive capacity completely, and failed to make any female mice pregnant and give birth. Compared with the wild-type male mice, the sperm calcium ion concentration of Fscb/Cabyr (--/--) and Fscb/Cabyr (++/--) male mice was decreased significantly (P < 0.000 1); The expression of CATSPER-1 protein in the sperm of Fscb/Cabyr(--/--) mice was decreased obviously. The expression of CATSPER-4 in the sperm of Fscb/Cabyr(--/--) and Fscb/Cabyr(++/--) mice were notably decreased. Conclusion The deletion of either CABYR or FSCB/CABYR protein complex in male sperm leads to the loss of reproductive function in the male mice, which may be realized by affecting the expression of calcium channel proteins CATSPER-1 and CATSPER-4, concentration of calcium ions in sperm, and then motility function of sperm.

Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative use of metformin on the biochemical recurrence (BR) in the patients with localized prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy (RP) and on the occurrence of castration resistance in patients with bone metastasis after RP. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 192 patients diagnosed with localized prostate cancer and undergoing RP in our hospital from January 2008 to April 2020, including 31 cases of postoperative BR and 161 cases of bone metastatic prostate cancer. The patients were further divided into observation group (metformin with/without androgen deprivation therapy) and control group (no treatment/androgen deprivation therapy alone), based on whether they were preoperatively treated with metformin or not. The baseline characteristics of the 2 groups were collected and compared, including age, initial prostate specific antigen (PSA) level, PSA level at BR, pathological T stage, and Gleason score. The time to BR or to progression to castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), PSA doubling time (PSADT), and PSA minimum were calculated and analyzed between the 2 groups. Results For the postoperative BR patients, the median time to BR (22.73 vs 10.73 months, P < 0.05) and mean PSADT (4.69 vs 4.30 months, P < 0.05) were significantly longer in the observation group than the control group. For the patients with bone metastatic prostate cancer, the observation group had obviously longer median time to CRPC (22.35 vs 16.05 months, P < 0.05) and median PSADT (4.50 vs 2.60 months, P < 0.05) when compared with the control group. But no such difference was seen in PSA minimum after treatment between them. Conclusion Metformin can effectively delay the progression of localized prostate cancer to BR after RP, and the progression of bone metastatic prostate cancer to CRPC.

Power side-channel attacks, have become a serious threat to embedded computing devices in cyber-physical systems because of the ability of deducing secret data using statistical analysis. A common strategy for designing countermeasures against power-analysis-based side-channel attacks uses random masking techniques to remove the statistical dependency between secret data and side-channel information. Although existing techniques can verify whether a piece of cryptographic software code is perfectly masked, they are limited in accuracy and scalability. In order to eliminate such limitations, a refinement-based method for verifying masking countermeasures is proposed. This method is more accurate than prior type-inference based approaches and more scalable than prior model-counting based approaches using satisfiability (SAT) or satisfiability modulo theories (SMT) solvers. Indeed, this method uses a set of semantic type-inference rules to reason about distribution type. These rules are kept abstract initially to allow fast deduction, and then specified when the abstract version is not able to resolve the verification problem. This method is implemented in a software tool called SCVerify and is evaluated on cryptographic benchmarks including advanced encryption standard (AES) and message authentication code Keccak (MAC-Keccak). The experimental results show that the method significantly outperforms state-of-the-art techniques in terms of accuracy and scalability.

The drilling tracker and hand held tracker measurement software for underground rotary borehole in coal mines has problems such as single function, counterintuitive display, inability to analyze and display the blind area of gas extraction and inability to guide the construction of boreholes. In order to solve the above problems, a borehole data processing and 3D display software is designed. The software includes four functional modules, including borehole data pre-processing, borehole depth and track calculation, borehole track 3D modeling and display and borehole track design guidance. The borehole data pre-processing module focuses on the calculation of geomagnetic declination and the elimination of data outliers. The borehole depth and track calculation module uses the borehole water pressure monitoring data combined with the measured point inclination data to realize the extraction of borehole hydrostatic pressure and the calculation of borehole depth. Moreover, the module obtains the calculation of borehole track and the extraction of borehole measuring point coordinates so as to complete the deep-level data mining of the borehole track. Borehole track 3D modeling and display module presents borehole information such as borehole track and coal seam direction through 3D entities effectively, which facilitates the determination of the blind area for gas extraction from borehole. The module includes the 3D display of borehole group track and coal seam distribution, the coverage area of designed borehole in the coal face, and the coverage area of actual borehole in the coal face. The borehole track design guidance module provides the blind area of the borehole extraction, calculate the offset characteristics of the existing borehole track, and provides the guidance track of the subsequent supplementary borehole construction. The software is used to perform 3D display and offset law analysis on the actual borehole of a mine, and the drilling site is supplemented by drilling with precision drilling technology and track measurement technology. The extraction coverage area of the boreholes after supplementary drilling reaches more than 95% of the designed coverage area. The module controls or eliminates the blind area of gas extraction in boreholes effectively. The software solves the problem of 3D display of the track of the drilling site or roadway borehole group, reproduces the relationship between the borehole trajectory and the coal seam visually, and provides a new method for quantitative evaluation of the blind area of gas extraction in boreholes.

In order to solve the difficult problem of borehole trajectory measurement under the condition of screen pipe lowering technology in soft coal seam, the drilling track measurement equipment and technology under screen pipe lowering condition were studied. A small probe tube for track measurement used in screen tube and a hand-held control terminal are designed and developed. The probe tube is connected with the handheld control terminal through Bluetooth. After the formation of the borehole, a pusher is used to send the probe pipe into the borehole passing through the screen pipe for trajectory measurement, which solves the problem that the borehole trajectory measurement cannot be carried out after the screen pipe is lowered. The field test results show that the measurement system has high reliability and accurate data.

Objective To investigate the predictive value of plasma soluble urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR) for post-severe traumatic multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods A total of 108 patients suffering from severe trauma admitted to the Trauma Center of our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled. Venous blood samples were collected at admission and plasma suPAR concentration was measured by ELISA, and their demographic and clinical data were collected. The patients were divided into MODS group and non-MODS group according to the sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA) within 14 d after admission. The general data and variables such as suPAR, white blood cell (WBC) count, and injury severity score (ISS) were compared between the 2 groups. Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the independent predictors for post-traumatic MODS, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was adopted to evaluate the predictive value of the variables. Results Age, rate of comorbidity, ISS, suPAR at admission, rate of shock, rate of infection and rate of surgery were significantly higher in the MODS group than the non-MODS group [52.6±14.1 vs 46.1±14.1 years old, 29.4% vs 9.5%, 29 (25, 33) vs 26 (21, 30) points, 6.7±2.7 vs 5.0±2.1 ng/mL, 41.2% vs 17.6%, 61.8% vs 24.3%, 52.9% vs 32.4%, P < 0.05]. There were no significant differences in sex, injury cause, injury site, WBC count, and rate of blood purification between the 2 groups. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that comorbidity, ISS, suPAR, and infection were independent predictors for post-traumatic MODS (P < 0.05). ROC curve analysis indicated that the area under the curve (AUC) of suPAR for predicting post-traumatic MODS was 0.704 (P < 0.05). When the cutoff value was 5.04 ng/mL, the sensitivity was 73.5% and the specificity was 62.2%. The AUC of ISS was 0.632 (P < 0.05), and the sensitivity was 73.5% and the specificity was 58.1% when the cutoff value was 26. Conclusion The plasma suPAR level at admission can predict the occurrence of post-traumatic MODS in patients with severe trauma. Early monitoring of suPAR has a certain value in evaluation of inflammation and immune activation in the body and in guidance of clinical evaluation and treatment.

In order to master the fire-extinguishing efficiency of different concentrations of CO2 on the oxidized coal re-combustion, a self-developed coal spontaneous oxidation program temperature increasing experimental device was adopted to study the inhibitory effect of CO2 on coal oxidation and heating process, and the samples of Pingdingshan No.8 Coal Mine were fed with CO2 concentrations of 10 %, 20 %, 30 % and 40 % respectively.The oxygen consumption rate, the production rate of CO and the change law of apparent activation energy of coal were measured, and the result shows that different volume fractions of CO2 have inhibitory effects on the heating process of coal oxidation.The results show that different volume fractions of CO2 have an inhibitory effect compared with the oxidation under pure air conditions.At the same time, the larger the volume fraction of CO2 introduced, the lower the oxygen consumption and CO generation rate both the primary and secondary coal oxidation process, while the higher the apparent activation energy.That is to say, the larger the volume of CO2, the better the inhibition efficiency of the re-combustion process of oxidized coal.

Background and purpose: Both regorafenib (REG) and TAS102 are novel anti-tumor drugs in the treatment of the digestive cancers. REG in combination with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), a pyrimidine analogue, could inhibit the progression of multi- drug resistant metastatic colorectal cancer. Cancer stem cells (CSCs) determine tumor self-renewal, heterogeneity and therapeutic resistance, and targeting CSCs provides a curable approach to multiple malignancies. This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect and potential mechanism of REG in combination with TAS102 against hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: A panel of human liver cancer cell lines HepG2, Huh7 and SK-Hep1 were used in this study. Liver cancer cells and xenograft tumor animals were treated with REG and TAS102 monotherapy or combining regimen. Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) was used to assess HCC cell viability. The subpopulations of CD133 positive cells were detected and analyzed using flow cytometry. Western blot was used to evaluate these protein contents in HCC cells with diverse drug treatments. HCC spheres were cultured in growing sphere medium with diverse drugs. Xenograft tumor animals were used to assess the therapeutic effect in vivo. Results: REG or TAS102 monotherapy significantly inhibited HCC cell viability. TAS102 in combination therapy reduced the increase of CD133 + cell subpopulation, SRY-related high mobility group box protein-2 (SOX2) and aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A (ALDH1A) expressions induced by REG alone. Moreover, REG attenuated TAS102-induced myeloid cell leukemia-1 (MCL-1) expression. REG in combination with TAS102 ameliorated the formation of HCC sphere. Animal experiment demonstrated that REG in combination with TAS102 significantly eliminated HCC tumor growth in xenograft animals. Conclusion: REG in combination with TAS102 regulates HCC stemness and MCL-1 signaling and improves the therapeutic effect against HCC. The combination therapy may provide a novel strategy for refractory HCC patients.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of intraoperative ultrasound and endoscopy technique on the surgery of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma. Methods A total of 17 patients who underwent ultrasound⁃guided endoscopic evacuation of spontaneous intracerebral hematoma from October 2016 to October 2019 in Department of Neurosurgery of the First Medical Center of PLA General Hospital and Hainan Hospital were selected. All hematomas were located by ultrasound during operation. At the same time, feedback the degree of hematoma clearance and calculate the hematoma removal rate. Record ultrasound and endoscopy ⁃ related complications or adverse events. Use Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) to evaluate postoperative neurological function improvement. Results Intraoperative ultrasound and endoscopic technique were conducted in all 17 patients with a success rate of 100%, and no ultrasound and endoscopic⁃related complications or adverse events occurred. In all cases, endoscopic working sheath was once accurately introduced into the center of hematoma. Preoperative median volume of hematoma was 44.40 (31.20, 54.35) ml, and postoperative median volume was 3.00 (1.80, 5.10) ml, and the extent of hematoma removal rate was 94.01% (87.11, 96.08)%. Preoperative median KPS score was 20 (15, 30), and median KPS score was 40 (35, 50) 2 weeks after operation, which was significantly improved (Z = ⁃ 3.671, P = 0.000). Conclusions These results suggest that intraoperative ultrasound⁃guided endoscopic surgery is a safe and feasible surgical modality for spontaneous intracerebral hematoma. This combined technique may help to localize the hematoma more accurately, enhance the extent of hematoma removal, and reduce complications and facilitate neurological recovery. doi：10.3969/j.issn.1672⁃6731.2021.03.014

Objective To analyze the mortality risk and evaluate the curative effects of surgery and non-surgery on NSCLC with diameter > 7.0 cm. Methods We collected the data of NSCLC patients with diameter > 7.0 cm from 2010 to 2015 from the SEER database. The 1, 2, 3-year survival rates were analyzed by life table method. Overall survival curve was estimated by Kaplan-Meier method. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression models were used to analyze the independent prognostic factors. Results The 1, 2, 3-year survival rates were 51.8%, 33.0% and 25.0%, respectively. In univariate and multivariate analyses, tumor size, N stage and treatment were the independent prognostic factors (P < 0.001). Conclusion Surgery is benefited for the prognosis of stage N0-N1 NSCLC patients with diameter > 7.0 cm. And for stage N2 NSCLC patients with diameter 7.0-9.0 cm, surgical treatment has advantages in improving the prognosis. Surgical and non-surgical patients with tumor diameter ≥9.0 cm or lymph node N3 stage have no statistically significant differences in prognosis. In addition, palliative treatment does not improve the prognosis of patients.

Different teaching methods were utilized according to various teaching contents. The multivariate integrated teaching system (LBL,PBL,CBL,TBL,RBL,Sandwich,SP,microteaching,scenario simulation,role playing method,multimedia network and so on) for the learning of diagnostics had been constructed as an activity of “Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program”. Teaching reform of diagnostics guided by multivariate integrated mode improved students' learning, independent thinking and capacity of solving problems. Comprehensive capacity of teachers had also been enhanced. The reform of education and training mode of five-year clinical medicine students had been promoted which facilitated learning of diagnostics.

Silicon carbide (SiC) particles,carbon nanotubes (CNT), SiC and CNT hybrid reinforced 7055Al composites were prepared by powder metallurgy with 7055Al as matrix. The dry sliding friction and wear behavior of the three composites were studied. The results show that the wear mass loss increases and the friction coefficient decreases slightly with the increase of the load.The wear mass loss of the SiC-CNT/7055Al composite is lower than that of the single SiC/7055Al and CNT/7055Al reinforced composites at 0.5 MPa and 1.0 MPa.The wear mass loss of the SiC-CNT/7055Al composite increases rapidly at 2.0 MPa. With the increase of the load,the wear resistance of CNT/7055Al composite increases gradually;under medium and high load,the composite owns better wear resistance.The wear amount of SiC/7055Al composite increases gradually with the increase of the load, and the wear mass loss increases little at load of 2.0 MPa.

Objective To investigate the effect and underlying mechanism of orexin in modulating the firing activties of sublaterodorsal tegmental nucleus (SLD) neurons and its possible role in mediating rapid eye movement (REM) sleep regulation. Methods Immunostaining for vglut1, GAD 67, orexin-1/2 receptors and NeuN was performed on brain slices of male adult rats to characterize the distribution pattern of orexin signaling machineries in the SLD. Whole-cell patch-clamp recordings were conducted to investigate the modulatory effect of orexin on membrane potential level and sub-threshold membrane potential oscillations of SLD neurons in brain slices from neonatal SD rats(8~14 d old), and the contribution of these orexin-elicited modulations to the firing activities of SLD neurons was analyzed. Results Immunostaining results showed that the vast majority of SLD neurons were positive for vglut1 and orexin-1/2 receptors. In current-clamp configurations, orexin elicited obvious depolarization in the membrane potential (P < 0.01) and increased the delta (1~4 Hz, P < 0.05) and theta (4~12 Hz, P < 0.05) band power in sub-threshold membrane potential oscillations of SLD neurons. The locking phase of SLD neuronal spikes was pre-shifted in sub-threshold delta oscillations(P < 0.05), and the stability of sub-threshold theta oscillation increased significantly in the presence of orexin(P < 0.05), resulting in enhanced firing activities of SLD neurons. Conclusion Orexin enhances the firing activities of SLD neurons by eliciting the depolarization of the membrane potential and modulating the sub-threshold membrane oscillations of the neurons, and thus plays a role in REM sleep regulation.
