Background General practitioners (GPs) are gatekeepers of residents' health, the rational allocation of resources is the basic guarantee for achieving fairness in health services. At present, research on the allocation of GPs in China mainly focuses on the whole country and individual provinces, lack of research on the allocation of human resources for general practitioners in the western region as the research object. Objective To comprehensively evaluate the current situation of GPs resource allocation in western China from 2015 to 2020, provide a reference for optimizing the resources distribution of GPs in the western region of China. Methods The data for this study were derived from the China Health and Family Planning Statistical Yearbook (2016-2017), the China Health Statistics Yearbook (2018-2022), and the China Statistical Yearbook (2016-2022). Using Atkinson index and location entropy to calculate and decompose the overall allocation of GPs resources in the western region. Using grey prediction model to predict the demand for GPs in the western region from 2022 to 2025. Results From 2015 to 2020, the number of GPs in the western region increased from 39 290 to 94 652, with an average annual growth rate of 19.23%. The Atkinson Index by population, economy, and geography in 2015 and 2020 respectively were 0.1265 and 0.049 3, 0.124 4 and 0.038 2, 0.786 5 and 0.694 4. The location entropy of population, economy, and geographical indicators in the western provinces in 2020 respectively ranged from 0.794 3 to 1.219 0, 0.697 0 to 1.337 3, and 0.043 2 to 7.7270. The location entropy of geographical allocation in the southwest region is greater than 1, while the location entropy of population allocation in the northwest region is better than geographical allocation.The location entropy of economic indicators in Gansu, Qinghai and Guangxi is greater than 1 during the research period.The grey model predicts that the resources of GPs in the western region will show an increasing trend from 2022 to 2025. Conciusion The allocation level of GPs in the western region is gradually improving, and the structure is gradually optimizing. However, there are still problems such as insufficient total quantity, uneven distribution, low registration rate, and poor fairness. Suggestions should be based on geographical classification as the standard, with the principle of "Adjust increment and optimize inventory", the goal of occupational attractiveness, and the guidance of resource integration and regional collaboration to further optimize the resource allocation of GPs in the western region.

In this paper, an end-to-end deep learning framework for reconstructing 3D models by computing depth maps from multiple views is proposed. An unsupervised 3D reconstruction method based on multi-view propagation is introduced, which addresses the issues of large GPU memory consumption caused by most current research methods using 3D convolution for 3D cost volume regularization and regression to obtain the initial depth map, as well as the difficulty in obtaining true depth values in supervised methods due to device limitations. The method is inspired by the Patchmatch algorithm, and the depth is divided into n layers within the depth range to obtain depth hypotheses through multi-view propagation. What's more, a multi-metric loss function is constructed based on luminosity consistency, structural similarity, and depth smoothness between multiple views to serve as a supervisory signal for learning depth predictions in the network. The experimental results show our proposed method has a very competitive performance and generalization on the DTU, Tanks & Temples and our self-made dataset; Specifically, it is at least 1.7 times faster and requires more than 75% less memory than the method that utilizes 3D cost volume regularization.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the effects of different processing temperature on texture profile and flavor of dried edible bird's nest. Methods: With dried edible bird's nest as the main raw material, the texture profile analysis of edible bird's nest at different processing temperature was carried out by physical property analyzer. The volatile components of edible bird's nest at different processing temperature were determined by electronic nose and solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS). Results: It was found that the adhesion of cooked edible bird's nest decreased significantly (P＜0.01), but its resilience increased significantly (P＜0.05) with the increase of temperature. 12 kinds of effective flavor substances were detected in the cooked edible bird's nest by SPME-GC-MS, including: 3 alcohols, 2 aldehydes, 2 esters, 3 ketones, 1 acid, and 1 ether, accounting for 6.23%, 49.34%, and 54.85% of the total detected substances in the cooked edible bird's nest at 95 ℃, 105 ℃ and 115 ℃, respectively. Conclusion: Different processing temperature affects the taste of edible bird's nest and the overall odor profile after processing. Moreover, higher cooking temperature tends to make the egg white-like flavor stronger. The volatile substances in the bird's nest stew at 95 ℃ are mainly acids, the bird's nest cooked at 105 ℃ mainly produces alcohols, and the edible bird's nest cooked at 115 ℃ mainly produces ketones and alcohols.

Resistant starch has the benefits in the regulation of intestinal flora, improvement of intestinal function, control of cholesterol levels and glycemic index. In recent years, the most concerned is the prebiotic effect of resistant starch. Fermented milk has been considered as the best carrier of probiotics and prebiotics. Adding type III resistant starch to fermented milk could not only improve the quality of fermented milk, but also enhance the functionality of fermented milk. This paper briefly introduced the relationships between resistant starch and prebiotics, and summarized the application of type III resistant starch in fermented milk. This paper also expounded the effect of type III resistant starch on the quality of fermented milk and its probiotic evaluation, which could provide reference for the application and development of type III resistant starch in functional fermented milk.

Metrnl is a new cytokine with homologous orignination from neurotrophic factor Meteorin. Meanwhile, as a secreting protein, its gene and products show low tissue specificity and is widely expressed in different tissues of host. Similar to neurotrophic factor, adipocytokines, inflammatory factor and muscle factor, the protein plays a role in neural development, immune inflammatory response and metabolism and so on.

This paper reported a case of a 14-year-old female patient with schizophrenia of more than 2 years who had poor efficacy on atypical antipsychotics such as aripiprazole， risperidone and olanzapine， and who developed acute dystonia adverse effects during administration. Subsequently， the treatment was changed to clozapine therapy， and during this treatment， the patient's psychotic symptoms improved， but developed salivation and adverse effects such as clozapine-induced oculogyric crisis， slurred speech and dysphagia. This paper discussed this case with a view to providing a reference for clinicians in the recognition and management of oculogyric crisis caused by clozapine.

ObjectiveTo investigate effect of conducting training of autism spectrum disorder （ASD） early screening skill on improving the ability to early identify ASD of medical staffs in primary care hospitals.MethodsIn September 2021， the training of ASD early screening skills was carried out for medical staffs from 20 primary care hospitals in Chengdu. After training， the training effect was evaluated. Objective To investigate the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of nonodontogenic periapical lesions and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods A case of a patient with right upper molar pulp with apical penetration and local occlusion admitted to the West China Stomatological Hospital of Sichuan University was retrospectively analyzed, and the curative effect of microapical surgery and pith preservation was also analyzed. Results The imaging features of tooth 16 showed periradicular radiolucency combined with local radiopaque lesions around the distal buccal apical area. Endodontic microsurgery was performed under local anesthesia. Soft tissue coverage was observed in the distal buccal apical area during the surgery, and no radiopaque tissue was detected. The distal buccal root apex was cut by 3 mm, and mineral trioxide aggregate was used for root-end backfilling. The postoperative pathological results revealed fibrous connective tissue. One-week recall X-ray examination showed tight root-end backfilling and no periradicular radiolucency; an electrical test of pulp vitality showed positive results. The four-year follow-up showed that there was no discoloration in tooth 16 and no significant difference in thermal and electrical tests of pulp vitality compared with control teeth. Combining the clinical manifestations, imaging features, surgical exploration results and pathological reports, the case was most likely to be cemental hypoplasia. Through the literature review, the treatment and healthy pulp preservation of such cases by endodontic microsurgery under the premise of preserving teeth has not been reported.Conclusion For maxillary posterior teeth with periapical lesions but healthy pulp, accurate estimation of pulp status, endodontic microsurgical exploration and application of bioactive materials can achieve vital pulp preservation while removing the lesions.

The parameters of processing instant water chestnut was optimized with quality score and dehydration rate as indexes.The results showed that the sucrose concentration in impregnating solution was 15%,the ratio of water chestnut to impregnating solution was 1∶12 g/mL,impregnated for 9 h,dried at 60 ℃for 2 h.The products instant water chestnuttasted sweet and crisp with light yellow surface,the quality score was 95.6 and dehydration rate was 10.5%.The floating range of the color difference was less than 2.5 and lustre value was 81.05 after storage for 60 days,the color and lustre of instant water chestnutwas basically stable.

Storage and transportation are one of the primary restrictions on the approach involving hydrogen energy. The traditional hydrogen storage methods, including high-pressure gas cylinder and cryogenic liquid tank show unfavorable economy, thus hindering their further industrial application and development. Metal hydrides can reversibly react with hydrogen and accomplish the hydriding/dehydriding process under mild operation conditions, which feature advantages such as large hydrogen storage amount, low operation pressure and energy consumption. This process is expected to replace the conventional hydrogen storage and transportation. Meanwhile, considering the strong endothermal/exothermic effect during hydrogenation/dehydrogenation, the prompt heat removal/support inside the metal hydride reactor is a key parameter for H2 absorption/desorption rate and H2 storage efficiency. To improve the heat transfer and absorption/desorption rates of metal hydride reactor, comprehensive analysis and evaluation were conducted. Based on the heat and mass transfer intensification, a new elliptical spiral mini-tube bundle reactor (ESMBR) with high efficiency was designed and proposed; the reactor possesses numerous features, such as high heat transfer speed, compact structure, high reaction rate, and convenient operation. All the hydrogen storage reactor models were established, and both the model accuracy and effectiveness were experimentally validated. Numerical simulations of ESMBR, spiral mini-tube bundle reactor, and mini-tube bundle reactor were calculated and compared by COMSOL. ESMBR was proven to exhibit favorable heat and mass transfer performance during the H2 storage. Results of further analysis indicate that the sensitivity order of elliptical spiral structure parameters as follows: Dc > A > B > Pt > α. A multi-element valued model was used to evaluate the reactor schemes systematically, and the calculation results show the integrated superiority of ESMBR could achieve a value of 0.845. The comparison results indicate that the ESMBR presents an outstanding performance compared with other reactors and features a broad application prospect in the field of hydrogen energy.

Aiming at the requirement of the hybrid sky-surface network for radar receiver, the design of analog front-end for dual-band multi-channel digital radar receiver based on software radio idea is proposed and implemented. The design takes an analog-to-digital conversion chip as the core, which achieves the amplification and sampling of 8-channel dual-band receive signals , ensures the consistency of the channel gain, and simplifies the circuit when keeping the flexibility. Finally, through the system simulation and field test of the receiver, the correctness of the design is proved, and it can meet the practical application requirements.

Computational modal analysis is an efficient method for modal analysis of components using finite element software. In this paper,the modal analysis of the double arc gear was carried out using ABAQUS / CAE software,and discussed the gear in the gear spiral angle on the impact of modal. It will provide basis for dynamic performance optimization,vibration fault analysis and prediction.

Based on the merits of solvent-free extraction of gaseous samples by needle trap, closed circulating purge system consisting of needle trap and water sample by peristaltic pump is established to enhance the Henry's law constant of analytes in the gas/liquid phase. In this study, the method for determination of dichlorvos, phorate, methyl parathion and malathion in groundwater by circulating extraction with needle trap coupled with Gas Chromatography was established. This method integrated sampling, extraction, purification, concentration, and chromatography. The optimum conditions for the extraction by needle trap include sampling flow rate of 11.11 mL/min and extraction temperature of 40℃. Under these conditions, the maximum breakthrough volume of 1 mg/L methyl parathion is 600 mL. The recoveries range from 62.3% to 103.0% for 5 μg/L, 50 μg/L and 200 μg/L analytes. Low level dichlorvos has a relative standard deviation of 26.1%, and other components are lower than 7.7%. The detection limits of the proposed method range from 0.016 to 0.157 μg/L, close to, or better than the current standard results and related study results.

The presence of by-product water produced during the CO2 hydrogenation to methanol reaction will accelerate the aggregation and sintering of CuZn species, resulting in serious deactivation of the catalyst. CeO2 has weak hydrophilicity and high hydrothermal stability, which can enhance the dispersion of CuZn species. Consequently, a series of CuZn-based catalysts with controllable crystal planes of CeO2 carriers were synthesized by hydrothermal method, and appropriate concentrations of oxygen vacancy were strategically introduced. The physicochemical properties such as morphologies and structures and reduction performances of the synthesized CeO2 carriers and CuZn/CeO2-y catalysts (y represents rod, cube or otca) were studied by characterization methods such as TEM, XRD and H2-TPR. The catalytic performances of CuZn/CeO2-y catalysts in CO2 hydrogenation to methanol were also investigated. The results show that the CeO2 carrier with nanorod structure and exposed (110) crystal plane (CeO2-rod) is more conducive to the dispersion of CuZn-based species. Moreover, CeO2-rod and Cu species form Cu--O--Ce interface, which enhances the ability of the catalyst to adsorb and activate CO2 and H2 simultaneously. Therefore, CuZn/CeO2-rod catalyst exhibits high CO2 conversion and methanol selectivity. Under the conditions of 260 °C and 3 MPa, the space-time yield of methanol is up to 433.4 g/(kg⋅h), and methanol selectivity is up to 68.5%. Simultaneously, the reaction paths and evolution of intermediates in CO2 hydrogenation to methanol were thoroughly delineated by in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy. It is found that under the action of CuZn/CeO2 catalysts, the reaction mainly follow the formate path. Objective To analyze the coupling and coordination relationship between the supply of medical resources and the utilization of medical services in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2016 to 2021, so as to provide reference for optimizing the allocation of medical resources. Methods Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of medical resources supply and service utilization, a comprehensive evaluation model and a coupling coordination degree model were constructed to analyze the coupling and coordination relationship between medical resources supply and service utilization in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2016 to 2021. With the use of exploratory spatial data analysis, the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of medical resources coupling coordination were analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2021, the development levels of medical resources supply and service utilization in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle were 0.11-0.13 and 0.14-0.15, respectively, and the relative degree of development changed from shortage of medical resources (0.78) to mutual complement and promotion of development (0.92). However, the proportion of cities subject to lagging supply of medical resources was still large (68.8% in 2021). The level of coupling coordination changed from 0.47 to barely coordinated development. By 2021, only Chongqing and Chengdu had a good coordinated development. The LISA diagram showed that the "high-high" areas increased year by year, and the "cold point" effect disappeared, but there was still a "highland" phenomenon centered on Nanchong. Conclusion The development level of medical resource supply and service utilization in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is stable and rising, but the overall level is low and the regional gap is obvious. The coupling coordination level needs to be further improved, which is mainly limited by the lagging supply of medical resources. Metal-core carbon nano-onions (CNOs) with uniform size ( 50 ~ 140 nm) were prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method with methane as carbon source. The synthesized CNOs were purified by microwave heating to obtain an onion carbon material with a purity of 99%, and it was used as conductive bipolar plate in proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) stack. The characterization and analysis of CNOs show that the synthesized CNOs are embedded with Fe-Ni nanoparticles. The contact angle test reveals that the wetting angle of the onion carbon-based bipolar plate manufactured by injection molding is less than 91°, and the hydrophilicity is enhanced compared to the commercial graphite bipolar plate, which is helpful to electron transmission. The output power of the stack formed using onion carbon-based bipolar plates reaches 58 W at 13. 2 V, which is 21% greater than that of the commercial graphite bipolar plate stack (48 W), according to the endurance and power test of the self-breathing stack. In order to understand the pollution characteristics and health risks of heavy metals in PM2.5 in the atmospheric environment of Yuncheng City, PM2.5 samples were collected in urban, industrial and agricultural areas of Yuncheng City in the autumn and winter of 2018. Mass concentrations of 10 heavy metal elements such as V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd and Pb in samples were analyzed by wet microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the distribution characteristics of PM2.5 and pollution characteristics of heavy metal elements were analyzed. Health risk assessments were also made for different populations (adult males, adult females and children). The results showed that the mean values of PM2.5 in urban, industrial and agricultural areas were 116.59, 124.00 and 86.05 µg/m³, respectively. The mass concentrations of PM2.5 in the three areas are 74.29, 78.75 and 46.83 µg/m³ in the non-heating season, and 134.52, 140.54 and 104.21 µg/m³ in the heating season. In the non-heating season, the mass concentrations of 10 kinds heavy metals in urban, industrial and agricultural areas were 0.36 to 132.41, 0.40 to 119.42 and 0.81 to 66.59 ng/m³, respectively. During the heating season, the mass concentrations of 10 kinds heavy metals in urban, industrial and agricultural areas were 0.45 to 278.19, 0.57 to 336.85 and 0.43 to 144.18 ng/m³, respectively. The mass concentration of PM2.5 in heating season is higher than that in non-heating season, and it is the highest in urban area, followed by industrial area and agricultural area. The mass concentration of most heavy metals was higher in the heating season than in the non-heating season. The results of health risk assessment showed that the non-carcinogenic risk of heavy metal pollution in atmospheric PM2.5 in Yuncheng City was small, and the carcinogenic risk was mainly As, Cr, Cd and Co. A class of optimal linear transformation P over a finite field (F2m)4 was constructed based on cyclic shift and XOR operation. Using the idea of inverse proof of input-output relation of linear transformation for reference, a proof method was put forward that transformed the objective problem of optimal linear transformation into several theorems of progressive relation, which not only solved the proof of that kind of optimal linear transformation, but also was suitable for the proof of any linear transformation. By means of small-scale S-box and optimal cyclic shift-XOR linear transfor- mation P, a large-scale S-box model with 2-round SPS structure was established, and a series of lightweight large-scale S-boxes with good cryptographic properties were designed. Only three kind of basic operations such as look-up table, cyclic shift and XOR were used in the proposed design scheme, which improved the linearity and difference uniformity of large-scale S-boxes. Theoretical proof and case analysis show that, compared with the existing large-scale S-box construction methods, the proposed large-scale S-box design scheme has lower computational cost and better cryptographic properties such as difference and linearity, which is suitable for the design of nonlinear permutation coding of lightweight cryptographic algorithms. In response to the current problems of high startup wind speed, complex design schemes, and inability to accurately measure the average wind speed of the entire section of the roadway using wind speed sensors, based on the principle of ultrasonic opposed wind measurement, a mine opposed wind speed and direction sensor with STM32 as the core is designed. The overall structure of the sensor, the design of the transmitting and receiving circuit, the filtering algorithm, and the software process are introduced. This sensor has changed the wind measurement method from point to surface, using a single ARM core and measuring the wind speed at the centerline of the roadway through long-distance (5-12 m) ultrasonic wind measurement technology. This wind speed represents the average wind speed of the entire roadway. It greatly improves the accuracy and real-time performance of roadway wind speed measurement. A test prototype is developed based on the design scheme, and the test results in a circular wind tunnel show that the measured values of the sensor has good consistency with the standard wind speed values in the range of 0.1-15 m/s, with a measurement error of less than 0.1 m/s. It can meet the precision requirements of intelligent mines for roadway wind speed measurement.

Chinese named entity recognition plays an important role in downstream tasks such as machine translation and intelligent question answering. A new Chinese named entity recognition algorithm based on gazetteers and syntactic dependency tree is proposed in this paper. To solve the problem of error transmission caused by the lack of word information in character vector and syntactic dependent structure information between words. This algorithm forms a graph of the gazetteers information and the syntactic dependency tree information in the sentence and then integrates it into the character vector through adaptive gated graph neural networks (AGGNN), so that the semantic relationship between words is obtained well in each character vector and the recognition accuracy is improved. Thoracic SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated tumor is a rare type of undifferentiated tumor occurring in the pleura. Their morphological features are poorly differentiated. A malignant tumor that lacks glandular, squamous, or other distinct cell lineages, as demonstrated by histological and immunohistochemical staining, is characterized by plasmacytoid and rhabdomytoid cell morphology and loss of SMARCA4 expression. We report a case of an undifferentiated tumor in the pleura with a SMARCA4 deletion,The tumor cells were plasmacytoid or rhabdomytoid，Poor cell differentiation, Immunohistochemical staining showed Syn positive in tumor cells,SMARCA4 expression is deficient,The proliferation index of Ki-67 was 80%,Other markers were all negative The patient was a heavy smoker and previously healthy.Patients with insidious onset,It was found in an advanced stage.After the surgery, no treatment was administered, and the patient survived for only 66 days.There was no significant difference in the survival time of advanced patients who received traditional treatment after surgery compared with those reported in the literature.The clinical data, histological characteristics and immunohistochemistry were retrospectively analyzed, and a review of the relevant literature suggests that SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated tumors are highly aggressive and have a poor prognosis.

【Objective】 Proso millet is a common crop cultivated in the Loess Plateau in northwestern China and sustainable production needs to reduce nitrogen fertilization. This paper presents the findings of an experimental study that investigated the impact of reducing nitrogen fertilization through controlled release on photosynthetic traits and yield of the millet. 【Method】 The field experiment was conducted with application of 120 kg/hm2 of urea taken as the control (TN). There were seven controlled-release treatments, which applied N fertilizer at 120 kg/hm2 (T1), 108 kg/hm2 (T2), 96 kg/hm2 (T3), 84 kg/hm2 (T4), 72 kg/hm2 (T5), and zero (T0). During the experiment, we measured the changes in dry matter accumulation, photosynthetic traits of the flag leaves, SPAD, NBI and yield of the millets in each treatment and the CK. 【Result】 ①Nitrogen fertilization significantly improved the dry matter accumulation and photosynthetic traits of the flag leaves at all growing stages, regardless of treatments. Compared with CK, applying the same amount of N fertilizer but at controlled release increased the dry matter accumulation in the middle and late stages by 4.44%~8.77%, proportion of the dry matter allocated to the ears at maturity stage by 1.58%~2.75%. ②Depending on the application rate, controlled release of N fertilizer led to a 2.19% to 5.05% increase in chlorophyll content and a 2.66% to 8.34% increase in nitrogen balance index of the flag leaves; it also increased the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate at the filling stage by 3.90%, 6.40% and 4.20%, respectively, while reducing the average intercellular CO2 concentration by 4.45%. ③With the decrease in controlled-release N fertilization, both dry matter accumulation and photosynthetic rate decreased, and the decrease was more significant in T3—T0. SPAD and NBI of the flag leaves were positively correlated with the dry matter accumulation, net photosynthetic rate and the yield; the correlations between yield and NBI at the jointing and filling stages was significantly positive. ④Applying the same amount of N as in TN but with controlled release increased the yield of the millet by 4.42%, equivalent to an increase in net income by 121~280 Yuan/hm2. Reducing 10%~20% of N used in the TN with the controlled release did not reduce the yield significantly, but further reduction beyond 20% led to a decrease in yield by 3.19%~5.23%. 【Conclusion】 Applying N fertilizer in controlled release to proso millet in hilly areas in Loess Plateau can improve its yield. It hence has a potential application for other crops in this region and other regions with similar growing environments.

Currently, the coal mine fire monitoring system has achieved separate monitoring of some indicators such as the iconic gases, temperature, smoke, and flame of coal spontaneous combustion in mines.But the system has not effectively, comprehensively, and uniformly monitored the factors related to coal mine fires. In order to solve this problem, potential risk factors of coal mine fires are analyzed from two aspects: internal and external factors. A method of monitoring fire situation in different sources and areas is proposed. In terms of internal fires, monitoring is mainly carried out on goaf areas, enclosed goaf areas, and artificial natural fire observation points that are prone to fires. In terms of external fires, monitoring is mainly carried out on the mechanical and electrical chambers and their distribution points, belt conveyor systems, cables, and other aspects. A monitoring index system for coal mine fire sources and areas has been established. The system regularly collects or updates fire feature parameter data through manual or online monitoring. According to the data collection method and impact degree, fire monitoring indicators are divided into dynamic indicators, static indicators, and related indicators. The overall architecture and business process of a fire intelligent warning system is designed. The system uses a warning method based on multi index joint logical reasoning to achieve internal fire warning, and uses a multi parameter fusion warning method based on D-S evidence theory to achieve external fire warning. The on-site test results show that the fire intelligent warning system has achieved effective monitoring and warning of mine fires, with a visual display function of a coal mine fire risk warning 'one picture'. The system has a fire intelligent simulation demonstration function and a dynamic planning function for disaster avoidance routes.

Objective To investigate the effect of glycyrrhizic acid ( GA) on the expression of fibrosis-related factors in the renal interstitial fibroblastcells (NRK49F) of rats induced by transforming growth factor1 (TGF-1). Methods NRK-49F cells were cultured in vitro. After 48 h of intervention with different concentrations of GA, Cell Counting Kit-8 was used to detect their effect on cell proliferation, so as to determine the concentration with no obvious effect on cell viability. The model was established by stimulating NRK-49F cells with 10/Jig/L TGF-. Then diiferent concentrations of GA were used for intervention. The expression of a-SMA and type 1 collagen ( COL1 ) was detected with immunofluorescence method. The mRNA and protein expression of fibrosis-related factors of a-SMA,COLl, C0L3 was detected with RT-PCR and WB methods, so as to evaluate the effect of GA on the activation of fibroblasts and the secretion of extracellular matrix. Results CCK-8 results showed that within the concentration range of 100 -600 mol/L, GA had no effect on the activity of NRIK-49F cells. According to immunofluorescence results, the addition of GA intervention inhibited the expression of a-SMA and the secretion of C0L1, with the increase of GA concentration, the inhibitory effect being enhanced. According to Western Blot results, GA intervention could down-regulate the expression of a-SMA, C0L1 and C0L3 compared with the model group; the expression level of C0L1 protein in the GA 150 moZL group was reduced (P <0.01), and the level of C0L1 and C0L3 in the GA 200 molL group was reduced (P <0.01). RT-PCR results showed that GA intervention could down-regulate the expression of a-SMA, C0L1 and C0L3 compared with the model group; among them, the mRNA expression level of C0L1 in the GA 150 molL group was reduced (P <0. 01), and the expression of C0L1 and C0L3 in the GA 200 moZL group was reduced (P <0. 01 ) . Conclusion GA seems to inhibit the mRNA and protein expression of a-SMA, C0L1 and C0L3 in NRIK-49F cells induced by TGF-1, but its mechanism still needs to be further explored. Titania nano-films were deposited by magnetron sputtering with TiO2 as target, and annealed at different temperatures. The effect of annaling temperature on the properties of TiO2 nano-film was studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), and ultraviolet--visible spectrophotometer (UV-VIS). The results showed that the TiO2 nano-film treated at 550 °C had the best photocatalytic performance, which could degrade 22.90% of Rhodamine B solution under ultraviolet irridiation within 1 hour. A total of 74 patients with ACI in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, they were divided into severe group (NIHSS score >15 points, n = 21), moderate group (NIHSS score 5-15 points, n=24), and mild group (NIHSS score <5 points, n=29). All received the detection of serum copeptin, IL-18 levels and spiral CT imaging. The results showed that with the aggravation of ACI neurological deficits, serum copeptin and interleukin 18 (IL-18) levels and peak time increased, while CBV and CBF decreased abnormally. The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of serum IL-18 combined with CBF to predict poor prognosis of ACI patients was the largest. It can be seen that there is a certain correlation between spiral CT imaging parameters, serum copeptin, IL-18 and the neurological function of ACI patients. Based on core data, microphotographs, well-logging and test analysis, etc., combined with regional geological data, the characteristics of mixed rocks in oil group I of the upper third member of the Paleogone Shahejie Formation in the Dawangzhuang area, Raoyang Sag, Bohai Bay Basin, were studied. The sedimentary environment was analyzed, and the sedimentary model was explored. The study shows that the mixed rocks may be divided into two categories: siliciclastic carbonate rocks and carbonate siliciclastic rocks. Mainly sandy dolomite and calcareous sandstone occur in the Dawangzhuang area, with mainly siliciclastic carbonate rocks in the central and northern areas, and carbonate siliciclastic rocks in the west and south. The genetic types of mixed sedimentation are dominated by facies mixing in the early and middle stage of oil group I of the upper third member of the Paleogone Shahejie Formation oil group, and by in situ mixing in the early stage of oil group I of the upper third member of the Paleogone Shahejie Formation oil group. A few cases of source mixing were found in the late stage of oil group I of the upper third member of the Paleogone Shahejie Formation oil group in the study area. The sedimentary environment of the mixed sedimentation of carbonates is mainly shore-shallow lake in the Dawangzhuang area, classified into three kinds of mixed deposits: sandstone bar microfacies, carbonate bar microfacies, and muddy shore-shallow lake microfacies. A comprehensive analysis of the effect of lake level variation on mixed deposition, together with tectonic evolution and paleogeo-morphology, revealed a sedimentary model of mixed rocks during steadily rising, then falling, lake levels. When the lake level was slowly rising, the mixed deposits characterized by both facies mixing and in situ mixing gradually increased. When the lake level was suitable, the content of pure carbonate rocks increased and facies mixing decreased. Later, when the lake level was falling, source mixing was evident. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The pathogens of diseased tea branches in tea garden of Datong town, Jiande city were identified by morphological and molecular methods. Two fungal pathogens were identified, namely Fusarium incarnatum and Colletotrichum fructicola. F. incarnatum here was reported as the pathogen of tea trees. Leaves and stems of Longjing43 and Zhongcha108 were used in the experiment to analyze the pathogenicity of the two pathogens. The results show that F. incarnatum had strong pathogenicity to young leaves and stems of Longjing43, indicating it is the main pathogen causing relative disease. F. incarnatum and C. fructicola might infect tea leaves together which needs more attention in tea disease recognition, control and prevention in future. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to realize the on-line and accurate measurement of roadway air volume, taking the return air roadway and auxiliary transportation roadway in Shangsitou north wing of Wangpo Coal Mine as the research object, the wind speed structure field of rectangular roadway and semi-circular arch roadway section was simulated by CFD method, and the regional distribution of average wind speed in roadway section under different air volume conditions of the same roadway section was compared. The air volume basically had no effect on the regional range and location of the average wind speed distribution of the roadway section and the dimensionless wind velocity structure field of roadway section was further obtained, which was the theoretical foundation for arranging multiple wind speed collection points in the roadway section average wind speed distribution area to accurately calculate the roadway average wind speed. Based on the dimensionless wind speed structure field of roadway section, the position of data acquisition point of roadway average wind speed was determined according to the distribution area of roadway section average wind speed, and the nine point acquisition method of roadway section average wind speed was constructed, which could accurately obtain the roadway average wind speed and check whether there was data distortion in the wind speed sensor. Combined with the nine point acquisition method of roadway section average wind speed, the gantry and folding fully automatic on-line test device for roadway air volume suitable for rectangular roadway and arch roadway were designed respectively. The structural size of the test device and the motion track of wind speed sensor were customized according to the position of roadway average wind speed data acquisition point. The fully automatic on-line test device for roadway air volume was deployed at 10 wind measuring stations in Wangpo Coal Mine. The relative error between manual wind measurement and device wind measurement data was less than 8%. The research showed that the wind measurement accuracy of the fully automatic on-line test device for roadway air volume could meet the mine requirements, and could realize the synchronous on-line measurement of the air volume of multiple roadways in the mine.

When multiple coal working faces are mined at the same time in the coal mine, the change of branch air volume of any roadway will cause the change of branch air volume of other roadway. The air volume control of any coal working face in the mine will affect the air volume change of other coal working faces in the mine. Therefore, it is necessary to intelligently control the air volume of multiple coal working faces. However, the current research on intelligent control of air volume in coal working face is mainly based on automatic control algorithm of mine air volume or mine air volume control equipment. It lacks the research on the on demand dynamic linkage control system for air volume of multiple coal working faces. In order to solve the above problems, this paper puts forward a design scheme of on demand dynamic linkage control system for air volume of multiple coal working faces. Taking the louvered remote automatic regulating air window deployed in the return air crossheading of 3308 working face in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry as the research object, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method is used to simulate the flow field distribution of the regulating air window. The Origin software is applied to fit the non-linear relationship between the wind area of the regulating air window and the wind resistance, and obtain the functional relationship between them. The relative error between the wind resistance of the regulating air window measured on site and that calculated by fitting is less than 6%. Based on the functional relationship between the wind area and the air resistance of the regulating air window and a joint calculation method of wind resistance regulation of multiple coal working faces, the upper computer calculation software is developed. And based on the upper computer calculation software, the underground explosion-proof and intrinsically safe control substation and the louvered remote automatic regulating air window, the on demand dynamic linkage control system for air volume of multiple coal working faces is constructed. The on demand dynamic linkage control of air volume on demand is carried out on 3308 and 3203 coal working faces in Wangpo Coal Industry. The field application shows that the relative error between the target air volume and the actual air volume after control is less than 7%. This result indicates that the on-demand dynamic linkage control system for air volume of multiple coal working faces has certain use effect.

Objective To establish a new-type virtual screening predictive model of Chinese medicinal compounds with anti fibrosis effects, and to verify the predictive performance of the model. Methods The dimension reduction and characteristic optimization of molecular fingerprints were implemented by using random forest (RF) algorithm and gradient boosting decision tree (GBDT) algorithm. A hybrid model of characteristic optimization-machine learning was established, and optimized characteristics were input into logistic regression (LR) and machine learning algorithm of artificial neural network (ANN) for training. Precision, recall rate and F1 value were used for reviewing the performances of various model combinations. The virtual screening predictive model of Chinese medicinal compounds with anti-fibrosis effect was determined according to results of model performance reviewing. The predictive results of anti-fibrosis activity of Chinese medicinal compounds were compared between the virtual screening predictive model and molecular docking model for further verifying the predictive efficiency of the virtual screening predictive model. Results The precision of RF model was 0.76, recall rate was 0.75 and F1 value was 0.74 (AUC= 0.818). The precision that of GBDT model was 0.76, recall rate was 0.74 and F1 value was 0.72 (AUC= 0.829). The precision of ANN model was 0.75, recall rate was 0.75 and F1 value was 0.75 (AUC= 0.802), and that of model of RF+ LR was 0.77, recall rate was 0.76 and F1 value was 0.75 (AUC= 0. 840). The precision of model of RF+ LR was 0.74, recall rate was 0.84 and F1 value was 0.79 (AUC= 0.850), and that of model of GBDT+ LR was 0.80, recall rate was 0.80 and F1 value was 0.79 (AUC= 0.872). The precision of model of GBDT+ ANN was 0.73, recall rate was 0.91 and F1 value was 0.81 (AUC= 0. 837). The results of molecular docking activities of Chinese medicinal compounds including curcumin, glycyrrhizic acid, hydro-xysafflor yellow A, emodine and gypenoside were accordance with the predictive results of the virtual screening predictive model. Conclusion The model based on RF+ LR is better than the models established based on other methods. The virtual screening predictive model has good performance in prediction of Chinese medicinal compounds through comparing with molecular docking model. The method has feature of high-throughput screening and can make up the shortage of compound screening efficiency in molecular docking. The machine learning algorithm predicts unknown data by learning known data. Most of the existing fault diagnosis methods of ventilation system focus on a machine learning algorithm, which can not guarantee the selected algorithm to be optimal. In order to solve this problem, eight machine learning algorithms are compared, and three algorithms, support vector machine ( SVM), random forest and neural network, are selected to study the fault diagnosis of ventilation network. According to the actual layout of the mine ventilation system, a ventilation network pipeline model is constructed according to the criteria of geometric similarity, motion similarity and dynamic similarity. A ventilation network consisting of pipeline network branches and pipeline network nodes is obtained, and air volume data is obtained through experiments, and the data is preprocessed by a standardized method. Through cross-validation and grid search, the parameters of ventilation network fault diagnosis model based on SVM, random forest and neural network are optimized. The results of experiment and field test show that the accuracy of ventilation network fault diagnosis model based on SVM, random forest and neural network are 0.89, 0.88 and 0.95 respectively on the test set of experimental platform, and 0.86, 0.90 and 0.96 respectively on the test set of coal mine field. The neural network model has the best fault diagnosis effect. 120 sets of fresh air volume data collected in coal mine field are input into neural network model for prediction, and the fault diagnosis accuracy rate reaches 0.98, which verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the ventilation network fault diagnosis model based on neural network.

In order to predict remaining useful life（RUL） of bearings, the wavelet-spectral kurtosis analysis method is used. Firstly, the bearing vibration sequence signal is decomposed by wavelet packet, the spectral kurtosis is chosen to determine the fault characteristic frequency band and reconstructed the signal. Then, determine whether the bearing is faulty according to its spectral characteristics. Lastly, the incipient fault point（IFT） of the bearing vibration sequence signal is determined. On this basis, the one-dimensional deep separable convolutional neural network with attention mechanism is used for the extraction of bearing vibration signal features. Compared with traditional convolutional neural networks, deep separable convolutional layers can reduce the number of network training parameters and speed up network training. The experimental results show that the introduction of the attention mechanism enables the network to focus on the key features in the signal, assign greater weight to important features, avoid the shortage of manual processing features, and facilitate effective feature extraction. The final prediction results are better than common data-driven methods such as SVR, CNN, and RNN.

At present, most of the existing positioning methods of underground gas extraction main pipeline leakage in coal mines use single positioning method. The problems of these methods include poor applicability, low efficiency and susceptibility to environmental impact. In order to solve the above issues, this paper proposes a leakage positioning method of underground gas extraction main pipeline based on transient model by combining flow balance method, negative pressure wave method and wavelet noise reduction principle. Firstly, the method analyzes the flow change law and the difference of the both ends of of the pipeline, eliminate the interference signal, use the flow balance method to identify the pipeline leakage state and determine whether the pipeline is leaking. The method compares the flow changes under normal operation and leakage. When the difference between the both ends of the pipeline flow is greater than the threshold value of the pipeline flow difference, it means that the working conditions have changed or leakage occurs. Secondly, according to the propagation mechanism of negative pressure waves in the pipeline, wavelet noise reduction technique is used to denoise the pressure signal. The neighborhood interpolation method is applied to seek the signal mutation point. Finally, the leak location formula is used to calculate the leak position so as to obtain the leak position of the pipeline effectively. The simulation analysis results verify the accuracy of the method.

The offset wrist robot with prismatic link for mining equipment can withstand large loads and has a large operating range.In this paper, this type of robot is studied, and two characteristics of its architecture are found.One is that the solution for the fifth degree of freedom is equivalent to the solution for the angle between a special line and a special plane.The other one is that the distance from the origin to the intersection of vector axis 3 and vector axis 4 is a fixed value.The two characteristcs make it possible to obtain the solution of the fifth and sixth degrees of freedom by iterative searching method.A new method of robot kinematics solution is proposed.It is not necessary to establish the coordinate frames attached to all the links.The whole calculation process is completed in the global coordinate system.The forward kinematics is completed step by step in sequence and, the inverse kinematics is completed step by step by returning method.The new method has the advantages of short calculation time and high accuracy, which solves the problem that the traditional numerical method is not conducive to industrial application and promotes the application of the Pieper robot which has offset wrist with prismatic link in the welding of cutting head and underground drilling.

At present, immune-therapy, especially immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI) therapy, has become a hot topic in cancer research field. With the wide application of ICI in the field of cancer, some patients benefit from ICI, some patients appeared disease progression or recurrence after effective treatment for a period of time and some patients did not respond to ICI in the first place. The resistance to ICI can be classified into primary, adaptive and acquired resistance. This article will review those resistance mechanisms of ICI therapy.
