Accurately predicting the concentration trend of dissolved gas in oil has a positive effect on the evaluation of transformer status and life assessment. In order to improve the accuracy of dissolved gas in oil prediction, a dissolved gas in oil prediction method based on complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) and time convolution network (TCN) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the CEEMDAN method is used to decompose the original sequence of dissolved gas in oil into multiple intrinsic mode functions(IMFs), separating the stable and unstable IMFs. Secondly, TCN are established for IMFs, then predictions based on these trained TCNs are made. Finally, the prediction results of IMFs are overlaid to reconstruct the prediction results of the original sequence. Analysis in this paper shows that the root mean square error, mean absolute error and maximum error of the prediction method are 1.01 μL/L, 1.53 μL/L, 5.54 μL/L respectively, which are reduced by 53.47%, 41.18%, 13.36% compared to the case without using the CEEMDAN. When using CEEMDAN, the three errors are the smallest compared to commonly used recurrent neural networks. The proposed dissolved gas in oil prediction method has higher prediction accuracy and can provide more effective support for condition based maintenance strategy.

Objective To study the relationship between serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and clinical features of pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma(PPGL). Methods Totally 501 PPGL patients diagnosed from January 2019 to December 2022 were divided into normal NSE group(NSE≤16.3 ng/mL) and elevated NSE group(NSE>16.3 ng/mL). The clinical characteristics were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with normal NSE group, patients in the elevated NSE group had larger diameter in primary tumor(5.00 cm vs. 4.60 cm), higher 24-hour urinary norepinephrine(NE) and 24-hour urinary dopamine(DA) levels, and a higher rate of metastasis(31.6% vs. 13.7%)(P＜0.05). NSE level was positively correlated with the primary tumor size(r=0.131, P＜0.05),24-hour urinary NE level(r=0.195, P＜0.05) and 24-hour urinary DA level(r=0.119, P＜0.05). Conclusions The level of NSE is related to tumor size, secretion function and metastasis in PPGL patients.

In order to solve the problem of solder balls being prone to oxidation during long-term storage and transportation, a novel water-based polymer surface treatment agent for solder balls was prepared and researched, with solder balls of Sn3.0Ag0.5Cu serving as the research object. The surface treatment agent was formulated with benzotriazole and polyvinyl alcohol 4000 as film-forming agents, using ascorbic acid as an antioxidant, and incorporating a small amount of alkaline complexing agents and surfactants. The solder balls, processed by this surface treatment agent, were characterized through an oxidation resistance test, shear strength test, cavity test, coating condition test and Raman spectroscopy. Results showed that after treatment with this surface agent, the shear strength of the solder joint of the solder ball increased by 48%; the cavity rate of the solder joint of the solder ball was less than 4%, meeting the industry requirements(less than 15%). These results indicated that the solder balls treated with this surface treatment agent formed a dense anti-oxidation film on their surface, improving the oxidation resistance of the solder balls.

Objective To evaluate 99mTc-HYNIC-TOC somatostatin receptor and 131I-MIBG imaging in clinical diag- nostic of pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PPGL). Methods This was a retrospective study.359 PPGL patients diagnosed by pathology microscopy were included. The diagnostic sensitivity and influencing factors on 99mTc-HYNIC-TOC somatostatin receptor and 131I-MIBG imaging were analyzed. Results The positive rate of 99mTc-HYNIC-TOC somatostatin receptor scintigraphy was 57.7%(184/319)and 131I-MIBG imaging was 83.2%(232/279). The positive rates of 99mTc-HYNIC-TOC somatostatin receptor imaging in the adrenal glands, retroperitoneum, head and neck, heart and mediastinum, pelvis and bladder were 53.3%, 62.5%, 95.0%, 66.7%, 50.0% and 11.0% respectively and the positive rates of 131I-MIBG imaging were 86.7%, 88.5%, 45.4%, 50.0% ,75.0% and 33.3% respectively. The positive rate of the two imaging did not showed difference among patients with different genetic backgrounds (SDH,VHL,RET mutations). The median maximum diameter of tumors was 4.4(3.0, 6.1)cm.and the diagnostic sensitivity of somatostatin receptor imaging and 131I-MIBG imaging for larger tumors(≥4.4 cm) was significantly higher than those for the smaller tumor group (＜4.4 cm) (64.0% vs. 51.3%; 92.3% vs. 74.1%)(P＜0.01). Tumors in 19 patients (5.3%) failed to uptake neither imaging method. Conclusions This is the largest PPGL cohort in China concerning 99mTc-HYNIC-TOC somatostatin receptor imaging and 131I-MIBG imaging. The sensitivity of131I-MIBG imaging is higher than that of 99mTc-HYNIC-TOC somatostatin receptor imaging, but for some tumors, such as head and neck paraganglioma, the latter has obvious advantages. These two imagings technologies are complementary and the choice of them should depend the individual situation of patients.

In order to evaluate the insulation condition of oil-immersed transformers effectively, a weight allocation method considering expert experience and degradation state is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a hierarchical structure for insulation condition evaluation is built based on dissolved gas in oil, ambient temperature and defect information, and subjective weights is assigned to each index based on expert experience. Then, the method of combined weight is adopted to introduce entropy weight into the weight allocation of index layer, thus weights of the index layer are dynamically adjusted to reflect the differences in the individual operation process while retaining expert experience for the criterion layer. Furthermore, the transformer insulation state is subdivided into five states from common four to realize more accurate perception of insulation state. Finally, case study of four 500 kV transformers shows that the method proposed can effectively identify normal transformers and discriminate abnormal transformers compared with the method based only on objective or subjective weight, which verifies the rationality of the method.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) combined with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT), and to compare the efficacy of different surgical methods. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on data from 692 patients with DTC initially treated at Liaoning Cancer Hospital & Insititute from January 2018 to May 2019. The patients were divided into DTC group (n=485) and DTC combined with HT (DTC-HT) group (n=207). Clinical characteristics and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results There were statistically significant differences between two groups in terms of gender, microcarcinoma, multifocality, thyroid invasion, neck lymph node metastasis, reoperation, and thyroid peroxidase antibody (P0.05). Conclusion Patients with DTC combined with HT often present with microcarcinomas and multifocality, mainly females. After surgery, residual thyroid tissue may reveal new lesions, often necessitating a second surgery. Planned total thyroidectomy with ipsilateral central lymph node dissection should be considered.

【Objective】 Sedimentation and particle clogging is a phenomenon often occurring in irrigation pipe networks. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the feasibility and efficacy of magnetization on enhancing particle flocculation so as to alleviate sedimentation. 【Method】 We used suspension of kaolin clay at concentration of 0.5, 1, 1.5, 3 and 5 g/L as the testing particles, and mixed them with potassium sulfate at concentration of 0.25 g/L, urea at 0.5 g/L and compounded fertilizer at 0.75 g/L. Each solution was magnetized at strength at 0.2 T (W1), 0.4 T (W2) and 0.6 T (W3), respectively, with non-magnetization taken as the control (CK). Objective To elucidate the important role and molecular mechanism of AT1R/miR-26a pathway in hypertensive vascular remodeling. Methods ① Eight-week-old male spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) were randomly divided into losartan group [gavage with losartan 20 mg/(kg·d) for 8 weeks], prazosin group [gavage with prazosin 5 mg/(kg·d) for 8 weeks], SHR control group [gavage with pure water 10 mL/(kg·d) for 8 weeks], with 8 animals in each groups. Six eight-week-old male WKY rats served as normal control group [gavage with pure water 10 mL/(kg·d) for 8 weeks]. All rats in each group were measured for systolic blood pressure (SBP) through tail artery in 3 to 5 d before and during the intervention period until the end of treatment. ② After the rats were anesthetized, the thoracic aorta were harvested for detecting the expression level of miR-26a by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). ③ The thoracic aorta was embedded in paraffin, and sectioned for HE and Masson staining, α-actin and PCNA immunohistochemistry. ④ The expression of AT1R, TGFβ1, p-smad3 and CTGF in the thoracic aorta were detected by Western blotting. ⑤ The rat thoracic aortic smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) at 3 to 9 passages were divided into AngⅡ treatment group (VSMCs+AngⅡ, AngⅡ10-7 mol/L, treated for 24 h), and control group (VSMC+Ctrl). qPCR was used to detect the expression level of miR-26a, and the expression of smad3 and p-smad3 was observed by Western blotting. Results ① At the end of treatment received, SBP was significantly lower in the losartan and prazosin groups than the SHR control group, but all of them were obviously higher than that of normal control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in SBP between the losartan and prazosin groups (P>0.05). ②The expression of miR-26a in the thoracic aorta was notably higher in the losartan and prazosin groups than the SHR control group, but statistically lower than the normal control group (P < 0.05), and that of the losartan group was higher than that of the prazosin group (P < 0.05). ③ Media thickness/lumen diameter (MT/LD), collagen volume fraction (CVF), and smooth muscle cell proliferation index in the losartan and prazosin groups were remarkably lower than those in the SHR control group (P < 0.05), and those in the losartan group were lower than those of the prazosin group. The normal control group had no obvious thickening of the vascular wall, with well-arranged smooth muscle cells, and regular morphology of the nucleus, and no significant collagen fiber deposition. ④The expression levels of AT1R, p-smad3, TGFβ1 and CTGF in the thoracic aorta were significantly lower in the losartan and prazosin groups than the SHR control group (P < 0.05). Although those in the losartan group were lower than those of the prazosin group (P < 0.05), the levels in the both group were higher than those of normal control group (P < 0.05). ⑤The expression of miR-26a was significantly lower, and that of p-smad3 was higher in VSMC+AngⅡ group when compared with VSMC+Ctrl group (P < 0.05). Conclusion miR-26a prevents blood pressure from rising and has a protective effect in the process of hypertensive vascular remodeling. Blocking AT1 receptor may improve the remodeling by up-regulating miR-26a.

With the increase of high-speed railway operating mileage and traffic volume, rail wear has become a serious problem, especially in the small radius curve sections where rail wear is more complex and severe. Aimed at the rail wear problem of a high-speed railway with a small radius curved track, the dynamics model of the vehicle-track was established in SIMPACK software, and the Archard wear model was used to calculate the rail wear depth. The influence of different operating conditions, wheel wear, vehicle suspension parameters and track parameters on rail wear of high--speed EMUs passing small radius curved tracks were analyzed. The results of simulation analysis show that when the vehicle passes through the curved track with three operating conditions, uniform speed, braking and traction, the rail wear is the maximum under braking conditions and the minimum under traction conditions. The increase of wheel tread wear will also lead to an increase of rail wear, so regular wheel re-profiling can reduce rail wear. The influence of suspension parameters on rail wear of small radius curved track is relatively small. To reduce rail wear, a smaller rail cant and a proper increase in track gauge can be used,and the superelevation setting of curved sections should not be too large. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To evaluate the usefulness and safety of bronchoscopy by the laryngeal mask airway (LMA) compared with by nose and by mouth., Methods: Between April 2009 and Dec 2012, we prospectively studied 150 analgesia brochoscopy in the operating theater of the our hospital. All the patients were randomly assigned by computer to LMA group, non-LMA by nose group (NLBN) and non-LMA by mouth group (NLBM) according the way of bronchoscopy. Each group had 50 cases. We recorded the time of bronchoscopy just through subglottic, total operation time, the times of blood oxygen less than 80% so as to suspend procedure and so on., Results: Intergroup comparisons showed no difference in gender, age, and the successful rate of biopsy (P > 0.05). The time of bronchoscopy just through subglottic in LMA group was lower than that in NLBN group and in NLBM group significantly (P < 0.01), and no difference between two latter groups (P > 0.05). Also, total operation time of LMA group was higher than that of others (P < 0.05), but no difference between the latter two groups. There were 18 cases in NLBN group and 15 cases in NLBM group respectively, which were suspended procedure during operation due to low oxygen, and the difference did not reach statistical sense (P > 0.05). There were 19 patients presented with nasal discomfort after operations in NLBN Group. The patients in all the three groups had no bad memory or fear, and the acceptance rate of reoperation was all 100%.In general, as to the cases of the patients who presented with pharyngeal discomfort and abnormal pronunciation, there was significance difference between LMA Group and NLBN Group and also between LMA Group and NLBM Group, while the difference between NLBN Group and NLBM Group was not statistically significan., Conclusion: The use of the LMA during FFB is safe, provides excellent patient comfort, reduces the time of bronchoscopy just through subglottic so as to decrease the total operation time, and is better to control the situation of patient in operation.
