Objective To explore the application effectiveness of the Internet-Plus hierarchical nursing training program based on the analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation(ADDIE) teaching model in the training of Traditional Chinese Medicine nurses. Methods From October 2022 to May 2023, 400 nurses from a tertiary Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital in Shenzhen were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 200 subjects in each group. During the training process, the control group received traditional training methods, while the experimental group received the Internet-Plus hierarchical nursing training program based on the ADDIE teaching model. Specialist competence, job competency, and training satisfaction were compared before and after training in both groups. Results After the nursing training program, nurses in the experimental group achieved higher scores of theoretical and practical tests compared with those in the control group (P＜0. 01). Scores of help role ability, education-guidance ability, valuation and judgment ability, nursing intervention ability and quality evaluation ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Scores of satisfaction with training arrangement, training method and training benefits in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Applying the Internet-Plus hierarchical nursing training program based on the ADDIE teaching model in nursing training helps nurses enhance their specialist competence and job competency. With the development of social networks, humans express their emotions in different ways, including text, vision and speech, i.e., multimodal. In response to the failure of previous multimodal sentiment analysis methods to effectively obtain multimodal sentiment feature representations and the failure to fully consider the impact of redundant information on experiments during multimodal feature fusion, a multimodal sentiment analysis model based on cross-modal semantic information enhancement is proposed. Firstly, the model adopts BiLSTM network to mine the contextual information within each unimodal mode. Secondly, the information interaction between multiple modalities is modeled through the cross-modal information interaction mechanism to obtain six kinds of information interaction features, namely, text-to-speech and vision, speech-to-text and vision, and vision-to-text and speech, and then the same information interaction features of the target modalities are spliced together to obtain the information-enhanced unimodal feature vectors, which can efficiently obtain the shared and complementary in-depth semantic features between modalities. In addition, the semantic correlations between the original unimodal feature vectors and the information-enhanced unimodal feature vectors are computed separately using the multi-head self-attention mechanism, which improves the ability of identifying the key sentiment features and reduces the negative interference of the redundant information on the sentiment analysis. Experimental results on the public datasets CMU-MOSI (CMU multimodal opinion level sentiment intensity) and CMU-MOSEI (CMU multimodal opinion sentiment and emotion intensity) show that the proposed model can both enhance sentiment feature representation and effectively reduce the interference of redundant information, and it outperforms related works in terms of multimodal sentiment classification accuracy and generalization ability.

This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with chronic kidney failure with Spleen-Kidney Qi deficiency and internal heat syndrome treated with Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with auricular comprehensive treatment based on the Yin-Fire theory. A comprehensive nursing plan including health education, emotion regulation and exercise guidance were carried out during hospitalization. Given the coexistence of multiple diseases, the Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with auricular comprehensive treatment based on the Yin-Fire theory was carried out to relieve the fatigue and improve the self-care ability of the patient. This paper summarizes nursing measures for a patient with gout of damp-heat stagnation syndrome combined with erosive gastritis treated with auricular acupoint combine with pricking and cupping therapy. In addition to routine nursing, individualized auricular acupoint treatment including auricular bloodletting and pressing combined with pricking and cupping therapy were carried out, aiming at relieving heat and detoxification at early stage of disease, promoting blood circulation, dredging collaterals and regulating qi at midterm and invigorating spleen and warming kidney Yang and end stage of treatment. The combined treatment using Traditional Chinese medicine technology is effective to relieve the pain, reduce the joint swelling, and improve the recovery of joint movement, as well as protecting the gastric mucosa of the patient. The proliferation of artificial intelligence models has rendered them vulnerable to a myriad of security threats. The extensive integration of deep learning models into edge devices has introduced novel security challenges. Given the analogous structural characteristics of deep neural networks, adversaries can employ decompilation tactics to extract model structural details and parameters, facilitating the reconstruction of these models. Such actions can compromise the intellectual property rights of the model and increase the risk of white-box attacks. To mitigate the capability of model decompilers to locate and identify model operators, acquire parameters, and parse network topologies, an obfuscation framework was proposed. This framework was embedded within the model compilation process to safeguard against model extraction attacks. During the frontend optimization phase of deep learning compilers, three obfuscation techniques were developed and integrated: operator obfuscation, parameter obfuscation, and network topology obfuscation. The framework introduced opaque predicates, incorporated fake control flows, and embedded redundant memory access to thwart the reverse engineering efforts of model decompilers. The experimental findings demonstrate that the obfuscation framework, named DNNobfus, significantly diminishes the accuracy of state-of-the-art model decompilation tools in identifying model operator types and network connections to 21.63% and 48.24%, respectively. Additionally, DNNobfus achieves an average time efficiency of 67.93% and an average space efficiency of 88.37%, surpassing the performance of the obfuscation tool Obfuscator-LLVM in both respects.

Objective To improve the awareness of POEMS syndrome among clinicians, and to increase the experience in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of atypical POEMS syndrome. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the cli-nical data of a patient with Castleman disease variant of POEMS syndrome who were hospitalized in Department of Endocrinology in our hospital in September 2020, and a literature review was performed. Results The patient had the initial manifestation of endocrine abnormality (hypogonadism), followed by other manifestations such as skin damage, neurogenic damage, multiple serous effusion, and multiple lymph node enlargement, which were consistent with the diagnostic criteria for POEMS syndrome, but hematological examination showed no evidence of clonal plasma cells. After multidisciplinary consultation and lymph node biopsy, pathological examination suggested Castleman disease, with an increase in the level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in plasma, and finally the patient was diagnosed with Castleman disease variant of POEMS syndrome. Conclusion Clinicians need to have pluralistic thinking in the diagnosis and treatment of POEMS syndrome, and when POEMS syndrome is highly suspected in clinical practice without fully meeting necessary diagnostic criteria, they should actively look for relevant evidence and emphasize the value of lesion biopsy and plasma VEGF level in the diagnosis of this disease, so as to reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.

The phenomenon of population aging has become an important issue affecting the sustainable economic and social development of China's countryside, but few studies exist within the academic community on the sustainable livelihoods of rural elderly farmers in areas of poverty alleviation. Based on a 2022 field survey in Guzhang County, Hunan Province, this study examined the sustainable livelihood pathways of elderly rural farmers in these areas through non-participant observations, semi-structured interviews, and grounded theory methods of textual analysis. Study findings show that in the face of rural hollowing out caused by the outflow of the young labor force due to rapid urbanization, a large number of rural elderly farmers in poverty alleviation areas are facing the livelihood dilemma of rural pension structure constraints and the rational choice of agriculture. The background for this situation involves the insufficiency of the original pension model and multiple welfare sources, a shortage of medical and health service facilities, and the transformation of intergenerational relations. Therefore, based on the advantages of rural social networks in poverty alleviation areas in the three active aging dimensions of health, participation, and guarantee, this paper presents a sustainable livelihood research paradigm in which the individual, rural, and socioeconomic networks and rural production-living-ecological space of elderly farmers in poverty alleviation areas coordinate with each other. The paper also introduces a logical framework for the sustainable livelihood of elderly farmers that is consistent with the goal of rural revitalization through the thrust of nearby urbanization. Specific sustainable livelihood paths integrating individual spaces include the following: 1) at the individual level, through the individual livelihood behavior and livelihood capital of elderly farmers dynamically adjusting to the corresponding sources of welfare and livelihood modes with changes in the life cycle, 2) at the field space level, through the sixth industry, integrated development of modern factors intervening in the establishment of rural market industrial support to cope with aging, and 3) at the territorial space level, according to the rural elderly . The social circle structure of rural households is used to reshape the living, production, and ecological aging life circle. This study analyzed the sustainable livelihood paths of rural elderly farmers in poverty alleviation areas from individual to spatial perspectives The findings provide a theoretical basis and practical references for the revitalization of rural people in these areas in the era of rapid aging.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of hot and cold Chinese medicine whirlpool bath combined with motor control training on patients with shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) after stroke.MethodsA total of 40 patients with SHS after stroke in the Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital and Xuzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. Both groups received routine rehabilitation training such as physical agent modalities and occupational therapy. The control group received motor control training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training, 40 minutes a time, once a day, five times a week, lasting for four weeks; the observation group received hot and cold Chinese medicine whirlpool bath on the basis of control group, 40 minutes a time, once a day, five times a week, lasting for four weeks. Objective To investigate the infection features of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) and screening characteristics of HR-HPV-negative cases in patients with cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL). Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the screening results of 459 patients who were pathologically diagnosed as cervical HSIL in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2020. The positive detection rates of HR-HPV test, thinprep cytologic test (TCT), and their joint screening were compared among the patients, and the analysis of key points to avoid missed diagnosis were conducted in HR-HPV negative cases. Results Among the 459 HSIL patients, the single subtype infection accounted for 71.90% (330 cases), multiple infection 22.22% (102 cases); the positive rate of HR-HPV was 91.94% (422 cases), and the monotype infection with the highest positive rate was HPV subtype 16 (45.76%). The positive detection rates of the 3 tests were 77.34%, 64.27% and 82.79% respectively, with significant difference (P < 0.01). Moreover, 25 cases (67.57%) in the HR-HPV negative group had worse than ASCUS results of TCT, while 3 cases (8.11%) with ASCUS and 9 cases (24.32%) with negative TCT results were referred to colposcopy due to clinical symptoms, and 6 HR-HPV negative cases with normal colposcopy showed abnormal TCT results. Conclusion HR-HPV infection and monotype infection are predominant in cervical HSIL patients. The combined screening of HR-HPV and TCT has the highest positive diagnostic rate, while the HR-HPV negative patients usually have obvious clinical symptoms and TCT abnormalities.

Human gaze behavior, as a non-verbal cue, plays a crucial role in revealing human intentions. Gaze target detection has attracted extensive attention from the machine vision community. However, existing gaze target detection methods usually focus on the texture information extraction of images, ignoring the importance of stereo depth information for gaze target detection, which makes it difficult to deal with scenes with complex texture. In this work, a novel gaze target detection network based on attention mechanism and depth prior is proposed, which adopts two-stage architecture (i.e., a gaze direction prediction stage and a saliency detection stage). In the gaze direction predication stage, a channel-spatial attention mechanism module is established to recalibrate texture features, and a head position encoding branch is designed to achieve texture and head position-aware enhanced high-representation features to accurately predict gaze. Furthermore, a strategy is proposed to introduce the depth representing the stereoscopic or distance information in the 3D scene as a prior into the saliency detection stage. At the same time, the channel-spatial attention mechanism is used to enhance the multi- scale texture features, and the advantages of depth geometric information and image texture information are fully utilized to improve the accuracy of gaze target detection. Aiming at the problem that the traditional density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN) algorithm in the mixing matrix estimation algorithm needs to artificially set the neighborhood radius and the number of core points, a double constrained particle swarm optimization (DCPSO) algorithm is proposed. The neighborhood radius parameters of the DBSCAN algorithm are optimized, and the obtained optimal parameters are used as the parameter input of the DBSCAN algorithm, and then the clustering center is calculated to complete the mixing matrix estimation. Aiming at the problem that the source signal number estimation algorithm based on distance sorting relies on the selection of empirical parameters and does not have the ability to eliminate noise points, a maximum distance sorting algorithm is proposed. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm is improved. The accuracy of source signal number estimation is nearly 40% higher than that of the original algorithm. The error of mixing matrix estimation is more than 3 dB higher than that of the comparison algorithm. Moreover, the proposed algorithm has a better convergence speed than the original algorithm. Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer (GC/GEJC). Methods CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, EMBASE, ClinicalTrials, Cochrane Library and other databases were searched to collect the clinical trials of immune checkpoint inhibitors in the treatment of advanced GC/GEJC. The retrieval time was from the inception to Nov. 2019. Outcome measures mainly included ORR, DCR, PFS, OS and toxicities. The adoption rate difference and hazard ratio were effect measures. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results We included seven literatures with a total of 1949 patients. Meta-analysis showed that for the patients with advanced GC/GEJC, the second-line or later immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy improved the overall survival rate at 12 and 18 months; the OS of the patients was prolonged, compared with chemotherapy/placebo therapy (all P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of any grade or ≥grade 3 caused by immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy was lower than that caused by chemotherapy/placebo. Conclusion Immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment could improve survival endpoints in some patients with advanced GC/GEJC, and the incidence of common adverse reactions is low.

In the spectral mean cross section measurements of 197Au(n,2n)196Au and 45Sc(n,2n)44Scm, the activation products 196Au and 44Scm have low activity and shorter halflife, but the activation products 198Au and 46Sc from neutron capture reactions of 197Au(n,g) and 45Sc(n,g) have strong activity and longer halflife, which results in poor signaltonoise ratio of gammaray characteristic peaks, and increases the measuring uncertainty of 196Au and 44Scm activity. In order to accurately measure 196Au and 44Scm, a radioactive activity measuring device based on anticoincidence principle was developed. The main techniques used were as follows: Firstly, liquid flash measurement system has been used to detect the betaray emitted by the decay of 198Au and 46Sc, basing on the anticoincidence principle, the betaray would be used to suppress Compton background caused by gammarays emitted by the two nuclides above; Secondly, a portable antiCompton spectrometer has been constructed using a ring sodium iodide crystal, and the Compton background caused by the decay of 198Au and 46Sc has been further suppressed by the anti-Compton principle. Thirdly, a thin layer of lead shield has been placed between the radioactive source distributed evenly in the liquid scintillation and a wellshaped high purity germanium (HPGe) crystal to absorb the Xrays emitted by the decay of the 196Au, as results, the coincidence between the Xrays and the characteristic gammarays emitted by 196Au in the HPGe crystal reduces significantly, and the detection efficiency of this measurement device for 196Au increases too. By using the digital spectrometer, the liquid flash measurement system and the antiCompton spectrometer integrated into one, the anticoincidence effect could be superimposed and good experimental results were obtained. For 198Au and 46Sc, the anticoincidence inhibition ratio is 871% and 869% respectively. The detection efficiency for 44Scm is 313%. After increasing the shielding layer, the detection efficiency for 196Au increases greatly, from 5.5% when the shielding layer is not available up to 11.9%. Under the condition of strong isotope interference (198Au or 46Sc of 02 MBq), the minimum detectable activity (MDA) of 24 h detecting to 196Au is less than 07 Bq, and to 44Scm is less than 03 Bq. Applying the double anticoincidence measuring device established in this paper to the activity measurement of 196Au and 44Scm could effectively reduce the uncertainty of 197Au(n,2n)196Au and 45Sc(n,2n)44Scm average crosssection measurement.

Recent studies have shown that attacks against USIM card are increasing, and an attacker can use the cloned USIM card to bypass the identity verification process in some applications and thereby get the unauthorized access. Considering the USIM card being cloned easily even under 5G network, the identity verification process of the popular mobile applications over mobile platform was analyzed. The application behaviors were profiled while users were logging in, resetting password, and performing sensitive operations, thereby the tree model of application authentication was summarized. On this basis, 58 popular applications in 7 categories were tested including social communication, healthcare, etc. It found that 29 of them only need SMS verification codes to get authenticated and obtain permissions. To address this issue, two-step authentication was suggested and USIM anti-counterfeiting was applied to assist the authentication process.

Objective To study the effect of different emotional regulation strategies on anxiety and the factors contributing to anxiety in military personnel serving in high-altitude regions. Methods Using State-Trait Anxiety Inquiry (STAI) and Armymen Emotional Regulation Types Questionnaire (AERTQ), we conducted 2 groups assessments of the military personnel serving in high-altitude regions along the Qinghai-Tibet Supply Line in August, 2016 (600 subjects) and in August, 2017 (584 subjects) and collected the demographic and environmental data from the participants. The temporal variations of the effects of emotional regulation strategies and the 4 factors (strengthened attention, emotional appeal, self-consolation and behavioral inhibition) on anxiety were analyzed using a cross-lagged regression model, which included the demographic data and environmental factors to examine their effects on the changes of anxiety emotion. The acceptable criteria for model fit index were TLI>0.9, CFI>0.9, and RMSEA < 0.08. Results ① After inclusion of the covariates, the model fit indices of emotional regulation and its 4 factors with state anxiety and trait anxiety were acceptable (CFI=0.942, 0.959, 0.961, 0.929, 0.956; TLI=0.933, 0.952, 0.955, 0.918, 0.949; RMSEA=0.059, 0.051, 0.050, 0.064, 0.055). ②Emotional regulation strategies had significant negative predictive effect on state and trait anxiety (P < 0.05) in the next year, but not vice versa (P>0.05). ③Strengthened attention had a significant positive predictive effect on state and trait anxiety (P < 0.01), while emotional appeal and self-consolation had significant negative predictive effects (P < 0.01); behavioral inhibition had no effect on state and trait anxiety (P>0.05). State and trait anxiety had no predictive effects on the 4 dimensions of emotional regulation (P>0.05). ④State anxiety showed a significant negative growth with time (P < 0.01), and trait anxiety and emotional regulation strategies showed no obvious changes with time (P>0.05). ⑤Educational level had negative effects on state anxiety in models that included emotional regulation, strengthened attention, emotional appeal, self-consolation and behavioral inhibition (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Environmental adaptation had negative effects on state anxiety (P < 0.01) and trait anxiety (P < 0.01, P < 0.05) in the 5 models. Conclusion Educational level and environmental adaptation are correlated with anxiety in military personnel serving in high-altitude regions. Emotional regulation strategies can significantly affect the growth of anxiety, and during psychological interventions, emotional appeal and self-consolation, but not strengthened attention and behavioral inhibition, should be encouraged for emotional regulation.

Objective To compare the surgical efficacy of combined bypass surgery for symptomatic moyamoya disease patients at early and late Suzuki stage, and to preliminarily explore the correlation between operative timing and efficacy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 58 patients (70 hemispheres) with symptomatic moyamoya disease treated with combined bypass surgery in our department from June 2015 to October 2018. According to the results of Suzuki staging system for moyamoya disease, they were divided into early stage group (stage Ⅰ~Ⅲ, 42 hemispheres) and late stage group (stage Ⅳ~Ⅵ, 28 hemispheres). Superficial temporal artery-to-middle cerebral artery bypass with encephalo-duro-myo-synangiosis (STA-MCA bypass+EDMS) were performed for all patients. The perioperative complications, and improvement of symptoms, recurrence of stroke, and prognosis score (Modified Rankin Scale, mRS) in 6 months after the operation were assessed and compared between the 2 groups. Results The incidences of total perioperative complications, cerebral hyperperfusion syndrome and perioperative cerebral hemorrhage was significantly lower in the early stage group than the late stage group (28.6% vs 57.1%, 14.3% vs 35.7%, 0 vs 10.7%, respectively, P < 0.05). There were more patients with mRS score of 0~2 at 6 months after surgery in the early stage group than those in the late stage group (85.7% vs 64.3%, P=0.036). No obvious difference was seen in the improvement rate of postoperative symptoms between the 2 groups (65.6% vs 68.4%, P=0.838). No stroke occurred in the both groups during postoperative follow-up. Conclusion Bypass surgery can not only reduce the incidence of perioperative complications, but also obtain better prognosis for the early Suzuki stage patients with symptomatic moyamoya disease. Early Suzuki stage should be optimal operative time for bypass surgery.

Objective To investigate the effect of iced tea lotion in oral care of middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 90 middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were recruited. They were randomly divided to control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45), and treated by oral care of normal saline and ice tea lotion, respectively. Oral malodor, swelling and congestion of oral mucosa and culture results of oral throat swab between groups were compared. Results The incidence of oral malodor, swelling and congestion of oral mucosa was significantly lower in observation group than that of control group(P＜0. 05). The positive rates of fungi was 8. 89%(4/45) in the observation group, which was lower than 60. 00%(27/45) in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Oral care with iced tea lotion is potentially effective to decrease the incidence of oral diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. (目的 探讨冰茶洗剂在中老年糖尿病患者口腔护理中的临床效果。方法 90例中老年糖尿病患者随机分为对照组与观察组, 各45例。对照组采用生理盐水进行口腔护理, 观察组采用冰茶洗剂进行口腔护理。对比2组患者的口腔异味、口腔黏膜红肿充血情况、口腔咽拭子培养情况。结果 观察组口腔异味以及口腔黏膜红肿充血发生率均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组咽拭子白色附着物真菌培养阳性率8. 89%(4/45), 低于对照组的60. 00%(27/45), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 冰茶洗剂可以有效改善中老年糖尿病患者的口腔问题, 减少口腔疾患的发生。)

Binary Offset Carrier(BOC) modulated signal’s autocorrelation function(ACF) has multiple side-peaks, which will cause the ambiguous problem in tracking process. Focusing on this problem, a novel unambiguous tracking method for BOC(kn，n) signals is proposed. In this method, two local BOC-Like auxiliary signals are designed to synthesize correlation function with no side peaks, and the receiver uses a delay-locked loop(DLL) based on this correlation function to eliminate the tracking ambiguity of the BOC modulated signal. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the improved correlation function can completely eliminate side peaks and make the main peak sharper. Meanwhile, the discriminator output curve based on this method can eliminate the original false lock point and enhance the anti-noise and multipath mitigation performance of the tracking loop.

Commercial-off-the-shelf(COTS) FPGAs are often advocated as the only solution to the increasing performance requirements in space applications. It also increases the circuit sensitivity to multiple bit upsets(MBU), thus specific design techniques must be applied to compensate this effect. This work tackles fault tolerance along three abstraction levels: user logic, configuration memory and control. At the user logic level, a new ultra-low overhead forward temporal redundancy(FTR) scheme is proposed for error detection in user logic. At the configuration memory level in the FPGA, this work leverages the opportunities brought by frame- and module-based dynamic partial reconfiguration(DPR) to handle configuration memory errors. At the control level, this work fully exploits the modern Xilinx ZYNQ system-on-chip FPGA which embeds a hard processor used for circuit state preservation with checkpointing and rollback. The overall topology is successfully validated with 99.997% reliability through fault-injection for a seven pipelined LEON3 processor at a global resource overhead only 85% in LUTs and 125% in flip-flops.

Based on the grounded theory and logical analysis, this paper combs the interview data of 21 outstanding headmasters in China, in order to explore the core characteristics and realistic value of their physical education conduct. The study suggests that the core characteristics for headmasters' physical education conduct including full of school sports education concept of "cognitive", excellent school sports governance "leadership", and "execution of work" of school physical education reform and science, and then reflecting the students' all-round development, changing the concept of teacher education, enriching the campus cultural environment, and build a national rejuvenation of great practical value. In order to solve the problem of high computation and high missed alarm probability of RS (Reed-Solomon) codes for recognition, comprehensive recognition algorithm of RS codes based on fast code root trial was proposed. Firstly, the check relationship was solved in binary equivalently and fast code root trial was used to check parameters in sequence. Secondly, according to distribution characteristics of the combined code roots, ra-level primitive polynomial field and error correction ability was associatively determined. Finally, the short codes and long codes were given different confidence weights and the determined parameters were comprehensively analyzed. The optimal parameter was selected and the generate polynomial was calculated. The proposed algorithm did not need prior information such as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and had good adaptability. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the missed alarm probability under the condition of low complexity. Compared with the conventional hard decision algorithm, the performance of the proposed algorithm is improved, and the parameter recognition of RS codes can be completed quickly. In this work, PET/TiO2@Ag blends were prepared by melt blending, followed by Ag loading, and their thermal, mechanical and photocatalytic properties were investigated by DSC, electronic universal testing machine and UV- visible spectrophotometer. The results indicated that the blends achieved optimum thermal and mechanical properties at the nano-TiO2 content of 3 wt%. The loading of Ag could significantly broaden the light response range of the blends. With an increase of Ag loading, the photocatalytic properties of the blends increased at first and then tended to decrease. The blends exhibited an optimum photocatalytic effect at the illumination time of 4 min. The content of VOCs in the blends decreased at first and then tended to increase with the illumination time and achieved a minimum value at 4 min. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the rapid development of social and industrial processes, heavy metal ions in water have serious harm to the environment and human health. People pay more and more attention to the treatment of wastewater containing heavy metal ions. In this paper, a variety of Fe3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method and changing reaction conditions (the starch-iron ion ratio, the iron ion-sodium hydroxide ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature) with starch as template. The influence of various absorption conditions, like the adsorption time, pH value, temperature, and concentration of Cu2+ on the adsorption performance of Cu2+ were investigated. The results show that the adsorption effect on the Cu2+ of wastewater was the best when the adsorption time was 1 h, the pH value was 11, the temperature was 50 °C and the concentration of Cu2+ was 0.338 mmol/mL. Objective To investigate the quality of life of cleft lip and/or palate children's parents and discuss the factors to provide the oretical basis for improving the quality of life of these parents and promoting the healthy growth of children with cleft lip and/or palate. Methods A total of 115 parents whose children had cleft lip and/or palate surgery treatment were selected as the experiment group, and another 198 parents (with healthy children having a similar age with those in the experiment group) as the control group. The experiment group was divided into three subgroups according to different types of cleft lip and/or palate: cleft Lip (CL), cleft palate (CP), cleft lip and palate (CLP). The experiment group and the control group were both divided into four subgroups according to age:0-1, 1-3, 3-6 years old, and more than 6 years old. The experiment group and the control group were both divided into three subgroups according to education: junior middle school and the following, high school and technical secondary school, junior college degree or above. The GQOLI-74 scale was selected to assess the experiment group and the control group. SPSS 16.0 software was used to analyze data. Results 1) The experiment group had no significant difference with the control group in terms of the overall score and the scores of various children ages. 2) The scores of every item had no significant difference in CL, CP, CLP subgroup (P>0.05). 3) The quality of life scores and scores of psychological function dimension and social function dimension of parents with 3-6 years old patients were obviously lower than those of parents with more than 6 years old patients (P<0.05). The scores of social function dimension of parents with 0-1, 1-3, 3-6 years old patients were obviously lower than those of parents with more than 6 years old patients (P<0.05). The other items had no significant difference. 4) The scores of material life dimension and social function dimension of parents with junior college degree or above were higher than those of parents with junior middle school degree and the following (P<0.05). The scores of social function dimension of parents with high school and technical secondary school degree were higher than those of parents with junior middle school degree and the following (P<0.05). Conclusion No difference was observed in the quality of life between cleft lip and/or palate children's parents and normal group. Objective To analyze the value of mini-open approach beside costodiaphragmatic recess in thoracolumbar spine surgery. Methods This approach was applied in 31 anterior thoracolumbar spine surgeries, including 22 men and 9 women, with a mean age of 41 years old (range, 26-58 yrs). The diagnosis were burst fractures in 27 cases (T12 level in 12 cases and L1 level in 15 cases) and disc herniations with osteochondrosis in 4 cases. An antero-lateral 10-15 (average is 12) cm incision was performed, then the 11th rib was resected and the extraperitoneal space below diaphragma was disconnected. The pleura fold was identified beneath the rib bed, so the gap beside the costdiaphragmatic recess was entered through an in- cision beyond the fold. The diaphragm and medial arcuate ligament were clipped and vertebral body from T11 to L2 were ex- posed. Results The lateral side of T11 to L2 vertebral body was sufficiently exposed in all the 31 patients. In 26 patients, the pleura fold was beyond the bed of the 11th rib, so the 11th intercostals vessel and nerve were exposed and protected, and the costodiaphragmatic recess was reached through the superior border of the 12th rib. Laceration of pleura occurred in 4 cases af- ter it was sutured, but the extra-pleura approach could still be used after repairing without invading into thorax. Fixation and fusion were performed from T11 to L2. Complications include intercostals nerve pain were seen in 3 cases, which resolved with conservative treatment. Conclusion The mini-open approach beside costodiaphragmatic recess can be used in anterior thoraclumbar spine surgery with sufficient explosion and minimum injury in which thoracic cavity. Pedicle screw fixation is biomechanically most reliable for reconstruction of the cervical spine, which can effectively restore cervical sagittal profiles, provide rigid fixation and higher fusion rate. Because of the large individual differences in cervical pedicle, vertebral artery and nerve root, preoperative evaluation should be individualized. Cervical pedicle screw techniques include freehand technique and the computer-assisted navigation technology developed recently. Although complications associated with cervical pedicle screw fixation cannot be completely obviated, they can be minimized by combination of sufficient preoperative imaging studies of the pedicles and meticulous surgical techniques of screw placement. Cervical pedicle screw fixation techniques have been used in the treatment of various cervical disorders, with fewer complications and good clinical efficacy, and a wide range of clinical applications. At present, the extension tube of the ventilator, a long corrugated tube used in clinical practice, needs to be disconnected from the endotracheal tube when performing open sputum suction. Under positive pressure, the condensed water containing pathogenic microorganisms in the ventilator will be splashed. Some will form aerosol suspended in the air, pollute the air, increase the risk of cross-infection and operator pollution, while the ventilator will emit a corresponding alarm sound, resulting in noise pollution. Based on the above factors, a ventilator pipeline extension tube was designed by the medical staff of department of critical care medicine of the Eighth Medical Center of People's Liberation Army General Hospital and department of critical care medicine of Beijing Friendship Hospital of Capital Medical University, and was obtained the National Utility Model Patent of China (ZL 2020 2 1476518.X). The device consists of the main pipe, first pipe sleeve, second pipe sleeve, valve body, joystick, axial sleeve, etc., which can not only effectively avoid air pollution and reduce the risk of cross-infection, but also reduce noise pollution and the negative impact of loud noise on patients and medical staff.

Ventilators are currently the most commonly used auxiliary mechanical ventilation equipment in clinical practice, and play an important role in the treatment of hypoxemia. Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) is a special type of pulmonary parenchymal inflammation of nosocomial infection in patients with mechanical ventilation, which leads the increase of mortality and affects the prognosis of patients. The non-standard management of ventilator pipeline joints and the aerosol formed by bacterial condensate splashed from ventilator pipeline pollute the air, resulting in cross infection, which are the important reasons for VAP. The existing ventilator pipeline joint cap can achieve the effect of preventing pollution, but the clinical application compliance is not high. Based on the above factors, teachers, students and medical staff of the School of Public Health and Management, Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine and other units have designed a device for preventing pollution and air pollution of the ventilator pipeline joint, and obtained the national utility model patent of China (ZL 2020 2 1361981.X). The device is composed of a model lung, a mask body, a suspension part and a beam mouth part, etc. The use method is simple, and can be applied to the pollution avoidance of invasive ventilator and non-invasive ventilator pipeline joints, to reduce the occurrence of VAP in patients and the occupational exposure of medical staff.

Objective To investigate the regulating function of tormentic acid (TA) on the NF-κB signaling pathway and analyze its effect on proliferation and apoptosis of LX-2 human hepatic stellate cells and its mechanism. Methods The cultured LX-2 cells were randomized into normal control group, platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) stimulated group (20 ng/mL), PDTC group (20 ng/mL of PDGF-BB combined with 10 mmol/L of PDTC), and TA treated groups (20 ng/mL of PDGF-BB combined with 35, 25, 15 μmol/L of TA). The effects of TA on cell proliferation were detected by MTT assay. The activities of ASL, ALT, and TBIL were detected by using commercially available kits. Cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry. The mRNA of NF-κB p65 was detected by real-time quantitative PCR; and the protein expressions of NF-κB p65, phosphorylated NF-κB p65(p-NF-κB p65), IκBα, α-SMA, TGF-β, Bcl2, and Bax were detected by Western blot. Results Compared with PDGF-BB, TA significantly inhibited the activation and proliferation of LX-2 cells, and decreased the protein expressions of α-SMA and TGF-β. TA treatment reduced the levels of ASL, ALT, and TBIL in the cells and the cellular damage. TA significantly induced LX-2 cells apoptosis by down-regulating the expression of the anti-apoptotic protein Bcl2 and up-regulating the expression of the pro-apoptotic protein Bax. In addition, TA markedly inhibited the expressions of NF-κB p65 mRNA and protein, and the phosphorylation of NF-κB p65 and IκBα proteins. Conclusion TA inhibits proliferation and promotes apoptosis of LX-2 cells by blocking the NF-κB signaling pathway.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) guidelines emphasize that external chest compressions should be started as soon as possible when CPR is performed in patients with cardiac arrest. Moreover, those guidelines stress on fast and hard compressions to make the chest fully rebound and minimize non-pressing time. Current mechanical recovery device has several problems such as displacement of the pressing position, high price, difficult to move, and easy dislocation of piston. Because of the physical loss of high-intensity unarmed CPR, the depth and frequency of external chest compression will decrease with the extension of CPR time, leading to CPR failure. Besides, there are other problems caused by non-professional staff, such as the deviation of compression position, the inaccuracy of compression depth and the unsatisfactory rebound of the chest wall. Based on the above factors, the medical staff from the intensive care unit of the Eighth Medical Center of the Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital designed a portable external chest cardiac compressor based on international CPR guidelines which obtained the National Utility Model Patent of China (ZL 2018 2 1173254.3). The portable external chest cardiac compressor is composed of a positioning sucker, elastic body, mounting shell, and pressing components. Rapid and accurate compression positioning, visible compression depth and full chest rebound can be achieved. This device is mobile, easy to operate, and suitable for a broad crowd and various occasions.
