Objective To investigate the effect of induced defecation technique with deep colonic precision localization in patients with complex constipation. Methods Fifty-three patients with complex constipation who were admitted to and consulted by the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine Center from November 2021 to May 2022 were recruited as research subjects. All patients received induced defecation with deep colonic precision positioning, and intervention effect was analyzed, Results The colonic deep-precision positioning induced defecation technique was reported to significantly relieve abdominal discomfort, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, and other intestinal disorders in 53 individuals with complex constipation. After the intervention, the patients had defecation in 49 (92. 45%)cases and no defecation in 4 (7. 55%)cases; 51 (96. 23%) cases and no defecation in 2 (3. 77%)case after the intervention; abdominal symptoms improved in a total of 53 (100. 00%)cases. The Wexner constipation score of the patients after the intervention was significantly lower than that before the intervention (P＜0. 05). Conclusion On patients with difficult constipation, the approach of induced defecation with deep colonic precision positioning provided considerable therapeutic benefits and significantly alleviated their clinical symptoms. Objective To discuss the correlation between the extraction timing of mesiodens and the orthodontic treatment duration of its eruption-related complications in children to provide a reference for the clinic. Methods The mesiodentes of 187 children were classified as eruption type (typeⅠ), dental crown impacted type (type Ⅱ), interdental impacted type (type Ⅲ), and dental root impacted type (type Ⅳ). According to the timing of extraction, mesiodentes in typeⅠ, type Ⅲ, and type Ⅳ were divided into Groups A: before the eruption of the adjacent central incisor and B: after the eruption of the adjacent central incisor. Mesiodentes in type Ⅱ were divided into Group A: before the eruption of the contralateral central incisor and B: after the eruption of the contralateral central incisor. Eruption-related complications and orthodontic treatment durations caused by mesiodens were statistically analyzed. Results There were 106 cases of displacement, 28 cases of failed eruption, 27 cases of tooth rotation, and 26 cases of individual cross-bite among the eruption-related complications caused by mesiodens. The mean orthodontic treatment cycle in Group A of type Ⅰ (7.07 ± 2.45 month), Group A of type Ⅱ (6.57 ± 1.12 month), and Group A of type Ⅲ (6.95 ± 2.52 month) were lower than that in Group B of type Ⅰ (9.67 ± 3.04 month), Group B of type Ⅱ (10.25 ± 1.29 month), and Group B of type Ⅲ (9.33 ± 3.26 month), and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion In most cases, the mesiodens are removed before the eruption of the adjacent central incisor, which can reduce the duration of orthodontic treatment for eruption-related complications in children.

Power to gas (P2G) technology realizes the mutual coupling of electric energy and natural gas, and plays an important role in improving the economy of multi-energy system and reducing the carbon emissions of the system. In order to solve the problem that the oxygen produced by electrolyzed water in the process of P2G conversion can not be fully utilized, A multi-energy system optimal scheduling model is proposed based on the joint operation of P2G and oxygen enriched combustion power plants. Firstly, the P2G process is divided into power to hydrogen process and methanation process. The oxygen generated in the power to hydrogen process is delivered to oxygen enriched combustion power plant for use. Then, the CO2 captured by the oxygen enriched combustion power plant and the hydrogen generated during the power to hydrogen conversion process are used as the raw materials for the methanation reaction, and the natural gas generated is supplied to the gas turbine unit for use, so as to realize the full utilization of resources. Secondly, the joint operation model of P2G and oxygen enriched combustion power plants is introduced into the multi-energy system, and a low carbon multi-energy system architecture based on the joint P2G and oxygen enriched combustion power plants is built. Finally, a low-carbon economic scheduling model with the goal of minimizing the operating cost of the multi-energy system is established and verified by setting up a scenario comparison. The simulation results show that the proposed model effectively reduces the system cost and carbon emissions.

Thromboembolic diseases, which comprise venous thromboembolic diseases and arterial thromboembolic diseases, have become the number one cause of death worldwide. To prevent or treat thrombosis, patients with thromboembolic diseases need to take antithrombotic drugs, which would increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. Tooth extraction is the most common operation in oral and maxillofacial surgery clinics. Although patients given oral an-tithrombotic drugs do not need to undergo drug withdrawal, the perioperative management of such patients remains confusing to most clinicians. Moreover, the potential risk factors for bleeding warrant further study. To improve the clinicians' knowledge of perioperative management for patients subjected to tooth extractions with oral antithrombotic drugs, experts have drafted this consensus focusing on preoperative bleeding risk assessment, intraoperative operating norms, and postoperative care to summarize the points needing attention. With the access of a large number of devices in the network, the environment in the network is becoming more and more complex and diversified. The traditional software-defined network (SDN)routing algorithm does not consider the environmental factors in the network when it finds the way. If these factors are not considered, the real- time status awareness of network nodes cannot be better realized, then users cannot have a better network experience. In response to this problem, combined with network environment information, an intelligent routing algorithm based on SDN network environment awareness is proposed. This algorithm divides two-dimensionally in time, integrates the attribute information of nodes, calculates the probability of encounter between nodes, and then predicts through BP neural network, and finally selects a suitable relay node to complete the data transmission. During the recent decade, the advanced medical technology has brought the rapid development in the dentoalveolar surgery, and the medical concepts o f humanity, painless, minimally invasive, safe and comfortable are gradually accepted by the patients and doctors. M any advanced techniques and equipments have been used in the dentoalveolar surgery. This paper would like to make a review on the clinical application and experience o f the advanced medical technologies in the tooth extraction, such as the general anaesthetic technique, the nitrous oxide sedative technique, the com puter-controlled local anesthesia delivery devices, the electrocardiogram montior, the location of embedded tooth by cone beam CT and minimally invasive surgical technique. Additionally, in this paper we also described the indication, contraindication, advantages and operating essentials o f the orthodontic traction technique, ultrasonic bone surgery (piezosurgery) device and the surgery technology for alveolar bone shape and functional preservation in the extraction o f tooth. Cemento-ossifying fibroma (COF) is a mesenchymal benign odontogenic tumor, which may lead to impacted or ectopic permanent teeth. Autotransplantation of teeth is a surgical process, in which a tooth is transplanted from one position to another in the same individual. This method can effectively restore the patient's mastication and aesthetics and is feasible in replacing missing teeth. This study reports a case of simultaneous COF resection combined with heterotopic canine autotransplantation to repair dentition defect, which effectively promotes the restoration of bone continuity and stability and achieves immediate and long-term aesthetic function requirements.

Objective To explore the effects of trimetazidine (TMZ) on the foam cell formation and its underlying mechanism in oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL)-induced macrophages. Methods RAW264.7 cells were stimulated with ox-LDL to establish a foam cell model derived from macrophages. In the experiment, the foam cells were divided into control group (medium), model group (ox-LDL 60 μg/mL), chloroquine (CQ) group (ox-LDL 60 μg/mL combined with CQ 10 mmol/L) and TMZ group (ox-LDL 60 μg/mL combined with TMZ 80 μmol/L, CQ 10 mmol/L). The formation of foam cells was measured by oil red O staining. The levels of total cholesterol (TC) and free cholesterol (FC) in the foam cells were detected using ELISA. Autophagy was observed using MDC staining. Picogreen staining and quantitative fluorescence were performed to detect the formation of macrophage extracellular traps (MET). Then, the mRNA expression of LC3B, P62, inflammasome (NLRP3, ASC, caspase-1) and cholesterol efflux-related genes (ABCA1, ABCG1) were examined by real-time quantitative PCR. Results Compared with the model group, the expression of LC3B mRNA increased significantly, and P62 expression decreased in TMZ combined with CQ group. Meanwhile, the levels of TC, FC, CE/TC, and the expression of NLRP3, ASC, caspase-1 in TMZ combined with CQ group were reduced obviously. Furthermore, the formation of MET in TMZ combined with CQ group was promoted. However, the CQ group showed the opposite results. Conclusion Trimetazidine promotes cholesterol efflux in foam cells via activating autophagy and increasing the formation of MET, as well as inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome.

Objective: To investigate the effects of pseudolaric acid B (PLAB) on the inflammatory response and M1 phenotype polarization in RAW264.7 cells induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and the related mechanisms., Methods: The inflammatory model in vitro was made using RAW264.7 cells stimulated by LPS, and then was treated with 0.5 μmol/L PLAB and 1 μmol/L GW9662, a peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ (PPARγ) antagonist. The cell cycle was tested by flow cytometry. The mRNA expressions of PPARγ and M1 phenotype markers interleukin 1β (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) were measured by real-time PCR. The expression levels of signal molecules involved in nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signal pathway were detected by Western blotting., Results: PLAB markedly decreased the expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α mRNAs induced by LPS and increased PPARγ mRNA level. Moreover, the expressions of NF-κB p65, pNF-κB p65, IKKα, IKKβ, pIKKα/β, IκBα and pIκBα decreased in PLAB-treated cells. Meanwhile, RAW264.7 cells were arrested in G0 and G2 phase after the treatment with PLAB. However, the effects of PLAB on RAW264.7 cells could be reversed by GW9662 obviously., Conclusion: PLAB could inhibit the inflammatory response and M1 phenotype polarization in RAW264.7 cells induced by LPS via modulating cell cycle and NF-κB/PPARγ signal pathway.

Objective: To evaluate a novel method for in vitro generation and degradation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), which are a newly recognized structure that is involved in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases and thrombosis., Methods: Neutrophils from peripheral blood of healthy donors were obtained by Ficoll-Histopaque gradient separation. NET release was initiated by phorbol myristate acetate (PMA) and validated by immunofluorescence staining and agarose gel electrophoresis. NETs degraded by DNase I and healthy human plasma were quantified by fluorescence spectrometry after staining with PicoGreen., Results: HE staining showed that the purity of neutrophils was up to 95% after Ficoll-Histopaque gradient separation. NET immunofluorescent staining revealed that the network structure was mainly composed of DNA and histones, with molecular length more than 10 kb as demonstrated by agarose gel electrophoresis. Moreover, both DNase and healthy human plasma could induce the degradation of NETs, in varying degrees., Conclusion: This work established an efficient method for in vitro generation and degradation of human NETs.

Objective: To compare the coverage rate of the hypoglycemic agents base on 2009 and 2012 versions of the national essential medicine list among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in Beijing communities., Methods: A total of 900 patients with T2DM were enrolled in the study from four community health service centers in Beijing and followed up for one year. The following data were collected and analyzed, including patients characteristics, the proportion of patients with glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) less than 7% and the coverage rate of the hypoglycemic agents., Results: (1) The coverage rate of using the hypoglycemic agents in 2012 version of the national essential medicine list was significantly higher than that in 2009 version (91.4% vs 42.9%, χ(2) = 481.09, P < 0.05). The coverage rates of the seven hypoglycemic agents in national essential medicine list were significantly different (χ(2) = 1519.65, P < 0.05) . The coverage rates of acarbose (48.9%), metformin(40.7%) and human insulin (31.1%) were higher than those of glimepiride (9.4%), glipizide (3.0%), glibenclamide (0.6%) and animal insulin (0.2%). (2) After one year follow-up, the proportion of the patients with HbA1c less than 7% was higher than that at the baseline(53.6% vs 32.3%, χ(2) = 77.26, P < 0.05). The coverage rate of using the hypoglycemic agents in 2012 version of the national essential medicine list was significantly higher than that in 2009 version (85.5% vs 37.4%, χ(2) = 376.367, P < 0.05). The coverage rates of acarbose (49.7%), metformin (36.3%) and insulin (30.4%) were still higher than those of glimepiride (6.3%), glipizide (2.2%) , glibenclamide (0.4%) and animal insulin(0.0%)., Conclusion: The hypoglycemic agents in 2012 version of the national essential medicine list could meet the current need of the type 2 diabetes patients in Beijing communities better than those in 2009 version.

Objective: To report 4 methods of reconstructing soft tissue defects in oral and maxillofacial regions after tumors resection using cervical pedicle tissue flaps., Methods: One hundred seventy-two soft tissue defects were repaired with cervical myocutaneous flaps after resection of oral and facial cancer (165 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 7 cases of salivary carcinoma). The clinical stage of the tumors was stage I in 21 cases, stage II in 116 cases and stage III in 35 cases. Primary sites of the lesions were the tongue (59 cases), buccal mucosa (55 cases), lower gingiva (26 cases), floor of the mouth (25 cases), parotid gland (4 cases) and oropharynx (3 cases). Infrahyoid myocutaneous flaps were used in 60 cases, platysma flaps in 45 cases, sternocleidomastoid flaps in 59 cases and submental island flaps in 8 cases. The sizes of skin paddle ranged from 2.5 cm x 5.0 cm to 5.0 cm x 8.0 cm., Results: Among 153 survival flaps, there were 55 infrahyoid myocutaneous flaps, 40 platysma flaps, 52 sternocleidomastoid flaps and 6 submental island flaps. There were 11 cases of total flap necrosis and 8 cases of partial flap necrosis. The success rates were 91.67% (55/60) for infrahyoid myocutaneous flap, 88.89% (40/45) for platysma flap, 88.14% (52/59) for sternocleidomastoid flap and 75% (6/8) for submental island flap. After a follow-up of 3 11 years (5.7 years on average) among 101 cases local recurrence in 18 cases, cervical recurrence in 4 cases, distance metastasis in 2 cases. The survival rate at 3 years were 83.17% (84/101)., Conclusion: Cervical pedicle tissue flaps have clinical value in reconstruction of small and medium-sized soft tissue defects after resection of oral and maxillofacial tumors.
