Sludge viscosity expansion has always been a difficulty in the operation control of A2O process. The sludge viscosity expansion problem occurred in a sewage treatment plant in Zhengzhou City, resulting in poor sludge settling performance with SVI gradually increasing to about 240 mL/g and the mud level of the secondary sedimentation tank continuing to rise. The reasons of sludge swelling were analyzed from the aspects of inlet water quality, water temperature, aeration rate and scum. And then some measures such as adjusting the residual sludge discharge, sludge age, dissolved oxygen value, reflux ratio, hydraulic residence time were timely adopted, so that the sludge bulking problem was alleviated to a certain extent. In order to eliminate the floating mud in the biological tank, 40 mg/L cationic polymer flocculant was added to the distribution well of the secondary sedimentation tank. After a period of time, the sedimentation performance of the sludge was obviously improved with the SVI gradually decreasing to the normal level of about 120 mL/g, indicating that the problem of sludge viscosity swelling and eliminated the floating mud in the biological tank was solved. It provides a way to solve the viscous swelling of sludge.

Based on the self-polymerization reaction of dopamine (DA), a polydopamine (PDA) film was formed on the surface of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and glassy carbon electrode (GCE), which could result in uniform dispersion of AgNPs on the surface of GCE. As a result, PDA@AgNPs/GCE modified electrode was obtained. The self-polymerization time of DA and the electrochemical test method and conditions for chlorpromazine were investigated and optimized to establish a rapid method for the detection of chlorpromazine based on square wave voltammetry. The modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Under the optimal conditions, the oxidation peak current of chlorpromazine on PDA@AgNPs/GCE had a good linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 5.0 × 10-8–1.0 × 10-5 mol/L (R2 = 0.991). The detection limit (RSN = 3) was 1.7 × 10-8 mol/L. The recoveries of chlorpromazine in spiked pork, chicken and beef samples were 84.9%–88.8%, 79.8%–93.8% and 80.6%–93.9%, respectively. The instrument used in the method was light and portable, and the preparation method of the modified electrode was simple, easy, cheap, and convenient for batch preparation of modified electrodes, and could be used for the rapid detection of chlorpromazine in livestock and poultry meat.

Non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA) can improve spectrum efficiency and support massive connectivity by the use of resources in non-orthogonal way, which is expected to become one of the key technologies of 5G. Considering the situation that the base station(BS) is equipped with multiple antennas，this paper proposes a compressive sensing(CS) based sparsity adaptive matching pursuit hard fusion algorithm(SAMP-HFA) to realize multi-user detection(MUD) for uplink grant-free single-input multiple-output non-orthogonal multiple access(SIMO-NOMA) systems where the number of active user is unknown. The proposed algorithm consists of three steps. Firstly, it detects the user activity information by conventional SAMP algorithm at each antenna, and then amalgamates the detected user activity information to obtain a common active user set. Finally, the users′ data can be detected by the obtained active user set. The results show that the proposed SAMP-HFA demonstrates significant performance gain in terms of bit error rate(BER) with the number of antennas increases.

After more than ten years of development, organic inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells have become candidate devices with great industrialization prospects in the photovoltaic yield. However, the perovskite solar cells based hard substrate are heavy and not easy to carry, and the flexible perovskite so' cells can be well used in various portable wearable electronic products, with good development prospects. In this work, flexible TiO2 Nano rods were prepared on traditional hard substrates by electrospinning, and the effect of Lexie TiO2 Nano rods on the intrinsic properties of was studied. The surface roughness, morphology, structure and spectral performance of flexing TiO2 Nano rods on perovskite thin films were studied by using advanced defect evaluation microsystem, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, ultravioletviribie spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrometer, respectively. The results show that the perovskite thin films based on flexing TiO2 Nano rods have good spectral absorption and electron extraction cape- blitzes. This has certain guiding significance for the large-scale promotion and commercial application of flexible proves- kite photovoltaic devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The occurrence of laboratory safety accidents poses a great threat to the life and property safety of scientific researchers. Establishing a dual prevention mechanism from safety risk hierarchical control and hidden danger investigation and management can effectively curb the occurrence of accidents. This paper elaborates on the principle and significance of the dual prevention mechanism, combined with the actual situation of laboratory safety management in universities, and introduces the process of hazard identification and assessment, safety risk classification and hierarchical control, hidden danger investigation and management in the process of building the dual prevention mechanism, and discusses the key links such as the establishment and improvement of the responsibility system, priority of the risk control, implementation of hidden danger investigation and management, and continuous improvement. Objective To evaluate the toxicology of targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 chimeric antigen receptor T (HER2-CAR-T) cells and to provide a safety basis for the clinical evaluation of HER2-CAR-T cell therapy. Methods The recombinant lentiviral vector was used to generate HER2-CAR-T cells. Soft agar colony formation assay was used to observe the colony formation of HER2-CAR-T cells, and the colony formation rate was statistically analyzed. The HER2-CAR-T cell suspension was co-incubated with rabbit red blood cell suspension, and the hemolysis of red blood cells was evaluated by direct observation and microplate reader detection. The HER2-CAR-T cell preparation was injected into the ear vein of male New Zealand rabbits, and the stimulating effect of HER2-CAR-T cells on the blood vessels of the animals was observed by staining of tissue sections. The vesicular stomatitis virus envelope glycoprotein (VSV-G) gene of pMD 2.G vector was used as the target sequence, and the safety of the lentiviral vector was verified by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The heart, liver, lung, and kidney of mice receiving HER2-CAR-T cell infusion were collected, and the lesions were observed by HE staining. Results The HER2-CAR-T cells were successfully prepared. These cells did not exhibit soft agar colony formation ability in vitro, and the HER2-CAR-T cell preparation did not cause hemolysis in New Zealand rabbit red blood cells. After the infusion of HER2-CAR-T cells into the ear vein of New Zealand rabbits, no obvious vascular stimulation response was found, and no specific amplification of VSV-G was detected. No obvious lesions were found in the heart, liver, lung and kidney tissues of the treatment group. Conclusion The prepared HER2-CAR-T cells have reliable safety.

Objective: To investigate the application of personal health record (PHR) and chronic disease management platform established on the basis of patient portal system (PPS) in managing older adults with coronary heart disease and to examine the effect on patients' self-care ability, coping mode, and quality of life., Methods: A total of 532 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were included in the study. All the participants enrolled were admitted to a tertiary-care hospital between January 2019 and June 2021. They were randomly assigned to the study group (269 cases) and the control group (263 cases). Patients in the control group were discharged with the routine discharge procedures and received the routine follow-up care. On the other hand, patients in the study group were discharged and followed up through the PHR and chronic disease management platform established on the basis of PPS. After 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of patient management, the Exercise of Self-Care Agency (ESCA) Scale, Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) and Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ) were used to evaluate the patients' self-care ability, coping mode, and quality of life, respectively. The patient management effects of the two groups were analyzed., Results: Before the management programs started, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores for the scales between the two groups of patients. After 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of patient management, the ESCA scores of both groups were higher than those before patient management started ( P <0.05). Facing scores in the MCMQ of both groups were higher than those before patient management started ( P <0.05), while the scores for avoidance and yielding were lower than those before patient management started ( P <0.05). The SAQ scores of both groups were higher than those before patient management started ( P <0.05). After 6 months, 12 months and 18 months of patient management, the ESCA scores of the study group were always higher compared with those of the control group ( P <0.05). The facing score of the study group was higher, while the scores for avoidance and yielding were lower compared with those of the control group ( P <0.05). The SAQ scores of the study group were higher compared with those of the control group ( P <0.05). The medication compliance rate in the study group (83.27%) was higher than that in the control group (69.96%) ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the study group (4.09%) was lower than that in the control group (10.27%) ( P <0.05). The average times of emergency treatment and readmission in the study group were lower compared with those of the control group ( P <0.05). The patient satisfaction score of the study group was higher compared with that of the control group ( P <0.05)., Conclusion: The PHR and chronic disease management platform established on the basis of PPS can increase the convenient access to medical care among elderly patients with coronary heart disease, which is conducive to improving their self-care ability, coping mode, and quality of life. Objective To investigate a convenient and quantitative solution to activation levels and functional characterization of CAR-T cells by inserting T cell activity-responsive promoter (TARP) nanoluciferase reporter gene system into a lentiviral plasmid containing the gene encoding the chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). Methods The recombinant plasmid was constructed by using whole gene synthesis and molecular cloning techniques. The lentivirus was packaged and was infected with human primary T lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was used to detected the positive rate of lentivirus-infected T cells. The functional characterization of CAR-T cells was identified by luciferase reporter gene system, Western blot, flow cytometry, and small animal live imaging techniques. Results The results of enzyme digestion identification and the plasmid sequencing showed that the recombinant plasmids were constructed, and flow cytometry displayed the normal preparation of CAR-T cells. This system could dynamically respond to the activation of CAR-T cells by luciferase reporter gene system. The functional assay in vitro confirmed that the system could reflect the exhaustion of CAR-T cells, and the small animal live imaging results demonstrated that the system can be used as a tracer of CAR-T cells in mice. Conclusion TARP nanoluciferase reporter gene system provides a more convenient, sensitive and quantitative method for evaluating CAR-T cells activation level, exhaustion phenotype and tracing.

Objective: To analyse the epidemiological feature, clinical characters and therapeutic regimens for von Willebrand disease(VWD)., Methods: The clinical data and laboratory tests results of 162 VWD patients in our center were analyzed., Results: There were 76 males and 86 female among these patients with the mean age of 7.2(2.0-41.0) and 20.7(5.0-48.0) years, respectively. 86 patients (53.1%) were identified to be type 1 VWD, 34 patients (21.0%) type 3 VWD and 42 patients (25.9%) type 2 VWD. Among type 2 VWD patients, 33 patients were type 2A, 4 patients type 2M, 5 patients type 2B. Eighty-seven patients (53.7%) had a definite family history of bleeding tendency. The most common and specific bleeding symptoms were easy bruising (61.7%), epistaxis (53.7%), prolonged bleeding after surgery or minor injury (53.1%). Menorrhagia (66.3%) was common in female patients. The analysis of Vicenza bleeding scores in all patients showed that only 56(34.6%) patients had abnormal bleeding scores. FVIII/VWF concentrates and cryoprecipitate were applied to 45 patients (27.8% ), Desmopressin (DDAVP) to 8 patients. Eight female patients need oral contraceptives jointly to control menorrhagia. Hysterectomy had to be performed in 2 female patients with VWD., Conclusion: VWD was a common congenital bleeding disorder with heterogeneous characters, it was necessary to screen, identify, classify accurately this disease in order to supply to effectively individualized treatment.

Objective: A novel method of Nano-Immunomagnetic Separation (Nano-IMS) plus Real-time PCR was established for detecting Vibrio cholerae., Methods: The Nano-Immunomagnetic Beads were created by using the monoclonal antibody of Vibrio cholerae, which was named Nano-IMB-Vc. Nano-IMB-Vc has specific adsorption of Vibrio cholerae, combined with Real-time PCR technology, a method for rapid detection of Vibrio cholerae was established. The capture specificity of Nano-IMB-Vc was tested by using 15 bacteria strains. The specificity of Real-time PCR method was tested by using 102 targets and 101 non-targets bacteria strains. The sensitivity of Nano-IMS plus Real-time PCR were tested in pure culture and in artificial samples and compared with NMKL No.156., Results: The capture ratio of Nano-IMB-Vc was reached 70.2% at the level of 10(3) CFU/ml. In pure culture, the sensitivity of Nano-IMS plus Real-time PCR was reached at 5.4×10(2) CFU/ml. The specific of Real-time PCR method was tested by using 102 targets and 101 non-targets bacteria. The results showed that 102 strains of Vibrio cholerae test results were all positive, and the rest of the 101 strains of non-target bacteria test results were negative. No cross-reaction was founded. Add 1 CFU vibrio cholerae per 25 g sample, it could be detect with Nano-IMS plus Real-time PCR method after 8 hours enrichment., Conclusions: The Nano-IMS plus Real-time PCR method of Vibrio cholerae established in this study has good specificity and sensitivity, which could be applied to the rapid detection of Vibrio cholerae.
