In the pursuit of establishing a unified model for fine-grained access control and secure data communication within a distributed microservices architecture, a verifier-policy attributed-based signature (VP-ABS) scheme, augmented with attribute revocation and an authenticated key agreement protocol, was proposed. This scheme was underpinned by Type-3 pairing. In this scheme, signatures generated by signers were linked solely to a subset of the signer's attributes and were disassociated from the access policy. This decoupling allowed for the reusability of the signer's signature across multiple access policies. Additionally, an attribute-Hash filter algorithm was introduced to facilitate a direct attribute revocation mechanism within the proposed VP-ABS scheme. This mechanism was designed to prevent users from authenticating with expired attributes. To further secure data communication, a mutually authenticated key agreement protocol was also proposed. This protocol was secure within the framework of the extended Canetti-Krawczyk (eCK) model and was built upon the foundation of the VP-ABS scheme. A rigorous unforgeability proof for the VP-ABS scheme was provided. Ultimately, theoretical comparisons and simulation experiments conducted at a 128-bit advanced encryption standard (AES) security level demonstrated that the proposed attribute-based authentication and secure communication scheme outperforms other contemporary schemes in terms of efficiency.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of dexmedetomidine (DEX) on intestinal barrier in septic rats. Methods Rat model of sepsis was induced by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham operation group, sepsis group, conventional treatment group and DEX group. The survival rate, survival time and blood levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α and IL-1β), while the intestinal permeability, blood diamine oxidase (DAO) level, pathological morphology of intestinal tissue and polarization of local intestinal macrophages were observed in the rats of different groups. Mouse macrophage line RAW264.7 were divided into control group, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) group and DEX group. The effect of DEX on the polarization of macrophages stimulated by LPS was determined in the cells of 3 groups. Results Compared with the sham group, the septic rats had significantly lower survival rate and shorter survival time (P < 0.01), increased intestinal permeability and levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines (P < 0.01), serious intestinal injury (including intestinal villi atrophy and rupture, obvious infiltration of red blood cells and inflammatory cells), and enhanced iNOS expression in intestinal macrophages. Conventional treatment resulted in obviously longer survival time, but not significantly reduced intestinal permeability and pro-inflammatory cytokines, improved intestinal pathological structure, or expression of iNOS when compared with the rats in the sepsis group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). In vitro experimental results showed that LPS stimulation induced the macrophages polarized to M1 phenotype, increased production of iNOS and TNF-α release (P < 0.01). DEX treatment significantly decreased iNOS expression and TNF-α level when compared with the cells of the LPS group (P < 0.05). Conclusion DEX protects the intestinal barrier function and attenuates intestinal injury in septic rats, which may be associated with its inhibition of M1 phenotype macrophage and inflammatory response.

Since the emergence of Deep Neural Network (DNN), the development of target tracking technology has also made great progress. Most of the current research in the field of target tracking is focused on improving the accuracy and efficiency of the algorithm in a computing environment with sufficient computing power. There are relatively few target tracking algorithms in a resource-constrained environment. Therefore, it is essential to develop a tracking network that is still effective in resource-constrained environments. This article systematically sorts out the progress and design concepts of target tracking technology in resource-constrained environments in recent years. This paper introduces the overall workflow of the target tracking task, and makes a summary based on the focus of each tracking method. This paper also summarizes the existing data set in the target tracking task and the evaluation indicators that can be used for model evaluation to facilitate research. By using the methods of literature review, video observation, three--stage index analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper makes quantitative and qualitative analysis on the tactics of three players of the Japanese women's table tennis team, so as to put forward corresponding strategies to prepare the national women's table tennis team of China for the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020. The results show that Ito Meicheng's service has strong rotation, fast speed, and many changes in landing point. The connection of the third hoard is fast, which has a certain threat, but there are many mistakes. Receiving and serving skills are comprehensive and can be used flexibly in matches, but the stability is not good. Forehand and backhand are the main scoring techniques in stalemate. Katsumi Ishikawa has comprehensive technology, delicate feel and rich experience in competition, but due to her weak strength, the hitting scoring power is not effective. There are many changes in service, which can make it difficult for opponents to receive the service wheels. After service, the connection is relatively smooth, the batting is more reasonable, and there are fewer errors. Background: Preliminary researches conformed that neoadjuvant immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy had a significant short-term effect in resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but there were few clinical trials about neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy in China. We aimed to assess retrospectively the antitumour activity and safety of neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy for resectable stage Ib-IIIb NSCLC., Methods: Twenty patients who had been diagnosed as stage Ib-IIIb NSCLC and received chemoimmunotherapy as neoadjuvant treatment between November 2019 and December 2020, in Beijing Chest Hospital, Capital Medical University were recruited. These patients received neoadjuvant treatment for 21 days as a cycle and antitumour activity and safety were evaluated every two cycles., Results: Of 20 patients received neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy, 17 patients underwent surgical resection. 16 patients had R0 resection (no residual tumor resection) and 1 patient had R1 resection (microscopic residual tumor resection). Radiographic objective response rate (ORR) was 85.0% (4 complete response, 13 partial response). 5.0% (1/20) of patients had stable disease, and 10.0% (2/20) of patients had progression disease. The major pathologic response (MPR) was 47.1% (8/17), and complete pathologic response (CPR) was 29.4% (5/17). 1 case developed grade IV immune-related pneumonia (IRP) and 9 (45.0%) cases had grade III hematologic toxicity., Conclusions: Immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy has a better efficiency and tolerable adverse effects for patients with resectable NSCLC in stage Ib-IIIb.

Background: Progress has been made in research of lung cancer tumor markers in recent years,and these tumor markers have been used in clinical application. This study is to evaluate the regimens of six serum tumor markers in lung cancer diagnosis., Methods: The serum levels of the six tumor markers(NSE, pro-GRP, CYFRA21-1, SCC, p53 antibody and CA199) were detected in 80 healthy adults,170 patients with lung cancer and 80 patients with respiratory infection by ELISA., Results: The levels of the six tumor markers in patients with lung cancer were remarkably higher than those in healthy adults and patients with respiratory infection(P <0.01).The levels of the NSE,pro-GRP in patients with small cell lung cancer were significantly higher than those in other subtypes of the lung cancer(P <0.01);The levels of the CYFRA21-1,SCC in patients with squamous carcinoma was remarkably higher than that in other subtypes of the lung cancer(P <0.01).The sensitivity of the NSE,pro-GRP in diagnosing small cell lung cancer was remarkably higher than that in other subtypes of the lung cancer(P <0.01); The sensitivity of the CYFRA21-1, SCC in diagnosing squamous carcinoma was remarkably higher than that in other subtypes of the lung cancer(P <0.01).The sensitivity of the tumor markers combinations in diagnosing lung cancer was remarkably higher than that of the single marker (P <0.01)., Conclusions: Detection of the six tumor markers is helpful for diagnosis lung cancer. Combination of NSE and pro-GRP is more economic than other combinations in diagnosing small cell lung cancer; Combined CYFRA21-1,SCC is more economic than other combinations in diagnosing squamous carcinoma.

Background: Hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF), a novel growth factor, has a widely expression in many normal cells and tumor cells. It plays an important role in cell proliferation, differentiation and angiogenesis. It is considered as a promising marker for predicting the invasion, matastasis and prognosis of carcinomas in clinical researches. The aim of this study is to evaluate the expression of HDGF and its clinical implication in patients who undergone complete resection for stage I non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)., Methods: Immunohistochemical technology was applied to detect the expression of HDGF in 118 lung cancer tissues and 30 normal lung tissues as control., Results: HDGF staining was observed in nuclear as well as in cytoplasm. HDGF positively staining was seen in all patients, and remarkably higher than that in normal lung tissues (52.23±10.35 vs 156.73±70.95, P < 0.01). Expresson of HDGF was closely related to histological classification, but not to other clinicopathological factors, and the expression of HDGF in adenocarcinoma was much stronger than that in squamous cancers (P=0.001). Univariate analysis and multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that the patients with high HDGF expression had a shorter overall survival and HDGF was a significantly independent predictive factor for patients with stage I NSCLC (RR=1.011, P=0.002)., Conclusions: HDGF may be a promising predictive factor for stage I NSCLC, and the assessment of HDGF may provide new insight on carcinogenesis and development of stage I NSCLC .

Background: The latest studies have demonstrated that postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy may improve survival in patients with stage I non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), so it was a challenge for clinician to choose the patients who might benefit from adjuvant chemotherapy. The aim of this study is to evaluate the prognostic implications of angiogenesis and tumor blood vessel invasion (BVI) in stage I NSCLC patients who underwent complete resection., Methods: One hundred and eighteen stage I NSCLC patients undergoing complete resection from 1994-2002 were retrospectively reviewed. Angiogenesis was assessed by vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD), BVI was assessed by examining the direct invasion of tumor cells marked by CD34 within vessel lumen., Results: Low VEGF expression was seen in 44 patients (37.3%), high VEGF expression was in 74 patients (62.7%). The MVD of high VEGF expression cases was much higher than that of low VEGF expression ones (33.4±17.8 vs 24.7±14.8, P=0.010). There was a positive correlation between VEGF and MVD (r=0.216, P=0.019). The 5-year survival rate in patients with high VEGF expression was much lower than in those with low VEGF expression (36.48% vs 72.20%, P=0.003). The BVI was present in 32 patients (27.1%) and absent in 86 patients (72.9%). The 5-year survival rate in patients with presence of BVI was much lower than those with absence of BVI (34.38% vs 60.47%, P=0.018). Multivariate COX regression analysis showed that high VEGF expression and BVI were significantly independent predictive factors for overall survival. Finally, the presence of both risk factors, BVI and high VEGF expression was highly predictive of poor outcome (P= 0.001 )., Conclusions: Tumor vessel invasion and high VEGF expression are independent prognostic factors for overall survival of postoperative stage I NSCLC. The assessment of these factors may improve prognostic stratification for adjuvant therapy or a targeted and specific treatment in stage I NSCLC.
