Objective: The present study used the activation likelihood estimation to explore the neural mechanisms of exercise intervention on executive control, so as to provide the rationale of cognitive neuroseience for motor and brain science research, and scientific reference for promoting the healthy development of individual's body, mind and brain by means of exercise. Methods: Relevant studies were identified through a systematic database search for articles published on Web of Science, PubMed and CNKI with keywords. This search yielded 445 papers, 8 literatures were finally included according to the screening criteria, with a total of 343 participants. ALE value of 8 literatures was calculated through Ginger ALE 2.0 software to create the ALE map. Results: The results from the ALE analysis across 8 literatures demonstrated concordance in six main clusters: right Inferior frontal gyrus (BA9, Peak Foci52/14/26), left Inferior frontal gyms (BA47. Peak Foci -32/20/-8). right Inferior occipital gyrus (BA18, Peak Foci 34/-84/-14), right Precuneus (BA19, Peak Foci 28/-72/40; BA19, Peak Foci 22/-76/3S), right anterior Cingulate Gyms (BA32, Peak Foci 8/20/38). Conclusions: 1) The neuromechanism of exercise intervention on executive control is general, mainly in that exercise enhances the brain activity in the left inferior frontal gyms, right inferior frontal gyrus, right precuneus, right inferior occipital gyms, right anterior cingulate gyrus by exercise intervention. 2) The improvement of exercise on executive control rloes not result in the change of activation of a single brain region, but may he the cooperative change of multiple brain regions. For studying the effect of nitriding treatment on the microstructure and wear properties of HVOF sprayed Al1-xCoCrFeNiTix(x＝0，0.125，0.250) high-entropy alloy coatings，the HVOF technology was employed to prepare Al1-xCoCrFeNiTix(x＝0，0.125，0.250) highentropy alloy coating on 35CrMo steel substrate，which were further nitrided.The effects of nitriding treatment on the microstructure and wear properties of Al1-xCoCrFeNiTix(x＝0，0.125，0.250) high-entropy alloy coating prepared by HVOF were studied via characterization methods such as SEM，XRD，3D white light interferometer and EDS.Results showed that the high-entropy alloy coating of Al1-xCoCrFeNiTix(x＝0，0.125，0.250) after nitriding treatment had a dense microstructure with a typical thermal spray coating-like structure.The coating thickness was about 300～350 μm，the nitriding layer thickness was about 10 μm，and the nitriding layer phase structure was FCC phase and AlN，CrN and other nitriding phases.Meanwhile，the microhardness of the nitriding layer was 981 HV2N(x＝0)，1 090 HV2N(x＝0.125) and 1 194 HV2N(x＝0.250)，respectively，which was significantly improved compared with the microhardness of 479 HV2N(x＝0)，506 HV2N(x＝0.125) and 548 HV2N(x＝0.250) of the unnitrided high-entropy alloy coating.With the increase of Ti content，the wear resistance of the nitriding layer increased，and Al0.750CoCrFeNiTi0.250nitriding layer possessed the best wear resistance [(2.17×10-6mm3/(N·m)].Besides，the wear failure mechanism of Al1-xCoCrFeNiTix(x＝0，0.125，0.250) nitriding layer was mainly abrasive wear，oxidation wear and adhesive wear.

Objective: To explore the current situation and influencing factors of quality of life of septic patients in intensive care unit (ICU) after discharge, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical early psychological intervention and continuity of care., Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted. The septic patients who were hospitalized in the department of critical care medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University and discharged with improvement from January 1 to December 31, 2022 were selected as the research objects. The demographic information, basic diseases, infection site, vital signs at ICU admission, severity scores of the condition within 24 hours after ICU admission, various biochemical indexes, treatment process, and prognostic indexes of all the patients were recorded. All patients were assessed by questionnaire at 3 months of discharge using the 36-item short-form health survey scale (SF-36 scale), the activities of daily living scale (ADL scale), and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA scale). Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the quality of life of septic patients after discharge from the hospital., Results: A total of 200 septic patients were discharged with improvement and followed up at 3 months of discharge, of which 150 completed the questionnaire. Of the 150 patients, 57 had sepsis and 93 had septic shock. The total SF-36 scale score of septic patients at 3 months of discharge was 81.4±23.0, and the scores of dimensions were, in descending order, role-emotional (83.4±23.0), mental health (82.9±23.6), bodily pain (82.8±23.3), vitality (81.6±23.2), physical function (81.4±23.5), general health (81.1±23.3), role-physical (79.5±27.0), and social function (78.8±25.2). There was no statistically significant difference in the total SF-36 scale score between the patients with sepsis and septic shock (82.6±22.0 vs. 80.7±23.6, P > 0.05). Incorporating the statistically significant indicators from linear univariate analysis into multiple linear regression analysis, and the results showed that the factors influencing the quality of life of septic patients at 3 months after discharge included ADL scale score at 3 months after discharge [β= 0.741, 95% confidence interval (95%CI) was 0.606 to 0.791, P < 0.001], length of ICU stay (β= -0.209, 95%CI was -0.733 to -0.208, P = 0.001), duration of mechanical ventilation (β= 0.147, 95%CI was 0.122 to 0.978, P = 0.012), total dosage of norepinephrine (β= -0.111, 95%CI was -0.044 to -0.002, P = 0.028), mean arterial pressure (MAP) at ICU admission (β= -0.102, 95%CI was -0.203 to -0.007, P = 0.036) and body weight (β= 0.097, 95%CI was 0.005 to 0.345, P = 0.044)., Conclusions: The quality of life of patients with sepsis at 3 months after discharge is at a moderately high level. The influencing factors of the quality of life of patients with sepsis at 3 months after discharge include the ADL scale score at 3 months after discharge, the length of ICU stay, the duration of mechanical ventilation, the total dosage of norepinephrine, MAP at ICU admission and body weight, and healthcare professionals should enhance the treatment and care of the patients during their hospitalization based on the above influencing factors, and pay attention to early psychological intervention and continued care for such patients.

Objective: To explore the value of lactic acid (Lac), procalcitonin (PCT), sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II (APACHE II) score in assessing the severity and predicting the prognosis in sepsis shock., Methods: A retrospectively study was conducted. Patients with septic shock hospitalized in the department of critical care medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from April 2015 to June 2019 were enrrolled. The patient's gender, age, body mass index (BMI), infection site, organ dysfunction status; Lac, PCT, C-reactive protein (CRP), heart rate and body temperature immediately after admission to the intensive care unit (ICU); APACHE II and SOFA scores within 24 hours, and 28-day prognosis were collected. According to the 28-day prognosis, the patients with septic shock were divided into the survival group and the death group, and the differences in the indicators between the groups were compared. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the risk factors of 28-day death in patients with septic shock; receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) was used to analyze the value of Lac, PCT, SOFA, APACHE II, and age in predicting the 28-day prognosis of patients with septic shock., Results: A total of 303 septic shock patients were enrolled, of which 124 cases survived and 179 died on the 28th day, and the 28-day mortality was 59.08%. (1) Compared with the survival group, patients in the death group were older (years old: 66.58±15.22 vs. 61.15±15.68), APACHE II, SOFA, proportion of lung infections, Lac increased [APACHE II score: 22.79±7.62 vs. 17.98±6.88, SOFA score: 9.42±3.51 vs. 5.65±1.59, proportion of lung infections: 53.63% (96/179) vs. 39.52% (49/124), Lac (mmol/L): 5.10±3.72 vs. 3.71±2.56], oxygenation index (PaO 2 /FiO 2 ) and ICU body temperature decreased [PaO 2 /FiO 2 (mmHg, 1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa): 198.94±80.15 vs. 220.68±72.06, ICU body temperature (centigrade): 37.47±1.08 vs. 37.80±1.14], and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). (2) Multivariate Logistic regression analysis results: after adjusted for potential confounding factors, APACHE II, PCT, Lac, age and SOFA were independent risk factors for death in patients with septic shock [APACHE II: odds ratio (OR) =1.05, 95% confidence interval (95%CI) was 1.01-1.10, P = 0.039; PCT: OR = 0.99, 95%CI was 0.98-1.00, P =0.012; Lac: OR = 1.23, 95%CI was 1.08-1.40, P = 0.002; age: OR = 1.03, 95%CI was 1.01-1.05, P = 0.009; SOFA score: OR =1.88, 95%CI was 1.59-2.22, P < 0.001]. (3) ROC curve analysis showed that APACHE II, Lac, age and SOFA could predict the prognosis of patients with septic shock [APACHE II: the area under the ROC curve (AUC) = 0.682 4, 95%CI was 0.621 7-0.743 1, P = 0.000; when the best cut-off value was 18.500, its sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 72.63%, 54.84%, 69.89%, 58.12%, 1.608 1 and 0.499 2, respectively. Lac: AUC = 0.604 5, 95%CI was 0.540 8-0.668 2, P = 0.002; when the best cut-off value was 3.550 mmol/L, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 50.84%, 73.39%, 73.39%, 50.94%, 1.910 3 and 0.669 9, respectively. Age: AUC = 0.599 1, 95%CI was 0.535 4-0.662 7, P = 0.003; when the best cut-off value was 72.500 years old, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 42.46%, 75.00%, 71.03%, 47.45%, 1.698 3 and 0.767 2, respectively. SOFA: AUC = 0.822 3, 95%CI was 0.776 7-0.867 9, P = 0.000; when the best cut-off value was 7.500, its sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were 68.72%, 87.90%, 89.13%, 66.06%, 5.680 4, 0.355 9 respectively]. The combined prediction had a good sensitivity (72.63%) and specificity (84.86%), and AUC (0.876 5) was higher than that of a single variable, suggested that the multivariate combination was more accurate in predicting the short-term outcome of septic shock., Conclusions: Lac, PCT, SOFA score, APACHE II score and age were independent risk factors for death in patients with septic shock, and the accuracy of Lac, SOFA score, APACHE II score and age in predicting short-term prognosis of septic shock was better than that of single variable, and the diagnostic value was higher.

Objective: Using European five-dimensional health questionnaire (EQ-5D) to study the quality of life among the population over 60 years old in Dalian city and analyze the influence factors., Method: In 2013, multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method and EQ-5D questionnaire were used to investigate the status of 4 081 participants over the age of 60 in Dalian. The questionnaire contained EQ-5D health describing system and the VAS. The EQ-5D index and EQ-VAS score of the study objects were calculated and the participants' quality of life and impact factors were analyzed., Result: Women's percentage of "having difficulty" in 5 dimensionalities was 18.1% (373/2 059), 12.6% (264/2 059), 16.2% (334/2 059), 32.0% (659/2 059), 17.5% (371/2 059) respectively, men' percentage of "having difficulty" in 5 dimensionalities was 13.3% (269/2 022), 10.2% (218/2 022), 12.5% (253/2 022), 23.1% (467/2 022), 13.7% (77/2 022) respectively, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The EQ-5D index and VAS score of men was (0.82 ± 0.30), (72.75 ± 16.26), higher than those of women ( (0.79 ± 0.33), (70.79 ± 16.64 )) and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The score of quality of life who were married was (0.82 ± 0.28) and (73.27 ± 16.60).With age increasing, the elders' quality of life score decreased, and with education level increasing, the elders' quality of life score increased (P < 0.05)., Conclusion: The quality of life of the elders in Dalian city was kind of good, and it could be impacted by genders, marital status, education levels and the chronic diseases.

Objective: To investigate AC/A ratio and coexisting ametropia in intermittent exotropia. To discuss the relation between AC/A ratio and the development of intermittent exotropia., Methods: The medical records of 135 patients who had an exotropia were retrospectively reviewed. Patients were divided into 3 groups based on the type of ametropia: exotropia without ametropia (-0.50-+3.00 D between the age of 3-6 years old, -0.50-+2.00 D between the age of 7-40 years old) , exotropia coexisting with myopia (-0.50-7.75 D) and exotropia coexisting with hypermetropia ( ≥ + 3.00 D of 3-6 years old , ≥ + 2.00 D of 7 ∼ 40 years old). AC/A ratios of all patients were assessed using synoptophore method. Distance and near deviations were assessed using prism cover test. AC/A ratios and deviation angles of 3 groups were compared. The relationship between AC/A ratios and ametropia/age were investigated., Results: There were obvious differences in AC/A ratios(2.686 ± 1.372, 1.773 ± 1.110, 4.581 ± 1.552, F = 36.323, P < 0.001) and in near deviation angles (44.473(Δ) ± 19.008(Δ), 53.621(Δ) ± 20.749(Δ), 34.455(Δ) ± 13.292(Δ), F = 8.762, P = < 0.001) between 3 groups of patients, no obvious differences were seen in distance deviation angles (40.333(Δ) ± 19.474(Δ), 44.052(Δ) ± 23.722(Δ), 35.590(Δ) ± 11.143(Δ), F = 1.444, P = 0.24). AC/A ratios were negative linear correlated with refractive powers for patients of intermittent extropia coexisting with myopia or with hypermetropia (r = 0.320, P = -0.469 and r = -0.046, P = 0.036, respectively) . A trend of decline with age was found for AC/A ratios only in patients of intermittent extropia without ametropia (r = -0.320, P = 0.019; r = -0.023, P = 0.865; r = 0.246, P = 0.296 for the other 2 groups, respectively)., Conclusions: Myopia and hypermetropia, when coexisting with abnormally low or high AC/A ratio, can destroy the balance between extraocular muscles and induce exophoria to be manifest.

Background: Erlotinib is a new and efficient anti-tumor targeted therapy drug, and it has been used in China for non-small cell lung cancer since 2006. The aim of this study is to review the effectiveness and safety of erlotinib for treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer., Methods: Authors searched the Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, CBM, CNKI and Wanfang Date. The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were analyzed by RevMan 4.2 software. Authors also included retrospective case report published in Chinese journals., Results: Four RCTs and 8 uncontrolled case reports were analyzed. The results of the RCTs showed that erlotinib was significantly better than placebo on progression-free survival, median survival time, response rate (OR=10.21, 95%CI: 2.44-42.73) and 1-yr survival rate (OR=1.67, 95%CI: 1.13-2.46); Erlotinib was superior than paclitaxel+carboplatin on median survival time (HR=1.73, 95%CI: 1.09-2.73; P=0.018), the other efficacy were similar; The efficacy of erlotinib combined chemotherapy was close to chemotherapy alone. The main side effects caused by erlotinib were rash and diarrhea, and the tolerance was well. The overall uncontrolled clinical studies showed that the response rate was 27.27%, and the 1-yr survival rate was 56.1%., Conclusions: Erlotinib is effect for non-small cell lung cancer, and maybe better for never smokers, female, Asia and adenocarcima. The clinical favor from erlotinib combined chemotherapy remains uncertain. But the effect of erlotinib being used in clinical settings needs to be confirmed by further large and multicenter.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between subtelomeric rearrangements and idiopathic mental retardation (MR)., Methods: Thirty unrelated patients were recruited using strict selection criteria. Patients were screened by multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) for subtelomeric imbalance., Results: Five subtelomeric deletions/duplications were identified. They were: 4p deletion, 21p duplication, 10p duplication combined with 4p deletion, 15p duplication, and 9p deletion combined with 3p duplication. These subtelomeric rearrangements were previously unidentified by conventional technique., Conclusion: Children with unexplained mental retardation are related with subtelomeric rearrangements. MLPA is a rapid and an effective technique for detecting genetic abnormalities in patients with idiopathic MR.

Background: In the past years, many reports on Kanglaite were publicated in China, researchers across the country. The aim of this study is to review the effectiveness and safety of Kanglaite for treating advanced non-small-cell lung cancer., Methods: Authors searched the Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, Cancerlit, CBM, CNKI and VIP. Mannual and additional search were also conducted. All randomized controlled trials/quasi-RCT comparing Kanglaite with other lung cancer treatment were included. Two reviewers independently performed data extraction and appraised the publications using the Juni instrument, disagreements were resolved by consensus. Double data were entered and analyzed by RevMan 4.2 software are by Cochrane Collaboration., Results: Sixteen reports were included in the meta-analysis. The quality of 16 studies was low. Pooling data of 5 studies indicated that the effect of Kanglaite+NP (Vinorelbine+Cisplatin) was better than NP with RR 1.46, 95% Confidence Interval 1.13 to 1.91. Pooling data of 3 studies of MVP (Mitomycin+Vindsine+ Cisplatin) plus Kanglaite indicated that the effect was better with RR 1.84, 95%CI 1.22 to 2.76. Pooling data of 2 studies showed that the effect of GP (Gemcitabine+Cisplatin) plus Kanglaite was better than GP with RR 1.63, 95%CI 1.09 to 2.43. Fourteen studies revealed that Kanglaite may reduce the side-effect induced by regular treatment. Ten studies showed regular treatment plus Kanglaite can stabilite/improve quality of life., Conclusions: Kanglaite can enhance clinical effect of regular treatment, reduce side-effect and stabilite/improve quality of life, but the effect of Kanglaite being used in clinical settings needs to be confirmed by further large and multicenter.
