Let the construction achievement of special laboratory in local colleges and universities benefit students. We use campus network curriculum resources, sharing teaching and practice platform to open public selective courses for engineering students in our university. The teaching reform for public courses begins with course contents, ideas, experiments environment and so on, and pays attention to the teaching team cultivation. The teaching material construction emphasizes on the level of theoretic teaching. Constructing teaching video results in the active learning of students. Therefore, the teaching quality is improved and the practice activities of students are enhanced. We provide the electronic design contest and innovation activities to students, and let the students acquire the ability of practice and innovation, then increase the ability of exploration of scientific phenomena. Raynaud's phenomenon is a common vasospasm response, and current medical therapies and surgical treatments show limited clinical effects. Botulinum toxin type A has certain effectiveness and safety in treating Raynaud's phenomenon. It can relax blood vessels, relieve pain, and has a good long-term effect. Its side effects are mild, such as pain at the injection site, bruises, or transient muscle weakness. In recent years, some research has broadened the scope of application of the treatment and determined more effective injection doses and injection methods to reduce the side effects. More large-sample randomized double-blind controlled trials and animal experiments are needed to provide information for explaining the treatment mechanisms and illstrating the efficacy.

Different types of activated imbroglio exist in the brain of the patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). As the neuroinflammation reaction progresses, significant changes take place in the morphology and function of those cells. They could play a pathogenic role by altering the phagocytic function of cells, including intracellular toxic reactions or directly participate in immune response. Several clinical trials have been conducted to promote targeted therapy focusing on the role that microglia played in neuroinflammation reactions of AD. More large scale studies are necessary to elucidate the function and mechanism of microglia in the neuroinflammation reaction of AD.

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease mainly affecting the middle of the face with a variety of systemic comorbidities. This article reviews comorbidities of rosacea, including cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, digestive diseases, malignancies, and neuropsychiatric diseases, and provides suggestions on how to deal with comorbidities of rosacea. If rosacea patients have symptoms or signs of other diseases, or abnormal results of laboratory examinations or imaging examinations, they should be referred to the corresponding department for further treatment. It is necessary to further investigate the relationship between rosacea and its comorbidities, especially the relationship between different subtypes of rosacea and their comorbidities, to facilitate the treatment and management of rosacea patients.
