This article summarizes nursing practice of a patient with decompensated liver cirrhosis (liver depression and spleen deficiency type) who received comprehensive auricular acupoint therapy combined with guided music imagination technology to improve fatigue symptoms. Based on the comprehensive evaluation on primary symptoms of the patient, auricular acupoint massage, scraping, and pressing therapy at the appropriate time, combined with guided imagination techniques, were carried out to alleviate the severity of symptoms such as fatigue, sleep quality, and anxiety of the patient, improve overall quality of life and overall therapeutic effect, and provide clinical basis for clinical nursing. (本文总结1例耳穴“三序”疗法联合引导性音乐想象技术改善肝硬化失代偿期(肝郁脾虚型)患者疲乏症状群的护理经验。入院后完善护理评估, 基于患者主要症状, 采用耳穴按摩、耳部刮痧、耳穴贴压“三序”疗法联合引导性音乐想象技术进行干预, 缓解患者疲乏、焦虑、失眠症状, 提高其总体生活质量。)

Constipation is a major complication after stroke which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques has been widely used in clinical practice in recent years. This paper reviewed the studies on Traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques including moxibustion, auricular acupoint pressing, acupoint application and abdominal massage in treating post-stroke constipation, and provided reference for clinical practice of constipation management in stroke patients. (便秘是脑卒中患者常见并发症, 严重影响患者生活质量。中医护理适宜技术在临床中应用广泛, 效果明确, 且患者接受度较高。本研究就中医护理适宜技术灸法、耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷、腹部推拿等多项技术在卒中后便秘患者护理中的应用状况进行综述, 旨在为脑卒中后便秘的临床实践提高参考依据。)

This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with chronic kidney failure with Spleen-Kidney Qi deficiency and internal heat syndrome treated with Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with auricular comprehensive treatment based on the Yin-Fire theory. A comprehensive nursing plan including health education, emotion regulation and exercise guidance were carried out during hospitalization. Given the coexistence of multiple diseases, the Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with auricular comprehensive treatment based on the Yin-Fire theory was carried out to relieve the fatigue and improve the self-care ability of the patient. Objective To investigate the clinical effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with continuous scenario simulation nursing interventions for patients with Meniere's disease. Methods A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and control group using a random number table, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing, while the treatment group received combined with continuous scenario simulation. The intervention efficacy, patient satisfaction and sleep quality were measured and compared between groups. Results The total effective rate of intervention was 80. 00%(24/30) in the observation group and 63. 33%(19/30) in the control group, with a significant difference(P＜0. 05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (96. 67% vs. 66. 67%), with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The application of auricular acupoint pressing combined with continuous scenario simulation nursing interventions can improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with Meniere's disease . (目的 探讨耳穴压丸联合持续性情景模拟护理干预耳眩晕患者的效果。方法 60例耳眩晕患者随机分为观察组和对照组, 各30例。对照组给予常规干预, 观察组在对照组基础上应用耳穴压丸联合持续性情景模拟护理干预。评估两组临床疗效、护理满意度和睡眠质量。结果 观察组总有效率为80. 00%(24/30)、护理满意度96. 67%(29/30), 高于对照组的63. 33%(19/30)和66. 67%(20/30), 差异具有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴压丸联合持续性情景模拟护理干预可改善耳眩晕患者睡眠质量, 提高患者满意度。)

Sleep disorder is a common complication of stroke, which not only negatively affects the patients’ quality of life, but also affects the rehabilitation process of stroke disease. There are many causes of post-stroke sleep disorders, including clinical medication, patients' own psychological factors, pathological damage, etc. From the perspective of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing and analysis of actual situation of patients with post-stroke sleep disorders, this study reviewed the studies on Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for patients with sleep disorder after stroke, and provided reference for clinical decision making and nursing practice. Objective To investigate the effect of auricular holographic copper-plate scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain of cold-dampness obstruction type. Methods Totally 90 patients with nonspecific low back pain of cold-dampness obstruction type were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatment and nursing, and those in the observation received auricular holographic copper-plate scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy for three weeks. The Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) of pain and Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome score were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90. 48%(38/42) in the observation group, which was higher than 70. 45%(31/44) in the control group (P＜0. 01). The NRS score and Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome score were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and NRS score and Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The auricular holographic copper-plate scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy is effective to relieve the clinical symptoms of nonspecific low back pain of cold-dampness obstruction type (目的 观察耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴贴压改善寒湿痹阻型非特异性腰痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年11月医院外科护理门诊收治的寒湿痹阻型非特异性腰痛患者90例, 按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗和护理, 观察组在对照组基础上给予耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗。两组均治疗3周, 治疗结束后评估患者疼痛改善情况, 对比两组患者疼痛程度评分量表(NRS)及中医腰痛症候评分。结果 共脱落4例患者, 最终观察组纳入42例, 对照组纳入44例。观察组总有效率90. 48%(38/42), 高于对照组的70. 45%(31/44), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。治疗后两组NRS评分及腰痛中医症候评分相比治疗前降低, 且治疗后观察组NRS评分及腰痛中医证候评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆能有效改善寒湿痹阻型非特异性腰痛患者的症状。)

This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing of a patient with hemorrhagic shock after surgery for arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limb. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as illness condition monitoring, postoperative complications prevention and psychological care were carried out. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques including Chinese herbal medicine oral care, auricular acupoint pressing, acupoint massage, ear-tip bloodletting, Chinese herbal medicine fumigation therapy were provided to prevent postoperative complications and improve the rehabilitation of the patient. This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing practice of an elderly hypertensive patient with COVID-19. An integrative nursing plan was established based on the syndrome differentiation. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing, acupoint application and intradermal needling were carried out in addition to the routine nursing interventions including nursing evaluation, disinfection and isolation, illness condition monitoring, oral care, health education, psychological care and so on. The integrative nursing practice is effective to relieve the clinical symptom and improve the rehabilitation of the patient. Objective To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technique combined with humanistic nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with insomnia. Methods Totally 80 elderly patients with insomnia were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given TCM techniques-auricular acupoint pressing combined with humanistic nursing intervention. The sleep quality was evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep quality index (PSQI)before and after 2 months of intervention. Results The PSQI score was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and PSQI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference(P＜0. 01). Conclusion TCM nursing technique combined with humanistic nursing intervention can effectively improve sleep quality of elderly patients with insomnia (目的 探讨中医特色护理技术联合人文关怀护理干预老年失眠患者的效果观察。方法 选取2019年5月—2020年5月医院收治的80例老年失眠患者为研究对象, 分为观察组与对照组, 各40例。对照组给予常规护理, 观察组在对照组基础上给予中医耳穴贴压联合人文关怀护理。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估患者干预前及干预2个月后睡眠功能改善情况。结果 干预后, 两组PSQI量表评分均较干预前降低, 且观察组PSQI评分低于观察组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 中医特色护理技术耳穴贴压联合人文关怀护理干预能有效改善老年失眠患者睡眠质量。)

Objective To investigate the effect of narrative nursing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine foot soaking and auricular acupoint pressing in the treatment of post-stroke sleep disorder. Methods From June 2022 to December 2022, 80 patients with sleep disorder after stroke admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Beijing Longfu Hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and those in the study group were given narrative nursing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine foot soaking and auricular acupoint pressing in addition to the routine nursing. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scale was used to measure patient’s sleep quality. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) were performed to evaluate the patient’s anxiety and depression level. Results The PSQI score was decreased in both two groups after intervention, and PSQI score in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The HAMA and HAMD scores were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The narrative nursing combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine foot soaking and auricular acupoint pressing can effectively improve the sleep quality of stroke patients with sleep disorder. (目的 探讨叙事护理联合中药泡足和耳穴贴压治疗脑卒中后睡眠障碍的效果。方法 2022年6月—12月, 选取北京市隆福医院康复科收治的脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者80例, 采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组, 各40例。对照组患者将接受常规护理干预, 研究组在对照组的基础上接受叙事护理联合中药泡足和耳穴贴压治疗, 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评价患者睡眠质量, 采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分评估患者焦虑和抑郁程度。结果 干预后, 两组PSQI量表总分较干预前下降, 且研究组PSQI量表总分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。干预后, 两组HAMA和HAMD量表总分较干预前下降, 且研究组HAMA和HAMD量表总分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 叙事护理联合中药泡足和耳穴贴压能有效改善脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量和负性情绪。)

This article summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of a patient with vestibular neuritis accompanied by medullary infarction. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as lifestyle support, dietary guidance, vestibular function rehabilitation exercise and psychological care were carried out. According to the clinical symptoms analysis and syndrome differentiation, Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques including auricular acupoint pressing, moxibustion, Chinese herb medicine foot bath, Chinese herb medicine collapse and acupuncture were conducted to relieve the dizziness symptoms and improve the body constitution and health of the patient. This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing of a patient with pneumonia caused by Chlamydia psittaci. A comprehensive nursing risk assessment was carried out, followed by the dietary nursing, body temperature monitoring, emotional care and other basic nursing interventions. This article summarized the nursing of a patient with incomplete bowel obstruction treated by intradermal acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy. The patient received a comprehensive evaluation and risk assessment after hospital admission. In addition to routine nursing interventions such as pain control, prevention of complications and psychological care, intradermal acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing guided by the holistic view of Traditional Chinese Medicine was carried out to improve the recovery of bowel movement and relieve the bowel obstruction and related discomfort. With changes in lifestyle, the incidence of cervical spondylosis is developing at an increasing rate year by year, with the highest incidence being neurogenic cervical spondylosis, which has a great impact on patients' physical, psychological and quality of life. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing techniques have unique advantages over basic nursing operations, such as fewer side effects and higher comfort, and are therefore widely used in the treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis, which is the focus of current research and a hot spot. This article reviews the basic concept of neurogenic cervical spondylosis and the clinical practice and research progress of TCM nursing for it. It outlines the current clinical TCM nursing practices applicable to neurogenic cervical spondylosis, their application methods, scope of application and limitations, and aims to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of effective TCM nursing care for patients with neurogenic cervical spondylosis. This paper summarized the nursing management of constipation in a stroke patient. Based on the brain-gut axis theory, the moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy and individualized nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the abdominal distension and anxiety of the patient. Based on the interaction of the brain-gut axis theory, nursing by syndrome differentiation is conductive to relieve the constipation and improve the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with post-stroke constipation. This article reviews the clinical data of a patient with Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy, and summarizes Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external treatment and related nursing measures. Under the guidance of TCM theory and syndrome differentiation, external treatments such as auricular acupuncture, plum-blossom acupuncture, and Chinese medicine iontophoresis were carried out to relieve visual impairment of the patient. Routine nursing interventions including nutrition support and emotion care were implemented for better compliance during the treamtent. This paper analyzes the intervention effect of auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing measures in a case of acute pancreatitis combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction, and summarizes the relevant nursing experience. On the basis of improving the nursing evaluation, Traditional Chinese medicine auricular acupoint pressing treatment was adopted, and the psychological care, nutritional support and dietary care of patients were strengthened. Traditional Chinese Medicine auricular point pressing treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of acute pancreatitis combined with impaired gastrointestinal function, and accelerate the stage of full-feeding of enteral nutrition support. Moreover, it is easy-to-operate and relatively safe in clinical practice. This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with postoperative pain of appendicitis. Based on the pain assessment and daily care evaluation, the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as thumbtack needling and auricular acupoint pressing therapy were carried out to relieve the postoperative pain of appendicitis and improve the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of the patient. This paper summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute myocardial infarction with chest pain as the chief complaint. The thrombolytic therapy was conducted after comprehensive evaluation of pain and indications for thrombolysis. Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing techniques were carried out to relieve the symptoms of chest pain and improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patient during treatment. The incidence of pain after hemorrhoid surgery has been increasing recently years, affecting patients’ prognosis and quality of life. Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology has its advantages in postoperative pain relief. This paper summarized the research status of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology in pain control after hemorrhoid surgery, and provided reference for pain control in patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery. This paper summarized the auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing management for a patient with pneumonia and diabetes mellitus. Based on the routine nursing and health education, auricular acupoint pressing therapy was carried out to alleviate cough, reduce sputum production and control the blood sugar level. This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with insomnia due to heart-kidney disharmony treated by auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint finger-pressing therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of syndrome differentiation, acupoints with function of nourishing kidney and calming heart were selected for auricular pressing and finger-pressing therapy, and diet intervention and emotional care were carried out additionally to relieve the insomnia and anxiety. This paper summarized the auricular acupoint pressing therapy and nursing management for a patient with insomnia after quitting smoking. In addition to routine nursing, auricular acupoint pressing therapy and related health education were carried out. The sleep monitoring was conducted for the data analysis of sleep quality assessment. Sleep time of the patient was significantly prolonged and sleep quality of the patient was improved after a 2-week intervention. The insomnia symptom after quitting smoking was effectively relieved. Otitis media with effusion is a non-suppurative inflammatory disease, which belongs to the category of 'ear swelling and ear closure ' in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is the most common cause of mild to moderate hearing impairment in children. Both adults and children can be affected, but there are slight differences in etiology and pathogenesis, treatment strategies, and nursing programs at different ages. This article reviews the TCM understanding, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, nursing based on syndrome differentiation, auricular seed-embedding therapy, acupoint massage and emotional nursing of otitis media with effusion in children, in order to provide reference for further study of otitis media with effusion in children. Objective Methods 82 patients diagnosed with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy who needed hormone pulse therapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to numerical method, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were given methylprednisolone pulse therapy. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment, and the observation group was given auricular copper acupuncture scraping and auricular acupoint pressing treatment on the basis of the control group. The sleep condition, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) of the two groups were compared. Results Two patients dropped out of the study. Objective To explore the clinical effect of diversified nursing intervention on the prevention and treatment of postoperative urinary retention in patients with mixed hemorrhoids. Methods From October 2018 to June 2019, 60 patients undergoing surgery for mixed hemorrhoids were selected and randomly divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30)according to the random number table method. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with diversified nursing interventions. The total effective rate, time of first urination, volume of first urination, incidence of postoperative urinary retention and bladder residual urine volume (RUV) were evaluated respectively. Results The time of first urination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). The volume of first urination in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0. 01). Postoperative bladder RUV in the observation group was lower than that in control group (P＜0. 01). The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (96. 67% vs. 70. 00%, P＜0. 01). Conclusion Diversified nursing interventions are potentially effective to relieve dysuresia symptoms and reduce the risk of urinary retention after surgery for mixed hemorrhoids. Objective To investigate the effect of five-element music therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing on emotional status and sleep quality of patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods Totally 80 peritoneal dialysis patients with catheter placement were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received routine care and emotion nursing, and those in the intervention group were given five-element music therapy combined with auricular acupoint pressing. Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint pressing therapy on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and quality of life (QOL) in breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy. Methods Totally 72 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were divided into the study group (n = 36) and the control group (n = 36). Patients in the control group only received routine cure# and those in the study group received regular auricular acupoint pressing lasting for 3 months in addition. Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI) and Asseesment of Cancer Therapy-Breast (FACT-B) were used to evaluated their fatigue and QOL in the pre-chemotherapy, first, second' third, and fourth course of chemotherapy. Results Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the interaction effect, group reflect and main reflect of time were statistic any significant in the score of CRF and QOL (P < 0.05).
