The comprehensive control of coal mine disasters is a key problem to be solved in the process of intelligent mine construction. It is an inevitable requirement for the construction of intelligent mines to realize the normalization control of coal mine disasters with the help of digital twin technology. Based on the connotation and essence of the digital twin, this paper analyzes the recognition rule of the digital twin and puts forward the application mode of digital twin technology in coal mine disaster research combining with data interactive process of mine disaster digital twin. Real-time monitoring is carried out by coal mine underground disaster monitoring sensor. The monitoring data is uploaded to the cloud through the edge communication module and cloud communication module. The digital twin numerical simulation software is deployed in the cloud. The monitoring data uploaded by the sensor is used as the initial condition parameter, boundary condition parameter and effect verification parameter. The best optimization parameters and solutions are sought through real-time simulation analysis and continuous trial and error. When the technical means are mature in the twin world, they can be used to analyze, judge and make decisions on the best parameters and solutions for virtual entities. The decision instructions can be sent to underground actuators to control the action of disaster prevention equipment. This paper discusses the practical application of digital twin enabling disaster predictive management and control from three aspects: disaster monitoring scheme optimization, disaster rehearsal and precise planning of disaster avoidance route, and post-disaster rescue scheme formulation and accident investigation. Based on the 'cloud-pipe-edge-end' architecture of the industrial Internet, the digital twin service system for coal mine disasters is constructed. The key technologies of digital twin for mine disasters are analyzed. The technologies include intelligent sensing and execution equipment for coal mine disasters, simulation software for coal mine disasters and common support technologies. It is expected to provide reference for the construction of digital twin-enabling intelligent mines.

For the disaster area probing and emergency rescue in a mine,it is of great importance to employ the emergency communication system to communicate with each other,determine the places of trapped miners,and sense current status of disaster area.The hybrid emergency communication architecture model for coal mines was extracted,which was composed of one backbone,multiple branches,several special lines,and some wireless networks as assistance.Four types of emergency communication systems of coal mine were reviewed,namely through-the-air,through-the-wire,through-the-earth and mixed medium type.The key technologies and challenges of these four emergency communication types were analyzed.The research trend was discussed and a new emergency communication mode based on the reconstruction of mine Internet of things was proposed.The main enabling technologies of this new emergency communication mode were analyzed,namely post-disaster reconstruction of mine Internet of things,shifting nodes re-localization after mine disaster,status sensing method of mine disaster area,and data transmission method for post-disaster reconstruction network.

Common ontology languages, construction principles and construction methods were summarized. It was considered that constructing coal mine safety ontology should adopt OWL-DL language and the construction method of cyclic acquisition method or seven-step method. Current research status of the coal mine safety ontology was analyzed from aspects of coal mine digging and coal mine disaster event ontology, coal mine safety database query ontology and coal mine safety knowledge concept ontology. Advantages, disadvantages, application scene and construction process of the three coal mine safety ontologies were summarized, and an ontology integration strategy of the above three coal mine safety ontologies was proposed.

To solve the problem of easy collapse hole in soft coal seam, a new method of using foam concrete to support hole wall in borehole to prevent drilling collapse is proposed. Different samples were prepared by selecting aluminum powder, sodium bicarbonate and hydrogen peroxide as test foaming agents, and then the applicability of the samples was investigated from three angles of porosity, compressive strength and heat. The results showed that: the porosity of samples prepared with aluminum powder as foaming agent was 47.84%, the porosity of samples prepared with hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent was 43.27%, the porosity of samples prepared with sodium bicarbonate as foaming agent was 17.36%, and the highest compressive strength of samples prepared with sodium bicarbonate as foaming agent was 2.41 MPa, the 3-day compressive strength of the sample prepared with hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent was 1.98 MPa, the compressive strength of the 3 sample prepared with aluminum powder as foaming agent was 1.47 MPa, the compressive strength of three samples was more than 1 MPa for 3 days, and the requirement of supporting hole wall in the borehole was basically satisfied, and during the foaming process of aluminum powder, the slurry temperature rises from 19.3 ℃ to 36.4 ℃,which can not meet the requirements of downhole use; hydrogen peroxide is most suitable as the use of drilling hole foam concrete foaming agent.

For the problem that existing disaster rescuing robots cannot adapt to disaster environment of coal mine underground, a novel information exploration robot system for mine disaster was proposed. Distribution of the system in underground was introduced as well as designs of its structure and control system, and climbing ability of disaster rescuing robot in the system was analyzed. The robot moves along I-beam track of overhead monorail in underground and arrives disaster field quickly when disaster happens to collect and send image and environment information to command center on the ground. Test results in simulated coal mine roadway show that the system runs stably and transmits image clearly and continuously, and climbing angle of the robot is 18.5°.
