In view of the problem that the heat setting technology of Lyocell filament was not clear, Lyocell washed filaments were prepared by dry-jet wet spinning technology and the effects of heat setting tension, temperature and time on the mechanical properties and dimensional stability were investigated. The crystal, orientation and micropore structure of Lyocell filaments were analyzed by means of wide angle X-ray diffraction, small angle X-ray scattering and birefringence, and the relationship between structure and properties under heat setting was clarified. The results show that the moisture in the filaments can be removed when the washed filaments are heat-set at 100-130 °C for 3 min. During the heat setting process, the crystal structure of the filament changes little while the decrease of micropore size and the shrinkage of chain segments improve the densification and decrease the orientation degree. The mechanical properties cannot be weakened at the tension of 0.5-2.3 cN/dtex and the thermal shrinkage is lower than 0.7%. The heat setting with tension inhibits the disorientation of the cellulose segments effectively and keeps high crystallinity and high orientation of Lyocell filament, which guarantee both mechanical properties and dimensional stability of Lyocell filament. In vortex streets,the motion state of filaments is closely related to its propulsion performance. Studying the influence of flexibility on the motion state of filaments in vortex streets can provide reference for flexible design of flexible aircraft in formation flight. In this paper,three different flexible distribution modes of filaments are given.The influence of flexibility on the motion state of filaments in different vortex streets(including Karman vortices and reversed Karman vortices)is explored by immersed boundary method,and the variation law of the motion state of filaments changing with flexibility is summarized.The results show that when the flexibility of the filament changes,the motion state of the filament will also change,from flapping between vortex streets to flapping outside vortex streets,or from the latter to the former. Moreover,the variation of the motion state of the filament with the flexibility is affected by the vertical dipole-induced velocity and the vortex transportation speed.

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) technology is a rapid analysis of material composition based on atomic emission spectroscopy, which has become a research hotspot in the field of spectroscopy due to its unique advantages such as simple, fast, real-time, and in-situ analysis. But there are also some problems in LIBS technology that plague its practical application, such as poor repeatability, plasma shielding effect, and matrix effect. With the development of LIBS and laser technology, many improved methods have been proposed to solve the above problems, such as nanoparticle enhancement, metal substrate assistance, plasma confinement, filament-induced breakdown spectroscopy (FIBS), and plasma-grating-induced breakdown spectroscopy (GIBS). Based on the principle of LIBS technology, this paper discusses the causes of related problems, introduces several improvement methods, and finally prospects the development trend of this technology in the future. Crosslinked biopolymer networks are composed of filaments randomly distributed and crosslinked by specific binders, and are widespread in cytoskeletons of cells, biological gels and other natural materials. The binding energy of typical crosslinks in such biopolymer networks is relatively low and close to thermal energy, so that the binding status of the interaction is strongly influenced by the deformation of networks and thermal excitations from the environment. Experiments on different types of crosslinked biopolymer networks have demonstrated that these networks exhibit a linear response with low modulus in small deformation, and can be stiffened by more than two orders of magnitude in large strain. However, the network stiffness decreases dramatically when the applied strain exceeds a threshold value. This phenomenon is known as the transition from strain hardening to softening, and draws great attention from many researchers. Theoretical and numerical studies have indicated that such strain hardening is mainly caused by a transition from bending-dominated filament deformation in small strain to stretching-dominated response in large strain, and the strain softening is due to the microscopic unbinding of crosslinks, leading to weakened networks. This paper overviews the key components and representative architectures of crosslinked biopolymer networks, stretching behaviors of biopolymers, types and properties of crosslinks, and experimental methods used to measure the mechanical responses of network structures, with an emphasis on the theoretical, finite element and molecular dynamics models that pave the way to the understanding of the structure-function relations in crosslinked biopolymer networks.
