Tsampa, as an essential traditional food in Tibet, demands strict quality and safety assurances during its industrial production process. In order to ensure the food safety of the public, it is urgent to establish a comprehensive quality and safety control system aimed at enhancing the food quality and safety of Tsampa. This study conducts a systematic hazard analysis on the entire production process of Tsampa from raw materials to finished products, identifies critical control points, sets critical limits and corrective measures, and ultimately formulate and verify a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) plan. By applying the HACCP system to the production processes of local Tibetan Tsampa enterprises, five critical control points, including raw material acceptance, raw material storage, roasting, packaging, and finished product storage, were identified and subjected to in-depth analysis of significant hazards. Corresponding control measures and critical parameters were established for various hazards. The effective implementation of the HACCP system within the actual production processes ensures comprehensive control over the quality and safety of Tsampa, thereby promoting the sustainable development of the Tibetan Tsampa industry.

After the Minxian-Zhangxian magnitude 6.6 earthquake on July 22, 2013, debris flow occurred in Fangjiagou, Zhangxian County. To reduce the potential damage of debris flow, a three-level check dam and drainage channel were built in the gully to regulate the peak flow of debris flow and reduce the threat to the downstream accumulation fan protection objects. However, The control project currently in place in the study area has been designed based on the characteristics of previous debris flow occurrences, and its effectiveness for future incidents remains to be tested. This study used the bilinear interpolation method to fine process DEM data of high-precision remote sensing image, reconstructed the check dam and topographic model of Fangjiagou small watershed, and adopted FLO-2D software to simulate and analyze the movement characteristics and risk of Fangjiagou debris flow under different precipitation probability conditions; the effect of debris flow control project thus then was evaluated. The results show that: As the intensity of rainfall gradually increases, the desilting ability of the barrier dam for debris flow increases gradually, and the debris flow does not pass the barrier dam. The limiting efficiency of flow rate of debris flow is 80.1%, which greatly weakens the impact of failure ability of debris flow. The area with a high risk of debris flow is reduced by 45.34%, which effectively reduces the influence range of debris flow. This study presents that the debris flow blocking project has a remarkable treatment effect under the simulation condition of Fangjiagou dam construction, which can provide effective guidance for the feasibility test of debris flow blocking projects in similar small watersheds.

Intermediate-frequency debris flows has the characteristics of high danger and long outbreak period. Human activities can trigger its occurrence and aggravate its disaster severity. When the channel cannot meet the capacity for drainage and water transport, it will cause blockage and endanger the safety of both sides of the strait and even the main river channel. Due to the lack of analysis on the danger of intermediate-frequency debris flows, this paper takes the intermediate-frequency debris flow in Hada Gully, Yunnan Province as an example to explore its characteristics and the danger of its recurrence and channel blockage caused by debris flows and proposes prevention and control suggestions. The results show that the debris flow has a density of 1.62 t/m3, a flow velocity of 4.794 m/s at the outlet of the channel, a peak flow rate of 54.43 m3/s at the channel outlet and a total discharge of 11072.03 m3 for a single occurrence based on the 10% burst frequency. A culvert was constructed in the downstream channel, with a flow capacity of 16.5 m3/s, which is less than the flow rate of a debris flow once in 20 years. Once a large debris flow occurs, there is a risk of blockage. The study found that the hazard level of intermediate-frequency debris flows in Hada gully is highly dangerous, and the history of blockage indicates the possibility of its recurrence and the risk of debris flow blocking the Lapu River.

AQ/T 3033--2022 Guidelines for the safety design management of chemical construction projects is an important basis for the safety design management of chemical construction projects, and it is also an important basis for government departments to supervise the safety design process of chemical construction projects. The new edition (2022 edition) pays more attention to the integrity management of safety design, and highlights the concept of inherently safe design based on risks. It runs through the whole process of preliminary design, basic engineering design, detailed engineering design, design coordination of construction installation and commissioning, and design return visit after the completion of the project. It guides design units to further improve the construction of safety design management system for chemical construction projects from the traditional stand-ard-based design mode to the risk-based design mode. Strengthening the safety design management of chemical process is a method for preventing and controlling major industrial accidents, and an important basic work for eliminating potential safety hazards, preventing accidents, and building a long-term mechanism for safe production. Aiming at the dangerous and harmful factors existing in the production process of Jinglaoyuan Coal Mine of Tiemei Group, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis through field investigation, combines with the geological conditions, development layout, production and auxiliary system of the mine and the previous safety production situation, and summarizes the main risks such as gas explosion, coal dust explosion, fire, flood, roof, lifting transportation and electrical injury the six aspects, propses corresponding safety measures and suggestions according to relevant specifications and industrial standards, so as to improve the coal mine safety management level, the safety management system, and promote the continuous development of coal mine safety production.

The GuangdongHong KongMacao Greater Bay Area is one of the most severely affected areas by typhoon in China. Typhoon hazard analysis is essential for the policymaking of wind design criteria for major engineering projects and city disaster preparedness plans in this region.The synthetic full track typhoon model can simulate the whole process of typhoon events from generation to extinction，which is the most potential model for the evaluation of typhoon hazards. In this study，a statistical dynamics fulltrack synthetic typhoon model is improved and tested for its applicability to the Greater Bay Area. Typhoon events in ten thousand years are then generated. Combing with a threedimensional numerical typhoon wind field model to simulate regional wind speeds，the long period of the maximum wind speed samples are obtained to estimate the typhoon wind hazard with multi return periods. By comparing with design wind speed defined in the national building code，we have found that the simulation results are in good agreement with those in the code at several locations. Based on the simulation results，the highresolution wind hazard maps of 50year and 100year return periods of the Greater Bay Area are drawn，the typhoon hazard in various regions of the Greater Bay Area is discussed. The Qingcaosha Reservoir is the largest reservoir in the middle of Yangtze River in China. It is the largest source of drinking water and urban water supply in Shanghai, with the best quality of raw water. It is the key project of Shanghai's “11th five-year plan”. A liquefied sandy soil layer exists in the shallow part of the Qingcaosha area. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the liquefied harmful soil layer of the embankment foundation to ensure the safety of the construction and operation of the project. The liquefaction grade was divided, and the liquefied soil layers were statistically analyzed according to the liquefaction discrimination results from this study. Based on the characteristics, location, liquefaction grade, and distribution of liquefied soil layers of each embankment section, various liquefaction treatment methods have been compared and studied, and the most economical and appropriate liquefaction treatment methods have been suggested. The suggested treatment methods have played an important role in the engineering design and safe operation of the Qingcaosha reservoir. Research has shown that these treatment methods not only have good economic effects but also resolve the liquefaction hazards and leakage problems of the embankment, which can provide a reference for similar projects. In early stage of safety critical system development, traditional hazard analysis is inaccurate and incomplete. To overcome the shortcomings, a SCADE (safety critical application development environment) model-based approach to functional hazard analysis (FuHA) is proposed. The SCADE data flow was used to construct system functional architecture model and function fault model, and then that two models were integrated into one model. Based on SCADE, the integrated model was analyzed by the way of implementing a risk scenario capturing algorithm and the system safety critical functions and hazards could be identified. The approach is applied to computer based interlocking system in railway signaling application. The simulation result shows that it can increase the precision and completeness for FuHA.
