The experiment aimed to explore the effects of different ratios of composite organic acids on the silage quality, aerobic stability, and microbial population of hybrid Pennisetum alopecuroides (L.) Spreng. The experiment was divided into four groups, with five replicates in each group. The addition amounts of compound organic acids in control group and experimental groups were 0, 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0%, respectively. The silage was stored for 60 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the dry matter, crude protein, soluble carbohydrate content, and relative feeding value of the 1.0% composite organic acid group were significantly increased (P<0.05), the content of neutral detergent fiber was significantly reduced (P<0.05), the acid detergent fiber content of the 1.0% and 2.0% composite organic acid groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the ash content of the 0.5% and 1.0% composite organic acid groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05). The pH value and the ratio of ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen of the 1.0% and 2.0% composite organic acid groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05), the lactic acid content of the 1.0% composite organic acid group was significantly increased (P<0.05), the acetic acid content of the 0.5% composite organic acid group was significantly increased (P<0.05), the acetic acid content of the 1.0% and 2.0% composite organic acid groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the propionic acid content of the 1.0% composite organic acid group was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the butyric acid content of the 0.5%, 1.0%, and 2.0% composite organic acid groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the aerobic stability and lactic acid bacteria count of the 0.5% and 1.0% composite organic acid groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), the yeast count of the 1.0% and 2.0% composite organic acid groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the aerobic bacteria count of the 0.5%, 1.0%, and 2.0% composite organic acid groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05). The study shows that adding composite organic acids during the silage process can improve the nutritional value and fermentation quality of hybrid Pennisetum alopecuroides (L.) Native grass is the most important material base in grassland livestock production, and it is of great significance to improve its feeding value. In order to study the dynamic change law of the silage quality of native grass, typical steppe native grass were used as experimental materials, and their nutritional quality, fermentation quality and microbial population were determined after 1, 3, 5, 7, 15, 30 d and 60 d of silage, respectively. The ensiling time had significant effects (P<0.05) on the nutritional quality, fermentation quality and microbial population of native grass silage. Dry matter, crude protein, water soluble carbohydrate content and pH showed a gradual decrease with increasing ensiling time. Lactic acid, acetic acid, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content showed a gradual increase. There was a gradual increase in the number of lactic acid bacteria and a gradual decrease in the number of yeasts, aerobic bacteria and coliform bacteria. In conclusion, the fermentation quality of native grass silage for 60 d was optimal. However, the effect of native grass silage by conventional way was not ideal, and the addition of suitable fermentation bacterial agent for silage could be considered in production. The study was to investigate the effect of sweet sorghum on fermentation quality, nutrient composition and microbial population of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera during ensilage. Hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera and sweet sorghum were used as raw materials, which were divided into four groups: Hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera group (100%BP group), hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera ∶ sweet sorghum = 90∶10 group (90%BP group), hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera ∶ sweet sorghum = 80∶20 group (80%BP group), hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera ∶ sweet sorghum = 70∶30 group (70%BP group), with 20 replicates in each group. The indexes were analyzed on 7, 15, 30, 45 d. The results showed that pH value of silage in 90%BP group, 80%BP group and 70%BP group was significantly lower than that in 100%BP group (P<0.05), and the ratio of ammonia nitrogen to total nitrogen in 80%BP group was significantly lower than that in 70%BP group on the 30th day of silage (P<0.05). The content of DM, WSC, CP, NDF and ADF in silage were significantly affected by sweet sorghum supplemental level (P<0.05). The Lactobacillus quantity of silage in 90%BP group, 80%BP group and 70%BP group was significantly lower than that in 100%BP group on 7th, 30th and 45 d of silage (P<0.05). After 7th day of silage, no yeast, mold and Escherichia coli were detected in all groups. The experiment was to evaluate the effect of different silage additives on silage quality and microbial quantity of amaranth. In the experiment, amaranth was used as experimental material, and silage was harvested and mixed at maturity stage. Five treatments were set up in the experiment, none of which was added as control group (CK group), LP group was added with 0.1 g/kg Lactobacillus plantarum silage, PA group was added with 4.4 g/kg sorbate silage, PS group was added with 2 g/kg potassium sorbate silage. In SB group, 2 g/kg sodium benzoate was added for silage, four replicates were set for each treatment. Stored at room temperature for 60 d. The results showed that the NDF content of amaranth silage in PA group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.05), and EE content of amaranth silage in LP group was significantly higher than that in CK group and PS group (P<0.05). The pH value of seed amaranth silage in all groups was lower than that in CK group (P<0.05), and the pH value of SB group was the lowest. The propionic acid content of amaranth silage in PA group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.05). The number of lactic acid bacteria in seed amaranth silage in SB group was significantly higher than that in CK group (P<0.05), the number of general aerobic bacteria in seed amaranth silage in all groups was lower than that in CK group (P<0.05), and no mold and Escherichia coli were detected in all groups. The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the silage quality of different treatment groups was ranked as SB group > LP group > PA group > PS group > CK group. To solve the problem of whether biological powder activated carbon (BPAC) can promote the transfer and diffusion of antibiotic resistance gene (ARGs) in secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plant, the change trend of ARGs concentration and microbial community structure in secondary effluent of wastewater treatment plant under BPAC condition was investigated by simulating the water environment, and effects of the ARGs concentration and microbial diversity and abundance were also discussed under various time, pH value and temperature. The results showed that the concentration of ARGs in secondary effluent decreased after the addition of BPAC, but the microorganism also promoted the diffusion of ARGs. The abundance and diversity of microbial population in water increased with the increase of reaction time. Low temperature environment (4 °C ) and alkaline environment (pH=9) were more conducive to the transfer and diffusion of ARGs. The research showed that BPAC can promote the transfer and diffusion of ARGs in secondary effluent, but its effect was limited and affected by time, environment and other conditions. Studying biofilms in long-distance raw water diversion pipe is beneficial to the analysis of water quality and the security of raw water quality. Therefore, the characters of morphology, microstructure, spatial and temporal distribution of biomass and microbiota community of bio-films in long-distance raw water diversion pipes were investigated using the simulated process of 8 bio-film annulus reactors (BAR) in series with different raw water. The results showed that the bio-film structure was significant different in water quality, and the particle color attached in pipe bio-film was an important influencing factor in the characters of morphology. Secondly, the structure of the rough bio-film changing with water flow increased the specific surface area of the bio-film which led to the growth and development of bio-film and pollutant removal. Thirdly, the biomass of A raw water reached the peak( 1.11 nmol ・ cm-2) in BAR3 running 75 d, and then became lower due to the less nutrient. However, the biomass along simulated pipes of B water changed subtly because of the limited DO (0.3 - 3.0 mg ・ L-1 ).
