Due to the advantages in low cost, ease of maintenance and license-exempt spectrum, etc, IEEE 802.11ax is widely adopted in industrial control applications.For a wireless networked control system based on IEEE 802.11ax, a control-aware resource scheduling method was proposed to support the wireless high-speed control of multiple control systems.Firstly, considering the packet dropout problem of sensing data in IEEE 802.11ax, the optimal state estimator and the linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) control of the studied control system were given.Secondly, the dependency between the LQG performance and the transmission reliability of IEEE 802.11ax was analyzed, the expected LQG performance minimization problem of resource scheduling was formulated, and further, an LQG control-aware resource scheduling (LCARS) method was proposed.Finally, the effectiveness of the LCARS method was demonstrated via extensive simulations.LCARS can be applied to smart factory applications including navigation of automated guided vehicles, remote control of robots and so on.

As a basic raw material, carbon fiber is widely used in aerospace, new energy vehicles and other high-end fields. To realize the constant tension control of carbon fiber diagonal loom under CANbus and improve the performance of carbon fiber fabric, an H∞ networked tension control strategy was proposed. Firstly, the variation law of tension in different regions of loom system was analyzed, and the dynamic mathematical model of warp tension based on Kelvin model was studied. The tension networked control model of bidirectional channel was established, which was dependent on packet dropouts and time-delay. Furthermore, by using Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality (LMI) method, the H∞ performance was analyzed. Then, the design steps of optimal observer-based H∞ controller were given. The gain matrices of the controller and observer were solved by cone complementary linearisation (CCL) algorithm. Finally, the simulation results show that the proposed controller can effectively improve the robustness of warp tension control system to network factors and shedding disturbances. The stabilization problem for a class of networked control systems with aperiodic sampling and stochastic packet dropouts was studied. Other than the traditional view that a time delay was often a negative factor of system stability, the positive effect was considered and a novel active time-delay control method was proposed to stabilize the systems. To analyze the positive effects of the time delay control and to obtain some less conservative conclusions, the aperiodic sampled-data system with stochastic packet dropouts was firstly modeled as a stochastic impulsive switched system with a fixed switching law. Then a new separation lemma was presented in a mean square sense to analyze the stability of the stochastic impulsive switched system. Based on the loop-functional method and the proposed separation lemma, the mean square stability criterion for the stochastic impulsive switched system was obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Furthermore, the refined mean square stability criterion was given with an interval segmentation technique. To improve the reliability of tracking system in data transmission,a multichannel strategy is adopted instead of single channel transmission to reduce the possibility of packet dropout.The system output is measured and tracked,and the tracking error and output error are analyzed to find the conditions for stability.A discrete random sequence satisfying the Markov distribution is used to describe the channel choice states,and the Markov state transition matrix is used to represent the transition probability between different states,so as to carry out stability analysis.By constructing Lyapunov function and utilizing linear matrix inequality,the sufficient conditions for stability and strict (Q,S,R)--γ-dissipativeness are obtained for the multi-channel transmission system,thus a mode-dependent controller is designed to achieve desired system tracking.Finally,a simulation example is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed multichannel transmission strategy. Based on the T-S model modeling nonlinear network switching system as a network switch fuzzy system,studied the stability control problem of uncertain nonlinear network switched systems with random time-varying delay, in which the system state was unmeasurable. By using the average dwell time method ( ADT ), designed the observer-based controller and system switching law and presented the average dwell time condition of the exponential stability for network switched fuzzy system. By combining with Lyapunov ( LKF) method, also presented the matrix inequality condition of exponential stability in the network switched fuzzy systems. To ensure the integrity, real-time performance, confidentiality and usability of data transmission in networked control systems and improve the ability of the system against data attacks, a data transmission strategy based on the MD5 hash code, time stamp, and AES encryption algorithm was proposed. This strategy takes into account the security and real-time of data transmission of both the controlled object side and the controller side of the networked control system. And the networked predictive control based on round trip time delay was used to compensate for the effect on the system after it had been attacked by data, so that the system can be stably controlled after being attacked by some intensity of data and also achieves a better control effect, thereby improving the ability of network control systems to deal with attacks. The S100-1 training platform pipeline pressure control system is used to prove that the proposed networked predictive control system based on the secure transmission strategy has better security and anti-attack ability.

From cyber physical system perspective,tightly coupling the communications and computing aspects with physical dynamics is profound.This characteristic is investigated for wireless networked control systems (WNCS).Following the tight coupling principle of CPS,a tight coupling adaptive fuzzy controlling methodology for WNCS is proposed.Through simulation experiments,it is showed that proposed method could adaptively adjust the controlled system's sample period and network channel access priority according to its real time control urgency and the network traffic condition,so as to optimize network utilization and improve the performances of the whole NCS.

This paper studied co-design of improved event-triggered mechanism (ETM) and L∞ control for networked control system with network-induced delays and external disturbances. To overcome drawbacks that transmission rate of relative ETM (absolute ETM) was high when system was running close to (far away from) the equilibrium point, the paper proposed an improved ETM by using both state-dependent and state-independent information, which could achieve low transmission rate during the whole running time. Then, the paper established closed-loop time-delay system model, which characterized effects of ETM and network-induced delays in a unified framework. Furthermore, the paper derived sufficient conditions for ultimately bounded stability, and presented co-design scheme of the ETM and controller, which was more convenient than two-step design approach requiring controllers to be given a priori. In order to improve the performance of network-induced time delay of EPA (Ethernet for plant automation) networked control systems, the interacting mechanism between the control and the communication in EPA system was studied and EPA-CS (EPA cooperative scheduling) method was presented. Through setting their mutually cooperative time slices for function blocks that executed the control tasks and data transmission that executed the communication tasks, and through determining the executing time and frequencies of control tasks in their time slices, the method could accomplish the cooperation between control tasks and communication tasks in EPA system. When the round scanning cy-cles of devices are very little or there are many function blocks that need network communication in system, the method can effectively reduce the network load to improve the performance of network-induced time delay of EPA system.

For a discrete networked control system with random and bounded network transmission delay，an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii function was chosen and sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the system were obtained. Furthermore，through the equivalent transformation and reasonable assumptions of linear matrix inequalities， the corresponding state feedback controller was derived. In the derivation process， free weight matrices were introduced in order to obtain wider allowable bound of network transmission delay and reduce the conservatism. In view of network induced time delay in nonlinear networked control systems, a time delay compensation control theme was proposed. T-S fuzzy model was established for nonlinear network control systems firstly. Then the network induced delay was modeled as Markov chain, and delay was predicted. In the following, by using genetic algorithm, the optimal state feedback control law for each subsystem with each delay was established. And then fuzzy predictive controller of the nonlinear networked control systems was obtained through membership function. Simulation example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method. To diminish the effect of network-induced delay on the performance of networked control system (NCS), the model of linear flexible joint inverted-pendulum was built, the LQR (linear quadratic regulator) optimized controller was designed and the controllability and stability of the system was analyzed. By examinating lots of experiment data, the distribution feature of network-induced delay in Ethernet network was analyzed using statistical method. A state predictor was designed based on improved discrete Kalman filter, with which the system states can be estimated at any time in the future. At last the integrated system was implemented completely, it demonstrats the feasibility of the state predictor, and the result of the experiments exhibites the good performance of the NCS for flexible joint inverted-pendulum.
