In this study, moso bamboo and bamboo scrimber were regarded as the research objects, and their pyrolysis products were qualitatively analyzed by PY-GC/MS. The difference of volatile gas escaped between moso bamboo and bamboo scrimber was also investigated. The results showed that phenolic products, aldehydes-ketones products, furan products, ester products, alcohol products and acid products were detected during the pyrolysis of moso bamboo and bamboo scrimber. In the pyrolysis products, the GC content of phenolic products was significantly different between moso bamboo and bamboo scrimber. The GC content of phenolic substances in moso bamboo was 8.23%, while the GC content of phenolic substances in recombinant bamboo was as high as 26.36%. The GC content of aldehyde-ketone products and furan products from pyrolysis of moso bamboo was higher than that of bamboo scrimber. There was no significant difference in GC content of alcohol ester products between moso bamboo and bamboo scrimber. The GC content of acid products of bamboo scrimber was higher than that of moso bamboo. In addition, the pyrolysis of phenolic resin in bamboo scrimber accelerated the pyrolysis process of bamboo in it. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper analyzes the status quo of the application and deficiency of the original sulfomethylated phenolic resin as a filtration reducer in water based drilling fluids. Based on the analysis, a new modified sulfomethylated phenolic resin, MSP-1, has been developed through molecular design to replace the old sulfomethylated phenolic resin. In the molecules of MSP-1 adsorption groups are introduced to render MSP-1 special functions to overcome the problems encountered in field use. Laboratory evaluation results show that in 15% brine drilling fluids, the performance of MSP-1 is comparable to the old sulfomethylated phenolic resin SMP-1, while in 30% brine drilling fluids, MSP-1 performs better than SMP-1. Without the use of the thinner SMK (a sulfomethylated tannin extract), MSP-1 alone can reduce the high temperature high pressure filtration rate of a 30% brine drilling fluid to only 17 mL after aging at 180 ℃. Since there are strong adsorption groups in the molecules of MSP-1, the amount of MSP-1 adsorbed onto the surfaces of clay particles is increased, almost eliminating the foaming effect of SMP-1 in 15% brine drilling fluids and greatly reducing the viscosity effect of MSP-1 in drilling fluids. Nowadays, formaldehyde-based adhesives are heavily used in the production of WBP, which is the primary source of indoor formaldehyde pollution and severely affects people's health, work and living quality. In recent years, soy protein adhesives have attracted extensive attention in the field of wood adhesives because of their advantages such as non-toxic, biodegradable, low cost and convenient processing. However, compared with the widely used commercial formaldehyde-based adhesives such as phenolic resin and urea-formaldehyde resin, soy protein-based adhesives have some shortcomings in low bonding strength, poor water resistance and poor mildew resistance. In view of the above problems, it is commonly used to functionalize soy protein adhesives by physical and chemical means such as cross-linking modification, mixed modification, structure modification, hydrolase modification and filling modification. The different methods of functional modification of soy protein adhesive were reviewed, the problems of different modification methods were summarized, and the future development of soy protein adhesive was prospected. Based on the integral equations of internal strain fields in elastic bodies containing inclusions, the deformation coordination tensor of inclusions in three-phase composites is derived. Compared with the traditional Mori-Tanaka method (M-T method), the deformation coordination tensor takes into account the distribution characteristics and interactions of inclusions from the perspective of micromechanics, leading to a modified M-T method for predicting the effective elastic properties of composites. Combining with the two-step homogenization model, a method for predicting the effective performance of hybrid fiber composites is derived. Additionally, a prediction model for the tensile strength of hybrid fiber composites is established based on the damage mechanics theory. This method is used to predict the effective elastic properties and tensile strength for coconut husk fiber/glass fiber reinforced phenolic resin composites reported in the literature, and compared the predicted results with experimental data. The results show that the proposed modified M-T method has better predictive ability than the traditional M-T method, with the predicted results and experimental data differing by less than 10.485%. The method is used to quantitatively analyze the effect of the content of coconut husk fiber and glass fiber on the effective elastic properties and tensile strength of hybrid fiber composites. This work aims to explore a low-cost and environmentally friendly shaping method to prepare reaction-bonded silicon carbide (RBSC) materials, SiC fine powder and micropowder,phenolic resin,and epoxy resin were used as the main raw materials,tetramethylammonium hydroxide as the dispersant to prepare SiC ceramic slurries with a solid loading of 55 mass% and phenolic resin mass fractions of 13.5%, 18%, 22.5%, and 27%, respectively.The green bodies prepared by gelcasting and cured were heat treated at 800 °C for 2 h,followed by heat treatment at 1 760 °Cfor 3 h in vacuum to form the RBSC materials.The curing mechanism of the green bodies and the effect of the phenolic resin addition on the microstructure, phase composition,and physical properties of the samples were studied.The results show that:(1) the curing mechanism of the green body is that the hydroxymethyl groups in the phenolic/epoxy resin undergo cross-linking via condensation reactions with ortho-para hydrogen atoms in the aromatic ring, forming a high-strength bonding network; (2) with the increasing phenolic resin addition, the residual carbon in the resin system reacts with molten silicon, the cold modulus of rupture of the fired sample first increases and then decreases; when the addition of phenolic resin is 18%, the cold modulus of rupture of the sample is the highest,reaching 79.9 MPa; the apparent porosity and bulk density of the sample are 1.1% and 2.88 g·cm-3,respectively. Under the background of poor plantation forests, shortage of timber resources, and rich bamboo resources in China, as a kind of biomass engineering material, laminated veneer lumber (LVL) has the advantage of efficiently utilizing the existing resources. Due to its excellent mechanical properties, it can realize the standardization and serialization of the production of other characteristics, and has shown a broad application prospect. Combined with the development of China's wood-based panel industry, this paper outlined the origin and development of LVL, focused on analyzing the structural characteristics of LVL from the perspective of composite mechanics, and introduced the characteristics of veneer grading and LVL billeting. Moreover, the two types of LVL reinforcement methods, namely, phenolic resin impregnation and composite of fiber materials were summarized. Finally, the evaluation standards of LVL at home and abroad were compared and discussed, and a number of suggestions were then put forward based on the current situation of the development of China's wood construction industry and the problems existing in the application process of LVL. Sealing materials have a wide range of applications in the fields of mechanical power and petrochemicals, they are important basic components for preventing leaks and maintaining the normal operation of equipment. Graphene micronano sheets have become one of the key sealing materials due to their excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties. This article mainly uses graphene micro-nano sheets as the main filler, phenolic resin (PF) and polyvinyl butyral (PVB) as binders, combined with tape casting and hot pressing technology, to study the effects of graphene micro-nano sheets content, binder ratio, and hot pressing pressure on the tensile strength, compression rate, and rebound rate of composite sealing gaskets, and explore the hot pressing and laminated object manufacturing process of graphene micro-nano sheets composite sealing gaskets. The results show that when the content of graphene micro-nano sheets is 55%, the PF/PVB mass ratio is 8:15, the molding pressure is 15 MPa, the molding temperature is 120 °C, and the insulation time is 30 min, the graphene micro-nano sheets composite sealing gasket has the best molding processability and property, which can be prepared to meet the quality requirements of graphene micro-nano sheets composite sealing gaskets. The mesoporous SiO2 synthesized by modified Stöber method was used as precursor. The phenolic resin was coated on the surface of SiO2 by self-assembly technology and SiO2 @ C was formed after carbonization. The mesoporous heterogeneous SiO2 @ SiC@ C microspheres with uniform morphology were obtained by magnesiothermic reaction at 800 °C. As shown in the characterization results of XRD, XPS, Raman, BET, SEM and TEM, the SiO2 @ SiC@ C microspheres were composed of SiC, amorphous SiO2, amorphous C and SiOx Cy phases, and a large number of mesoporous structures can be found on the surface. The mesoporous heterogeneous SiO2 @ SiC@ C microspheres exhibit excellent microwave absorption performance in the simulation results of microwave absorption performance. When the simulated matching thickness is 2 mm, the minimum reflection loss reaches - 36. 83 dB at 17.74 GHz. The maximum absorption bandwidth reaches 6.63 GHz at the simulated matching thickness of 2.5 mm, completely covering the Ku band. The mesoporous heterogeneous SiO2 @ SiC@ C microspheres show strong absorption and wide frequency band. This is the result of the synergistic effect of mesoporous structure optimizing the impedance matching and heterogeneous interface enhancing the interface polarization. The mesoporous heterogeneous SiO2 @ SiC@ C microspheres prepared in this experiment can meet the application requirements in the field of electromagnetic wave absorption protection. 2, 6-monosubstituted aromatic phenolic resin (IPD-BPA-TPD) was prepared by microwave-assisted method using bisphenol A (BPA), terephthalaldehyde (TPD) and isophthalaldehyde (IPD) as co-condensation monomers based on an open system and solution polycondensation method. A reversible thermochromic nickel-based butadiene rubber film was prepared using resin as a chromogenic agent. The resin was tested by a gel permeation chromatograph, a nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrometer, a nuclear magnetic resonance carbon spectrometer, a thermogravimetric analyzer and a thermal analyzer. The composite film was tested by a thermogravimetric analyzer, a thermal analyzer, a spectrophotometer and a polarizing microscope. The thermochromic properties, thermal stability, thermal cycle stability and microstructure of the film were studied. The results show that the Mn of IPD-BPA-TPD is 1.133x10³ g/mol, the PDI is 1.005. The total color difference ΔE of the composite film reaches about 90 in the low temperature section (12~38 °C) of the constant-rate cooling phase transition, and the absorption/scattering color depth difference Δ (K/S) reach about 15 and 40 in the visible regions of 480~600 nm and 600~660 nm, and film has good thermal stability and thermal cycle stability. In this study, low molecular weight phenolic resin was used as the main body, and melamine formaldehyde urea resin was added into the blending impregnation modified floor board. The optimal preparation process of melamine formaldehyde urea resin blending modified phenolic resin (modified phenolic resin A) and the optimal impregnation process parameters of light-colored no-paint floor were studied. The results showed that: when the ratio of melamine formaldehyde urea resin was 40%, the molar ratio of melamine urea was 1:1, and the molar ratio of phenol formaldehyde was 1:2, the modified phenolic resin A was prepared. After impregnation, the whiteness value was reduced to 4.3. Compared with the non-impregnated floor sheet, the hardness of the modified phenolic resin A impregnated floor sheet increased by 78%, compared with the traditional phenolic resin impregnated floor sheet increased by 45%. The surface wear resistance of modified phenolic resin A was 37.5% higher than that of traditional phenolic resin. All of the above conformed to requirements of the GB/T 18103--2013 "Solid Wood Composite Flooring". Through the modification of the floor table board, the surface color of the floor table board was lighter, and the wear resistance was better. Meanwhile, the spraying paint process could be removed, which simplified the three-layer solid wood composite floor preparation process and reduced the cost. Sand production in Wells is the main contradiction facing the explo让ation of unconsolidated sandstone oil and gas reservoirs・ Resin consolidated artificial wellbore is the most widely used chemical sand control method in oil fields at present because of its excellent effect on fine sand control, which can achieve screen-free sand control under complex well conditions ・ The extended finite element method (XFEM) was used to simulate the crack passing through a single particle, a pair of particles and a plurality of evenly distributed particles, and the influence of nanoparticles on the crack growth path and damage dissipation energy was studied・ It was found that the influence range of nano-SiO2 on the crack was 5 nanoparticle diameters, and the best mass fraction of nano-SiO2 was 3% of the resin matrix. The results of measuring the impact strength of resin spline and the compressive strength of resin sand control body show that when the mass fraction of nano-SiO2 is 3%, the impact strength of resin spline increases about 39% and the compressive strength of resin sand control body increases about 36%, which significantly improves the mechanical properties of phenolic resin. Based on self-healing technology of closed wall microcapsules in goaf, silicon carbide-phenolic resin (SiC-PF) microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization with epoxy resin E-51 as core material and silicon carbide (SiC) doped phenolic resin as wall material. The microstructure and particle size distribution of the microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and laser particle size analyzer. The structure of the microcapsules was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The thermal degradation behavior of the microcapsules was tested by thermogravimetric analyzer (TG). The nanoindentation instrument was used to analyze the capsule wall performance of the microcapsules, and the mass loss rate of the microcapsules was tested at room temperature. The results show that with the increase of SiC content, the particle size of SiC-PF microcapsules is uniform, the thermal stability is good, the performance of capsule wall is greatly improved, and the mass loss rate is small. The initial thermal decomposition temperature of 0.8SiC-PF microcapsules is increased to 279 °C, the carbon residue rate is 12.6%, the rupture load of the capsule wall is 95.49 mN, and the mass loss rate is 1.82% after 100 d at room temperature. Objective Tahe carbonate reservoir has high formation temperature (above 110 °C) and high salt mass concentration of formation water (up to 22 X 104 mg/L, in which calcium and magnesium ions are nearly 2 X 104 mg/L). In view of the harsh reservoir conditions of high temperature and high salinity in Tahe oilfield, the existing plugging agent has single selectivity and short plugging time, a new type of plugging agent needs to be developed for plugging. Methods In this study, the glue solution in simulated injection water with low salt content was prepared, using AM-AMPS copolymer as the glue agent, using water-soluble phenolic resin as the crosslinking agent, and adding Nano silica as the stabilizer. The gel forming time and gel strength were measured, and soaked the gel formed at 130 C in simulated water with high salt content after aging for 3 days to investigate its long- term stability. In addition, in order to explore the mechanism of gel stability and dehydration shrinkage, the gel before and after aging in high salt content water was dehydrated step by step and dried for SEM, IR and XPS analysis. Results It was found that with the same amount of crosslinking agent and polymer, the stability of the gel was increased by increasing the content of nano silica and the dehydration rate was less than 10% in the simulated water with high salt content for 60 days. The degree of dehydration decreased with the increase of mass fraction of crosslinking agent. After the gel was soaked in high salt water, due to the hydrolysis. of primary amide and the cross-linking of carboxylate radical generated from primary amide with calcium and magnesium ions in formation water, the gel grid became denser and the storage modulus increased. Conclusions AM-AMPS40 water-soluble phenolic resin prepared in low salt water can meet the water plugging requirement of Tahe oilfield. To improve their thermal shock resistance, MgO-Al-C materials were prepared using sintered magnesia 98, fused magnesia 98, Al powder, carbon black N220 (25 -20 nm), granulated zirconia micropowder, and zirconia hollow cenosphere as raw materials and phenolic resin as the binder. The effects of the granulated zirconia micropowder addition (0,1%, 2%, 3% and 4%, by mass) and the zirconia hollow cenosphere addition (0,2%, 4% and 6%, by mass) on the cold and the hot properties, the phase composition and the microstructure of the samples were researched. The results show that: (1) the granulated zirconia micropowder is agglomerates with porous structure and compressibility, which can absorb thermal stress; with the addition of 2%, the thermal shock resistance of the sample is improved, the strength retention ratio increases by 3.9% compared with that of the original sample Z0, and other properties are almost the same as those of sample Z0; (2) the zirconia cenosphere has a hollow structure with elasticity, which can also absorb thermal stress; with the addition of 4%,the thermal shock resistance of the sample significantly improves with the strength retention ratio increasing by 8% compared with that of sample Z0; the apparent porosity is 12.4%,the bulk density is 2.87 g ⋅ cm-3, the density is higher than that of sample Z0; the oxidation resistance improves to a certain extent with the thickness of the oxidation layer decreasing by 0.15 mm compared with that of sample Z0, and other properties do not significantly change compared with those of sample Z0.
