This paper focuses on international commercial arbitration. It is a topic which combines international private and commercial law, making it very interesting and complex. The wideness of the topic enables many authors in the field to create their own point of view and approach to the selection of many subtopics. This paper begins with general terms in connection with international commercial arbitration-definitions, characteristics, types, and its popularity, It is followed by an analysis of the law used in a specific case, sources relevant to its choice and implementation, importance of autonomy of the parties, explaining numerous sub-questions.
