Equestrian sports are in connection, firstly with the physical stress that can induce mental horse's stress. Horse training is not easy to define. It is achieving concentration and fitness for a certain type of equestrian sport where a preservation of health, psychological condition, physical condition and longevity is a necessity. In equestrian sport, the better result is needed over the long period of time. Many authors describe the lactate concentrations as a parameter of fitness of the horse, which means, in equestrian sports, a result. A horse with a lower lactate level is fitter, which means that the muscle tissue produces less lactic acid which is converted in blood into the lactate ion. Researches have been made on Holstein studs and a Croatian sports horse breeding type that have been trained and bred in the same conditions. There were two groups of jumping horses in training. Younger horses gain uniformity throughout the competition season and come closer to the older group of horses in results. Younger horses gain experience through training and physical work understand as a routine; their body gains better fitness demanded by show jumping sports.

3. The overall and fat composition of milk of various species

Milk, an essential source of offspring nourishment, varies in it’s composition and properties significantly across species. In human nutrition, fresh milk and dairy products are valuable sources of protein, fat and energy, and are an important part of daily meals. Most of the world’s milk production (85 %) comes from cows followed by buffaloes, goats, ewes, mares and donkeys. However milk related food allergies in infants may be a reason for health problems and may cause a decrease in milk. The objective of this paper was to give an overview of the overall composition of milk and fat from different species in comparison to women milk. Regarding the overall milk composition remarkable differences in energy content, fat, lactose, protein and ash of the various milks were found, but also some similarities among milk from ruminants and non-ruminants were detected. The structures of fat globule membranes were similar among non-ruminants and women milk, while the milk fat globule structure in ruminants differed significantly. The size of fat globules was significantly different between species and highly correlated to the milk fat content, regardless of the specie. The amount of triacylglycerols was notably higher, while the amount of free fatty acids and phospholipids was notably lower in milk from ruminants and women compared to milk from mares and donkeys. The triacylglycerol structure in women and non-ruminantsˈ was similar. The percentage of saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids was lower, while the unsaturated fatty acid content was higher in milk from non-ruminants, with a remarkably higher percentage of C-18:2 and C-18:3. The cholesterol content was similar in women and ruminantsˈ milk, but lower in that of non-ruminants. This review indicates that milk from non-ruminants could be more suitable for human nourishment than milk from ruminants.

Speed, the most important trait in trotter horses, forms the basis for examining their racing ability, and is calculated according to the time it takes to run a certain distance. The phenotypic manifestation of a horse’s speed is controlled by numerous genes and larger or smaller impacts of environmental factors. To improve trotter horse selection to be more successful and faster in genetic progress it is very important to determine the impacts of such gene-related and environmental factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of year and month of birth, sex, year and season of race, age, racetrack, distance and type of start on trotter horse racing times. Data from the Association for Trotting Sport of Serbia (UKSS) for the registered horses and races in the period from 1998 to 2010 were used. The database is comprised of data for 1263 horses over a total of 14398 races. After calculating descriptive statistics of racing times, the effect of fixed factors using the general linear model (GLM) was examined. The average racing time achieved was 84.21s, and ranged from 73.8 to 132.2s. All of the tested factors had a statistically significant effect on the observed racing times. Thus, each of these factors should be included in future models for genetic prediction of the suitability of animals use as parents of further generations of racing trotters. This should increase the rate of genetic progress and competitiveness of the animals at both national and international levels.

5. HUMAN AND MARE'S MILK - PROTEIN FRACTION AND LIPID COMPOSITION

In human population if the infants are not breast-fed, a substitute for breast milk is nee¬ded. Use of cow's milk can induce allergies during the first 3 years of life. Alternative could be mare's milk. The objectives of this review were to compare human and mare's milk protein fraction and lipid composition as well as to determine adequacy of mare's milk as substitute for breast milk. Similarities are found regarding the protein and salt content; whey protein and NPN concentrations; structure of protein micelles and lipid globules; proportion of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids. Taking into account determined similarities of human and mare's milk, it could be concluded that mare's milk is suitable nourishment for infants.

6. ANALYSIS OF THE OFFER OF ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES WITHIN THE GROUP 'HOTELS' IN CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN DALMATIA

Temeljni cilj istraživanja u ovom radu bio je analizirati ponudu smještajnih objekata iz skupine ''Hoteli'' na području srednje i južne Dalmacije. Za potrebe istraživanja korišteni su kvantitativni pokazatelji smještajne ponude iz statističke baze Ministarstva turizma i sporta, a analizirani su podaci za Šibensko-kninsku, Splitsko-dalmatinsku i Dubrovačko-neretvansku županiju. Rezultati su pokazali kako je na području srednje i južne Dalmacije u 2022. godini najveća ponuda smještajnih objekata pod vrstom Hoteli. Unutar ove vrste registriran je ukupno 281 smještajni objekt, a vrsta Difuzni hotel u ovoj regiji ne postoji. Osim toga, registrirano je 12 Aparthotela, 30 Hotel baština, 16 Integralnih hotela, 2 Lječilišne vrste, 2 Hotela posebnog standarda, 20 Turističkih naselja i 19 Turističkih apartmana. Razmatrano s aspekta županija, kvantitativno najveću ponudu ima Splitsko-dalmatinska županija, a najmanju Šibenskokninska. Zamijećeno je, također, kako Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija u pojedinim vrstama smještajnih objekata dominira u kategoriji 5 zvjezdica, što ukazuje kako su tamošnji hotelijeri usmjereni na izvrsnost i samim time na ugošćivanje klijenata visoke kupovne moći. U radu nije provedena analiza turističke potražnje i popunjenosti kapaciteta zbog čega se ne mogu iznijeti utemeljeni zaključci o iskorištenosti, odnosno dostatnosti postojeće hotelske smještajne ponude., The main goal of the research in this thesis was to analyze the offer of accommodation facilities from the group "Hotels" in the area of central and southern Dalmatia. For the purposes of the research, quantitative indicators of accommodation offer from the statistical database of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports were used, and data for Šibenik-Knin, Split-Dalmatia and Dubrovnik-Neretva counties were analyzed. The results showed that in 2022, in the area of central and southern Dalmatia, the largest offer of accommodation facilities is under the type Hotels. A total of 281 accommodation facilities have been registered within this type, and the Diffuse Hotel type does not exist in this region. In addition, 12 Aparthotels, 30 Heritage Hotels, 16 Integral Hotels, 2 Spa Types, 2 Special Standard Hotels, 20 Tourist Resorts and 19 Tourist Apartments have been registered. From the point of view of counties, the Split-Dalmatia County has the largest quantitative offer, and the Šibenik-Knin County has the smallest. It was also noticed that the Dubrovnik-Neretva County dominates in the category of 5 stars in certain types of accommodation facilities, which indicates that hoteliers of this county are focused on excellence and thus on hosting customers with high purchasing power. The thesis does not conduct an analysis of tourist demand and capacity utilization, which is why reasonable conclusions can not be drawn about the use or adequacy of the existing hotel accommodation offer.

7. Morphological and milkability breed differences of dairy cows

Anatomical characteristics of dairy cattle are not equal for all breeds, meaning that the morphological traits of udder and teats could favor an individual performance or a determined breed. Changes in teat tissue after machine milking occur because of the negative influence of the vacuum and mechanical forces of the teat cup liner. Duration and performance of machine milking also depend on the udder and teat conformation and milkability traits of cows. The aim of this study was to determine the differences in morphological characteristics of Simmental and Holstein cows before and after machine milking, as well as to elaborate the differences in some of milkability traits of the cows during process of milking. Milkability traits have an increasing importance in modern cattle production, although they are the secondary selective trait. The machine milking of cows has indicated that there is no complete alignment between the machine and the animals, what lead to increasing duration of milking and disturbances in health of udder. Because of that, the aim of this study was to investigate the influence of the ordinal number of lactation and stage of lactation on milkability traits (amount of milk per milking (KMM), maximum milk flow rate (MPM), average milk flow rate (PPM), duration of the start of milk flow (tS500), duration of the ascending phase of milking (tUFM), duration of the plateau phase of milking (tPFM), duration of the descending phase of milking (tSFM), duration of the main phase of milking (tGFM)), and recommend the same for the selection work. Sažetak Cilj ovog rada je prikazati ulogu načela cjelovitosti i povjerljivosti (sigurnosti) Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka. It illustrates the importance of data privacy through history and offers concise description of the other key principles of the Regulation. The thesis outlines the controller's responsibilities encased in the principle and examines the relationship between the controller and the regulator as well as the individual. It demonstrates the controller's and processor's obligation to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to realise an appropriate level of security as well as the impact on the rights and freedoms of individuals. Furthermore, it addresses the importance of completing a risk assessment before carrying out a processing operation. Finally, this thesis offers an insight to recent rulings in regards to the violation of the principle.

10. Qualitative risk assessment from gluten in dairy products for population with celiac disease

People with celiac disease represent susceptible population that can be cured only by “gluten-free” diet, while dairy products have been recognized as exceptionally recommended. Therefore, it is very important for dairy products not to contain gluten in concentrations that could be harmful for them. The aim of this research was to investigate risk exposure to gluten from dairy products for the population with celiac disease in the Republic of Croatia by usage of referent analytical methods and scientifically based methods of risk assessment. Total number of 19 subgroups of standard dairy products (n=40) and four subgroups of “gluten-free” dairy products (n=53) labelled with crossed cereal or quotation “glutenfree” and without quantity of gluten labelled were analysed by ELISA-R5 method. Adult population with celiac disease (n=57) was interweaved on eating habits, while intake of dairy products for infants and children was calculated based on recommended intakes and menus. The results have shown that number of standard dairy products that according to their nature should not contain gluten, as well as “gluten-free” dairy products contain certain amount of gluten that can be estimated in certain unfavourable scenarios and in susceptible subpopulations as risky to sick individuals. Dairy products represent very low risk to adult population with celiac disease and can be consumed in quantities that do not differ from the recommended quantities for healthy population. On the other side, dairy products for infants in the age from 6 to 12 months represent increased risk for infants with celiac disease and require implementation of risk management activities in order to reduce risk. Dairy products for infants and children from 1 to 6 years represent moderate risk depending on eating habits. The obtained results point out neediness of risk management methods implementation through information and education of population with celiac disease, as well as producers of dairy products.

Ples je u svojim početcima bio motorički odgovor na pojavu određenih emocija. Ponavljanje tih pokreta činilo je određeni obrazac iz kojeg je nastao ples. Tradicijski plesovi, koje još nazivamo i folklornim, dio su narodnih običaja i obreda te su prvi oblici plesova. Plesom je narod obilježavao različite blagdane i događaje. Povijest plesne tradicije u svijetu seže daleko u prošlost, još u pećinsko doba prije samog razvoja pećinskog slikarstva te se razvija najprije u kulturi Afrike i Azije te u Egiptu. Plesne tradicije u Hrvatskoj razvijaju se pod brojnim utjecajima. Za neke plesove je jako teško odrediti pod utjecajem kojeg naroda su nastali. U prilog tomu ide i manjak dokumenata o nastanku prvih plesova na području današnje Hrvatske. Dugogodišnjim istraživanjem naših krajeva etnokoreolog dr. Ivan Ivančan pronašao je nekoliko plesnih područja najčešće istih ili sličnih elemenata dok ih u susjednom području nema ili se pojavljuju vrlo rijetko. S obzirom na malo teritorijalno područje Hrvatska se može pohvaliti bogatstvom i raznolikošću svoje kulture baštine. Ivančan je teritorij Hrvatske podijelio u četiri plesne zone: alpska, panonska, jadranska, dinarska. Goran Knežević zapisao je sastavnice koje čine strukturu narodnog plesa. Djeca su oduvijek bila aktivni sudionici plesa, kao i čuvari tradicije. Dječje tradicijsko stvaralaštvo ima velike vrijednosti. Učeći tradicionalne plesove, kod djece razvijamo njihov osobni i nacionalni identitet, ali i usađujemo osjećaj ponosa na našu bogatu tradicionalnu kulturu. Kroz tradicionalne plesove budimo domoljublje kod djece. Osim plesova, bogatstvo folklora čine još brojalice, pjesme, pokretne igre i narodna nošnja. Kroz istraživanje koje je provedeno u radu možemo zaključiti da su odgojitelji svjesni važnosti koju imaju folklor i tradicija te da već u predškolskoj dobi djeca trebaju upoznati s istom., First dance was a motor response to the appearance of certain emotions. The repetition of these movements formed a certain pattern from which the dance arose. Traditional dances, which we also call folk dances, are part of folk customs and rituals, they are the first forms of dances. The people celebrated various holidays and events with dancing. The history of the dance tradition in the world goes back a long way, even in cave times before the development of cave painting and first developed in the culture of Africa, Asia and in Egypt. Dance traditions in Croatia are developing under numerous influences, for some dances it is very difficult to determine under whose influence they arose, this is supported by the lack of documents on the origin of the first dances in the area of today's Croatia. Ethnochoreologist dr. Ivan Ivančan has been researching our region for many years and he found several dance areas in most often the same or similar elements, while in the adjacent area they are absent or occur very rarely. Even with small territorial area, Croatia can boast of the richness and diversity of its heritage culture. Ivančan divided the territory of Croatia into four dance zones: Alpine, Pannonian, Adriatic, Dinaric. Goran Knežević wrote down the components that make up the structure of folk dance. Children have always been active participants in dance, as well as guardians of tradition, children's traditional creativity has great values. By learning traditional dances, we develop in children their personal and national identity , but we also instill a sense of pride in our rich traditional culture. Through traditional dances we awaken patriotism in children.The richness of folklore, in addition to dances, is made up of counters, songs, moving games and folk costumes. Through the research conducted in this paper, we can conclude that educators are aware of the importance of folklore and tradition and that already in preschool children should be introduced to the same.

12. GENETIC ANALYSIS OF PURE ARABIAN BREEDING IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA

Pure arab breeding in the Republic of Croatia has very long tradition. Till the 18th century organized breeding was implemented only in bishop Stud Farm Đakovo. Afterwards pure arab breeding was implemented in many private Stud Farms mostly located in Slavonian and Srijem region. Pure arab, traditional arab and araber (arabrasse) population of horses make together arabian breeding in the Republic of Croatia. Numerical strength of these three populations has increasing trend through out the years. First imports which were ground for foundation of pure arab breeding in Croatia realized in year 1991. Today, population of pure arab breeding count 37 head, from which 28 is imported and 9 born in Croatia. Pedigree depth in 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 generation show average coefficient of inbreeding of 1.899%, 3.15%, 4.413%, 5.434%, 6.243%, 6.974% and 7.552%. According to genealogy in all pedigree depths, coefficient of inbreeding was higher (P < 0.01) in imported arab horses than in those born in Croatia.

13. INFLUENCE OF SEX ON LIPIZZANER BREED FOALS DEVELOPMENT

The offspring’s development especially in the first months after foaling is crucial for further development. If favourable conditions of feeding, keeping and fancying as well as other important conditions are ensured, a homogenous growth and development of the offspring is obtained. Research was conducted on 44 male and 42 female Lipizzaner breed foals in the first six months after foaling. The measuring of the withers height, chest girth and cannon bone circumference were done seven days after foaling and at the age of six months. Measuring data were processed by the statistical program SPSS/PC (Nie et al., 1975). The processed data of the obtained measurings indicate homogeneity for both male and female foals. The male foals had a little higher values than the female in both measurings, but the differences between sexes were highly significant only in the cannon bone circumference. Correlations among obtained values were positive and ranged between low and very high, with correlation coefficients between r= 0.379 and r=0.843 for male and r=0.338 and r=0.723 for female foals. The differences between the obtained values were significant and highly significant and a little more marked in male foals.

14. A COMPARISON OF FOALS DEVELOPMENT OF THE LIPIZZANER AND HOLSTEIN BREED

A comparison of the Lipizzaner and Holstein breed offspring shows the growth intensity and the development of body measurements at specific age until turning three. 57 Lipizzaner and 25 Holstein breed foals were included by the research. The withers height, the chest girth and the cannon bone circumference were measured seven days after birth, and at the age of 6, 12, 24, 36 months. The collected values show that the most intensive growth was noticed in the first six months of the researched foals, being decreased by age. The withers height increase in the first six months in relation to total increase with the 3 years old Lipizzaner foals was 56.89%; on the other hand the Holstein breed foals showed an increase of 48.82%. The chest girth increased in the first six months by 55.96% with the Lipizzaner foals and 47.28% with the Holstein foals in relation to total triennial growth. The cannon bone circumference with the Lipizzaner foals increased in the first six months by 53.22%, and with the Holstein breed foals by 49.55% in relation to total triennial growth. The above mentioned results show a more intensive growth of the Lipizzaner than of the Holstein breed foals.

Umro je prof. dr. sc. Tomo Rastija. Ta tužna vijest, u ponedjeljak ujutro, 25. siječnja 2021. godine, poput munje pronijela se aulom, hodnicima i kabinetima Fakulteta agrobiotehničkih znanosti Osijek, kuće koju je toliko volio, kojoj se uvijek ponovno vraćao. Umro je ugledni znanstvenik, cijenjen sveučilišni profesor, gospodin i iznad svega veliki čovjek.

Životinje mogu biti tješitelji duše te pravi pomagači u potrebi i potrazi (self-search). Pronalaze pristup pacijentima s demencijom, mogu mirisom osjetiti bolesti i sumnjaju na pojavu bolesti prije vlasnika. Terapija s pomoću životinja (European Society for Animal Assisted Therapy – ESAAT) psihoterapijski je tretman koji se temelji na izgradnji veze sa životinjom kroz interakciju i igru, kako terapija uz pomoć životinja djeluje i koja je životinja za koga prikladna. Životinje su se već odavno etablirale kao svojevrsni terapeut za ljude. Bilo da su konj, pas, mačka ili alpaka – pomažu malim i velikim pacijentima primjerice s anksioznim poremećajima, problemima mišićno- koštanog sustava ili u prevladavanju depresije. Interakcija sa životinjama može prenijeti osjećaj mira, zajednice i ljubavi. Zagovornici terapije uz pomoć životinja kažu da razvoj privrženosti prema životinji potiče samopoštovanje i samopouzdanje. Ovisno o potrebama pacijenta i ciljevima liječenja, ESAAT može uključivati udomljavanje kućnog ljubimca kod kuće, sudjelovanje u programu za terapiju životinja u zajednici ili pohađanje ustanove u kojoj žive terapijske životinje. Često može biti prilika za pacijente da izađu, komuniciraju sa svojim vršnjacima te sudjeluju u vježbama. Životinje mogu zaustaviti usamljenost, dati ljudima s demencijom novu kvalitetu života te pomoći djeci s problemima u ponašanju da izgrade povjerenje i preuzmu odgovornost. Psi primjerice pomažu djeci da smanje agresiju i na njih djeluju opuštajuće. Društveno povučena djeca postaju aktivnija uz pse, a psi djeluju smirujuće na hiperaktivnu djecu. Terapija s pomoću životinja može se odvijati u gotovo svakom okruženju koje najbolje odgovara potrebama pacijenta, uključujući bolnice, škole, pa čak i zatvore. U terapiji mogu sudjelovati mnoge životinje. Iako su konji, psi i mačke najčešći, neki ljudi biraju ribe, zamorce, pa čak i dupine. Vrlo je važno da su terapijske životinje prijateljske, mirne, dobro obučene, zdrave i ažurirane s cijepljenjima i kontrolom parazita.

18. ADMISSION MATURITY OF YOUNG LIPIZZANER BREED YEARLING MARES

Investigations of the admission maturity in young Lipizzaner breed yearling mares were conducted on 59 heads from the stud breeding. The investigations referred to age determination of the first fertilization, first foaling and first pregnancy duration. It was determined that young Lipizzaner breed yearling mares were fertilized at the age of 1157 days or 3.17 years. First foaling took place when they aged 1489 days or 4.08 years. First pregnancy duration of the investigated yearling mares was 332.28 days. Results of the conducted investigations indicate earlier first fertilization thereby earlier foaling compared to the investigation values obtained by Rastija et al. (1988, 1989,1996, 1998 and 2000), Baban Mirjana et al. (1998 and 2005), Rimanić et al. (1990) and Telalbašić et al (1987). The first pregnancy lasted for 332.28 days and is mainly in accordance with values from the quoted literature (± 1 – 2 days).

Cilj rada bio je prikazati neka od osnovnih muznih svojstava te izgled krivulje protoka mlijeka i njezinih sastavnih dijelova kod krava Jersey pasmine. Prosječno trajanje glavne i cijele mužnje iznosilo je 5,99 odnosno 10,13 minuta. Prosječni protok mlijeka iznosio je 2,01, a maksimalni protok mlijeka 3,09 kg/min. Utvrđeno je nešto duže trajanje uzlazne i silazne faze u odnosu na plato fazu krivulje protoka mlijeka. Zabilježena je nešto veća zastupljenost poželjnih krivulja protoka mlijeka koje su dobar indikator zdravlja vimena. Krave s poželjnijim krivuljama mlijeka imale su veću ukupnu količinu pomuženog mlijeka, te veću količinu mlijeka u prvoj, drugoj i trećoj minuti mužnje. Nadalje, utvrđeno je da su krave imale relativno brzo otpuštanje mlijeka, te su unutar jedne minute postizale protok mlijeka od 0,5 kg/min neovisno o izgledu krivulje protoka mlijeka. Nužna su daljnja istraživanja na većem broju grla kako bi se dobili što kvalitetniji zaključci o muznosti krava Jersey pasmine., The aim of the study was to show some of the basic milking properties and the appearance of the milk flow curve and its components in Jersey cows. The average duration of the main and the whole milking was 5.99 and 10.13minutes, respectively. The average milk flow was 2.01 and the maximum milk flow was 3.09 kg / min. A slightly longer duration of the ascending and descending phases compared to the plateau phase of the milk flow curve was found. A slightly higher prevalence of desirable milk flow curves was recorded, the presence of which is a good indicator of udder health status. Cows with more desirable milk curves had a higher total amount of milk, and a higher amount of milk in the first, second and third minutes of milking. Furthermore, it was found that cows had a relatively fast milk ejection, and within one minute achieved a milk flow of 0.5 kg / min regardless of the appearance of the milk flow curve. Further research is needed on a larger number of animals in order to obtain the best possible conclusions about the milking of Jersey cows.

Biomaterijali u medicinskoj terminologiji su bilo koji prirodni ili sintetički materijali koji su namijenjeni uvođenju u živo tkivo posebno kao dio medicinskog uređaja ili implantata. U prvom dijelu rada su opisani biomaterijali općenito, vrste biomaterijala poput metalnih, keramičkih i polimernih biomaterijala, medicinska vlakna i biotkanina. Opisana je pojava biomaterijala u zdravstvu, liječenje i lijekovi. Nakon pojave biomaterijala u zdravstvu, opisani su biomaterijali prve, druge i treće generacije i njihova primjenu u zdravstvu. Zatim su prikazani ortopedski i mišićno – kožni biomaterijali, standardi za popravak mišićno – koštanih ozljeda i nanomaterijali. Potom su prikazane strategije za regeneraciju tkiva kože, jednokratni i drugi medicinski uređaji. Zatim je objašnjena primjena trodimenzionalno ispisivanje organa i dijelova dijela i upotreba robota u medicini. Na kraju su prikazani primjeri primjene biomaterijala u plastičnoj kirurgiji.

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je oprost. Oprost je poziv na koji Bog poziva čovjeka. Rad je podijeljen u tri poglavlja. Budući da je opraštanje kompleksan fenomen i radi toga što postoje razne i učestale zablude o naravi opraštanja, u prvom poglavlju će se pokazati koja su to kriva shvaćanja opraštanja, kako bi se shvatilo što je oproštenje. Uz oproštenje se usko veže i grijeh, koji je vrlo važan kao objekt oproštenja. Također, uz pomoć Svetog Pisma definirat će se čin i stanje grijeha. Drugo poglavlje govorit će o smislu opraštanja, a budući da se često ono može zloupotrijebiti u kontekstu odnosa žrtve i počinitelja, prikazat će se koje su temeljne oznake u procesu opraštanja. Žrtva ima slobodnu odluku birati hoće li krenuti na put opraštanja, koji će je u konačnici dovesti do nutarnjeg oslobođenja. U trećem poglavlju prikazat će se poruge koje Krista okružuju i koje mu dolaze sa svih strana; odozdo, odozgo i sa strane, a prije toga će se odgovoriti na pitanje zašto je Isus uopće bio osuđen na smrt. Šepavost je bolest krava koja se učestalo javlja na farmama za proizvodnju mlijeka. Izrazito je bolna za životinje, rezultira visokim ekonomskim gubitcima uslijed: pada proizvodnje mlijeka, troškova liječenja, te ranog izlučenja grla iz proizvodnje. Ključno je uočiti upalne promjene (preteče šepavosti) u začetku, a prije razvoja uznapredovale faze bolesti, koja dovodi do otežanog i bolnog kretanja kod životinja. Razvoj infracrvene termografije daje nove mogućnosti u prevenciji nastanka šepavosti. Ova tehnologija je beskontaktna, neinvazivna, te relativno lako primjenjiva. Infracrvena termografijaima budućnost u prevenciji šepavosti kod krava uz poštivanje određenih preduvjeta za njezino pravilno korištenje.

U radu se ukazuje na udio intramuskularne masti u mesu nekih genotipova svinja, na masnokiselinski sastav intramuskularne masti, odnos omega-6 i omega-3 masnih kiselina u intramuskularnoj masti, te na ulogu polinezasićenih masnih kiselina u organizmu i zaštiti zdravlja ljudi. Kvocijent između polinezasićenih (PUFA) i zasićenih masnih kiselina (PUFA/SFA) u svinjskom mesu najčešće je povoljan i kreće se u zdravstveno preporučenim vrijednostima (≥ 0,4). Međutim, omjer n-6/n-3 u ukupnim masnim kiselinama u svinjskom mesu je izrazito u korist n-6, što znači više od nutritivno preporučenih vrijednosti (< 4)., The paper focuses on the content of intramuscular fat in the meat of several pig genotypes, the fatty acid composition of intramuscular fat, the ratio of Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids in intramuscular fat, and the role of polyunsaturated fatty acids in human organism and health protection. The ratio of polyunsaturated (PUFA) to saturated fatty acids (PUFA/SFA) in pork is in most cases favourable and within the recommended values (≥ 0.4). However, the share of n-6 in the n-6/n-3 ratio of the total pork fatty acids is significantly higher, exceeding the nutritionally recommended values (< 4)., Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem intramuskulären Fettgehalt im Fleisch einiger Schweinegenotypen, der Fettsäurezusammensetzung des intramuskulären Fettes, dem Verhältnis der Omega-6- und Omega-3-Fettsäuren im intramuskulären Fett und der Rolle der mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren für den menschlichen Organismus und den Gesundheitsschutz. Investigations of correlation between some body measurings refer to Lipizzaner mares and stallions raised in Đakovo stud. Measures were carried out with 16 stallions and 34 mares by Lydtin stick and cattle tape measure. Achieved correlation values indicate correlation among some body measures. The correlation ranged from slightly negative to highly positive with correlation coefficients from -0.242 to 0.894**. The poorest correlation was determined between forehead width and cannon bone circumference with other body measures whereas positive correlations were found out with other body measures.

Observation at he foals development, especially in their first months of life, gives a possibility of their successful selection. A correct offspring treatment from the early age and a quality feeding of lactating mares ensures a successful foals breeding, which has a positive influence on their further development. Eighty two six-month-old foals were included into the research. Measuring of the withers height, chest girth and cannon bone circumference were done seven days after foaling and at the age of six months. The measuring data were processed by the statistical program SPSS/PC (Nie et al., 1975). A correlation between physical measures of the seven-day-old and six-month-old foals was summed. Withers height of the six-month-old in relation to the seven-day-old foals increased by 35%, the chest girth by 69% and the cannon bone circumference by 34%. The correlation among attained values was highly significant at the level P=0.01 with correlation coefficients ranging between r=0,363 and r=0,820. The aim of this research was to get an insight of the mutual connection of foals development in the early phase, i.e. in the suckling phase.

Cilj ovoga rada je teorijski objasniti i na primjeru Njemačke, kao najznačajnijeg emitivnog turističkog tržišta u Republici Hrvatskoj analizirati obilježja i motive njemačke turističke potražnje. Ovakve analize su važne kako bi se marketinške kampanje koje se provode na značajnim emitivnim tržištima u svrhu privlačenja potencijalne turističke potražnje, prilagodile u potpunosti motivima i obilježjima turista te polučile najbolji uspjeh., Tourism market represents a set of supply-demand relationships in the area of services and goods which serve for satisfying tourist needs on certain area, respectively ratio between supply and demand which occurs under influence of tourism flows. Thereby it is important to differentiate outbound and inbound tourism markets. Outbound tourism market is part of tourism market on which is touristic demand concentrated, while inbound tourism market is part of market on which touristic supply is concentrated. Aim of this paper is to theoreticaly explain on the example of Germany, as most significant outbound tourism market in Republic of Croatia, is to analyse features and motives of german tourism demand. These kinds of analysis are important so marketing actions which are undertaken on significant outbound tourism markets with the purpose of attracting potential tourism demands, can adapt completely to motives and features of tourists to achieve success.

U ovom radu opisana je izrada i funkcionalnost pametne kuće s Arduino platformom te komponente koje će se koristiti pri izradi i realizaciji rada., General purpose of this paper aims at presenting the smart home concept. In this paper, we will detail the smart home concept, wireless communication systems, and create a smart home model together with the hardware and software described in detail in this thesis. The managing system is based both on wireless technology and the Arduino platform. The advantages of this technology are: low costs, wide range of possibilities for development, easy way of programming, open source technology, easy connection with wireless technologies and broad number of examples available on the internet. This thesis describes the design and functionality of a smart home with an Arduino platform and the components that will be used in the design and implementation of the work.

U poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji osobito su važni agroekološki uvjeti i agrotehničke mjere rada, kako bi biljke imale ujednačen rast i razvoj te optimalne prinose. Povrće možemo uzgajati na otvorenim površinama, a presadnice najčešće uzgajamo u zatvorenim površinama, plastenicima ili staklenicima uz kontrolu čimbenika rasta. Za postizanje dobrih presadnica važno je imati zdravo sjeme, osigurati dovoljno svjetla, vode, pogodno tlo i optimalnu gnojidbu uz zadovoljavajuće alternativne supstrate. U ovom radu je prikazan uzgoj rajčice i paprike te važnost očuvanja tresetišta i mogućnost korištenja alternativnih supstrata., In agricultural production, agro-ecological conditions and agro-technical measures of work are especially important in order for plants to have uniform growth and development and optimal yields. Vegetables can be grown in open areas, and transplants are most commonly grown in closed areas, greenhouses or greenhouses with growth factor control. In order to achieve good seedlings, it is important to have healthy seeds, provide sufficient light, water, suitable soil and optimal fertilization with satisfactory alternative substrates. This document shows the cultivation of tomatoes and peppers, the importance of preserving peatland sand the possibility of using alternative substrates.

29. CORRELATION BETWEEN SOME BODY MEASURES OF LIPPIZANER STALLION PER LINES AT ĐAKOVO STUD

Body measures of Lippizaner line stallions and their correlation were processed in Đakovo stud. The measures performed by Lydtin rod and stock band included withers height, chest girth and cannon bone circumference on the total of 75 heads. Neapolitano line was characterized by the fewest number of stallions (4) whereas Tulip by the largest one (20). Data attained by the measuring were processed by the statistical program SPSS/PC (Nie et. al. 1975). Neapolitano line stallions had the lowest withers height (164.00 cm) measured by the band whereas Conversano line stallions had the highest one (166.33 cm). Withers height measured by the rod was the lowest in the Maestoso line stallion (156.50 cm) and the highest one in the Favory line (159.20 cm). Chest girth ranged between 183.82 cm (Pluto line) and 186.89 cm (Conversano line). Cannon bone circumference was uniform with all lines ranged from 20.05 cm (Tulipan line) and 20.65 cm (Maestoso lines). Correlation between withers height measured by the band and rod and that one measured by the rod and chest girth was positive and highly significant. However, correlation between others ranged from slight positive to slight negative. Neapolitano line was known for the most pronounced correlation per lines whereas Tulip line for the weakest one. Correlation between withers height measured by the band and rod was in all lines highly significant (except Tulip line) whereas other correlation varied from positive to negative.

30. DEVELOPMENT AND CORRELATION AMONG LIPPIZANER FOALS PER LINES

The investigations were conducted on 114 Lippizaner breed foals in Đakovo stud. The accomplished measures obtained by cattle tape after parturition and ablactation (aged six months) referred to withers height, chest girth and cannon bone circumference per fathers' line. The foals dominance per lines varied as follows: line Favory 2, Maestoso 21, Neopolitano 5, Conversano 11, Pluto 40, Siglavy 9 and Tulipan 26 foals. The measuring values were processed by the statistical program SPSS/PC (Nie et al. 1975). Statistical processing was followed by correlation computation between aforesaid measures after parturition and ablactation in the total number of foals per line. Also, statistical significance between obtained values was also calculated. The smallest parturition withers height turned to be in the foals of the line Neapolitano 100.80 cm and the greatest one in the line Siglavy 108.11 cm. The smallest chest girth was with Maestoso line foals 80.19 cm and the largest one with Siglavy 86.78 cm. However, the smallest cannon bone circumference was found to be in Neapolitano line foals 11.10 cm and the largest one with the line Favory 12.50 cm. In the post ablactation period withers height ranged from 135.50 cm in the line Favory to 143.33 cm in Siglavy line whereas chest girth was from 133.00 cm in Favory line to 142.78 cm in Siglavy line. The smallest cannon bone circumference was also with Favory line foals 16.25 cm and the largest one with Conversano line 17.23 cm. Statistical significance of all three measures was more pronounced after parturition compared to the post ablactation period. Correlation for the total number ranged from r = -0.121 to r = 0.913. Correlation among the processed body measures ranged from very strong negative to complete positive. Stronger correlation with all the lines appeared to be between withers height, chest girth and cannon bone circumference.

Cilj rada bio je izmjeriti i prikazati osnovna muzna svojstva krava jersey pasmine na primjeru jedne suvremene govedarske farme za proizvodnju mlijeka. Za mjerenje muznih svojstava koristio se mjerni uređaj LactoCorder, a mjerili su se slijedeći parametri: količina mlijeka po mužnji (KMM), prosječni (PPM) i maksimalni protok mlijeka (MPM), te trajanje glavne (GFM) i cijele mužnje (TM). Krave jersey pasmine imale su prosječnu količinu mlijeka po mužnji 11, 99 kg, dok su PPM i MPM mlijeka u prosijeku iznosili 2, 01 odnosno 3, 09 kg/min. Trajanje GFM i TM u prosjeku su iznosili 5, 99 odnosno 10, 13 minuta. Utvrđena je nešto veća zastupljenost poželjnijih krivulja protoka mlijeka (pravokutna i stepenasta) u iznosu od 58 %, dok su manje poželjne krivulje bile zastupljene sa 42 % (bimodalna i neodređena). Sa stajališta dobre muznosti, krave jersey pasmine iz ovoga istraživanja imaju nešto niži prosječni protok mlijeka, a samim tim i duže trajanje mužnje. Uočena je velika zastupljenost bimodalnih krivulja, koje ukazuju na moguću neusklađenost muznog uređaja (sisne čaše) sa dimenzijama vimena krava jersey pasmine. Na osnovu dobivenih rezultata nužna su daljnja istraživanjamuznosti krava ove novije pasmine za proizvodnju mlijeka u Republici Hrvatskoj. Nadalje, nužna je određena korekcija na muznim uređajima kako bi se poboljšao tijek mužnje a samim tim i kvaliteta mužnje krava jersey pasmine.

32. Analiza pedigrea konja kasačkih pasmina u Srbiji

Cilj ovoga rada je da se na osnovu baze podataka o podrijetlu grla kasačkih pasmina konja koji se nalaze u evidenciji Udruženja za kasački sport Srbije izračunaju parametri populacije u softveru specijaliziranom za analizu pedigrea. Ukupan broj grla je iznosio 2.655, oždrijebljenih u razdoblju od 1926. do 2010. godine. Obrada podataka je izvršena primjenom online softvera PopRep 2.0, a izračunati su sljedeći parametri populacije: popunjenost pedigrea po godinama, koefi cijent inbridinga i generacijski interval. Prosječna popunjenost pedigrea za promatranu populaciju kasača za posljednjih deset godina se kretala od 47, 4% u 6. generaciji, do 100% u 1. generaciji. Kod najvećeg broja grla, koefi cijent uzgoja u srodstvu se kretao od 0-5% i iako je imao tendenciju povećanja, prosječan koefi cijent inbridinga po godini rođenja je bio nizak. Generacijski interval na razini populacije je u prosjeku iznosio 11, 9 godina, dok je za kobile iznosio 10, 4 godine, a za pastuhe 13, 3 godine. U daljnjem radu treba nastojati da se podaci koji su do sada prikupljeni upotpune, kako bi se povećala popunjenost pedigrea i točnost ocjene ostalih parametara populacije.

Termografska kamera bilježi zračenje u infracrvenom pojasu elektromagnetskog spektra (0.9-14 mikrometara) i stvara sliku koju nazivamo termogram. Sva tijela ovisno o njihovoj temperaturi emitiraju infracrveno zračenje, prema zakonu zračenja crnog tijela. Termografija omogućava promatranje okoline bez osvjetljenja što je prvo primjenjivala vojska i policija, a danas sve više lovci i znanstvenici kod promatranja životinja. Gledani termografskom kamerom topli predmeti se dobro ističu u odnosu na hladnije tako su konji i druge toplokrvne životinje dobro vidljive. Ovisno o kvaliteti kamere promatranjem konja termografskom kamerom može se uočiti najmanja promjena u temperaturi mišića, tetive, ligamenti, zgloba i sl. što može uputiti na ozljedu ili bolesti. Široka je primjena termografije u konjogojstuo osobito u vrhunskom konjičkom sportu. Analizom termograma konja koji je u treningu može se promatrati stupanj zagrijavanja pojedinih partija mišića i tako usmjeravati trening prema razvoju željenih mišićnih skupina. Usporedbom termograma prije i nakon korištenja opreme za jahanje ili prezanje konja može se utvrditi prikladnost iste. Termogram predstavlja odličan alat u svijetu uzgoja i korištenju konja sa ciljem njegove uspješnosti u sportu i dobrobiti.

Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je izrada GIS, interaktivne web karte antičkog grada Salone na području današnjeg grada Solina. Proces se sastoji od izrade baze podataka o arheološkim lokalitetima i povijesnim znamenitostima Salone, koja se u GIS softveru dalje povezuje s geografskim rasterskim i vektorskim podacima, te se konačno izvozi u HTML obliku i postavlja na web stranicu. Cilj izrade karte je u turističke i edukacijske svrhe. Omogućuje snalaženje na arheološkim lokalitetima Salone te saznavanje informacija o njenom povijesnom i sadašnjem stanju. Osim praktičnog dijela koji se bavi izradom karte, rad se sastoji i od teoretskog dijela u kojem se objašnjavaju osnovni pojmovi vezani uz GIS, digitalnu kartografiju, web kartografiju, baze podataka itd.

Cilj rada je prikazati istraživanja koja se temelje na primjeni infracrvene termografije u konjogojstvu. Termografska kamera bilježi zračenje u infracrvenom pojasu elektromagnetskog spektra (0.9-14 mikrometara) i stvara sliku koju nazivamo termogram. Termografija danas postaje sve popularnija metoda pri dijagnosticiranju mišićno- koštanih i neuroloških ozljeda kod konja, posebice nespecifične hromosti konja. Budući da je termografija potpuno neinvazivna, pruža pregled konja bez da se ga dotakne, što neće prouzrokovati stres ili nelagodu kod životinje. Termografiju konja smatramo iznimno korisnom pri radu kod sportskih konja u treninzima. Gledajući u budućnost povremena rutinska termografska procjena radnog ili sportskog konja mogla bi pomoći pri osmišljavanju programa prevencije ozljeda, ali trenutno se zahtijevaju veća istraživanja kako bi se pokazala korisnost. Postati djelotvornim termo- grafičarom zahtijeva temeljitu obuku, upravo zbog toga što se termogrami lako manipuliraju promjenom uvjeta okoline ili lošom pripremom konja. Potrebno je vrsno iskustvo za razlikovanje normalnih i patoloških varijacija temperature na površini tijela konja.

Konj je po mnogočemu posebna domaća životinja, tako je i sa njegovim probavnim sustavom. Konj je biljojed sa jednostavnim želucem. Volumen probavnog sustava konja je oko 40 l na 100 kg tjelesne mase konja. Probava konja započinje usnom šupljinom, gdje zubi sažvaču obrok, natope ga slinom, jezik formira zalogaji i potiske dalje u probavni sustav. Jednak konja je dugačaki, izrazito mišićav i to jer razlog zašto konj gotovo nikada ne povraća. Kada zalogaj stigne u želudac koji čini 8, 5-10 % ukupnog volumena probavnog sustava, natapa se želučanim sokovima i potiskuje u crijeva. Konj nema žučnu vrećicu, te je to razlog zašto je osvijetli na masna krmiva. Funkcija žući u probavnom sustavu je da emulgira masti, da bi se one lakše resorbirale u organizam. Debelo crijevo konja čini 65% volumena probavnog trakta. Slijepo crijevo konja dvostruko je veće od goveđeg. U slijepom crijevu se odvija mikrobiološka aktivnosti i probava ugljikohidrata što se kod preživača vrši u predželucima. Za konje se često kaže da loše iskorištavaju krmiva. Razlog leži u tome što mikrobna populacija razgrađuje celulitičku membranu biljaka u stražnjem dijelu probavnog trakta konja. Tako se kasno oslobađaju hranjive tvari iz biljaka, koje se više ne mogu resorbirati i formira se izmet.

Uzgoj i selekcija lipicanskih konja primarni su cilj Državne ergele Đakovo. Posljednjih nekoliko godina naglasak se stavlja na razvitak turističke djelatnosti. Integralni dio cilja društveno gospodarskog razvitka istočne Hrvatske svakako je povećanje turističke ponude i atraktivnosti đakovačke ergele kroz promociju različitih oblika konjičkog turizma. Kako uzgoj konja sam po sebi nije svrha, njihova radna sposobnost se testira kroz zaprežni i dresurni konjički sport, a lipicanac postaje prepoznatljiv brend za kreiranje turističkog proizvoda, obogaćivanje turističke ponude i razvitak konjičkog turizma u kontinentalnom dijelu Hrvatske. U cilju prepoznavanja stanja i mogućnosti konjičkog turizma utvrđeni su rastući trendovi u vrijednostima ukupnih prihoda, prihoda od usluga uz prosječni rast indeksa i količini potražnje posjetitelja u petogodišnjem razdoblju. Kako bi se prepoznale smjernice u potrebnim aktivnostima za budući rast potražnje diferencirani su tržišni segmenti.

Sanitary quality of milk and physical–chemical parameters became very important elements in evaluation and classification of milk in EU. Because of the market conditions and milk products position a new Book of Regulations of fresh raw milk quality came into force on January 1st 2001 in The Republic of Croatia. The object of the investigation was comparison of some milk parameters with new rules of fresh raw milk quality and fortification of the connection between these parameters. The samples of milk of Simmental cows, with exception of mean value of the total somatic cells number (474,480/ml), were characterised by milk quality meeting the requirements of the Book of Regulations. However, Holstein–Friesian cows, in spite of large number of somatic cells in milk (676,030/ml) didn`t have even satisfactory percent of fatless dry matter (8.34; 8.36; 8.18 and 8.21%). In future, it is necessary to make programmes of cattle breeding development based on market demands and modern market objects, using European achievements in livestock science and profession.

This paper aimed at determination of defferences in morphological and reproductive properties of Lippizaner breed blood mares raised in stud farm Đakovo and on family farms. Results of morphological properties investigation indicate better development of investigated body measures of a stud farm mares, except chest width that was more pronounced in family farm mares. Significant differences were determined with withers height (cattle tape), back height and cannon bone circumference whereas differences of withers height (stick), small of the back height, chest depth and chest width were highly significant. As for reproductive properties stud farm raising mares were older at first fertilization and first foaling compared to the family farm mares. Statistically very significant differences in pregnancy duration were determined only at 5-12 pregnancy of stud farm raising mares. First, second, fourth and 5-12 service period lasted longer in stud farm raising mares whereas longer duration of the second and third service period was determined with family farm mares.

Mlijeko kobila i magarica namirnica je koja zadnjih godina pobuđuje značajnu pozornost. Premda neki narodi Azije redovito konzumiraju mlijeko kopitara tisućljećima, na području Europe uglavnom je korištena u skromnoj količini kao funkcionalna namirnica, u prehrani djece i liječenju nekih bolesti. Mlijeko kobila i magarica zadnjih je desetljeća bilo predmet više istraživanja, no još se uvijek zapaža određena sumnjičavost naspram njihove nutritivne i funkcionalne vrijednosti. Zapaža se određeno nepoznavanje tehnologije proizvodnje mlijeka kopitara, od pripreme životinja za mužnju do zbrinjavanja pomuzenog mlijeka. Higijenska i zdravstvena ispravnost mlijeka iziskuje posebnu pažnju. Premda je u aktualnoj gospodarskoj situaciji dio uzgajivača zainteresiran za ovaj vid proizvodnje, nedovoljna tržišna prepoznatljivost otežava plasman mlijeka i razvoj proizvodnje. Prerada mlijeka u proizvode dodane vrijednosti iziskuje znanje, vještine i investicije, što najvećem dijelu uzgajivača čini nepremostivu prepreku. Cilj rada je davanje prikaza nutritivne vrijednosti mlijeka kobila i magarica, tehnologije proizvodnje i mogućnosti plasmana mlijeka kopitara i proizvoda u kojima je mlijeko kopitara sastavna komponenta.

Glavna tema ovog rada je obiteljsko poduzetništvo te sve prepreke koje se javljaju prilikom poslovanja. Ovaj tip poduzetništva jako je specifičan zbog krvnog srodstva koje povezuje članove obitelji. Glavno pitanje koje se postavlja je problem nasljeđivanja poduzeća između članova obitelji, to pitanje je detaljno razmotreno kako u teoriji tako i na primjeru firme “Marcaffe”. Razmotrena su i pitanja poput odlučivanja u poduzećima, prednosti i nedostatci obiteljskog poduzetništva, izazovi i ograničenja te postojanost i održivost obiteljskih poduzeća. Na primjeru firme “Marcaffe” prikazani su problemi s kojima se konkretno susreće ovo poduzeće, prikazan je profil poduzeća počevši od povijesti poduzeća, preko proizvoda, konkurencije, distribucije pa do budućih planova poduzeća. The main theme of this work is a family business and all the obstacles that occur during operation. This type of entrepreneurship is very specific because of the blood relationship that connects family members. The main question that arises is the problem of inheritance business between family members, this issue is discussed in more detail in both theory and on the example of “Marcaffe”company. Some questions, such as decision-making proces in enterprises, the advan-tages and disadvantages of family business, challenges and constraints, and the stability and viabili-ty of family businesses are also analyzed in this paper work. Using the example of company “Mar-caffe” shows the problems that specifically meets this company, shows the profile of the company starting from the history of the company, through the products, competition, distribution, and to the future plans of the company.

Cilj rada bio je prikazati proizvodne odlike krava jersey pasmine. Ovisno o državi uzgoja, prosječna proizvodnja krava jersey pasmine u standardnoj laktaciji, kreće se od 5107 kg u Engleskoj do najviše 7480 kg u SAD-u. Najveću količinu mliječne mastí od 5, 5% imaju krave jersey pasmine koje se uzgajaju u Engleskoj, zatim slijedi švicarska sa 5, 4%, te na kraju SAD-e i Kanada sa 4, 6% odnosno 4, 0%. lstu količinu bjelančevina od 3, 9% ostvarile su krave jersey pasmine s područja Engleske i Švicarske, dok su krave iz SAD-a imale 3, 6%. Najmanju količinu bjelančevina u iznosu od 3, 1% imale su krave jersey pasmíne iz uzgoja u Kanadi. Zbog visokog udjela mliječne mastí mlijeko ove pasmine iznimno je pogodno za proizvodnju maslaca, vrhnja, sira, te drugih mliječnih proizvoda.

43. Otkriće govora tijela u komunikaciji s konjem

Komunikacija čovjeka i konja oduvijek je intrigirala ljudsku populaciju. Intenzitet i tijek komunikacije je specifičan, jer ga najčešće određuju konji. Preživljavanje u prirodi im omogućuje život u krdu. Danas „moderan“ konj živi u objektima (stajama, ispustima, pašnjacima, koralima i sl.) izvedenim prema njihovim potrebama. Okolinu oko sebe doživljavaju kao u divljini, u krdu, a na isti način ostvaruju i komunikaciju. Potrebno je stvoriti uzajamno povjerenje između čovjeka i konja, kako bi između njih bila uspješna komunikacija. Za razliku od ljudi, konji većinom prenose govor tijelom, a manje glasovnom komunikacijom. Konji reagiraju na govor tijela i raspoloženje čovjeka. Od zapovjedne riječi čovjeka, konjima je značajniji ton i boja glasa kojem im se čovjek obraća, mirnoća u pristupu, položaj čovjekovog tijela ili nasuprot, uzbuđenost u glasu, ljutnja i slično. Kada konj ne reagira željeno najprije treba tražiti pogrešku u čovjeku: Što govor tijela govori? Koji je ton glasa? Koje je raspoloženje? Čovjek nesvjesno često pogrešno komunicira s konjem i zato rad i trening odu u neželjenom smjeru. Ako postoji međusobni nesporazum u komunikaciji između čovjeka i konja, savjetima ga može korigirat iskusan promatrač. Danas sve više trenera, jahača i sl. otkrivaju govor tijela kao alat u komunikaciji s konjem.

44. Sportski potencijal hrvatskih uzgojnih tipova konja

Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati stanje populacija i potencijal hrvatskih uzgojnih tipova konja u konjičkim sportovima čiji se pojedini uzgoj temelji na tridesetogodišnjem uzgoju, upravo za tu namjenu. U Hrvatskoj su u 2016. godini uzgajane 54 pasmine konja, od kojih su tri autohtone i jedna izvorno zaštićena pasmina. Iste godine uzgajana su 34 uzgojna tipa, od kojih su četiri hrvatska uzgojna tipa konja. Ukupno povećanje broja registriranih konja u Hrvatskoj, u 2016. u odnosu na 2011., iznosi 2.734 ili 12%. U posljednjih šest godina ukupan broj toplokrvnjaka u Hrvatskoj je narastao za 1.338 grla, što je povećanje za 14, 57%. U istom razdoblju, populacija uzgojnog tipa hrvatskog sportskog konja povećana je za 26, 22%, dok je brojno stanje populacije uzgojnog tipa hrvatskog toplokrvnjaka smanjeno za 30, 16%. Hrvatski sportski konj i hrvatski toplokrvnjak su uzgojni tipovi koji se koriste u različitim disciplinama konjičkih sportova. U proteklih šest godina preponsko jahanje čini 63% svih konjičkih sportova Republike Hrvatske. Od ukupnog broja konja u Republici Hrvatskoj svega 3% je licenciranih konja u Hrvatskom konjičkom savezu, što iznosi 8% toplokrvne populacije konja. Najzastupljeniji uzgojni tipovi među populacijom licenciranih konja u Hrvatskom konjičkom savezu su hrvatski toplokrvnjak (14%) i hrvatski sportski konj (11%). Ulaskom u Europsku uniju broj licenciranih konja u Hrvatskom konjičkom savezu se povećao za 23%, a broj hrvatskih uzgojnih tipova za 9%.

45. Značajke animalne proizvodnje i uzgoja kućnih ljubimaca u Republici Hrvatskoj

Pojedine grane animalne proizvodnje služe za prehranu stanovništva kao što su proizvodnja mesa, mlijeka, jaja, te njihovih proizvoda. Neke grane značajne su za razvoj turizma, rekreaciju i druge namjene (uzgoj konja, kućni ljubimci i dr.) Predmet našeg izučavanja su specifičnosti pojedinih grana animalne proizvodnje, posebice od ulaska Republike Hrvatske u Europsku uniju. Godine 2012. u Republici Hrvatskoj uzgajalo se 452 tis. grla goveda, 1182 tis. grla svinja, 679 tis. grla ovaca i 75 tis. grla koza. Analiza brojnog stanja od 2012.-2016. godine pokazuje povećanje broja goveda za 2, 2%, smanjenje broja svinja za 1, 6%, kao i broja peradi za 3%. Također je smanjen broj ovaca za 8, 8%, dok je broj koza povećan za 10%. Brojno stanje grla i proizvodnost pojedinih vrsta stoke utjecalo je na bilance animalnih proizvoda u 2016. godini, iz kojih su vidljive značajne količine uvoza u odnosu na domaću proizvodnju, i to za meso: goveđe 49, 5%, svinjsko 84, 6%, meso peradi 28, 4% te kravlje mlijeko 97% i konzumna jaja 17, 5%. Podaci ukazuju na nisku samodostatnost, posebice za kravlje mlijeko, svinjsko i goveđe meso. Uključivanje Hrvatske na europska i svjetska tržišta zahtijevalo je uvođenje međunarodnih standarda u sustave proizvodnje i nadzora kakvoće svih proizvoda, pa tako i krmiva, krmnih smjesa te njihovih dodataka. Paralelno, u posljednjih nekoliko godina proizvodnja krmnih smjesa pokazala je tendenciju pada uzrokovanu prije svega slabijom kupovnom moći potrošača i nestabilnim tržištem stoke zbog uvoza jeftinijeg mesa i stoke, što dovodi do smanjenja brojnog stanja stoke u domaćem uzgoju. Ovčarstvo i kozarstvo su gospodarske grane koje se sve više razvijaju u Republici Hrvatskoj. Od ulaska Republike Hrvatske u članstvo Europske unije značajno se je povećao broj koza. Također se povećao i broj gospodarstava koja uzgajaju ovce i koze za 19, 93%, odnosno za 50, 53%. Govedarska proizvodnja u Republici Hrvatskoj nepovoljna je u odnosu na razvijene zemlje EU. Proizvodnja mlijeka u Hrvatskoj iz godine u godinu pada, a strateške mjere kojima bi se proizvodnja mlijeka dugoročno povećala i ustalila, trenutno ne postoje. Kontinuirano povećanje broja registriranih kopitara u posljednjih 25 godina dokazuje sve intenzivniju popularizaciju konjogojstva u Hrvatskoj. Registrirano je 26, 5 tis. grla kopitara, od čega 23, 2 tis. grla konja (92 pasmine i uzgojnih tipova konja). Uzgoj lipicanske pasmine zaštićen je kao nematerijalna kulturna baština te je pokrenut postupak za zaštitu prema UNESCO. Procjena populacije pasa i mačaka u Republici Hrvatskoj uvelike ovisi o sustavu označavanja navedenih vrsta. Republika Hrvatska je jedna od rijetkih država u svijetu koja ima propisanu obvezu označavanja svih pasa starijih od 90 dana, kao i centraliziranu bazu podataka Lysacan. Broj označenih pasa mikročipom u 2017. godini iznosio je 72 tis. jedinki. Procjena populacije mačaka u Hrvatskoj gotovo je nemoguća iz razloga što ne postoji zakonom obvezan sustav označavanja ove populacije. Prilagodbom zakonima EU, izradom uzgojnih programa te uključivanjem novijih znanstveno-stručnih spoznaja značajno je porasla perspektiva razvoja pojedinih grana animalne proizvodnje

46. UTJECAJ PRVE NATJECATELJSKE SEZONE NA MLADOG PREPONSKOG KONJA

Cilj rada je prikazati utjecaj napora na organizam mladog preponskog konja u prvoj natjecateljskoj sezoni. Istraživanja su provedena na šest mladih pastuha (u dobi od četiri i pet godina) treniranih i korištenih u preponskom konjičkom sportu, uzgojnog tipa hrvatski sportski konj. Praćeni su treninzi u skakanju prepona u parkuru u dva ponavljanja na početku (svibanj) i na kraju (rujan) natjecateljske sezone. Pripremu i skakanje parkura provela je uvijek ista osoba koja se brine i za kondicijsko stanje konja. Uzimanje uzorka sline (uz pomoć tampona vate) provedeno je u 60. i 15. minuti prije skakanja parkura te neposredno prije skakanja parkura i neposredno nakon skakanja parkura te u 5., 15. i 120. minuti nakon završetka svakoga skakanja parkura (u razdoblju odmora konja). U prvoj natjecateljskoj sezoni mladi preponski konji imali su 23,63% manju koncentraciju kortizola u slini tijekom rujna prije i nakon savladavanja parkura s preponama. Prema utvrđenim vrijednostima koncentracije kortizola u slini mladih preponskih konja može se zaključiti da su konji tijekom rujna identičan parkur savladali s manje stresa i straha. Prva natjecateljska sezona imala je adaptivan učinak na stres i strah mladih konja u preponskom jahanju., The aim of this study was to show the effect of first competition season on the organism of a young jumping horse (aged four and five). The research was conducted on six young stallions trained and used in jumping equestrian sports. All stallions were breeding type Croatian sports horse. The trainings in hurdle jumping in the parkour were monitored in two repetitions, at the beginning (May) and in the end (September) of the competition season. All the horses during the competition period in two repetitions (May and September) passed the same intensity of trainings in hurdle jumping in the parkour. The samples of saliva were taken before the jumping parkour; in the 60th, 15th minute and immediately before the jumping parkour, then after the jumping parkour; immediately and in the 5th, 15th, and 120th minute after the jumping parkour. The efforts during the first competition season through training and competition resulted in 23.63% reduction in cortisol concentrations in saliva during September in comparison to May. In accordance to determined values of cortisol concentrations in saliva of a young jumping horses, it could be concluded that horses during September identical parkour overcome with less stress and fear. The first competition season resulted in adaptation of young jumping horse to stress and fear that is present in jumping equestrian sports.

47. Promjene na tkivu vimena krava uzrokovane strojnom mužnjom

Izgled tkiva sisa kod muznih krava dobar je pokazatelj kvalitete okruženja u kojoj se životinje nalaze, menadžmenta mužnje i ispravnosti muznih uređaja, te se također može upotrijebiti kao indikator za rizik od nastanka mastitisa. Različiti uzroci i mehanizmi utječu na stanje tkiva sisa vimena krava u proizvodnji mlijeka. Mogu se izdvojiti tri najveća uzroka: strojna mužnja, okolišni utjecaji i infekcija. Promjene koje nastaju kao posljedica strojne mužnje podijeljene su u tri skupine: kratkoročne (boja, otečenost i otvorenost vrha sise), srednjoročne (suhoća kože, pukotine i brazde), te dugoročna hiperkeratoza. Potrebno je održavanje dobre kondicije sisa, a to se može postići dobrim menadžmentom i higijenom mužnje, kvalitetnom pripremom krave za mužnju te dobrom zaštitom sisa na kraju mužnje.

Cilj rada je prikazati asortiman proizvoda od kobiljeg mlijeka namijenjenih tržištu koji bi imali za cilj revitalizirati uzgoj konja finalizacijom proizvoda i usluga u istočnoj Hrvatskoj. Povijest ruralne Slavonije, Baranje i Srijema duboko je isprepletana konjima koja sve više i više zamire. Razlog ponajviše leži u gubitku primarne uloge konja. Konj prvenstveno hladnokrvne pasmine u 21. stoljeću je izgubio svoju uzgojnu ulogu radnog konja. Zahtijevno Europsko tržište otkrilo je blagodati kobiljeg mlijeka i čari turizma ruralnih krajeva. Istočna Hrvatska ima neiskorišten potencijal izvornih i zaštićenih pasmina konja koji bi se mogli usmjeriti u tom pravcu. Najveću pažnju treba posvetiti higijeni tehnologije proizvodnje kobiljeg mlijeka, jer se ono ne pasterizira. Kobilje mlijeko se nakon mužnje hladi i obično zamrzne u posude od 250 ml. Smrznuto mlijeko kobile stabilno je šest mjeseci na - 20° C. Neke tvrtke zapadne Europe obrađuju mlijeko kobile ili ga kao takvo plasiraju na tržište. Proizvedeni proizvodi uključuju mlijeko u prahu, emulzije, kobilje mlijeko u prahu u tabletama ili kapsulama, fermentirane proizvode od kobiljeg mlijeka za prehranu i njegu, i dr. Široka je paleta proizvoda od kobiljeg mlijeka. Neupitan je pozitivan učinak konzumacije i uporabe istoga. U Republici Hrvatskoj treba razviti finalni proizvod od kobiljeg mlijeka koji bi bio prepoznatljiv na lokalnom i širem tržištu. Ključne riječi: kobilje mlijeko, proizvod, prerada, turistička usluga.

The academic textbook Stock Breeding in Tropical and Subtropical Conditions contains the following chapters: General part, Cattle and camels, Sheep and goats, Horses, donkeys, mules and hinnies, Index and Appendix with photographs of domestic animals in tropical and subtropical area. The textbook is written for students of the Faculty of Agriculture in Osijek and serves as a reading recommended within the module of the same title. Since 1997, when this module was introduced to curriculum as an elective course, students have showed great interest for gaining knowledge on cattle breeding in specific tropical and subtropical conditions. They prepared numerous seminary papers and final theses on the mentioned topic. Gaining of such knowledge contributes to openness and mobility of students to other European universities, which further promotes Bologna Process principles. The textbook covers all topics that are planned to be elaborated within the module. The handbook content is divided into two parts. The first part overviews numerous problems that producers of cattle in tropical and subtropical conditions are faced with. Some of those problems are also present in Croatia, especially in the warmer part of a year, becoming more obvious because of global climatic changes. Some breeds of cattle typical for tropical and subtropical areas are presented in the second part of the textbook within three chapters (Cattle and camels, Sheep and goats, Horses, donkeys, mules and hinnies). According to historical records, some of these animals, such as buffalos lived in our areas, particularly in Slavonia, while some other breeds live today across Europe and are treated as exotic animals.

Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati specifičnosti tehnologije proizvodnje kobiljeg mlijeka. Kobilje mlijeko malo je zastupljeno na tržištu stoga nije toliko poznato kao mlijeko ostalih domaćih životinja, no kvalitetom ne zaostaje za drugim vrstama mlijeka. Specifičnog je kemijskog sastava i njegova proizvodnja se uvelike razlikuje od proizvodnje mlijeka drugih vrsta domaćih životinja. Na posebnost proizvodnje kobiljeg mlijeka utječu reprodukcijski pokazatelji (duga gravidnost, zahtjevnije podizanje ždrebadi) kao i sama tehnologija mužnje (češće izmuzivanje, malen kapacitet vimena, prisustvo ždrijebeta). Navedeni čimbenici direktno utječu na veću cijenu kobiljeg mlijeka. Proizvodnja kobiljeg mlijeka u Hrvatskoj ima veliki potencijal, jer postoji široka paleta proizvoda od kobiljeg mlijeka koji svakako mogu naći svoje mjesto na tržištu. Osim ekonomske isplativosti, proizvodnja kobiljeg mlijeka pridonosi očuvanju genetskog i kulturnog nasljeđa.
