In 2013, extremely high activity in the gamma and X-region of the electromagnetic spectrum was recorded for blazar Mrk421. The aim of this paper is to make a physical model that includes two components, i.e. two spheres of magnetized high-energy plasma. Assuming that all the observed radiation comes from the synchrotron and inverse Compton radiation of the electron, a software solution was realized that allows the calculation of the expected emission in all parts of the spectrum from these components. Then, the appropriate method for adapting the theoretical model to the data was selected and implemented in the software solution, and the most probable parameters of the model were found. The temporal evolution of the components was also taken into account while modeling.
