Prosječno je metodom u tri ekstrakcije određeno 370,85 mg/kg organskog fosfora što je bilo za 57 % više od koncnetracija organskog fosfora utvrđenog Kuo metodom (214,31 mg/kg).Između tri ekstrakcije i Kuo metode utvrđena je korelacija u nizu NaOH, The aim of this paper was to determined the difference between the two methods for the organic phosphorus determination in the soil: KUO annealing method with NaOH, and the three extractions. The analysis were made on samples of arable soils in continental Croatian. Each sample weighed 0.5-1 kg ad basiy soil chemical properties were determined such as pH of the soil, humus content in the soil, concentration of AL-available phosphorus, as well as analisysis of additional properties of soils were determined too. In total were analyses 30 soil samples, but due to the complexity of implemented methods and heterogeneity of results results are reduced to 10 samples. Results of actual acidity of the samples were in the range of pH (H20) to pH 5.10 (H20) 8,32, and substitution from pH (KCl) to 3.88 pH (KCl) 7.52 as in the range of weak acid to slightly alkaline. The results of the phosphorus concentration by AL-method ranged in acidic soils ranging from 23.33 to 95.42 mg of P2O5 / 100 g soil, while in alkaline soils ranging from 8.05 to 35.47 mg of P2O5 / 100 g of soil. In all examined sampleshumus content was found in the level of the medium humus soil. Average the three extraction method specified in 370.85 mg / kg of organic phosphorus which was 57% more than the organic phosphorus burning appliances or chimneys Kuo established method (214.31 mg / kg) and three extractions Amongst Kuo methods and correlation between the series of NaOH
