U ovom završnom radu opisan je postupak parametrizacije tiristorskog pretvarača Simoreg za reguliranje brzine istosmjernog motora. U teorijskom dijelu rada vezanog za istosmjerne motore opisana je njihova konstrukcija te vrste njihovih uzbuda. Pojašnjava se svaka vrsta uzbude te se prikazuju vanjske karakteristike i formule vezane uz njih. U teorijskom dijelu rada vezanog za Simoreg uređaj objašnjava se njihova konstrukcija te što oznake na uređaju predstavljaju. U praktičnom dijelu vrši se parametrizacija uređaja pomoću DriveMonitor programa na računalu za više motora. Rezultati testiranja su prikazani tablično i prema njima nacrtane karakteristike. This final paper describes the parameterization procedure of the Simoreg thyristor converter for speed control of a DC machines. In the theoretical part of the work related to DC motors, their construction and types of their excitations are described. Each type of excitation is explained and the external characteristics and formulas related to them are presented. In the theoretical part of the work related to the Simoreg device, their construction is explained and what markings on the device represent. In the practical part, device parameterization is performed using the DriveMonitor software on a computer for multiple motors. The test results are presented in a table and the characteristics drawn according to them.

U ovom diplomskom radu opisan je nacin realizacije automatizirane stanice za ispitivanje asin- kronih strojeva u motornom rezimu rada. U svrhu postavljanja uvjeta i mogucih ciljeva diktirani ispitivanim motorom opisani su principi rada svih elemenata koristenih u realizaciji ispitne sta- nice. Naglasak je stavljen na nacine upravljanja sinkronog stroja sa permanentnim magnetima koji je u ulozi opteretnog stroja. Stvoren je matematicki model primjenom d-q transforma- cije koji omogucava raspis estimatora i regulatora motora implementirani u logiku upravljanja frekvencijskog pretvaraca. Automatizirani sustav je realiziran parametriranjem frekvencijskom pretvaracem programom za pustanje u pogon STARTER postavljanjem rezima upravljanja brzinom vrtnje uz deniranje komunikacija sa PLC-om koji se koristi za upravljanje cijelim sustava uz sucelje za upravljanje i nadzor. Programska rjesenja upravljanja i nadzora diktirana uvjetima standardnih ispitivanja asinkronih strojeva te lakoce i sigurnosti koristenja stanice postavljena su pomocu programa TIA portal gdje PLC izvrsava ulogu upravljanja sustavom dok HMI sucelje sluzi za upravljanje stanicom i nadzor sustava odnosno interakciju covjeka sa automatiziranom stanicom za ispitivanje asinkronih motora. Provedbom standardnih pokusa te usporedbom dobivenih i proizvodacko deniranih vrijednosti utvrdena je ispravnost sustava. This graduate thesis describes the method of realization of an automated station for testing induction machines in motor mode. For the purpose of setting conditions and possible goals dictated by the test motor, working principles of all elements used in the realization of the test station are described. Emphasis is placed on the ways of operating a synchronous machine with permanent magnets, which is in the role of a loading machine. A mathematical model has been created using d-q tansformation that enables the deriving of obsevers and controllers implemented in the frequency converter control logic. The automated system is set up by parameterizing the frequency converter with the commissioning program STARTER by setting speed control and setting up communications with the PLC used to manage the entire system with a human-machine interface. Software solutions for control and monitoring of dictated conditions of standard tests of inducition machines, safety and ease of use of station are set using the program TIA portal where PLC controlins system while human-machine interface is used for station control and system monitoring of testing procedure of induction motor. Proper functioning of the system was determined by performing standard tests and by comparing the obtained and manufacturer-dened values, proper functioning of the system was determined.

Ovaj završni rad proučava regulaciju brzine vrtnje istosmjernog motora s nezavisnom uzbudom temeljenoj na permanentnim magnetima. U prvom dijelu se objašnjavaju načini podešavanja brzine vrtnje istosmjernog motora, te se potom odabire onaj najpodesniji za dani tip motora, a to je promjenom napona armature. Nakon toga se izvodi matematički model dinamike istosmjernog motora, a koji će poslužiti za projektiranje regulacijskog kruga brzine vrtnje s PI regulatorom. Računalna simulacija dinamike motora i regulacijskog kruga brzine vrtnje provedena u Matlab/Simulink programskom okruženju. U drugom dijelu rada objašnjen je koncept Arduino mikrokontrolera, odnosno njegov hardver i softver, te način rada ostalih komponenti korištenih za projektiranje sustava upravljanja istosmjernim motorom. Nakon što se objasni shema spajanja cijele upravljačke jedince, komentirat će se rezultati regulacije brzine vrtnje pomoću Arduina. This work studies the control of the rotational speed of a DC motor with independent excitation based on permanent magnets. The first part explains how to adjust the rotational speed of a DC motor, and then selects the most suitable for a given motor speed adjustment methodology, that is, by changing the armature voltage. Following that, a mathematical model of the dynamics of the DC motor is performed, which will be used to design the speed control loop with a PI speed controller. Computer simulation of motor dynamics and speed control loop is performed in Matlab/Simulink software environment. The second part of this work explains the concept of the Arduino microcontroller, i.e. its hardware and software, and the way of operation of other components used for the design of the DC motor control system. After the control unit wiring is explained, the results of speed control using the Arduino controller will be commented.

Završni rad opisuje postupak sinteze i implementacije PI regulatora u sustavu regulacije brzine vrtnje rotora elektromotora. Za mjerenje brzine vrtnje korišten je magnetski apsolutni enkoder temeljen na Hallovom efektu. Detaljno je opisan princip rada senzora, s naglaskom na analognom naponskom signalu enkodera koji je korišten u sustavu regulacije. Provedeno je modeliranje i identifikacija parametara elektromotornog pogona, neophodno za sintezu regulatora brzine vrtnje. Računalna simulacija dinamičkog ponašanja pogona i regulatora je provedena u MATLAB Simulinku, a zatim je regulator implementiran i testiran na eksperimentalnom postavu. In this final paper procedure of PI regulator parameters estimation and its implementation into speed control system is described. Magnetic absolute encoder, based on Hall effect is used for rotational speed measurement. Work principle of used sensor, with accent on analog voltage encoder signal, which is used in control system, is detailed described. Modeling and identification of electric motor drive parameters, which are necessary for rotational speed regulator synthesis are carried out. Computer simulation of drive and regulator dynamic behavior is conducted in MATLAB Simulink. After that, regulator is implemented and tested on experimental model.

U ovom radu osmišljen je i realiziran eksperimentalni dvomotorni pogon za simuliranje dinamičkog tereta temeljen na opremi proizvođača Mitsubishi. Opisani su potrebni podsustavi za realizaciju eksperimentalnog postava (trofazni pretvarač snage, motor, inkrementalni davač impulsa), te je opisan upravljački sklop koji je realiziran pomoću PLC (engl. Programmable logical controller) sustava. Obrađena je nužna matematička formulacija za definiranje dinamike sinkronog motora s permanentnim magnetima (engl. Permanent magnet synchronous motor), uz izrađene simulacijske modele u programskom paketu Matlab/Simulink™ . Nadalje, projektirani su sustavi regulacije momenta/struje i brzine vrtnje pogona korištenjem principa metode optimuma dvostrukog odnosa i simetričnog optimuma uz primjenu različitih struktura regulatora brzine vrtnje (PI, I-P). U svrhu validacije predložene metodologije ispitani su simulacijski modeli i eksperimentalni postav u karakterističnim režimima rada, odnosno kombinacijama momenta opterećenja i brzine vrtnje pogona. In this paper, an experimental two-motor dynamic load simulator based on Mitsubishi equipment was designed and implemented. The necessary subsystems for the implementation of the experimental setup (three-phase power converter, motor, incremental impulse encoder) are described, including a controller system implemented with the PLC (Programmible logical controller). The necessary mathematical formulation for defining the dynamics of a Permanent magnet synchronous motor was elaborated, with simulation models developed in the Matlab/Simulink ™ software package. Furthermore, torque / current control and drive speed control systems have been designed using the principles of the dual ratios optimum and symmetric optimum methods using different structures of the speed controller (PI, I-P). For the purpose of validation of the proposed methodology, simulation models and experimental setup in characteristic operating modes, i.e. combinations of load torque and drive speed were tested.

U ovo radu analiziran je jednofazni asinkroni motor, njegov princip rada, izvedba, karakteristike, podvrste te primjena. Pokusi opterećenje asinkronog motora i upravljanje brzinom vrtnje promjenom napona izvršeni su u laboratoriju na Sveučilišnom odjelu za stručne studije. Svi dobiveni rezultati pokusa su prikazani u dijagramima i tablicama, a snimanje karakteristika je obavljeno pomoću programa „Active Drive/DCMA“., In this paper the single phase asynchronous motor, its working principe, performance, characteristic, subtypes and applications are analyzed. Experiments of induction motor load and speed control modes have been performed in a laboratory at the University's department of professional studies. All tests results are shown in diagrams and tables and the recording of the characheristics is performed using the „Active Drive /DCMA“ program.

U ovom završnom radu opisuju se regulacije pozicije, brzine i momenta servo motora pomoću digitalnih i analognih izlaza programabilnog logičkog kontrolera. Dan je uvid u načine rada i arhitekturu servo pojačala i servo motora. Navedeni su izrazi za izvode matematičkih modela regulacija brzine i momenta motora sa stalnim magnetima na rotoru te je provedena simulacijska analiza u programskom paketu Matlab i programskom alatu Simulink. Opisani izvod temelji se na Clarkeovim i Parkovim transformacijama iz statorskog troosnog koordinatnog sustava u rotirajući dvoosni koordinatni sustav. Nadalje, objašnjena je konfiguracija sustava sa opremom iz Mitsubishi Electric asortimana opreme za automatizaciju. Projektiranje je redom objašnjeno, od kabliranja sustava, izrade programa za programabilni logički kontroler, povezivanje kontrolera sa servo pojačalom, izrade zaslona za operaterski terminal i samog upravljanja pomoću navedenog terminala. Navedene su dodatne mogućnosti koje su dostupne za korištenje i opisana je maketa koja je izrađena kao eksperimentalni postav. Eksperimentalni postav sastoji se od servo pojačala MR-JE-10A, servo motora HG-KN13J, programabilnog logičkog kontrolera FX5U sa tranzistorskim izlazima i GS2107-WTBD operaterskog terminala. Plan je da se završni rad, uz službenu literaturu, koristi u edukaciji sadašnjih i budućih generacija studenata mehatronike i robotike na području mikroprocesorskog upravljanja i energetske elektornike. In this final paper the position control, speed control and torque control of a servo motor using the digital and analog outputs of a programmable logic controller are described. Insights into the modes and architecture of servo amplifiers and servo motors are given. The expressions for mathematical models are stated for the speed control and torque control of the motor with permanent magnets on the rotor. Furthermore the simulation analysis was performed in the Matlab software package and the Simulink software tool. The excerpts described are based on Clarke and Park transformations from a stator three-axis coordinate system to a rotating two-axis coordinate system. In addition, the system configuration with equipment from the Mitsubishi Electric automation equipment is explained. The design is explained in sequence, from cabling the system, designing a programmable logic controller, connecting the controller to a servo amplifier, creating a screen for the operator terminal, and operating the terminal itself. Additional features that are available for use are listed and experimental setup layout is described. The experimental setup consists of the MR-JE-10A servo amplifier, the HG-KN13J servo motor, the FX5U programmable logic controller with transistor outputs, and the GS2107-WTBD operator terminal. The plan is to utilize this final paper, along with the official literature, to educate current and future generations of mechatronics and robotics students in the field of microprocessor control and power electronics.

Cilj ovog rada je izrada biblioteke za robotski operacijski sustav za navigaciju robota do određenog cilja i regulaciju brzine prilikom kretanja u ovisnosti o udaljenosti od povezanog objekta. U sklopu rada opisana je matematička podloga potrebna za izvođenje regulacije brzine, tehnologije koje su korištene za izradu rada i postupak implementacije rješenja kroz tri faze. Rezultat rada je javno dostupna biblioteka koja zadovoljava postavljene zahtjeve. Uspješnost izrade biblioteke eksperimentalno je provjerena na robotu Pioneer P3-DX u kontroliranim uvjetima u javnom prostoru. The goal of this paper is to create a program library for robotic operating system whose task is to navigate the robot to a certain goal while maintaining fixed distance to a bound object. The paper discusses the mathematical background required to perform the movement adjustment, technologies used for developing the software and software implementation split in three parts. The result of the paper is a publicly available library which satisfies all demands. Library has been experimentally tested on a pioneer P3-DX robot under controlled conditions in a public area.

Diplomski rad na temu \emph{Upravljanje bezkolektorskim istosmjernim motorom zasnovano na orjentaciji polja} sadrži matematičku podlogu za sintezu regulatora brzine i struje, odnosno momenta, bezkolektorskog istosmjernog motora te provjeru ispravnosti na laboratorijskom postavu koji se sastoji od Maxon M092248(200142) motora, mikrokontrolera STM32 NUCLEO-F302R8 uz X-NUCLEO-IHM07M1 za pogon motora te pripadajućih STM-ovih programskih paketa za estimaciju parametara motora i konfiguraciju parametara regulacijskog kruga. U radu je uključen osnovni opis konstrukcije bezkolektorskog istosmjernog motora, osnovni matematički model stroja te matematičke transformacije modela u oblik pogodan za razvoj regulatora. Master's thesis about the topic \emph{Brushless DC motor control based on filed orientation} contains the mathematical groundwork for the synthesis of a speed and current, or angular momentum, controller of a brushless DC motor as well as verifying its validity on a laboratory setup which comprises of a Maxon M092248(200142) motor, a STM32 NUCLEO-F302R8 microcontroller along with a X-NUCLEO-IHM07M1 for driving the motor and the associated program packages for estimating motor parameters and configuring control circuit parameters. The thesis includes a basic description of a brushless DC motor's construction, a basic mathematical model of the motor and the mathematical transformation of the model into a form suitable for developing controllers.

Završni rad na temu \emph{Upravljanje strujom i brzinom istosmjernog motora s elastičnim prijenosnim mehanizmom} daje opis projektiranja regulatora unutar \emph{Simulink} radnog okruženja unutar \emph{MatLab} programskog paketa za upravljanje brzinom ili strujom istosmjernog električnog motora Parvalux PM60-105 te provjera i usporedba dobivenih simulacijskih rezultata i rezultata na laboratorijskom postavu. U radu je uključena teorijska pozadina rada istosmjernih motora, postupci dobivanja njihovog matematičkog modela te identifikacije njegovih parametara. BSc. thesis about the topic \emph{Current and speed control of a DC motor with an elastic coupling} gives a description about designing controllers within the \emph{Simulink} workspace inside the \emph{MatLab} program package in order to control the speed or the current of the DC motor Parvalux PM60-105 and the crosscheck and comparison of the results from the simulation and results from the laboratory setup. The thesis includes a theoretical background on the working of DC motors, steps in getting their mathematical models and the identification of their parameters.
