Abstract

GYÖRKE, Milan. Employment of the condemned as a part of management programme in the state prison of Czech republic. This bachelor work analyses the importance of employee rating for men placed in execution of the punishment imprisonment. Opening chapter shows the work from view of catholic kirk that is represented by the Scriptures and encyclical Joan Pauline II. Laborem Exercens. The second and the third chapter show the work from the view of literary pieces of the native scenes writers. Remaining four chapters deal with execution of a punishment and with the employment of imprisoned people. Keywords: work, God, state prison, employment, condemned

When the European Union started their new program the LEADER, with a completely new approach, there were a lot of skeptics against the initiative based on local developments. Since then the system has proven to be successful and after the accession to the European Union Hungary can also take part in such projects. This study is to evaluate the experiences of the fi rst application period on the example of the region of South Transdanubia.
