This paper describes functionality and principle of Hefaistos system. This system is fully automated and modular. Its purpose is for measurement of frequency responses of materials and its temperature dependence. Article describes all of the parts of modular measurement system, which main part is control application, programmed in LabVIEW software enviroment. Application is used for synchronization of hardware i.e. synchronization of frequency analyzer with heating chamber. Final aplication is user friendly and offers frequncy measurement with or without heating chamber. Possibilities of Hefaistos system are demonstrated on results of an example measurement.

Tento článek vznikl za podpory interního projektu na podporu studentských vědeckých konferencí SVK-2018-005 a projektu SGS-2018-009. The subject of presented paper is research of impact on the change of thermal conductivity of stator lamination of high synchronous machine in axial direction. The thermal model of PMSM is calculated for different values of thermal conductivity in axial direction. The results are evaluated on the thermal model created in ANSYS. The modeled motor is a permanent magnet synchronous motor with tooth winding in the stator and surface mounted permanent magnets.

For selected YAG:Ce sample the temperature dependent absorbtion and emission spectra were measured and used to simulate white LED behavior. Various CIE-xy dependencies were observed. Sample surface scaterring parameters were calibrated using a custom-made automated goniospektrometer, which provided measured data with fine accuracy. This master thesis is focused on temperature dependence of magnetization curves and susceptibility of thin films of type-I superconductor. A model for susceptibility of type-I superconductor in intermediate state is presented. This model is compared with experimental data yielding temperature dependence of critical magnetic field of superconductor. Furthermore it is shown that sufficiently thin film of superconductor which is type-I in bulk can exhibit type-II behaviour in perpendicular magnetic field. Susceptibility measured on such a film is therefore compared to susceptibility calculated for Bean model for type-I superconductors.

In this study soil samples from watersheds of two Bohemian glacial lakes, Plesne and Certovo were analysed. Respiration by heterotrophic soil organisms as the main source of CO2 efflux from soils was measured during long-term laboratory incubation at four different temperatures. The aim of the thesis was to describe a temperature dependence of C mineralization and make a comparison of results among examined places.
