Advances in computer image recognition have significantly impacted many industries, including healthcare, security and autonomous systems. This paper aims to explore the potential of improving image algorithms to enhance computer image recognition. Specifically, we will focus on regression methods as a means to improve the accuracy and efficiency of identifying images. In this study, we will analyze various regression techniques and their applications in computer image recognition, as well as the resulting performance improvements through detailed examples and data analysis. This paper deals with the problems related to visual image processing in outdoor unstructured environment. Finally, the heterogeneous patterns are converted into the same pattern, and the heterogeneous patterns are extracted from the fusion features of data modes. The identification research of hydrogenation catalyst information has always been one of the most important businesses in the chemical industry. In order to aid researchers in efficiently screening high-performance catalyst carriers and tackle the pressing challenge at hand, it is imperative to find a solution for the intelligent recognition of hydrogenation catalyst images. To address the issue of low recognition accuracy caused by adhesion and stacking of hydrogenation catalysts, An image recognition algorithm of hydrogenation catalyst based on FPNC Net was proposed in this paper. In the present study, Resnet50 backbone network was used to extract the features, and spatially-separable convolution kernel was used to extract the multi-scale features of catalyst fringe. In addition, to effectively segment the adhesive regions of stripes, FPN (Feature Pyramid Network) is added to the backbone network for deep and shallow feature fusion. Introducing an attention module to adaptively adjust weights can effectively highlight the target features of the catalyst. The experimental results showed that the FPNC Net model achieved an accuracy of 94.2% and an AP value improvement of 19.37% compared to the original CenterNet model. Analyzing the spectral and spatial characteristics of Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI) in a three-dimensional space is a challenging task. Recently, there have been developments in 3D feature extraction methods based on tensor decomposition, which allow for the effective utilization of both global and local information in HSI. These methods also explore the inherent low-rank properties of HSI through tensor decomposition. In this paper, we propose a new approach called variable randomized T-product decomposition (Vrt-SVD), which is a variation of Tensor Singular Spectral Analysis. The goal of this approach is to improve the efficiency of tensor methods for feature extraction and reduce artifacts of image processing. By using a randomized algorithm based on the variable t-SVD, we are able to capture both global and local spatial and spectral information in HSI efficiently, which enables us to explore its low-rank characteristics. To evaluate the effectiveness of the extracted features, we use a Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier to assess the accuracy of image classification. The accumulation of snow and ice on PV modules can have a detrimental impact on power generation, leading to reduced efficiency for prolonged periods. Thus, it becomes imperative to develop an intelligent system capable of accurately assessing the extent of snowand ice coverage onPVmodules. To address this issue, the article proposes an innovative ice and snow recognition algorithm that effectively segments the ice and snow areas within the collected images. Furthermore, the algorithm incorporates an analysis of the morphological characteristics of ice and snow coverage on PVmodules, allowing for the establishment of a residual ice and snow recognition process. This process utilizes both the external ellipse method and the pixel statistical method to refine the identification process. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is validated through extensive testing with isolated and continuous snow area pictures. The results demonstrate the algorithm's accuracy and reliability in identifying and quantifying residual snow and ice on PV modules. In conclusion, this research presents a valuable method for accurately detecting and quantifying snow and ice coverage on PV modules. This breakthrough is of utmost significance for PV power plants, as it enables predictions of power generation efficiency and facilitates efficient PV maintenance during the challenging winter conditions characterized by snow and ice. Hand-drawn is one of the few visual descriptors that can directly represent visual content, and has significant research in the area of computer vision. Aiming at the problem of sparse features in the realm of hand-drawn image retrieval, hand-drawn images, and the easy deformation of hand-drawn images, this paper proposes a feature extraction method of grid resource sharing collaborative algorithm, which can be obtained utilizing precisely extracted semantic characteristics from hand-drawn images through computer multimedia-aided design Efficient and accurate retrieval results. First, the fundamental framework for obtaining semantic features is algorithm; then the attention model mechanism is the grid resource sharing collaborative introduced in the process of supervised training, and the attention structure block is introduced after the convolutional neural network's bottom layer. Feature extraction is one of the fundamental problems in pattern recognition research. For image recognition, extracting effective image features is the key to accomplish the recognition task. In this paper, a partial differential equations-based multi-rank two-dimensional canonical correlation analysis (PDEs-MR2DC2A) is proposed for multi-view feature extraction and pattern classification. Unlike most of the previous researches on multi-view algorithms that work directly on the original 2D representation, in our approach, we first utilize the evolution process of PDEs to extract the feature matrix of per-view. In addition, we employ multi-rank left and right projecting matrices to maximize the correlation. The computational complexity of PDEs-MR2DC2A is also analyzed. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, we conducted a series of performance comparisons with some existing methods on several popular datasets. The cost-effectiveness, compact size, and inherent flexibility of UAV technology have garnered significant attention. Utilizing sensors, UAVs capture ground-based targets, offering a novel perspective for aerial target detection and data collection. However, traditional UAV aerial image recognition techniques suffer from various drawbacks, including limited payload capacity, resulting in insufficient computing power, low recognition accuracy due to small target sizes in images, and missed detections caused by dense target arrangements. To address these challenges, this study proposes a lightweight UAV image target detection method based on YOLOv8, named Aero-YOLO. The specific approach involves replacing the original Conv module with GSConv and substituting the C2f module with C3 to reduce model parameters, extend the receptive field, and enhance computational efficiency. Furthermore, the introduction of the CoordAtt and shuffle attention mechanisms enhances feature extraction, which is particularly beneficial for detecting small vehicles from a UAV perspective. Lastly, three new parameter specifications for YOLOv8 are proposed to meet the requirements of different application scenarios. Experimental evaluations were conducted on the UAV-ROD and VisDrone2019 datasets. The results demonstrate that the algorithm proposed in this study improves the accuracy and speed of vehicle and pedestrian detection, exhibiting robust performance across various angles, heights, and imaging conditions.
