Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Department of Commerce's report that exports of recovered paper in 2006 has started with shipments of over 1.3 million. metric tons. According to the report, deliveries of all grades from the U.S. to Canada has declined 11.2 percent in January 2006. However, shipments to all of the top five countries increased by 15.8 percent due to improved orders from China, Mexico, South Korea and India.

Abstract
The article reports that more than 80 percent of Canadians already have access to the recycling of common corrugated boxes and folding cartons. It discusses the benefits of the access to businesses in the country, such as putting the word "recyclable" on their corrugated or folding carton packaging without adding any qualifying statements. It also offers information on how a business can claim recyclability without qualification.
