This article focuses on the computer graphics artists Erik Sandberg. He is located in Pasadena, California. Ha has degrees with distinction from Art Center College of Design and The Art Institute of Minneapolis. He is influenced by Vintage Americana, the eclectic cityscapes of Los Angeles and contemporary fine art, and forgotten slide carousels found at estate sales and family attics. He says having a studio in historical down-town Pasadena is great in the sense that he can walk to the coffee shop, FedEx and the library all in seconds, not to mention the weather is always beautiful. His philosophy is to work hard to keep it interesting for his audience and him. When working, he tries to build the paintings with everything he has at his disposal, whether it is a newly modified polygon model or paper torn out of an antique music book.
