It states that all presenters in the 1990 conference have been asked to upload their papers on a special EcoNet Computer Conference called ncss.cufa. Moreover, it notes that people who want to read the papers that will be presented in the 1990 conference can access Econet through a local computer telephone call, select c, conferences, and then type in the NCSS/CUFA computer address.

Jensen, who was introduced by Executive Secretary and Treasurer Michael Keenan. New officers elected include Mark E. Rubinstein and Harry DeAngelo. The Smith Breeden Prizes were awarded for the best articles in the "Journal of Finance."
