An interview with Daniel Ellsberg, a lecturer and activist who is known for leaking the group of documents known as the Pentagon Papers, is presented. When asked about the message of an address given to librarians at the Annual Meeting of the American Library Association (ALA) in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2011, Ellsberg discusses the relationship between librarians, history, and journalism. He also answers questions about the war in Afghanistan, competition between newspapers, and activism.
