Abstract

Information about several papers discussed at the Legal Leaders Forum held from April 3-4, 2008 in San Francisco, California is presented. Brad Hildebrandt, chairman of Hildebrandt International Inc., asserted that most lawyers in the U.S. are interested in knowing how the Legal Services Act impact law firms in Great Britain. Managing partner Chris Carroll of Travers Smith said that the act is more suitable for firms with merger aspirations.
