The article offers a dystopian vision of the world impacted by climate change-related natural disasters in the future year of 2100, within the context of U.S. environmental policy from 1988 through 2019, including an imaginary war between the U.S. and Russia over Arctic region resources. An overview of the effect of global sea level rise on world population is provided.
