This paper investigates the existence of positive solutions for an iterative system of nonlinear two‐point tempered fractional boundary value problem. Utilizing Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem in a cone, we establish criteria for the existence of positive solutions. The proofs involve transforming the problem into an equivalent Fredholm integral equation of the second kind. We further explore solution uniqueness using Rus's theorem and examine Hyers–Ulam stability, particularly for the case when only a single fractional differential equation is considered, (m = 1). Our study represents a significant departure from previous works by including Riemann–Liouville tempered fractional derivative operators and an iterative equation. This research sheds light on the diverse applications of iterative functional differential equations, extending beyond noniterative counterparts. In this paper, we focus on the existence of positive solutions for a singular tempered sub-diffusion fractional model involving a quasi-homogeneous nonlinear operator. By using the spectrum theory and computing the fixed point index, some new sufficient conditions for the existence of positive solutions are derived. It is worth pointing out that the nonlinearity of the equation contains a tempered fractional sub-diffusion term, and is allowed to possess strong singularities in time and space variables. In this paper, by providing an example, I show that the condition which produced by Radenović and Kadelburg in [Generalized weak contractions in partially ordered metric spaces, Comput. Math. Appl. 60 (2010) pp. 1776-1783] is not sufficient for uniqueness of the fixed point. Furthermore, a new sufficient condition is introduced for the uniqueness of the fixed point. In this paper, the existence of the solutions of a class of weakly singular integral equations in Banach algebra is investigated. The basic tool used in investigations is the technique of the measure of non-compactness and Petryshyn's fixed point theorem. This paper presents a novel concept of G -Hardy-Rogers functional operators on metric spaces endowed with a graph. It investigates sufficient circumstances under which such a mapping becomes a Picard operator. As applications of the principal idea discussed herein, a few important corresponding fixed point results in ordered metric spaces and cyclic operators are pointed out and analyzed. For upcoming research papers in this field, comparative graphical illustrations are created to highlight the pre-eminence of proposed notions with respect to the existing ones. In the context of observers, any mathematical model accord- ing to the viewpoint of an observer Θ is called a relative model. The purpose of the present paper is to study the relative model of logical en- tropy. Given an observer Θ, we define the relative logical entropy and relative conditional logical entropy of a sub-σΘ-algebra having finitely many atoms on the relative probability Θ−measure space and prove the ergodic properties of these measures. In the present paper, a nonlinear system of sine-Gordon equations that describes the DNA dynamics is considered. A novel unconditionally stable second-order accuracy difference scheme corresponding to the system of sine-Gordon equations is presented. In this work, for the first time in the literature, weak solution of this difference scheme is studied. The existence and uniqueness of the weak solution for the difference scheme are proved in the space of distributions, and the methods of variational calculus are applied. In this paper, we prove the following generalization of the classical Darbo fixed point principle : Let X be a Banach space and µ be a montone measure of noncompactness on X which satisfies the generalized Cantor intersection property. Let C be a nonempty bounded closed convex subset of X and T : C → C be a continuous mapping such that for any countable set Ω ⊂ C, we have µ(T(Ω)) ≤ kµ(Ω), where k is a constant, 0 ≤ k < 1. Then T has at least one fixed point in C. In this paper, we first propose a new concept of Z-Z-B spaces, which is a generalization of Z-C-X spaces. Meanwhile, the new concept of the superior cone is introduced. Secondly, we study some new problems for semi-closed 1-set-contractive operators in the Z-Z-B space and obtain some new results. These new theorems are proven by combining partial order theory with fixed point index theory. This paper is concerned with the relaxation dynamics of a large population of identical phase oscillators, each of which interacts with all the others through random couplings whose parameters obey the same Gaussian distribution with the average equal to zero and are mutually independent. The results obtained by numerical simulation suggest that for the infinite-size system, the absolute value of Kuramoto's order parameter exhibits superslow relaxation, i.e., 1/ln t as time t increases. Moreover, the statistics on both the transient time T for the system to reach a fixed point and the absolute value of Kuramoto's order parameter at t = T are also presented together with their distribution densities over many realizations of the coupling parameters. This paper proposes a distributed collision-free control scheme for connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) at a non-signalized intersection. We first divide an intersection area into three sections, i.e., the free zone, the platoon zone, and the control zone. In order to enable the following vehicles to track the trajectory of their leading vehicle in the platoon zone and the control zone, as well as to guarantee the desired distance between any two adjacent vehicles, the distributed platoon controllers are designed. In the control zone, each vehicular platoon is taken as a whole to be coordinated via an intersection coordination unit (ICU). To avoid collision between each pair of the conflicting platoons approaching from different directions, a platoon-based coordination strategy is designed by scheduling the arrival time of each leading vehicle of different platoons. Specially, considering traffic efficiency and fuel economy, the optimal control problem of the leading vehicle is formulated subject to the constraint of allowable minimum arrival time, which is derived from coordination with other approaching platoons. The Pontryagin Minimum Principle (PMP) and phase-plane method are applied to find the optimal control sequences. Numerical simulations show the effectiveness of this scheme. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper focuses on solving a class of equilibrium problems, namely, the fixed point problem of set-valued mappings with second-order cone double constraints. Under certain conditions, the variational inequality form of the fixed point problem of set-valued mappings with second-order cone double constraints is obtained by using the generalized saddle point theory three times. The alternating direction method is used to solve the fixed point problem of set-valued mappings with second-order cone double constraints, and the global convergence of the algorithm is proved. Finally, numerical results of solving five examples with an inexact alternating direction method are given, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are demonstrated by comparing with other algorithms. In this paper, we introduce orthogonal generalized O-α-ψ-Geraghty contractive type mappings and prove some fixed point theorems in O-complete O-b-metric spaces. In this paper we formulate a setvalued fixed point problem by combining four prevalent trends of fixed point theory. We solve the problem by showing that the set of fixed points is nonempty. Further we have a data dependence result pertaining to the problem and also a stability result for the fixed point sets. The main result is extended to metric spaces with a graph. The results are obtained without the use of metric completeness assumption which is replaced by some other conditions suitable for solving the fixed point problem. In this paper, we employ the well-known Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem to study the existence and n-multiplicity of positive periodic solutions for the periodic impulsive functional differential equations with two parameters. The form including an impulsive term of the equations in this paper is rather general and incorporates as special cases various problems which have been studied extensively in the literature. This paper provides iterative solutions, via some variants of the extragradient approximants, associated with the pseudomonotone equilibrium problem (EP) and the fixed point problem (FPP) for a finite family of η-demimetric operators in Hilbert spaces. The classical extragradient algorithm is embedded with the inertial extrapolation technique, the parallel hybrid projection technique and the Halpern iterative methods for the variants. In this paper, a fully discrete scheme is proposed to solve the nonlinear Schrödinger-Possion equations. The scheme is developed by the scalar auxiliary variable (SAV) approach, the Crank-Nicolson temproal discretization and the Galerkin-Legendre spectral spatial discretization. The fully discrete scheme is proved to be mass- and energy- conserved. Moreover, unconditional energy stability and convergence of the scheme are obtained by the use of the Gagliardo-Nirenberg and some Sobolev inequalities. A diffusive Leslie-Gower predator-prey model with fear effect is considered in this paper. For the kinetic system, we show that the unique positive equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable. Moreover, we find that high levels of fear could decrease the population densities of both prey and predator in a long time. This paper proposes a novel guidance law based on model predictive control for protecting an aircraft from a homing missile. Considering that in the target‐missile‐defender engagement the attacking missile is pursuing the target aircraft by employing a known linear guidance law, a non‐linear predictive model for the engagement is established. This predictive model allows converting the three‐body engagement to a one‐on‐one engagement. The time‐to‐go for the defender towards the future position of the incoming missile is analytically derived, indicating that the optimal time for the defender to intercept the incoming missile is a fixed‐point of a real‐valued function. As a result, the optimal interception duration can be obtained by a standard fixed‐point iteration method, and thus the interception point can be readily predicted via integrating the predictive model. The guidance command is generated by directly leading the defender to the predicted intercept point. Numerical simulations in different scenarios validate the algorithm to be computationally efficient, and demonstrate that the proposed strategy outperforms previous techniques in terms of miss distance, engagement duration, and the control effort. In this paper, impulsive Lasota-Wazewska model with infinite delay is studied. By using fixed point theorem of decreasing operator, we obtain sufficient conditions for the existence of unique almost periodic positive solution. Particularly, we give iterative sequence, which converges to the almost periodic positive solution. In this paper we, consider an n‐th order nonlinear difference equation with parameter dependence. An exhaustive study of the related Green's function is done. The exact expression of the function is given. The range of parameter for which either it has constant sign or it changes sign is obtained. The purpose if this paper is to present a fixed point result constructed by finite sequences. Using iterated function systems and related fractal operators, a mixed patterns generated by the a finite sequence patterns construct the sets of patterns built by black and white squares. A complete metric space related to a mixed pattern sequence is defined using the distance based on difference of the black squares' area. The main result of the paper highlights that these fractal operators has unique fixed points for the sets generated by the mixed patterns. Moreover, the main theorem is also applied for Vicsek fractals such that results also hold for mixed Vicsek patterns. Motivated by various studies on growing graph sequences and related large structures, this paper underlines a new connection between fixed point theory and network science. Using circle patterns, the paper also interprets the main result on sets mixed patterns based on touching circles. Thus, the paper focuses a fixed point theorem on the sets mixed patterns built by iterated function systems and the distances calculated between the areas of these geometric shapes. This paper considers a class of neutral impulsive stochastic integro-differential inclusion with nonlocal conditions involving the Caputo fractional derivative of order 1 < α< 2 in a Hilbert space. A new set of sufficient conditions for the approximate controllability of semilinear fractional stochastic systems is derived utilizing solution operator, stochastic analysis, fractional calculus and fixed point theorem for a multivalued operator under the assumption that the corresponding linear system is approximately controllable. In the present paper, we characterize Lie (Jordan) σ-centralizers of generalized matrix algebras. More precisely, we obtain some conditions under which every Lie σ-centralizer of a generalized matrix algebra can be expressed as the sum of a σ-centralizer and a center- valued mapping. Further, it is shown that under certain appropriate assumptions every Jordan σ-centralizer of a generalized matrix algebra is a σ-centralizer. The concept of a tolerance relation, shortly called tolerance, was studied on various algebras since the seventies of the twentieth century by B. Zelinka and the first author (see e.g. [6] and the monograph [1] and the references therein). Since tolerances need not be transitive, their blocks may overlap and hence in general the set of all blocks of a tolerance cannot be converted into a quotient algebra in the same way as in the case of congruences. However, G. Czédli ([7]) showed that lattices can be factorized by means of tolerances in a natural way, and J. Grygiel and S. Radeleczki ([8]) proved some variant of an Isomorphism Theorem for tolerances on lattices. The aim of the present paper is to extend the concept of a tolerance on a lattice to posets in such a way that results similar to those obtained for tolerances on lattices can be derived. In the current work, we present some innovative solutions for the attractivity of fractional functional q-differential equations involving Caputo fractional q-derivative in a k-dimensional system, by using some fixed point principle and the standard Schauder's fixed point theorem. Likewise, we look into the global attractivity of fractional q-differential equations involving classical Riemann-Liouville fractional q-derivative in a k-dimensional system, by employing the famous fixed point theorem of Krasnoselskii. This paper provides a new, symmetric, nonexpansiveness condition to extend the classical Suzuki mappings. The newly introduced property is proved to be equivalent to condition (E) on Banach spaces, while it leads to an entirely new class of mappings when going to modular vector spaces; anyhow, it still provides an extension for the modular version of condition (C). In connection with the newly defined nonexpansiveness, some necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of fixed points are stated and proved.
